The dentist was great at explaining everything and made it a stress-free visit. My boys left with big smiles, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. 5 /5 R S: My son went to the Pediatric Dentistry of Albany and his experience was amazing. The orthodontist doctor is a breath of fresh air, he always personalizes my sons visit by taking the time to connect with his. Our visit on Monday, March 26, 2025, was particularly awesome because his dental technician was Joshua, and he did an extraordinary job. He took the time to explain to my son what he was doing and why he was doing it before and during the act of applying my son’s bottom braces. This really put my son at ease. He took the time to explain a few things that would help my son care for braces and when I tell you it made all the difference it truly did. He explained it in a way that made my son not feel like the braces are taking over his life but that they are truly enhancing his life. My son googled the information he provided about applying the wax and did it himself without my assistance. Joshua, thank you for your professionalism, carefulness (connecting with my son and know the right thing to say – that is characteristic that is not taught it comes from within) and thoughtfulness!!!

5 /5 Nicole Jones: Today my son had his 1st visit at Pediatric Dentist at Avenue U, to say that I was nervous was an understatement my 7yr old hasn’t had the best of luck at his previous dental office so I was extremely anxious with his appointment. Upon walking in we were met with a lovely beach like decor my son instantly fell in love with the decor, when called to one of the dental rooms he went there with a smile on and kept it throughout his visit, the nurse engaged him in conversation and although there some unhappy guest who belt out that they didn’t want to be at the dental office I was thankful that my son wasn’t affected by the cries of the other patience. The overall experience was amazing the receptionist, medical staff and doctor was topnotch. He’s looking for her next dental appointment.

5 /5 Sandy Edouard: The Woman who saw my daughter (I feel so horrible about not remembering her name) was very patient with my daughter as well as accommodating her needs and making sure she didnt feel pain, and that she was comfortable, and the other woman speaking with my daughter throughout the process, letting her know how long she had and how good she was doing. I truly appreciate the kindness and patience. Im traveling to come to this location every time.
