5 /5 Justin Weberg: I couldnt be more impressed with Ray and his staff. My car broke down as I was passing through the area. Ray was there within about 10 minutes of my call. While it is a busy shop, they quickly fit me in -- started working on my car almost immediately -- and diagnosed an electrical issue that two other mechanics overlooked. While it took several hours of working (off and on because of the demands of the shop), Ray graciously charged me a conservative estimate of the time that he took on it, and had me on my way later that day. Greg and Jay were most pleasant and accommodating as I sat in their office, and even allowed me to eat of the pizza that they purchased for lunch. Although I attempted to pay for my portion, I found my money in the cupholder of my car once it was ready. To top it off, after Greg found out that I am a Christian, he escorted me out to my finished car and prayed for me before I departed. It was an unbelievable experience and way beyond good customer service.
For what it is worth, while sitting in the office, they received a call from a young man who had been quoted $3,500 worth of work needing to be done (rack and pinion, and struts -- if I recall correctly) by another company in town. They fit him in (same day) and discovered that he only needed a fraction of the work done. Greg and the mechanic did not throw the other company under the bus as he gave the summary of their findings, and did not pressure the young man to use them. In fact, Greg encouraged him to think about it, research or ask someone he trusts about it, and give them a call if he would like for them to do the work. Again, I was impressed by their honesty and integrity.
I would recommend Ray and his staff to absolutely anyone! If I didnt live seven hours away, Id use them for all of my work!
