My visit with the doctor was unhurried and very pleasant. The office areas is clean and nice. The lab work orders were quickly done at the new lab just one floor up, how wonderful!

Neal Sanford My experience was great. I was probably there just over 24 hours and the Doctors were all very informative and made me feel I was in good hands. Most of my experience was with the nurses in IC. Mattie, Jasmine and Lydia were the 3 and they were all amazing. Im going back in a few weeks for another procedure and am very comfortable with everyone.

Alvaro Vazquez The best part of my hospital stay was the food. I don’t know how they get hospital food to taste so good but every meal was great, The lady April was so nice and friendly and made sure I was happy the whole time. Brandon was always happy and so helpful. If I ever go to a hospital again we would definitely choose Woodland Heights .

mario garcia My wife was hospitalized for almost a week and the food service was great. Not only did they give me a meal so I could eat with my wife but they made sure she got everything she wanted and my wife is a picky eater. The manager April came by several times to make sure everything was good with the food and to check on us. We really enjoyed her and her staff they made our stay better. Thank you good staff for everything you did for us we really appreciate all of you .

Michea Ford I had a good experience with the doctors and the nurses and felt like I was in good care. The only complaint I really have is that my bed was very uncomfortable about the second day and hard to sleep and get comfortable and also in my room 329 the blinds wouldnt shut so I had early morning Sun come in and it was hard to sleep during the day. Food was good nice and warm when it got to me no complaints there. But overall stay I would say was pretty good.

Hunter Sarver The poor front desk lady was by herself and probably would have liked helped. However she was in general amazing and efficient! The Radiology department was nice but a little slow with getting patients to the back. However the quality of care was good!

Explicitly Candace Dont get wrong, if you need something like blood pressure meds or antibiotics by all means go see them. If youre expecting a treatment plan or even a call back dont waste your time. I have been trying to get a Rx called in since November, I gave up they arent looking to help people. Its bare minimum patient care.

Gail Yarbrough The front desk staff are competent and friendly. They check you in quickly. The wait time before I saw the Dentist was only about twenty minutes. Once taken in the exam room, I was X-rayed quickly. The Dentist and her assistant are friendly, as well. They tone their time with each patient and are very thorough. I highly recommend them.

Alana Simmons Very friendly and kind. Doctor I saw was as well and actually took the time to talk with me about my healthcare instead of just hurrying me out of the office. Ahe was knowledgeable with a great personality that made me co.fortable and thats important especially for a new patient.

Tamoke Midwife, Anna Catron, was extremely unprofessional telling my girlfriend she should not have a child. They also took her weight...without putting her on a scale, so herweight was not correct along with 99% BMI on file. They told her my blood pressure was EXTREMELY high, 183/90..but she was nervous and they went off the first reading. They put their beliefs into our lifestyle and it seemed like she was bullying her. We went in for issues with cycles and ended up getting a lecture on beliefs. They also changed her race, I assume because shes lighter skinned than what a Hispanic "should" look like. We just overall had a horrible experience and will never go back again

Luciany Fusco Sereno I was not well attended to by the Nurse called Murphy, he seemed impatient and had no intention of helping. He doesnt hear about how I felt with different dosages of medication. Behaved like wasting time with me. Hes probably in the wrong profession .

Larry Hamlett Absolutely horrible place to take someone you care about. My mom had breast cancer and they did a mastectomy and removed some of her lymph nodes. But they didnt get all of them. She had to have another surgery to remove the lymph nodes they didnt get on the first try. A pet scan would have been a good place to start before doing the first surgery to make sure you dont just cut on someone blindly. Then after the second surgery I took her to the office to get her drains removed, we were late by 37 minutes because I had to remove a downed tree limb across our county road. The receptionist was absolutely rude and said that we would have to reschedule at a later date. No!!! She has drains that have to be removed!! So I came back home and removed them myself. Completely unacceptable behavior for some giving patient care after a botched surgery that they caused. I do believe we will be speaking to an attorney.

