4 /5 Tom: It took over four months from the time I first showed up to start my corrosion warranty claim until they were finally able to start working on my 2020 Jeep. Part of the delay for my service work was that they had no loaner vehicles available, so be prepared to have your own backup vehicle if you want your car worked on sooner.
When I finally went to get my Jeep after it was done, they claimed that all of the door hinges had been replaced (not repaired), but apparently this only meant the top-half of each hinge; the bottoms were apparently not covered by FCA/Stellantis.
There was originally a chalky residue all over the windows when I first picked up my Jeep, and it would not wipe clean, even with Windex. The shop saw my original review complaining about this and and called me, offering to take care of the issue. I brought my Jeep back to them and they cleaned the windows completely and the residue is now gone.
They also discovered that the body plugs were missing, so they re-added those. Were not sure if those were missing before I brought my Jeep in for service, or something that was missed after they put it back together.
They told me that they found a small dent, which they fixed for free, and also touched up one paint spot that was not covered under warranty. I appreciate those additional efforts.
Unfortunately, there was poor communication and follow-ups throughout the entire process, but that’s on par for all Ferrario service in my experience. Multiple times, I was told that someone would look into something and call me back, and never did. I felt like if I didn’t call every few weeks to ask for a status update on my claim, they would forget about me.
Overall, the quality of their work looks good and they corrected the initial issues I found, which is why I bumped their review from 3 to 4 stars.
