britni Johnson I took both my daughters to see Tandra and she was very disinterested in doing hair. They both got highlights and a cut. I asked her if she could style it and I was told no that she didn’t have time. However, in between my daughters appointments, she took an unexpected client which resulted in my girls not getting their hair fully done. Then, it was over $400. They were very excited and by the end it was a let down. She was very rude the whole time to all of us.

Jennifer Upton Erin is Incredibly talented with fine hair and challenging highlights. Erin has corrected multiple friend’s bad highlights. They can do incredible hair extensions and nobody will be able to tell.

Kathleen McIlvaine I have to say that this rating is not because of the hairstylist. Every time that I went to get my hair done, I was very pleased. Laurie was so accommodating and talented. My concern is the lack of communication. I tried on several occasions to schedule an appointment. Each time I left a message. No one ever returned my calls. On my last message I said " If I do not hear back, I guess you do not need my business." Sadly, I decided to go to another salon.

Even after moving around the last 7 yrs I still travel far and wide to her. If you had a bad hair job (the fixx) or just need an out of town cut or somewhere new that’s local this is your place.

Tricia LeClair If I could give it zero stars if I could, I went on Sunday evening with my daughter and husband, just to get my daughters hair washed and bangs trimmed for picture day at school on Monday. It was still more than half an hour before they closed and one stylist was already packed up to leave and the other was finishing up the gentleman she was working on and very rudely stated we are done you can come back tomorrow. We left with our daughter in tears that she wasnt going to look good for her school photo. We ended up going to Great Clips and they happily took care of her and made her look great.

Samantha Hartman Love love love this salon! I’ve had some disastrous results with other salons/stylists in the past which made me apprehensive to try coloring my hair again. All of those reservations went out the window when Madison worked her magic on my hair! I’ve seen her about three times now and this last time was my absolute favorite result. Asked for a bit of pink to make my blonde feel more fun and she made a wonderful recommendation to add it underneath. Needless to say I am in love and will probably continue this coloring style for quite a while! I highly recommend this salon, each and every stylist is outstanding and really listens!

Sweet Crystal Esther absolutely butchered our hair. She cut almost 4 feet of hair between all 3 of us. She didnt listen to us. She was shown pictures and told what each of us wanted. I got home and realized that besides over a foot of hair was cut off, it still looked like crap. I went back the next day and showed her another picture. Still she cut off even more of my hair and now my hair is up to my ears. Mind you I had about 2 feet of hair when I started. Which I told her originally that I wanted the length of my hair to stay like that. Against my better judgement, I thought going back she would get it right. My dog could have done better. If you are thinking about going here. You probably should go somewhere else. Unless of course you want a botched haircut or no hair at all. All while being charged to receive horrible service. Esther I think you should just retire because youve lost your touch. unless of course you did horrible to us on purpose.

JESSICA MARTINEZ I come here every so often....we have not had much luck finding a good salon for my sons hair. He has a weird hairline and everyone wants to straighten it. With the shape of his head, you cant do that, we have been there, done that. We have settled for this place, we like to invest in mom and pop or locally owned businesses and as a business owner we understand the importance and value of each customer and customer service. Two ladies work here, the owner and a younger lady. Let me tell you that the owner has a piss poor attitude, she is condecending, rude and has a sense of entitlement....like she is doing us a favor or that we are bothering her with work. It isnt just this time. It is all the time. She does not do a good job and luckily we work with the other lady....today we had no choice due to many things. The owner started asking me what we did to my sons hair, "what is this?" or "look at this?" all I know is that the last time it was cut was there......and she wants to criticize? judge me for their doing? tip of the iceberg for me because time is precious and our money is earned, it holds value and I for one will help her out by no longer going there. She can retire early, she obviously doesnt need to work and feels the need to be unprofessional. She doesnt give customers that have chosen to invest in her and in her business the slightest respect that as individuals we all should receive.... basic common courtesy, respect that you would give a stranger. In no way shape or form have I ever been disrespectful, rude or am I going off one incident. I hope she reads this, you know who I am and I truly wish you could see that your business is not as successful as it could be because of your attitude. In all reality, I have no idea how you have kept such a good employee that is obviously the source of your income and not because we have a license to do something, should we dedicate ourselves to do it because sometimes we just arent blessed with the gift to do so. I wish you well on your retirement. I am aware that it will my take more than me to stop going but the funny thing is that you will run them off in due time....as you have been. Should your business truly mean something to you recognize it is an acomplishment that needs to be nurtured and each day is a blessing, give love to your business and respect to your customers, it may bring the joy that you so desperately need.