Iris Dean I loved Dr McElroy she was a godsend when I was in need of gallbladder surgery. I had pancreatitis and gallstones, was hospitalized for five days the first time but she couldn’t do my surgery due to me being only 12 days postpartum from a scheduled c-section. I went home and a week later had another attack, went back for four days and she went ahead and decided to take out my gallbladder. She was quick and very steady, her OR staff were amazing and I didn’t feel nervous at all they talked to me with normal conversation until the anesthesia kicked in. I would recommend her every time she was amazing and came to check on me even the next day after surgery.

Peggy Sorrells I’ve used Dr. Bassin for several procedures over the past four years. He & his staff are always friendly & helpful. I would & have recommended him to friends & co-workers. He found my cancer & got me in contact with an oncologist for treatments & performed my surgeries. I owe my life to him & the doctor who referred me to him.

Brandy I had gastric sleeve surgery preformed by Dr. Hammicker. He did not catch the gastritis after I threw up for 3 weeks!! I went into woodland heights hospital for 10 days for severe dehydration. I began complaining about my legs going numb. On day 7 of the stay I fell down. I had never fallen before. On day 10 I was discharged. I feel twice at home. Went back to the hospital was not admitted but sent to rehabilitation for 2 months. Without a diagnosis!! By December I was literally in a diaper in a bed with an ankle strength of 2. I called and begged for the surgeon to help figure out why this happened after the sleeve surgery. He said “I just do the surgery” This to me is equivalent to a butcher!! I spent a month at memorial Herman hospital in the woodlands where i was diagnosed with neuropathy caused by a vitamin deficiency. This deficiency was caused from the gastritis the surgeon did not catch!! I spent another month at a skilled nursing facility relearning how to walk. I am still relearning how to walk. I had to relearn how to put my shoes on. How to stand, how to sit..everything!! I still have short term memory issues from the vitamin deficiency. My neurologist says that the sensory nerves may come back in my legs we do not know. Trusting this doctor and this company was my worst mistake!! Oh AND I paid cash for the procedure their office some how did not process the money orders correctly so now I have received collection calls for the anesthesiologist! DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!!!

Katlyn Tucker I would leave a 0 star if it was possible ... The surgeon Dr Meyers... Claims he was on call the day of my surgery... He ended up being 4 hours late for it. Everyone at the hospital was calling him he kept saying 30 more minutes for 3 hours.... I never seen him after surgery. Was told by him before surgery to come in his office next day to have medical gauze removed and here it is the next morning I have been calling the office since 8am when they opened one lady told me she would find out what time I needed to be there. Took my name and number was supposed to call back hour later no call back so I called again sent me to the nurse for me to ask myself ... Left a message no call back... Called an hour later told me she was speaking to the Dr now would call me back... Another hour no call back .. so I called again and they told me "maam our nurses are in the room with other patients they will call you back before lunch... Ok so you couldnt have told me that to begin with first off and second you cant just tell me what time to come in to have this done... Office staff is extremely rude and apparently the nurses and Drs are too busy for all of their patients. Being scared and going through these things to have the drs nurses and office staff treat you like you mean absolutely nothing is the worst feeling in the world. I will not be returning here. I will find another dr who cares for their patients. I advise ANYONE to stay far away from this office!!!!

The registration process was seamless, and the medical team attended to me in a timely manner. What truly stood out was the staffs genuine concern for my well-being. They took the time to listen, explain, and reassure me, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Im grateful for the outstanding care I received, and I highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of medical attention. Thank you to the entire staff for your professionalism, empathy, and dedication to patient care.

Logic Lights Wonderful facilities. Very nice, kind, caring staff. They were amazing people. Extremely knowledgeable, and well versed. Highly recommend going here. They make you feel like you are more than some money in their pockets. Ill be going here from now on if I ever need to. Very grateful to all those working there.

