Audry Knowledgable staff, and the equipment and expertise to accomidate nearly any PT needs. Clean enough to not feel uncomfortable. (The staff may have high turn over; its not fun to have to restart with a new therapist every month or so.)

jyotsna s Front desk was very helpful in understanding what needs to be done and the process was smooth. Just waited for 10-15 mins until we were called in. The assistants who took the xray were also very welcoming and warm. Evan was very friendly and listened to the problem patiently. He ensured we understand the procedure well and gave us options so that we choose what is comfortable. He also made sure to speak about what he was doing and why he was doing it which was very helpful for us. Everyone had a smile on their faces which makes the whole experience very pleasant. We would recommend this place for sure !

Flor Reyes I recently visited an orthopedic clinic and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait time even more pleasant. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. Jezzhere 3 Greeted well at beginning. Service was great. Dismissal was great. Problem was my pain prescription that would allow me to sleep was never called it. Therefore I did not sleep all night due to the pain I was in. Resulted in a huge disappointment to not want to attend that office again therefore I will attend another location to see the results there. Please find out what happened and why it happened? So thankful it was not a more critical situation.

Stevie McGill I was iffy at first going to the clinic. The front desk staff is kind and quick but the doctors don’t listen. Especially the main doctor, the PA is fine enough and ordered tests and things when needed but the doctor completely dismissed my anxiety and told me to “take a deep breath” when I told him I don’t think what they prescribed me is working. It is what it is, I’m just frustrated.

Heather Mayer I’ve been having hard time with this clinic since I started coming here. It’s like I’m treated as nothings ever wrong with me cus I’m only “28” come to find out got diagnosed with Lupus so there was something wrong so I expected. And then every time I get referred out to a specialist, they refer me out to clinics that don’t accept my insurance. Recently I’ve been having severe head pain and I had to ask the doctor to do an MRI on my head. They referred me to an imaging center that doesn’t take my insurance. So I had to call my insurance to find a place. I provided them those details and still the ref has not been sent to the new imaging center. I feel this place is unprofessional and does not care about patients needs or concerns. I’m thinking of switching pcps if I don’t get answers. I constantly have to text them to get any response.

Jessica Kohlhepp DFW medical clinic was a great experience the first time around the second time around. I waited from my appointment time. At 11:30 didn’t get out of there until after 2 PM. I had some very important questions that I needed answers to and I felt like I Got nowhere, although this was a female doctor not my original So hopefully we won’t have this experience again

The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The Dr.s we met with have such a wonderful bedside manner. The Nurses and Patient Care Technicians are friendly, caring and knowledgable. The Physical Therapists were kind and helpful. The ladies in the Cafe were so sweet as well, helping my husband to feel cared for. Again going above and beyond. I wish there was an option to give 10 stars, because I would. If you are able, Baylor Surgical Hospital at Las Colinas, in my opinion, is the best place to heal from surgery. Thank you.❤

Carolyn Leahy I love Dr Shah. He never pressured me one way or the other. He certainly laid out all my options and he was very patient at the time it took me to REALISE that surgery was really my only option. He was always very honest and worked finding alternatives answers to having surgery. But, of course he knew best. I also needed back surgery and he said he did not do the type of surgery my back needed. I would have to see his partner for that. He said at my age it would be a very difficult surgery and a very long recovery!. How can you not love and trust an honest Dr like Dr Shah. My neck surgery was the best decision I made! Once again, Thank you Dr Shah!

melanie rmz Some medical assistant who I am not sure is even certified gave me a vitamin shot on my glute and it STILL hurts and it’s been a bit over a week. I’ve gotten this shot multiple times before by different medical doctors at other clinics and it never hurt this way. Even while the shot was being administered it was nota “small pinch” it was the worst stabbing feeling ever over IV’s!!! And I’ve gotten multiple iv’s put in my HANDS for the past several years! Don’t think this is normal i currently cannot sleep over this . I will be calling tomorrow when they open this is NOT NORMAL. Plus that same assistant who gave me the shot continued to be rude during my visit telling me to not cry because it doesn’t hurt when she had just triggered tears to come out when doing a flu test by putting a swab so far up my nose.

