Thy Will Literally the worse haircut Ive ever received. I came out looking like a chia pet. Told them I wanted a taper and a part. Somehow my head looks rounder than a basketball. Told her how she could work around my head shape and she just looked at me confused. I ended paying $25 for this haircut. Ive had better haircuts at Supercuts. You can tell when people dont care about their craft. Jennifer is one of those people . I most definitely did communicate. Also told her I had a job interview the next day. Took less than 10 min for the job to be done. Once it was done it was irreversible.

Jacob S. Showed a couple references and ended up with a girlfriend with a karen haircut. The length was multiple inches shorter than asked for, the bangs were cut very differently, and the overall shape and style was the exact opposite of what she asked for. She went home and cried. What she asked for was completely disregarded and was cut multiple inches shorter than she asked for so it wasnt able to be fixed to what she wanted.

Michelle Megginson The stylists here are amazing people. Its like stepping back in time when people actually cared to take the time to get to know you. Theyre the best people. Youll always look and feel beautiful when you leave.

April Sanders First time ever visiting this salon. I set an appointment with Lindsey. She was prompt and got me in pretty quick. I really appreciate that! On top of that she was efficient with her time and a great conversationalist. She is very gentle and I walked out feeling like a million bucks! Thank you so much!

Derron Wright Very disappointed when I looked at my hair! theres no point in staying and arguing once the work was already done. Very uneven, all over the place, not very neat. Now im going to have to cut my hair tomorrow! Sigh... where do I start. From the moment I walked in I kinda since attitude. I was hoping that she would start over on my dreads but when I asked her about it she aggressively shook her head no. I started to leave right then and there but instead I kept telling myself to give her a chance. My dreds was already messed up from the previous beautician so I was hoping that she would save them but in stead it was even worse. When it was my time for service, I walked up and was trying to explain to her about my situation hoping that she would understand but she was not listening to me. She aggressively said, "have a seat." I felt very rushed like she was ready to get out of there. My anxiety was kicking in but I didnt show it. It was a very uncomfortable unprofessional situation for me. During the time she was doing my hair her child ran into me twice with his basket toy. I dont blame the child I blame the supervision. It seems like to me she just wanted to make a quick buck before they closed for the day. I will not be returning at all. I usually dont leave reviews but I feel I need to let my horrible experience be known. This is my honest review. Update: I’m very glad I’m not the only one who’s sees through this lady’s BS! Seems like others have gone through similar situations with just like me! Eventually she’s gonna run up on the wrong person one day and seriously regret it! She has a very bad attitude and likes to manipulate.

CG B Anita is amazing - definitely go see her. She was able to fit me in same day (she had a cancellation) I showed up a few minutes early and we were able to get started right away. My hair is natural and I have not had a silk press since my big chop. Before she started she asked if I had any problems (dryness, breakage etc)/so that she could use the best products for my hair. When she clipped my ends she showed me what my hair was doing and gave me a choice about how much to trim them. My hair feels great and I feel like I was able to spend time with a friend this afternoon. Absolutely go visit her!

Jennifer McCrady Kristin has done my hair for 7+ years, and therefore is one of my longest relationships! ;) We all know that when you find someone you love, you stick with them no matter what...especially when its as important as HAIR. Kristin is a true artist and her hand-painted balyage skills are unmatched. Theres no one else Id trust with my hair! Corry Smith Kristin is the rare combination of a stylist who can do cuts and color equally well. I asked her for low maintenance color to help blend my grey, and she did an amazing job! I also love that the shape and color continue to look great while my hair grows between cuts.

Kelsey Munson Cynthia was wonderful with my wiggly two year old! We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Not only did she do a wonderful job cutting my son’s hair, she was also very personable and friendly and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as we are new to the area.

Sara Page I have been going to I ❤️Hair for a number of years. Cynthia is my main go-to but I have used other stylists when she was unavailable. All the stylists are top notch. I love the fact that it is a local business owned and staffed by ladies who are connected to the community. The pricing is excellent and they are extremely detail-oriented and attentive. I get waxing and haircut most of the time. Cynthia does an excellent job on my long pixie and has done excellent bobs and other short/medium cuts on me.

