5 /5 Tony Bango: Sitwell Dental in Albany has been so amazing for me! From the moment I walked in and am greeted by the front desk lady. I’m instantly made to feel at ease and comfortable. Smiles and laughs all around. They got me in so quick when I was in pain. I had Dr Sarah and she’s been awesome! She listened to everything I said and answered all my questions. She and her teammates work so well and efficiently together. The other staff has been nothing but professional and kind as well. During the work, I was in no pain at all. Dr Sarah and her team will be the only dental office I’ll be going to in the capital region! This was an easy 5 outta 5 stars!

5 /5 Cynthia Jacobson: I have been a patient with Sitwell Dental for several years following very poor experiences with past dentists in the area. I always feel cared for and listened to. They have always handled my dental concerns with seriousness and with kindness that I have not experienced with any other dental professional. They are willing to work with patients on scheduling and in providing treatment options. I have utilized Care Credit with them before to pay for out-of-pocket costs, which is a great feature that many offices do not provide. My whole family now goes to Sitwell and several of my coworkers, too! I am incredibly appreciative of their offices and would recommend them to anyone I know!

5 /5 Sarah Lipscomb: Everyone there is fabulous! We took our 2 year old there for her first dentist experience and everyone who interacted with her was wonderful. Ariel at the front desk is so helpful and kind. My husband and I both had appointments as well and the dental hygienests we all had were fantastic and especially gentle with our little one. Highly recommend for kids and adults.