Christina Pearce It’s hard to put into words, but I will try. Simply amazing! Out of all of my surgeries this experience has been the best. Every person I encountered was truly remarkable. The care and consideration for me was TOP NOTCH! This is a great hospital!

Uhl Qnu This was my first time coming to Medical City Las Colinas. Everyone from the front desk to each of the medical staff I encountered were professional and caring. In a world with which it seems more times than not people are in such a rush, less than courteous (perhaps due to a stressful job) the staff here took time and ensured I was well cared for. I would highly recommend if you ever have to be in a hospital, then Medical City Las Colinas is the place to be. The entire staff were caring and made my visit an easy one.

Emilie Crawford Everyone I encountered for my procedure was amazing! The front desk lady made checking in so easy and she was very friendly. Ayaka was my main nurse. She made me laugh, put up with my nervous chatter, and took very good care of me. Not to mention, her IV skills are top-notch! Julianne was my nurse in recovery. She was so sweet and listened to me babble after freshly waking from anesthesia. I wish I could have remembered all of their names because everyone was so nice!

Jennifer Reed I had a head injury and they immediately got me back and began to clean the wound to prep it for staples. The Physician’s Assistant that worked on me was excellent. She was kind and compassionate as she numbed my head area with injections and then stapled the wound closed. They then immediately got me to the CT scan. I did not have to wait for results long at all. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I was in and out very quickly. Maybe the entire thing took an hour. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

Katlynn Connor d) - [ ] If you are coming to this hospital to deliver please reevaluate!!!!! I came in for pre -op 10/16 and they took my blood and I completed paperwork. Come 10/17 I came in for a scheduled C-section . My OB was awesome and the nurses were very welcoming and very helpful. This took a turn for the worse on 10/18 the doctors came in and told me they found a STI in my blood and they would need to take my blood again to “ confirm “ the test . That same day around 4pm the NICU doctor made me aware that they would come back in 1 Hr to take my baby a preform many test on him and start treatment because I came back “ positive again “ . X-rays , dilating puples for eye exams , taking spinal fluid!!! All on a one day old baby ! They told me and my husband that he would have to stay in the NICU for 10 days to start treatment and it would take a couple of days for the test results to come back … but even if the test results came back negative he would have to stay for the full 10 days because it was “protocol “. My husband and I both knew we were negative but we still went to the ER downstairs and got unnecessary shots /treatment. I myself went to the health department and got back (drumroll please)…. NEGATIVE results!!!!!! They took 10 days away!!! 10 !!! My OB made me aware that he told them “NOT”to test me on the 18th because he already completed the same test around 15 and 30 weeks and both test came back negative . He said “ I don’t trust the labs at the hospital.” & “ This isn’t the first time he has had this happen to a patient .” Long story short if you’d like to keep your baby right after birth and you don’t want to go home empty handed without A baby … PLEASEEEEE DO NOT DELIVER HERE !! -A concerned MOM

She’s there to gaslight you only, one of those doctors who looks at you like your stupid and doesn’t know what your body’s going through. ayad hussain DFW FAMILY CLINIC: For the past 3 years I have been going to this primary care for my annual check-up. And every single time I have to run in with my insurance company and I have to call TRIBAL DIAGNOSTICS, who do the lab work for this clinic. And I have to tell them that this was only the annual blood work done for me and this should be fully covered by my insurance. But guess what the TRIBAL DIAGNOSTICS says: I have to call the clinic and tell them that they sent the wrong code to us that allows them to charge additional and Insurance does not fully cover the cost. Very poorly coordinated with your lab provider, DFW Family Clinic. Is this now my responsibility as a patient to call these Lab providers and explain to them and go through all the hassle with the Insurance explaining the code that was sent from the doctor it was wrong to the Lab. Totally unacceptable. Waste of my time. Time for me to find new doctor.

V Guacamole Had gone here when I was covered with work insurance , when I lost it was gone for a year got new insurance and I’m back the team cares about you. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dr.s etc not here they listen and will take care of your issues and if it’s out of there hands they will refer you asap! Dominique Brownlow Dr. Farrah and Dr. Hayes are angels and so informative with every procedure, process, etc. I am a 30 year old woman and have never felt so comfortable and at ease going to the doctor. Please schedule an appt with these beautiful ladies trust me they will take care of you!!!

