5 /5 CJ: Thanks NY Auto Repair! Today I had a flat tire and brought my truck in. The guys at the shop were super knowledgeable, no nonsense, and friendly. They were able to save my tire, and I was probably in there for no longer than 30 minutes or so. The final bill was super affordable and I was just really grateful for such a sensible local shop that really came through for me in my time of need. Highly recommend them. I think the guys name was Tom.

For years, I took my 2018 CX-5 to multiple shops and even dealerships, all of which insisted everything was fine despite clear signs something was wrong. I ended up driving nearly 80,000 miles in limp mode because no one took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Eventually, the underlying problem that had been ignored for so long caused the cylinder head to crack, making the car completely undrivable. That’s when I brought it to Tommy at New York Auto Repair and he worked an absolute miracle. He not only identified the root cause that everyone else overlooked, but also repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Tommy’s honesty, skill, and attention to detail truly set this shop apart. If you want your car fixed right the first time, go to New York Auto Repair. 5 /5 Sarah Pratt: This post is long over due! Joe and his team are the best. I was having transmission problems and my mechanic had suggested replacement. I found New York Auto Repair while trying to get several quotes on a new transmission before committing. Joe was the only mechanic who asked me to bring it in and see if that was really necessary. Joe took the time to troubleshoot and found the issue was minor and fixed it quickly and saved me from wasting money and time on work not even needed. A year later my engine was making crazy noises and I thought it was blown. Went to a mechanic who was closer to me and he said the engine was gone and I should just sell. I called Joe right away and again he diligently took the time to find a rocker arm had just come loose and again it was fixed fast. Whenever I have a question or concerns about my vehicles I know I can always call. I always feel like a valued customer I think that’s rare these days!! I recommend New York Auto Repair 100%