Emily I recently went to the salon and Brooke was my stylist. We had a very thorough consultation and she listened very closely to what I wanted. During my service, she paid very close attention to detail. I have not had the best experience with previous hair salons , but Brooke exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning.

Kirstin Vaadi Jeanie is incredible! She has been my stylist for the past 3 years and she always does a phenomenal job with my hair cut and color! I recently moved away from Waco but I still drive here to get my hair done because she is just the very best!

Amy Berkemeyer Nicolev was amazing! She took so much time to listen to what I wanted and explain how she was going to cut my hair. It turned out fabulous.. my eyebrows were waxed and done perfectly! She was fun to talk to as well. It was quite a treat. It was a little pricey but worth every penny!

K H Does great with hair, but terrible at communication and scheduling. Was looking for a good stylist to help me with taking care of my hair and getting it back healthy. Scheduling with her the first time wasnt awful, but the second time was definitely a little more difficult. I was trying to schedule my next (third) appointment with her but she flat out does not respond or get back to you. I understand being busy. I dont understand flat out ignoring and making it difficult for a paying customer willing to come back for repeat business. Seems as if every time I tried to schedule an appointment was like I was having to chase her and pull teeth just to get a spot. She was not trying to work with me or find something to fit my schedule as well as hers unless I kept suggesting something that could work. It seemed as if I was being a bother and she didnt really care to have me as a customer. All I wanted was my hair done. Not sure if its just to me or new customers or what, but its very clear she picks and chooses who she wants to do business with and not everyone is welcome. I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for my hair care since she could care less about losing clients or business that does not seem to be good enough for her. If you dont want to do it or have nothing available for them, atleast communicate that to the customer. Just seems very unprofessional, unorganized, and unfair.

Amanda Mathews-Castro Got my husband a men’s facial for Valentine’s Day and he absolutely loved it! Erin was so kind and patient with him and he left wanting to go back soon, even though he was hesitant to start. He now realizes the benefits of a facial, even for a man. He even relaxed to the point of taking a nap! We can’t recommend Enve more and can’t wait to experience more of all that they have to offer!

hannah voss I went to Parker for my first facial ever and it was the most amazing experience ever! My skin has never looked better and she gave the best facial massage. Will 100% be going back to her.

Christina De La Cruz I took my mom to this shop and these ladies were amazing. Ericka Herrera and her staff took her to the back room and had her walking out like a superstar and feeling amazing. She took time to listen what my mother wanted and delivered on exactly what she said. Clean location, friendly staff and they did this with a WALK IN!!! Color, shampoo, style and brows. These ladies were amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!!

She is one of the phenomenal group of SUPER skilled, experienced, friendly yet professional, and extremely creative individuals at ENVE Beauty Bar. These ladies are INCREDIBLE!!! I absolutely felt like a "part of the family"..This salon offers something for everyone. Cuts, Color, Facials, Lashes, Microblading, Threading, Manicures, Pedicures, Makeup and MORE!!! Hard to believe but it is completely true!! These ladies LISTEN to the client and deliver exactly what you want PLUS! I cannot remember the last time I was treated like a VIP by a team of artists on my VERY FIRST VISIT!!! WOW...just WOW!!!

Missi Cook I visited Troy at Oz Salon inside Sola Salons for the first time today. My hair was a mess of gray roots, dark in the middle from my coloring my roots previously and light ends. Ive tried before to go gray but didnt stick with it. Today after talking with Troy, I began the process again. Troy was able to lift so much color out of my hair to give me a head start in the transformation, and he also gave me a really great cut.

Maddie Zander I go to Sola Salons for nails and hair. I have recently switched hair people but I love who I’m with now and I get my nails done by Stacy and she is so amazing and sweet and I’ve never complained about my nails. I switched Greg from another person and he and Troy and so nice and amazing at hair!

Christine Bass It was my first time there. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was very nice. Barbara was my stylist and she did an excellent job! My hair is permed and she gave me lots of info on new products to use and she is so pleasant to be around I would recommend her to anyone!