Mireya They were able to get me in within a week while everywhere else had a minimum 3-6 month waiting period. Its not the cleanest or newest clinic but Dr Kamthong is great. She listens to my concerns and addresses them with a smile. You can expect to be here 1-2 hours from the time you walk in to the time you leave but they have a pharmacy onsite for medications which is helpful.

Joslyn Fuller I hate it there, you set an appointment and still wait over an hour just to get seen by a doctors. The doctor did not seem too concern with my issues I was having nor did she check and tested me for the tests I went for. I dnt recommend this place to anyone.

Bonnie Tisdale FTM at 40 after 3 MC After much research I chose Dr. Richard Wagner. I can’t NOT recommend him enough. From day one he was so kind and compassionate. He takes his time answering your questions and concerns. He makes you feel like part of the family. He staff is always so kind and friendly. Yes some days you may have to wait but keep in mind you are NOT the only patient! If I ever have another child I will not hesitate to use Dr. Wagner again. The office is also so nice clean and welcoming

Celeste Colon to be so frank, i was a patient here 5-6 years. the only benefit is you only wait 10 mins for your 10 min appointment. it will be impossible to get anyone on the phone for anything, questions or otherwise, you’ll have to schedule your appointments weeks in advance if you don’t want them to reject your Birth Control RX refill request and be forced go cold turkey thus sending your hormones on a rollercoaster bc their next appt isn’t available for 3 weeks. and no, they wont just refill it until then. you will share concerns that will fall on deaf ears “bc none of your symptoms are concerning enough”. the only reason i started coming here was for a pregnancy, the provider had great reviews and extensive experience; he didnt even end up delivering my baby. the staff are nice enough, but theres no rapport for the patients here, theyre a turn and burn style clinic and prefer to handle everything through a screen.

The clinic is clean, well-organized, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I feel confident in the care I receive. The facility is top-notch, and I’ve never had any issues with scheduling or wait times. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Macarthur Medical Center to anyone looking for a caring and professional OB-GYN care.

Destiny Morado I’ve been here with both my baby girls. Now my last and final baby boy. My doctor is Arguello and she’s nice and straight to the point and if you have questions or concerns she will answer with the best of her ability. I recommend Dr.Arguello as she has been a great doctor for me and my babies all these years. She’s now in the Euless location and it’s super clean and the staff is great no on e is rude and everyone is very welcoming. :)

Jerrin Jacob Horrible experience!! Do not come here!! My dad went here for a sleep study and he was treated very poorly! They were very rude and did not provide him with a comfortable mask the entire sleep study! Additionally, when he went to pay his bill the lady did not say there was a bill to be paid. Later he waited for an email or a bill to be sent to him via email or the mail but received neither! 8 months later they sent a bill to collections. There is ZERO communication with this hospital! The year is 2024 and the fact that communication is equivalent to the 1900s!

Molly Munkres From the financial and accounting department, to the pre op nurse, to the anesthesiologist… I could not have asked for better. I regret not getting everyone’s names! This was my first surgery and I was extremely nervous, but everyone I encountered here was fantastic. I am so thankful.

Cindy Johnson Dr. Jesse Even, M.D., Ambrosia Willoughby, the nurses and anesthesiologist were all exceptional! Dr. Even has performed three different surgeries on me. I had surgery on my neck and two surgeries on my back, and they were all very successful. I have suffered for many years in pain and I was becoming limited on what I could physically do on a daily basis. Dr. Even has given me my life back. He is the “BEST”!!!

Christine Jones Once I was in a ER room, not where vital signs are done, the RN, Dr., tech, rad techs were all very polite, helpful & caring. As I told the ER Dr, she made what was a pretty miserable experience for me as pleasant as it could be. Several yrs ago I had a horrible experience in this same ER, but different Dr. They were rude, didnt even act like they cared, made assumptions before ever laying eyes on me or reading any history except for what my primary complaint/reason for visit. Improvements are way noticeable. However the front checkin nurse leaves a lot to be desired. She was rude, disrespectful & didnt care that my chest thru to my back & to my left shoulder was hurting at an 8 of 10.

