5 /5 Autumn Mauer: I am very skeptical when bringing my car to garages based off past experiences of bringing my car in, and getting it back with more problems than I arrived with. I was nervous going to Potsdam tire for the first time, yet, they communicated extremely well and told me what exactly needed done and did it perfectly! I got my car back, brand new tires so I now feel safe on the winter roads, as well as they fixed the rattling I have heard coming from underneath, when 3 other garages couldn’t fix it! I am beyond happy, and will continue to return to this garage as they go above and beyond in service. The waiting area is also very comfortable. I am so glad to have found a reliable mechanic, as they not only do tires, but also most other work!

5 /5 Tim Butterfield: It was two days before the 4th of July and I had just destroyed the sidewall of the outer tire of my DRW F350, and finding a replacement 37x13.50R20 was not easy. I visited or called 9 tire and auto service locations that day in hopes of finding a way to get a tire so I could be 900 miles away at work within 5 days, on Monday, July 7th. As expected no one had a tire this size in stock, and I was told it would be well into the following week before a tire would arrive, so I was outta luck. The ONLY person I spoke with that took some time and tried to find a solution for me to get back home to work within 5 days was Justin at Potsdam Tire and Auto. He took the time to understand my situation, and came up with a solution for me that worked. On July 5th I was back on the road with a new tire and made it home by my deadline. This was just amazing service and customer care, and I cant thank Justin and Potsdam Tire an Auto enough!

5 /5 Jerry Lannigan: My son attends SUNY Potsdam Crane School of Music. He was just leaving when he noticed smoking from the front wheel. Potsdam Tire looked at the car and fixed the problem so quick. Very good job, great work and great price. Coudnt be happier with the service and the help from your business. Keep up the great work!!!
