The entire staff strives to make you feel valued and respected. Doctor Howe took time to review all my concerns and did an excellent job in evaluating all my needs. I highly recommend Doctor Howe and staff.

5 /5 DJD DJD: The Doctor was amazing as well as the staff!!!! The wonderful woman at the front desk was so helpful and kind. They took care of my needs immediately and were very accommodating. I was a new patient and their schedule was full and booked until March and they were able to accommodate me that same day I called. Very responsive also. I was very impressed with them and now will be my dentist. Thank you for being great people, the world needs more !!

Not only is he gifted in his practice of dentistry, but he truly cares about each and every one of his patients. The entire staff is truly the most amazing, caring people I have ever met. Mary, who is the office manager/dental assistant is like a mama bear, especially when it comes to dealing with insurance companies on behalf of the patients. Dr Grasso, who started the practice, is still very present in the office, and will definitely go out of her way to acknowledge each and every patient. She is a perfectionist and definitely passed that trait on to her son, Dr Howe. Make your next appointment with Dr Howe!!

He is very thorough with his dental treatment and seems genuinely concerned with his patients. We have also found his staff to be efficient and more than helpful. Its nice to have a Dental office that cares.

5 /5 Diane McNierney: First off, I called to see if they were taking new patients. The receptionist said yes. I explained that I had broken my molar 10 days ago and my appointment by a chain dentist agency called and over booked and canceled me. I explained that I was leaving the country and asked if I could get a appointment soon. The receptionist, Mary I believe, placed me on hold for a second, then said, we will wait if you can come on down now. I was blown away ! I didn’t expect that, but was thrilled and had no time to panic since I’m terrified of the dentist ! Upon arrival I immediately felt calm which surprised me. I filled out my paperwork and was seated in the chair. I spoke to one of the assistants, and we quickly started chatting which calmed me even more. When Dr. Conrad came in and introduced himself, I immediately felt my heart rate slowing down. I thought To myself that this is the first time my anxiety didn’t make me sick. Kept saying wow what a gift Dr. Conrad has and his staff to be this kind and considerate to someone with extreme anxiety. From that point he explained exactly each move and made sure I was comfortable. I left so impressed, and actually made a appointment to return for more work. What a difference a day makes ! Over 50 years of carrying around such anxiety that it prevented me from regular visits. I want to thank you Dr. Conrad and your caring staff. Sounds silly but this was life changing !
