I was so glad I met her. I showed her a picture of what I liked & she nailed it. I will definately be going back to see her!

Lauren Bowen Jessica is amazing!! She takes her time with the consultation to make sure what you want is possible and to make sure she understands. I ask for layers and bangs, showed her a pick and the cut was exactly what I wanted and asked for!! Check her out!!

D. Isbell Adam does a great job on my haircuts. I’ve been going to him for over a year now and I dont even have to tell him what I want anymore. He does a really good job blending in the fade and he spends the extra time that a lot of barbers don’t to make sure that the fade lines really disappear. I’m very excited for him that he has his own shop now.

Kymberleigh Wall My 14yr old loves his hair! The design was just what he wanted. Adam was easy to talk to & he really listened. And his prices are reasonable. He doesnt make you pay extra for a design like some do. We have already scheduled our next appointment.

Pauletta Robertson Kim is a great stylist. I started going to Kim a few years ago and havent regretted it. She truly cares about the health of her clients hair. My hair was weak from chemicals when I started going to her but with her magic hands; my hair blossomed. It is now thick as ever, full, long and healthy. She also keeps a clean and classy salon. Cyndi Salmon I have been going to Teresa at White Lights for over 18 years now. When you find that perfect person who knows how to cut and style your hair you keep them forever! White Lights has an atmosphere of being glamorous yet homey. Each stylist has their own room with big windows in it in which to work instead of being in one big room or cubbies. I get my hair colored, cut and styled for less than a $100 and my stylist is current on the latest styles. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my hair that wasnt a stylist at White Lights. Everyone is exceptionally friendly there. And Im always offered coffee or water. They do have a beverage machine that has different kinds of sodas and sports drinks. This is best place in Longview for a hair style, cut or color! Love them!

Thomas Harris Jesse C. Robertson is the best hair stylist this side of Dallas. He takes his time and gets it right every single time. Hard to find that in this day and age.

Julie Moore This has been my go to salon since 1997!! Dale Poole is the owner, and by far the best at what he does!! Never left disappointed with the work he does on my hair!!

Barbara Morgan Dale Poole is the best hair stylist I have ever had cut my hair. I have fine hair that is thinning and he makes me look terrific!

wendy malone We’ll have to think I got the worst hair cut ever. I wanted it short, well it is! But I provided at picture and a video. The girl didn’t have a lot of experience with what I wanted which is fine. To me hair is hair it will grow back. But I really don’t even know what to do with it other then just completely shaving my head. I’ve dyed it pink and purple hoping that would help. Nope! Love the color but still have the messed up cut! Thinking I’m gonna have to go with the skinhead hair cut with just hair in the front. I’m sure she’s good and will be ok but definitely needs more experience.

J Cal Most of them were very nice. The owners were great. But they couldn’t get my color right. I went back three times and had to take a FULL day off work so I could spend the full day there. I’d been doing my hair for years. Never had a problem. They had to bleach three times! and I have dirty blond to begin with. I have horrible breakage and never got good color. I asked three times before my first appointment. “ you really thing you can get this color” oh yes!!! $190 it cost, and a full days pay. Another $90. Color lasted one week - and it’s a month later- the breakage is BAD. I WAS NOT GOING to give a negative review. Ship happens. But man the breakage is the final straw. People need to know. Ok for cutting. Not for color.

Caroline Moore Jace did an amazing job with my hair! He was so gentle, and did exactly what I wanted! Very very happy and I will be back for sure!

Crystal Smith Jace is the best! He does a great Keratin treatment, covers my grays, gives me highlights. I always love the way my hair looks when I leave there.

Erin Brogoitti Steve has got such a talent. He gave me the absolute best hair cut I’ve ever gotten in Longview. He takes his time and is a perfectionist which I admire in a hair dresser. All of the other ladies in the salon are always very friendly. I’d recommend Steve at CS to anyone in East Texas.

Exie Nikki My friend went to this salon and received the worst service ever with pics to match. She has tried to contact the stylist about how displeased she was with her, but to no avail, no one has tried to offer her a resolution or apology. She received a permanent and a haircut. After 3 days, her curl pattern was weaker than a walking noodle with a cane. Her hair is very straight at the root and frizzy at the ends. She has tried to contact Morgan and has spoken with Morgan. However, Morgan has yet to assist her with her issues. I know that Salon Pink is a popular salon, however, the work should be popular as well. The only reason I am leaving a review on her behalf is because this was her last option. No one has tried to fix her hair or even offer a simple resolution as to what can be done. P.S. This permanent wave is less than 2 months old.

A Scheduled a blow out drove 20 miles to be told i did a no show 2024 july and need to pay 209$ to get my service . Never received the text also ive been in there in sept 2024 blow out service never asked about $200 . I dont even remember scheduling a service and not showing up ! Ive never done that ever at a business . If by error its been a year and thats crazy to deny Buisness . I used to love going there had such a great experience. Very sad they conduct Buisness this way

Summer Norton Came in because I had been recommended by multiple people including friends . I asked before hand about an all over color, which was nailed. Very pretty. My cut on the other hand… When I came in my hair was more than halfway down my back and when she asked how much I wanted off I told her no more than two inches, she then asked me to show her, I showed her , no more than two inches on my hair. She cuts my hair… I turn around and see a good 6 inches on the ground and honestly had to hold back tears. I looked in the mirror to my hair being right under my shoulders. I know hair grows back and this might be a dramatic reaction but it took my hair years to grow that length, and what I thought was going to be a healthy trim turned into a huge chop. I’d love to say I had a good experience, but that alone really hurt me ! My stylist was Maria.