Janice Hughes The care my husband received in the ICU after his open heart bypass surgery was exemplary! The first night after surgery he had a nurse that was in the room with him all night. I know of no other hospital that does this. The nursing staff was very attentive. Any time he needed anything they were right there to provide it. If you have a family member undergoing heart surgery I highly recommend St Lukes Memorial. Their care for heart patients is the very best!

Donna Sanchez My daughter and her best friend were in an accident on HWY 7 upon arriving to the ER they were about as lost as a new host of newbies. My daughter was given an CT with contrast, but a report was never given to her before releasing her and the same goes the same for her friend. When I called to the ER and spoke with a "nurse" I told her whom I was and my nature of my call. I was going to give her a list of meds my daughter is on, but the nurse said that is the least of her worries and hung up. Its sad that most hospitals have unprofessional bedside manner medical staff that are just waiting for a paycheck. Its sad when one finds a hospital just like the one from your hometown.

R D Dont take kids with disabilities here. Theyll call CPS if you dont take your kid to therapy even if they just got Out of therapy. Disgusting. Especially bc the people seeing havent a clue what entails disabilities. Nor do they come in knowing ur records, if they can find them which is an excuse bc my kids have been going monthly for a long time. N I just had major back surgery n could barely walk. N the person who wanted to call was supposed to be my Dr too. Waisted cps services for an abused child out there. I WAS A WEEK OUT OF MAJOR SURGERY, HAD MY DAUGHTER TAKE MY OTHER DAUGHTER FOR A MED REFILL, ACTUALLY THAT TIME WAS DAY AFTER MY SURGERY N THEY KNEW I WAS!!! WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE ALSO KNOWN WAS MY KIDS HAVE BEEN SEEN THEIR SINCE BEFORE ALLEN RUSH , OVER 12 YEARS TILL HE QUIT, THEN THE OTHER DRS THEY SAW N WERE REFERRED TO WHICH IM ALWAYS GIVEN PAPER COPIES.SOME ARE COMPASSIONATE, ONE THING THOUGH IS THE SUPERVISOR ALWAYS HANDLED BUSINESS. WELL SEE , GERGEN IS GREAT N KNOWS WHAT HES DOING BUT MY KIDS HAD 3 TX HLTH STEPS AND STILL GETTING LETTERS SAYING THEY HAD NONE.

Amy Collier Have been calling since this place opened this morning. Not sure how to get through to someone. It rings and rings with no answer and you cant (ZERO) out to anywhere. When ringing stops its a fast busy signal. Ive tried to get through to all areas of automated system. Good luck to the next person.

Riley Banning My sister is sick, we waited in the waiting room for a good 20 minutes until they finally called us to a room. They simply checked her nose, throat, and ears and said they needed to do swabs on her. They sent us back to the waiting room, and we’ve been waiting here for a good 30 minutes. With barely any patients in the waiting room, this really should not take this long. Does it really take this long for swabs? do better.

Latoya stewart I only gave three stars because the Nurse that care for my son was very nice and helped my son that was going thru crisis. There were two other nurses that gave dirty looks and were not nice at all and judging.

Lup3cx Star I kept telling the lady that my grandpa doctor told us to bring him in and she did absolutely nothing to help us she tried to talk to me like I was stupid so we ended up going home and guess what she calls me to come back. Chi needs to hire better people whoever is IN CHARGE needs to get fired with everyone at THE ER

Dennis Gray They have special chairs just for the dr they will last forever because there never used because the dr doesnt have time to talk to you nor do they have enough staff if you need special test you will be there a extra 3 days waiting at your expense because of short staff

Angela Ring While the service was great trying to get a refund from this Hospital takes an act of Congress three calls two and a half months and they finally cut my refund check mind you they were paid not only by me and by my insurance company promptly and at time of service by me 10 days after service by my insurance company and yet it took me two and a half months to get my refund
