Michelle Dwyer I showed Mindy the picture on the left, and she made my hair look exactly like it! (Poor lighting in the photo, but in person its identical.) I love it! Shes also very affordable and friendly. They also do a great job on mens haircuts, and they are super quick.

Divya & Prasanna R I typically never write reviews and definitely nothing negative especially for a local business but I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went for a simple hair styling and the lady who worked on my hair didnt seem very professional. I didnt like the way she washed my hair..she barely even used any shampoo or even massaged..just pretty much ran mt hair under water. Then we started blow dry and I asked if she could used the dryer as much as possible instead of curling iron.. she insisted on using the curling iron and kept tugging and pulling my hair.. I told her a few times its getting too close to skin and I could feel it almost touch my skin. She didnt hear ( or understand) and before ee knew she burnt my forehead . It was pretty decent size burn and there were no apologies. I was very disappointed and left almost crying from the salon.

Britney Nguyen MD Hair Salon is such a great place to go especially when you know that Great Clips, from the other side of Kroger, sometimes doesn’t listen to your requests and messes up your haircut. Mindy and Christina actually listen to you and they make sure if it’s what you want for your hair. They talk to you and are very friendly. You guys should come here. I remember sitting and waiting for my haircut and another customer came in asking for help with their hair because Great Clips messed it up. They do such a great job!

Tatum Ash I was very disappointed in the way I was treated! I went in to have Theresa color/ highlight my hair with a picture so there would be no miscommunication and she thought it was a beautiful color. Sadly I did not get this color nor did I get any highlights that was visible! My hair was dark and sad for my next day trip to the beach!! I was very nice about the situation and paid her for her time and even tipped her as planned!...Just for her to say to only follow up with the manager for now on!..Which is Gail, from what I was told..Who offered to do my highlights at her convenience almost a whole 2wks later! Which I would have to pay for! I was willing to do this just to get fixed and because I really didnt know who else to go to in this area. Although she was not enthused in helping me..We did get a appointment made for 11:00 which I wrote in 2 different places on calendar. I show at 10:45 and she very rudely said it was for 10 and she would not be doing it. She couldnt call?? I walked away very hurt by her unprofessional response and in the way she handles her business!! I will never be back! I will also never recommend this place to my friends or family! Im now out $150 dollars and nothing what I wanted! Ive been told after seeing my hair that I shouldnt of paid!..Stay away from this place!

They are extremely uncomfortable, have horrible back support. I have to carry cushions from home to sit on them. I can’t afford to change my hairstylist . Please consider change those chairs

Manali Shah Horrible attitude. If there were zero stars, I would give her that instead. I called talia to make an appointment for a balayage. She asked me to send a picture before hand to make sure what I wanted is doable. After confirming that it was doable, I went to the appointment. I have dark hair but she thought applying just the brown color will get what I wanted. Since she was more knowledgeable in this area, I agreed to whatever she recommended as long as I get the look I wanted. After the service, there was no color really showing so I told her and she said she will put some serum which will lighten it up. She had another client waiting so I didn’t really argue with her and paid her and left. After I reached home, I took some pictures on my phone and realized that it seemed like there was no real highlights showing in my hair so I contacted her right away and asked her if I can come back to get it fixed. Initially she said she is busy with a client right now so why don’t I come the next day. I canceled all my plans for the next day so I can get my hair fixed and agreed. The next morning she contacts me saying that she is not feeling well so we have to reschedule. I told her that is okay but I need to get it fixed soon since I am not in the country later. She started giving me excuses and wouldn’t agree to give me an appointment for the next couple of days. Instead she says, I keep certain days for only my real paying clients. That was messed up to say after I paid her even with a tip although I did not get what I was promised. Then when I asked her what day I can come she started cursing and saying how I was bullying her and didn’t care about how she was feeling. This is horrible. If she was not feeling well, she should have just told me that I will contact you later. Instead she started a whole argument and was putting blame on me. I truly do not want anyone to experience this again. I normally do not write bd reviews but this is a must so everyone is aware of she treats you. We all are humans and mistakes happen but the way you handle it is very important in the professional industry as well as a human being. She really disgusted me! I do not even feel safe going to her and do not even want to get my hair fixed with her anymore!

Kelci Cabana I have been coming to Talia for years after my husband introduced me to her since he had been getting his hair cut by her also. I always have a great experience from the moment I walk Into the salon. Talia is very professional and does a full consultation to ensure you’re on the same page about what you want and what is possible in that session. She has impressed me with using many different techniques depending on what look I’m going for and most recently installed extensions for me which are amazing. I recommend Her to anyone who is looking for a great stylist!

She noticed my sons cowlick in the front & without me having to say anything cut his hair so it would be straight in the front, which has never happened anywhere else! I always have to say something or his hair across the front of is forehead is crooked everytime.