Alina Perez I really was hoping to like this blow dry bar, and am so sad I had a disappointing experience - scheduled my mom and I to have our hair washed and styled before my college graduation. My hair was curled nicely when leaving the salon, but maybe only 2 hours later my curls had fallen. The curls were barely there and my hair was f l a t. I didnt have time to do anything about it since I had to go to my graduation. My mom, on the other hand, had to recurl her hair since the same had happened to her. By the time I was at my graduation ceremony my hair was even straighter and I planned to call to ask if they could recurl my hair the next day since I was having a graduation party, or at least do something to fix this unfortunate experience. I called the next morning, the girl who answered just said theres nothing she can do, but that shed have the manager reach out. The owner, Kendra, only sent a text message telling me shes sorry, that the weather was bad, and that I had told them my hair didnt stay. I messaged her back kindly asking if anything can be done because I was and still am frustrated that I paid $50 for bad hair and Ill always have pictures of me walking the stage and graduating with bad hair. Unfortunately, she never responded - its been 5 days. At the end of the day, I wish Kendra and her business the best, owning a small business is hard! Ive worked for small businesses for years and my family owns one so I personally understand how difficult it is. I also understand how important it is to care about the quality of the service and goods you provide.

skewer Had probably the worst customer service experience of my life over the phone with one of the employees. Went back and forth with 0 progress until they said the manager would call me back. They never did. I didnt even bother trying to call back I just called my bank and disputed my no-show charge. Cant imagine how much worse it is in person. (Edit: Im not a bot, this account is nearly 10 years old with reviews from years ago? Yall seem to have an issue with owning up to your mistakes because this happened over the phone as well.)

It had been a while since my hair had been cut, my previous hairdresser disappeared so I was very nervous about getting a new one. She sat me at ease immediately by just combing my hair and talking about what I would like. We ended up cutting about 6-8 inches off and adding some color......wow did it look amazing. The following appointment we went a little shorter with a cute side bang!!! My hair is still long, and my husband and friends love my new hair style. Great job Katy, I can not thank her enough!!!!!

She did an amazing job! She knew how much time was needed and came to the ladies hotel to get a jump on hair before heading out to the venue. Faith Hunter “Chase” Katie Caldwell is my hair stylist, and she is so fun and kind, and she really cares about her clients. She is GREAT with color, and when you give her the reigns she always does what can to flatter your features.

Zoe H. I hate to be "that person" who writes a negative review but felt compelled to do so in order to warn others after my horrible experience at Indulge Vanity Salon. Prior to booking an appointment, based on previous positive reviews (are these even legitimate reviews or did the owners friends write them?), I was confident that this place would do a good job with my hair and makeup for my sister-in-laws wedding. I was scheduled for two hours with Reagin to do my hair and makeup. She was 40 minutes late since she was finishing up on another client. No big deal, however, she did my hair AND makeup in under 45 minutes. How is that possible? Well, let me tell you about my sordid tale. First, the hair: I opted for an updo which did look nice, however, after I left the salon part of the updo started to fall down (she only used hairspray, no other hair products, and definitely did not use enough bobby pins to secure my hair). Now, the makeup, if you can even call it that! I showed Reagin a photo of a soft, romantic look of what I wanted. When she pulled out the cheap e.l.f. brand makeup I knew this would not forbode well for me. Since she is considered a "professional/experienced makeup artist," I was hoping the final makeup look would turn out well, but that didnt happen. For special events where a lot of photos will be taken, you want a more dramatic look. Unfortunately, she did not enhance my eyebrows, did not use eyeliner, skimped on the mascara, and did not have false eyelashes available. Also, my eyeshadow was applied unevenly. She did an atrocious job with applying foundation which did not blend into my jawline, as well as her attempt to "contouring" made me look like I was wearing war paint. Oh, and lets not forget the cheap, garish lipstick that she crookedly applied on me. Bottom line: it looked like a drunk toddler did my makeup! I am no makeup expert but I could have saved myself $55 and do my own makeup better. As proof, I am including a photo of what I looked like right before I left the place (aka crack-cocaine ho makeup done by Reagin). When my husband came to pick me up, before I could even say a word, he jolted in shock and asked why I was orange. This "salon" is a joke. You have been warned. As for the aftermath, I was fortunate to have four hours prior to the wedding and immediately headed over to Ulta at Creekside Crossing to have my hair and makeup corrected. (Jennifer was a true Godsend since she is professionally trained by Lancome and re-did my entire makeup correctly. Thank you, Jennifer and Ulta!)

The Corpuz Family Worst service ever! Spent 400$ for nothing I had asked her if she can do the color i want and she said yes and after 6-7 hrs she said it might not be the same but i still said thats fine but at the end my hair wasnt even closer to what i wanted.But I still tipped her good and even made a follow up appointment in a month and half . The next day i texted her and asked if we could do atleast make some changes in my hair because my hair looked the Same as my natural hair. And then she blocked me in instagram . The complimentary shampoo afterwards was relaxing. Ill be a regular because theyre just excellent!! Melissa Erskine After not having a great experience with another salon in the morning. I came here with my 3 year old and 12 year old for haircuts. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. They treated us with such kindness and respect. Sharon did my 3 year Olds hair and made it so fun and he looks so great. I didnt catch the name of who did my 12 year Olds hair but she looks amazing as well. They have gained a loyal customer and I appreciate them being so kind!

I used to visit the "Big Cut" store next door, but after a few too many times of my wife having to "fix" my haircut, I decided it was time for a change. I gave Premier a shot, and I havent looked back since. Every visit leaves me feeling confident and looking sharp — no more post-haircut touch-ups at home! **Pros:** - The manager is absolutely amazing, always making sure things run smoothly and customers are happy. - The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to remember your name and preferences. - The shop is spotless and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. **Cons:** - Mens haircut discount day is super popular, so it can get a bit packed! But honestly, its worth the wait. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about giving you the best experience, I highly recommend Premier. You won’t be disappointed!
