5 /5 Paul Figgiani: 2002 325Ci, 58,500 original miles. AC system was inconsistent. Cool air transitioning to warm after a few minutes. My long time mechanic retired. I decided (for the first time) to take a ride over to Verrazano MotorWorks and set up a diagnostic appointment. Five min. into the ride my car overheated. I called in and spoke with Luigi and John asking if it would be ok to have my car towed in. Both guys were friendly and very helpful. They responsibly received the car without my presence. By the end of the day John and Luigi provided a detailed diagnostic report and required fee. I instructed the guys to move forward with the repairs. This occurred mid-afternoon on a Friday. The car was ready on Monday and everything turned out great. Luigi was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Great place and nice people. Im very satisfied and happy Ive found a new shop to take my car for future service.

It still runs and drives smoothly. I have taken this car from NY to California and back multiple times with zero issues thanks to their help.

They found other issues they were able to get the claim processed and everything paid for in a timely fashion. I’m very satisfied with their work and the time that they put into this Awesome very satisfied customer.

5 /5 MariMechi Yrizarry: First time there and highly recommended by a friend. They did the rear brakes a rotors, changed all filters, oil change and checked car. John’s prices are reasonable compared to dealership prices. They are BMW certified and qualified. Very happy with their service no will continue taking my 2021 X3 there. Very satisfied customer!