Sue The nurses were SUPER sweet but they couldnt hit a vein to save their souls! 5 sticks plus using the sono machine and Im sent to the OR and they cant put me to sleep. (I am a hard stick but) the anesthesiologist had to start a line to put me under. I was so bruised up! Not to count the pain. I have to go back in 3 months so in advance PLEASE have someone that can use the sono with experience . Thank you so much Sue

H R Baylor Scott hospital ER made me very comfortable and were quick to do my tests and provide test results calming my fears and anxiety related to my health. I am a tough patient for drawing of blood as Nurses are usually unable to find my veins good enough for tests but this hospital nurses were very skilled and prompt in their service. Dr. Azeez, ER doctor, was a true professional in checking my health. He is a good listener, conducted tests and prescribed me medicines that helped me feel better and answered all my questions /concerns in a very kind and caring way. Thank you Baylor hospital for providing excellent service and care!

Customer service phone operators outside of the clinic are also great. Dr. Okarwa is extremely well versed, compassionate, and respectful.

Bob Beideck Called to schedule a new appointment only to have to go to central registration, which verified my insurance was accepted and sent me back only to find out that the provider was NOT accepting new patients. In fact unless I was told incorrectly none of the providers were accepting new patients. (Either they misunderstood my insurance plan as an HMO-type or they don’t want my business.)

Every staff member I interacted with from the ER, to the PCU, to housekeeping and nutrition, was extremely kind, attentive and overall amazing. josette madden I was brought in by ambulance but was put in the waiting room with severe upper right abdominal pain. My wait was excruciating and took over an hour to be taken back. Once back there it was much better but the fact that it took that long for me to even get pain medicine was ridiculous. Upon my admission I was taken care of by wonderful nurses but the doctor on staff that weekend was the worst. He was very dismissive of my pain, rude to my daughter and refused to run a test that was suggested in the ER. He stated I would need to see my pcp for it which took an additional 2 weeks for me to get. Dr Nagarkoti Sujit discharged me without any answers. I feel that if I had been a man in pain he would’ve been attentive to me.

S P Phelps admittance to the ER was prompt, they did their best to get me taken care of and processed. The whole group I could tell was really working hard to was rush hour, they were doing their best, much appreciated.

Nurian VC Worst experience ever!! If Diana Banda takes care of you for financial GOOD LUCK! I went in there with a positive attitude and as soon as I sat in her chair I knew it was going to be a bad experience she didn’t even greet me. She asked for my documents and I asked if I could send them via email and she sarcastically laughed and said yeah. The whole time she was taking care of that she was talking to her coworker telling her where she gets her nails done and so many other things that had nothing to do with work. Every time I would ask her a question she would laugh as if I was asking a dumb question. She made me feel super uncomfortable.

JP KDT President Trump must close this place and fired all those employees. You cant be there and get what you come for. They will ask you to wait for hours while they are just sitting and playing on the phone, acting ugly and at the end of waiting for 4 hours and more you just get an appointment....

Fatima Rodriguez My appointment was at 1:30 pm and they made me wait for registration almost 1 hour then, they took forever to call my name, I went to the restroom and the “nurse” or whatever started calling other people and told me since I went to the restroom I was not there so I had to wait and then waited more to get a blood test is currently 4:45 as I write this and they still haven’t seen me. What’s the point of appointments if they see everyone else that’s comes after you. There’s like only 2 more people besides me. So ridiculous and on top of that everyone has been so rude

Millie L 2024 was a year for me. I was in and out of the hospital for a number of things. I handled all my imaging, labs, doctors appointments, and surgeries here. I stayed from 3 to 5 days at most during each occassion, and the experience with the nurses and doctors was great. The staff were attentive and cared in regards to recovery and finding the appropriate treatment for me. Ive seen the old rooms, and I got to experience the upgrades. Overall, it was a great experience, despite it being in a hospital...it made me feel somewhat at ease although I couldnt be home.

Doctors and nurses were very explainable to my knowledge that I could understand! I highly recommend this Baylor Health! Thank you for supporting my care team!

Marquia Turner Had my baby here a few days ago now and I would definitely recommend other moms! Once I got back to labor and delivery my nurse Alyssa helped me out tremendously, she worked really hard to get my baby to move down in order for me to push and also communicated with me effectively the whole entire time and didn’t leave me in the dark about anything! Once I was in the postpartum ward my nurse Leah was amazing also and answered every question i had. IF I were to have my children in the future I would go back to this hospital!

