5 /5 carol wright: I can not say enough great things about Joseph at Licari!!!! He went above and BEYOND for me!! I traded in a Porsche Cayenne for a beautiful Ford Bronco big bend they had. I’ve had my previous vehicle ( Porsche ) for almost 3 years , and I’ve had a better experience with Joe that I just met , than dealing with Porsche in Syracuse for 3 years. This is what customer service should be like !!! I’ve never in my life met a better car salesman than Joe. And I’ve had Luxury vehicles. Those luxury experiences DID NOT compare to how KIND, efficient, and helpful Joe is!! He knew how bad I wanted this vehicle , and HE MADE IT HAPPEN for me!!!! I am sending EVERYONE I know that’s looking for a new vehicle to Joe!!!! Thank you Joe!!!!

After driving 5 cars we finally found the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee L and i was able to leave with it the same day. They made it so easy by doing all the work from DMV, insurance & the finances. By the time i was leaven i felt like family, i would recommend them to any one who needs a new vehicle. Thank you again Jeff & Joe for the amazing experience.