I was scheduled to see Mary Nguyen and had the worst experience that it was nearly laughable. My appointment was set for 12:15PM and I received a text at 11:47 saying they were ready for me. I get there at 12:08PM, 7 minutes AHEAD of schedule and Mary treated me like I was late. I walk in and she says, "Brittany? Okay, COME BACK HERE." Right then and there we were already off to a poor start. She didnt bother to introduce herself, not even a smile. She pointed at her station and told me to put my stuff down and I POWER WALKED to the shampoo bowl where she was flagging me down. Still, has not said a word to me or even Hi....THANKS for coming in early? She then proceeds to SCRAPE, not scrub, SCRAPE my scalp and is super heavy handed that I ended up having an inflamed scalp for 4 days. While she was shampooing my hair so aggressively and like she had something personal against me, she was speaking VERY negatively with her co-worker which made it awkward. This isnt the end of it... After she rips my hair out of my head with her aggressive brushing she pulled my hair forward and told me to go back to her station. I did... She asked me what kind of hair cut I want, I tell her I want my bangs trimmed & I would like them wispy, she says to me in a rude tone, "Oh, I thought they were too short already." ...As if I asked her? I literally laughed to myself, couldnt believe someone was not only treating me poorly but talking to me this way. I just said back to her, "Well theyre covering my eyes so I dont think theyre that short." I asked her to cut off the dead ends and usually my stylist will SHOW ME how much they need to cut before actually doing it. She of course did not bother and just cut away. At this point I just wanted it all to be over so I could get the f out of there.... IT DOESNT END THERE... Then I go to check out and since it was my first time there I had to put down a partial payment of $20, which made my balance $10. She tells me this and I reach into my purse for my wallet and was calculating tip in my head, so I just asked again How much was the total and she got loud and stern with me saying, "YOU PUT DOWN $20...." and THAT is when I lost it and talked over her before she finished her sentence. She didnt say Thank you, Nice to Meet you, Pleasure doing business.. Nothing. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter a couple weeks after but told her cancel due to her poor treatment of her customers. Mary is by FAR the worst cosmetologist Ive ever worked with and I used to get my hair cut by students at Ogle hair school. Judging from these reviews, Its the OTHER Mary you want to see. Just look at how she did my "wispy bangs" too.. absolute disgrace. ZERO stars.

Shillu Jos Absolutely Awful Experience - Damaged My Childs Confidence! This salon is the absolute WORST place to take anyone, especially children, with curly hair! We took my daughter in for a simple trim, and the entire experience was a nightmare. Her hair is naturally curly and requires specific care, which includes using oils to keep it healthy and manageable. However, the stylist completely disregarded this and publicly embarrassed my daughter by telling her she needed to wash her hair with **Dawn dish soap**! Not only is Dawn incredibly harsh and drying, but its completely unsuitable for curly hair. On top of that, the stylist then suggested using **baking soda** on her hair – another disastrous recommendation! This left me speechless. Its clear the staff here has no understanding of how to care for curly hair types. Their unprofessional and damaging advice not only put my daughters hair health at risk, but also made her feel self-conscious about her natural curls. This is completely unacceptable! **If you have curly hair, of any kind, STAY AWAY from this salon!** They will damage your hair and leave you feeling embarrassed. There are plenty of stylists who specialize in curly hair – take your business elsewhere!

Whether it’s just a hair cut, or you need a hairdo for an event (they did my hair for multiple events including my wedding), M Salon has you covered. Great for walk ins or last minute appointments too!

Kelli Perry I get my hair done at the McKinney location by Sydney. She is amazing. She cuts, colors and styles my hair and I love it everytime. She explains what she is doing and is a very good listener, she has always given me her honest opinion. Jovie is a very clean and comfortable environment and everyone is so friendly.

Ashley Sutti I love this salon! I see Jessica who does an absolutely amazing job! Best haircut and color/highlight I have ever had! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. This place has such a great, chill vibe and it is clean with an open concept layout. They also have good music playing which is a plus! I have been to their other location in McKinney which has the same awesome vibe. I haven’t been to the Frisco location so can’t speak on that one but pretty sure it is awesome too! I would definitely recommend coming here!

Lulis Taqueria Claudia and Martha are the best hair stylists in Plano! Ive been coming with Claudia for over 15 years, and to this day I doubt Ill go anywhere else. Claudia is full of energy, full of laughter and has a lot of devotion to her profession. They really know how to treat you right, and will go to extra lengths to make anything right. My family and friends are also coming here and they never leave disappointed. And remember its by appointment only so make sure to call beforehand to secure an opening with them!

Earlene Conner Not even one star! Horrible experience!! Left in shock; so much so, I kept after school appointment for my granddaughter’s cut because I didn’t know what else to do and thought surely Martha could just cut straight. I am new to the area and had had my hair lightened somewhere else, but it cost more than $200! Gave Martha the dye # used to cover my gray. (Had let it grow too much from the first place.). I was dumbstruck! I looked like a reverse skunk!! There was a very much darker, about 2” strip on either side of my part! Also my hair began breaking off a few inches from my scalp. Never would I have ever thought it could have been so bad!!