HJ Flippen I checked in at the desk on the tablet using my phone number. I chose the services I wanted then waited for less than 5 minutes. My stylist was very polite and kind. She did what I asked for then took me up front. Very fast service (not in a rushed kind of way). I left her a very nice tip for her great work.

Linda Christina did a great job on my haircut!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it just right!! She also has a very pleasant personality.

0ffnsv Not a haircut professional by any means but it seems like most places Ive been to manage to turn the ever so popular fade into layers of different length hair with notable lines where short hair ends and longer hair begins. My stylist here has done a perfect blended fade on every visit in a shorter period of time and for a reasonable price. The staff are polite and not over pushy to sell you extras. I really appreciate the service.

A Cano My prenatal massage with Cat was great! She made me feel very comfortable as this was my first time getting any sort of massage and was attentive to my needs & areas I wanted her to focus on. The salon itself was clean, cozy and cheery. The front desk staff were very friendly as well. Pricing is more than fair, I plan to be back in the future for other services. Thank you Cat!

Mykeira Parish The only place I’ll go for a massage. Israel is who I ask for everytime. His focus is to relieve any tension and stress you come in with, I leave feeling like a new person each time. The receptionist are very welcoming & sweet! 10/10 Recommend!

Are you tired of having a therapist go through “their routine” with little to no customization based on your needs? Israel is a skilled professional and was able to find the areas in my back shoulders, neck, etc. that were knotted up and he worked each area until muscle tissue was relaxed and knot free. Fantastic job my man! For those guys who keep requesting a female therapist only to be left with your back still knotted up… Let me assure you it’s more important to get results so just set up an appointment with Israel… he WILL NOT disappoint.

Tony Olivares I got nothing I asked for. Autumn never asked if the length was correct. I asked for layers and there is definitely no layers. The color I wanted, she talked me out of and made it seem impossible to do and did blonde highlights instead and on top of that, I was charged twice as much.

ken lyons It isnt easy trusting your hair to someone besides your regular hairdresser, but when you are away from home and looking shaggy, well, you have no choice. Deanna was the right choice!! She understood how I wanted my hair to look and got it that way...especially the bangs. If you live in town make Deanna your regular hairstylist!

Natalie Norrell Super friendly staff and stylist, but beyond disappointed with the outcome of my hair. I paid $60 just to get my hair styled and it looked absolutely nothing like what I asked for. I had to fix it myself when I got home, which was what I was trying to avoid. I would try them again for a cut, but I would never go back just to get my hair styled.

She has long hair and was able to keep my length, comply with my desire to use the CurlyGirl method, get rid of the shagginess and make my hair look good again. Thanks Sydney!

Lily Miner Hidalgo Hair Studio has a beautiful, spa-like atmosphere, and uses high end non-damaging hair coloring and styling products. The staff are competent, professional, friendly, and the owner, Julie, is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this business!

Concetta Duncan The salon is beautiful and I loved the sweet dog that roams around. Wonderful surprise. My stylist on the other hand, was immature and spoke only about herself, not letting me getting a word in edge wise. She did a good job on my color and highlights, but I really wanted more highlights but that was my fault for not saying anything. My hair cut is okay, not great. I have had to cut my own bangs since my visit. I will go back but have a different stylist. I was in the beauty and salon business for over 20 years. I know how to treat a client. Hopefully she will learn to listen as she matures.

Blake Willett Went in for my first time today and Chasity was my stylist. She did an amazing job, listened very well and was great to work with. She even arrived an hour before the opened to accommodate with my work schedule. Absolutely love my hair. Have now found my stylist in the East Texas area after several trial and errors elsewhere. Walter & Valerie Vaughn Been going to Steven for about 6 months or more, and to be honest I am very happy with the cut for the price. He does better than some of the places that charge way more for a mens hair cut. So I highly recommend giving him a try. He even takes the time to show you the back of your hair with the mirror.

The ladies had to have a little consultation session over my sons situation, and they got him fixed up with what I think is one of his cleanest styles to date. DD King She cancelled my appointment that I had booked for 2 months prior. She cancelled it about 50 minutes before my appointment time. She said she was sick, (Which I completely understand that these things happen.) What I did not understand was after the last minute cancellation, she never responded to my messages to reschedule my appointment. I was left with no back up for my hair and I also had taken a day off of work and was missing money for this hair appointment !!!! ) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Due to this unprofessionalism I would not recommend and will definitely not be back !!

Trevor Casey Took my son to get his haircut yesterday at Gilmer rd location and it did not go well. Mona was the stylist and she cooked his hair. It was un even across the board and his neckline was murdered along with uneven sideburns . The back was cut all the way up with the sides longer . And then his neck was bright red and you could see 12 clipper marks from where she was digging the clippers into his skin . He was in tears leaving . Not trying to be rude but she does not need to be cutting hair .
