5 /5 Cheryl Jensen: Three months ago I had my right knee replaced by Dr. Mark Greenberg at this facility. From the moment I arrived until I left the next day the staff was courteous, efficient, and welcoming. Surgery can be stressful and this team has found ways to reduce the stress and make the situation as pleasant as possible. They ensured I was pain free and well monitored for initial mobility. Thank you to everyone working those days!

5 /5 Custom Art by Maithen Elizabeth: My husband had surgery this past Monday. Upon arrival we have had the most excellent care by everyone we encountered here. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The Dr.s we met with have such a wonderful bedside manner. The Nurses and Patient Care Technicians are friendly, caring and knowledgable. The Physical Therapists were kind and helpful. The ladies in the Cafe were so sweet as well, helping my husband to feel cared for. Again going above and beyond. I wish there was an option to give 10 stars, because I would. If you are able, Baylor Surgical Hospital at Las Colinas, in my opinion, is the best place to heal from surgery. Thank you.❤

5 /5 Carolyn Leahy: I love Dr Shah. He never pressured me one way or the other. He certainly laid out all my options and he was very patient at the time it took me to REALISE that surgery was really my only option. He was always very honest and worked finding alternatives answers to having surgery. But, of course he knew best. I also needed back surgery and he said he did not do the type of surgery my back needed. I would have to see his partner for that. He said at my age it would be a very difficult surgery and a very long recovery!. How can you not love and trust an honest Dr like Dr Shah. My neck surgery was the best decision I made! Once again, Thank you Dr Shah!

The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Doctor Briseno and the other Doctors we saw took very good care of me through out my surgery! I would recomend this hospital for any surgery!