Scarlett Jayden Jenny and Chi are fantastic. They have colored, deep conditioned and cut mine and my 2 daughters hair for 8 years! They truly care for their clients needs and will always make it right! Pink, red, black, blue, purple, black, bleaching, they have done it all for us. They also kindly braided my daughters hair when it was wet because she did not want it dried. Looked awesome! Very thoughtful of them. Prom, Homecoming, they have done spectacular jobs, up, down, anything one may want. They are both very talented. I wish I could post pix here!

gbronzich They have been styling and colouring my hair for years, and Ive never had a bad experience with Jenny or Chi. Theyre both great at what they do and very nice ladies. They also completely follow any instructions you give them about your hair, and they honour my choice to wear my hair long. I highly recommend their business to everyone.

Taher Niknam Long time ago, I wanted to write this review but stopped myself. Just look at how she responds to negative reviews—very unprofessional and rude. She also generates fake reviews after every bad one. Never trust her stars. Instead of improving herself, she uses bad language, which is very unusual. On top of that, she does whatever she wants without listening at all.

Rudy I have been coming to this location for 9 years, all of the sudden ran into a very RUDE WOMAN TODAY! She had such a Horrible attitude, I would tell her some thing & she wouldn’t reply, it happen many times & as many times never replied….. asked for water & she denied it, after a while she said Supercuts do not provide water to customers, & finally she went in the back & brought a red solo cup, and said you get back there & grab your water… still tip her $5.00 but unfortunately went there for a haircut & ended up into a bad attitude

AK KA I am a local guide and travel a lot, I was in Allen and needed to get a haircut. I made an appointment for 5:05pm and came in at 4:50 however no one even bothered to ask about my appointment when I got in. So I just signed in and sat there waiting for my turn. 20 minutes passed and still no one could care less about my appointment, so I approached an older blonde midsize white lady to ask who is gonna give me a haircut and how long more should I wait. She said 20 minutes and I said okay I’ll be in my car which is parked right in front of the salon. She said that’s fine. 15 minutes passed I came back and there was a guy that walked in 20minutes after me and she was cutting his hair. She looked at me like she wasn’t expecting me to comeback and didn’t have the courage to say anything. I waited for 10 minutes more and left. Very disappointing experience, no hospitality and care for the potential customers and for the job they do. Concluding I sat in my car and googled any other haircut places nearby available. I found Carvedandcraftedhair.com by Jessica. I called and asked if she available, she greeted very happily and took care of my hair very good. I will be going only to her whenever I visit Dallas and recommend to any other people there. Thank you

Heather Gerich My husband got a haircut at the location in Allen on 7/16/2021 and I could not believe that the salon would allow him leave like this. Clearly, the hair stylist, Lita lacks any skill nor talent. She simply used the clippers to closely shave all the hair at the base of the head, and then she didn’t even fade the shaved hair with the long uneven hair! Horrible!!! Don’t go to this salon. Please, stop this stylist from doing more damage. She needs to be fired. I wonder if she even has a current cosmetology license. This is ridiculous!

James Glavickas I was in town and decided I needed a haircut, I looked at the boardroom and found them via Google. When I arrived I was unaware that I should have booked online. However, they were able to fit me in for a cut. If I wanted my beer trimmed or a shave it would be an hour-long wait. I should have done my research into that and figured that out. My mistake on that one. However, while waiting the power flickered while there was a bad storm going through the area. Very unusual to see. When I finally got in for my haircut, the seats were very comfortable and luxurious. I opted for a fade as I usually just get a buzz cut. I decided also spring for a shampoo and wash as I was going to be out for a while and not heading back to my Airbnb to resolve all the little hairs on my head. Upon further investigation was that My hair was cut unevenly and not faded correctly. The members of my party noticed and pointed it out to me using the mirror at the Airbnb. Other than that, my experience was okay.

Bailey Willett Both ladies are absolutely AMAZING, but Erica has been my girl for about a year now. Ill never go to anyone else. At Shear Angels, the vibes are good and comfortable - youll never be awkwardly sitting in silence with these girls and their clients. Erica specializes in beautiful, vibrant colors, and she is amazing at her work! As a girl with natural very dark brunette hair, I was scared, naturally, going in to go blonde - but she actually cared enough about my hair to use all of the products and procedures needed to make the transition smooth so that my hair wouldnt be damaged. Love her!

Anna Greer absolutely love Erica! went in to start a blonding process, and she listened to everything i wanted, and explained to me the process, and is doing everything to keep my hair healthy! even after hours, i have texted her because i wasn’t sure what hair products to get, and she replied in a very timely manner, and was VERY informative on everything i had questions about. she is my go to lady for hair now, and i will definitely recommend her to everyone i speak with!

Desiree Flores Erica and Kelly are the best. Theres nothing they cant do. Erica has been the best with my crazy schedule and 2 unpredictable kids, and I have been met with nothing but kindness even when Ive had to r/s last minute. I understand and respect her schedule and try to show up early but she manages even the unexpected with respect and understanding. Ive only been going to her for about 6 months but Ive never gotten more compliments on my hair. Thanks you for making me a fiery redhead again!!
