5 /5 Joseph DiBiase: First time at Karma and already know this is my new salon in the Buffalo area! The staff is both, kind and caring in their work and overall demeanor, and they do great work at a fair price. They also fit me in right away, just hours before I had to leave for a wedding, and gave me some product they were out of in a travel bottle for the flight. Thanks for taking care of me on such short notice and I will see you soon!

She took her time with my coloring appointment, and was incredibly sweet and kind. I feel as if I made a new friend, and a new stylist for life.
