5 /5 Chris and angella Heywood: Been searching for a garage to service our truck. Three appointments with other shops, money spent and no closer to an answer. After an overwhelming number of family friends and strangers recommended Lagoys we figured it was worth a shot. I called them Monday evening and they got us in the very next day. Within ten minutes Chris had the issue figured out and the parts on the way. Less than one hour and we were on our way home. We would suggest Lagoys to anyone and everyone. They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly a step above what weve experienced in the automotive industry. Thank you guys!! We truly appreciate your hard work.

5 /5 Shawn: Just wanted to give a late shout out to LaGoys Automotive LLC! Was headed home and noticed a loud grind on the front passenger side of my truck. It sounded really bad, so I stopped in on my way they test drove it and immediately knew it was a bad wheel bearing. They brought it in on the spot and had it done and back to me within 2-3 hours. Wanted to thank all of the mechanics here for their awesome and quick service. These people care about their customers and really try to accommodate.

5 /5 emac1567 McGrath: Nick, Mike, Heather - all very nice, understanding, thorough, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable individuals. The team expertly extracted a broken bolt from my RAV 4 transmission pan, got high quality parts, and did a fantastic repair. My car will last a very long time now. Im not one for uniforms but wow, the black and red does look very good. Very professional. Even the fine details like - I got there initially for the estimate and wanted a coffee from the machine, Heather dropped everything she was doing to get me all set up. The repair was done in part of the afternoon and I must say, I am very impressed and will be recommending them to everyone who needs mechanical repairs. Very fair pricing for such knowledgeable expertise. Heather updated me the whole time from start to finish - I called and got an inspection of the problem and estimate that day, the following day I dropped the car off, the part came the next day and was repaired, and I picked the car up that evening. Thank you guys, I really appreciate the help, youre all very awesome! I have sent 2 other folks to the team and both of their cars were repaired at a top tier level as well!