Shannon Mulvey I have had the best experiences at Salons in Ridgewood. Teresa Bond is an amazing stylist and great person! She also does gorgeous Aveda color which is so hard to find. I have also gotten several facials from Kat Lewie and she helped me find a regimen to heal my skin after it got destroyed from stress and wearing a mask every day. I love this salon and the entire staff is fantastic! THE salon to go to in Waco!

Dorothy Springer The front desk lady,manager and stylist was wonderful. All got what I needed for donating my hair to children with hair loss needs. They were amazing. I took 14 inches for the donation and the employees put hair in zip lock bags and even had the form to fill out and envelope to send out right away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I received an amazing hair cut!!! Thank you!!!

Melanie Hill I had the most wonderful experience at this salon. I have fine hair that I struggle with a lot. My current hairdresser had to cancel my appointment due to him having Covid and I was overdue for my highlights and cut. I called and Jennifer got me in that day. This was the best thing that could have ever happen. Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING. She did an amazing job on my highlights and put a few lowlights as well. She gave me a new style to wear my hair and I just love it. I wasnt looking for a new hairdresser, but because of the amazing job Jennifer did on my hair, she will now be my new hairdresser. Oh, and she also has a wonderful personality and just makes you feel so comfortable. Thank you Jennifer for this wonderful experience!

Little D Got a 5 star haircut but gave 3 stars due to changes made by ownership: Currently no option to choose senior cut in the appointment booking template online; another PRICE INCREASE, making a senior cut $23.00 (before tip!!)and of course non senior even HIGHER!!; Im male and in my 70s and have a very simple haircut... practically all by trimmer, and not even in chair for 5 minutes. Been coming here for years and have had good service and cuts by each of the staff, but Ill have to shop around for a basic barber shop due to the ridiculous high price now.

April Puente Was trying to get my daughters hair cut so I called but when I first called I didnt realize she spoke Spanish so I spoke in English asking for the price well she hung up on me before I was even able to talk in Spanish and then I called again and she didnt even answer my calls to give me a chance to speak! Not good service if your not giving anyone a chance to speak! I see someone has commented but I called back 2x and once you heard me speak English you didnt even care to answer so I called off of my husband phone and yall sure did answer quick and was very friendly when I spoke Spanish, but when I spoke English you didnt even give me a chance to switch my language before hanging up on me and ignoring me

Victor Perez It was my first time going here. I asked the old man for a taper fade. And he didn’t even blend anything and still left hair in some areas. I left the shop with patches on the right side of my head. $16 was not worth it and I would like my money back. It was so bad I had to go down to Great Clips to help get it fixed!!! I was suppose to be going to Dallas tonight and I might just miss out on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst 8 minutes I ever spent in a chair!

Rie Belt I asked Guadalupe aka Lupe not to cut the length not to cut more than an inch and what does she do she grabs her scissors and chops all of my hair off barely leaving an inch left! On top of that she left left one side longer than the other and then gave me a bald spot above my ear! If I could give a negative score I would!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!!

mickayla a. I’ve been going to Hannah at Wild Roots now for two years, and she has been absolutely phenomenal!!!! Her color skills are stunning, and I always leave impressed. Whether I get my hair colored and/or trimmed, I won’t go to anybody else but her. She will make you feel right at home in the salon chair with easy conversation and laughter. So grateful to have her as my hair stylist!

Caley Byers Erin is THE BEST! She NEVER fails to make my hair look and feel amazing! I love that she prioritizes the health of your hair and offers options and solutions based on how often you’ll be coming to get your hair done! Dahlia Cruz Horrible experience! Had my hair chopped up into uneven layers I did not ask for, “stylist” took it upon herself to put these layers in my hair without my knowledge. Asked for ash highlights, they came out gold. Aside from the horrible uneven haircut and color, I received painful clipper burns, abrasions and irritation I had to get medical attention for possible infection! I’m going through a very painful recovery I don’t wish on anyone! Go at your own risk! Stylist has been reported to state by me! My hair was done by Danielle (Dani)
