5 /5 Kyle Parsons: With the way the work force is these days Id say this facility is probably the best in the area right now! Thanks to all the staff for doing your best to keep my dad comfortable and take care of his needs while in your care and for the PT staff for getting him moving again so he could come home!

5 /5 Sharon DAgostino: I’ve been fortunate to have the support from so many staff members during my mother’s rehabilitation. The professionalism, dedication and punctuality I’ve received from Elenya has been second to none. She has been extremely helpful as I’ve navigated physician appointments, scheduling, transportation and so much more for my mom’s care. My mother was not expected to walk after an automobile accident, her physical therapist Christian took her from cast and braces to walking, something we never thought possible. The care from her CNA’s Claire and Stacy have been with her every step of the way as she continues to heal. Their care is above and beyond. This has been and continues to be a long process made so much more tolerable because of these staff members, nurses and many others.

5 /5 Katie Weaver: Putting a loved one in a home is not an easy decision but sometimes you dont have a choice. You have to for their safety and wellbeing. Ma has lived at the Glens Falls Center for almost a year now and her caretakers have become family. Ma was hospitalized for a couple of weeks and when she was ready to be discharged, the hospital told us there wasnt a bed available at the GF Center. We were devastated. People with Alzheimers/dementia dont do well with change and being in the hospital was already a traumatizing experience for Ma. We didnt know what to do. So I called Erica, the most compassionate and caring nurse I have ever met. Erica, along with her team, including the truly amazing admissions clerk Elenya, immediately knew what to do. Within an hour, they moved mountains and aligned all the stars to make sure Ma could go back to what was familiar and comfortable. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful.
