5 /5 natessa osmen: Ive been to WellNow UC in Geneva, N.Y multiple times throughout the past years and I always get professional treatment usually in a decent timely manner. Some days are just busier than others as we should all expect. Yesterday, Sunday 12/15/24 I brought my daughter in for an earache that I was able to schedule an early morning appointment for the night before online. We were in and out and the staff was amazing & treated my daughter so nice. From the receptionist to the nurse Megan who took her time with my daughter and gave her some extra attention. To Rachel who was the PA came in and did her assessment quick & made us feel comfortable . When we were leaving, my daughter was literally smiling, saying they were the best! I dont usually leave reviews but felt this should be shared as I know people usually only give reviews when theyre dissatisfied. Couldnt have asked for a better experience there.

5 /5 Marie Holmes: WellNow has the highest rating in the area for urgent care. I decided to go there for that reason and I am very happy that I did. This is a very well run, professional organization, excellent service and knowledge. Friendly and clean too. Everything was explained and paperwork given to me to take home. I felt very confident that I had gotten the best care possible.,

5 /5 Melissa Arthur: Well Now has been my preferred Urgent Care for quite some time. They have doctors who listen and it’s great to have a facility with X-ray available onsite, if you need it. I’m glad that our insurance is back in network so we can utilize this facility when we have after hours needs.

5 /5 Abigayle Sheckler: Amanda, Megan and Billy Joe at Geneva well now 10/10 patient care. My toddler has flu a and a double ear infection they handled her so well gave her snacks and gave me all the info I needed to continue to help her. I will go to this urgent care over any office from now on. Thank you to all!
