5 /5 Aisha Al-Muslim: This is mechanic that you can trust. I highly suggest going here. For background, I went to a random/another mechanic shop near my house to get what I thought would be a simple wheel alignment and they told me I needed all this work done that totals up to $1,600. I was just like "Im not spending that kind of money for a car that is worth $3,000." My mistake was not going to Mazal first. I went to Mazal later on the same day. I had the owner and his son look at it. They both suggested (separately) not to change anything and that my car is old, so a bit banged up underneath, but nothing concerning. They just said to do the wheel alignment and thats what I did. I love them because theyre so honest. Never trying to nickle and dime me.

I called every auto shop I could find Sunday morning and only Mazel Care Care was receptive to even looking at my car. I wasn’t able to get the car towed to the shop until 2 hours before closing and they still treated me fairly. The diagnosed a broken belt, ordered the part, and finished the job in 1.5 hours. Something I was told by others would take “days to fix.” This is the best, most honest place you could take your car. Thank you to everyone at Mazel Car Care

5 /5 asha ogilvie: Top tier service!! In and out in less than 1 hour and they were extremely busy. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and was told it would be 15 mins. I was constantly checked in on and not waiting cluelessly. I really appreciated that they were keeping track of who arrived first and not allowing individuals to jump the line. I definitely appreciated this because I have personally experienced car service businesses in Brooklyn service certain individuals before others. Will be back and recommending to family and friends.