Bill Gayford Baylor Hospitals are the absolute best hospitals out there. The patient care is phenomenal. They just go over and above to care for every patient and it’s amazing how far and above they are compared with other hospitals. Thank you Baylor Scott and White hospital for your services.

Jasmine Tyree ALL THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT! Their attentiveness, concern and how sweet they were far exceeded any other hospital Ive ever been to!! I had an extensive surgery there and no matter my needs (whether I asked for things or not), they went above and beyond. It was the small things that mattered to me like my Tech, Keshawna, rebraided my hair for me because I couldnt do it myself.

Damien V Doc is great and actually wants to help but the people up front are rude and malicious. She talked down to everyone in the waiting room, yelled at a confused older gentleman and rolled her eyes at me when I had billing questions. PS lady, I DONT WORK IN HEALTHCARE, if someone is confused about one of its many facets it is one hundred percent your job to explain it.

dee gee I wasn’t feeling well at work one day. It’s my jobs policy to see a dr in 24 hours if you leave sick. I walked right in filled out new patient paperwork they verified my insurance and I waited about 15 minutes to go back and about 10 minutes before the doctor came in. I was treated and prescribed a prescription my ear feels much better. I would definitely go back. I see people complaining about the receptionist but she was very nice and welcoming on the day I walked in for service.

Anna Duenas I have been going there for over 10 years, have never had any problems . Dr Kenneth Dott, is the best ever. I love that they really care about their patients. Because it is a walk in clinic, sometimes the wait it a bit long, but well worth it. I love they are opened on Saturdays.The ladies in the office always greet are nice to me. I have recommended this doctor to alot of my coworkers and they love him too.

Noemi Benitez Update: I needed to get a copy of medical records but they refused... WHAT?! Can’t get your own medical records? This place needs to be investigated. Worst experience I have ever had at a clinic! Every doctor needs a good staff to manage their patients, but this staff is horrible! Extremely unorganized, rude, and unprofessional. As I walk in, they see me but continue to talk about their personal life as I stand there... Once they attended me they couldnt find the medical chart. How do you lose a patients chart? That is personal information should not be mishandled! Ended up walking out due to the attitudes given by the front desk. I recommend you look for another clinic! 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Jose I. Avila Horrible Service! I went in for a urgent treatment, IT TOOK 2 HOURS! I thought it was because there were a lot of people there, so I went back to get my physical. They open at 8 but they dont start seeing patients until 8:30 am. The front end administrator cant answer basic questions e.g. on average how long does each patient wait before being seen. I got my results today. I called and the person who answers the phone asks me to hold and leaves me on hold for 13 minutes before coming back on the line! Then the only thing she can confirm is that my results are in and the Dr can not read me my results unless I make an appointment to see her. As far as the Dr and her professionalism, cant really tell. The first time that I saw her, she was in and out of the room in under 3 minutes. The second time, she took a whole 5 minutes! I dont understand why they are so slow. I dont recommend this place. The waiting area looks unkept, the floor tile is coming off, and there seems to be no sense of urgency.

Kat Edit 10/20/20: there are 5 new reviews that are all on the same day giving this place 5 stars. Those reviews are from staff. They are lies. Do not believe it. This place is awful and under investigation. Do not, and I emphasize do not come here looking for care. It will not be provided. The nurses are unprofessional. The nurse practitioner, Diana Godinez, decided to speak rudely about myself, the patient, to a different individual. It is appalling the lack of professionalism displayed at this office.

Vand Al Savage When I had a dangerously high fever because of an infection in my respiratory system. They treated me, they healed me when me and my mother didnt have health insurance during our visit to Texas. I am very thankful, they made me feel better. Im reading these other reviews and I didnt realized how negative theyve been. I didnt know this place was bad at all. They saved my life the first time I went there

tony reynaga Not very professional, very bad costumer service coming from the doctor. Went there and very little attention was taken from female doctor, but anxious to have me perform a physical exam when I went for something else. When picking up results, nurse hande some copied sheets and said, doctor said youre ok. That was it. Definitely would not go back again.
