For over three years they have been servicing and repairing my car with consommate skill and professionalism. They are honest, knowledgeable, and take time to explain things. Beyond their mechanical expertise, they also offer exceptional customer service. I am always impressed with their positive energy, their comfortable and welcoming establishment, and above all, their kindness. They have helped me out of jams on numerous occassionswith no expectations of remuneration. They put me at ease in particularly stressfull situations, and always go above and beyond. I unreservedly recommend Parker Mechanical!

They are flexible and allow me to drop off my car before work and I can pick it up either on lunch or after work. And the best thing happened recently. I had to replace my breaks. They started making a funny sound. And they took the car back twice to review and resolve the issue. They made sure that my car was in good shape and that I was happy. These are rare qualities in a mechanic shop. I do not take this for granted because as a woman Ive had some poor experiences. This place is a true gem!

From the moment you walk through the doors you get the sense that they care about you and want you to have a comfortable experience. They have gotten me in and out for oil changes super fast and they have helped me whenever I had a question or issue with my car!
