5 /5 R B: I have been taking my two cars to J & B Auto since it opened, and I’ve always received excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Both mechanics, Jim & Jim, are highly skilled, helpful, friendly and I always can rely on them to get the job done right, whether it’s routine service or a major problem. For unexpected problems that need immediate attention, they somehow find time for you and fix that problem as soon as their workload allows. They also provide you with an honest assessment of your problem and provide reasonable cost options. I recently had some routine service work done and was again very satisfied with the work that was completed.

5 /5 Jen Jones: We had transmission trouble during a road trip from Pennsylvania. No one else was open / would talk to us/ short staffed etc. The kind folks at JB agreed to look at our car and tell us what was wrong, what to do, even giving hotel recommendations when it looked like we might be stuck in town. They are very knowlegable and truly had “old fashioned customer service” I would 100% use them if I was local to this area. They even refused payment, but I insisted because their were generous of their time and I was extremely grateful. Strongly recommended!!!
