Savannah Fowler I had my first appointment today with Dr. Shelton and she was wonderful. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor that is understanding and kind and to not feel rushed. I had to bring my 1 yr old daughter with me today to the appointment and they were so sweet to her, had toys for her to play with and made me feel like she was not an inconvenience or annoyance. I even signed up her for the membership plan while I was there! 10/10 impressed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for the warm welcome ladies!

Brenda Key Advocate Direct Care, with Dr. Shelton, reminds me of the good family-style doctor, like I had when growing up. Its a warm environment and one never feels rushed and she is so personable, detail-minded and she zeroes in on my concerns, saving me time and money on unnecessary tests. Her very experienced office manager, Lindy, even helped me set up the app so Dr. Shelton and I can communicate at any time, with no hassle, no cost. The responses are extremely prompt, supplying me with ample information. I feel EXTREMELY BLESSED to have Dr. Shelton as my doctor.

Carrie Stroud We absolutely love Dr. Shelton and Lindy her assistant. We have been going since they first opened. Dr.Shelton spent at least and hour and a half with my first visit getting to know me and my health history and current health needs. I never have to wait to be seen when showing up for my appointment Lindy gets me checked in and takes my vitals and Dr. Shelton is in to see me within minutes. She is the same way with our entire family. We trust her with our health because she takes time with us and listens. I so appreciate the way that they run their business. They respect our time and health. I highly recommend this practice and can’t say enough about the care we receive .

Janette Fuller I went to the Urgent Care of Conroe for the first time last weekend. I made an appointment of 9:00am online and submitted my ID and insurance information before I arrived at the clinic. The check-in process was very fast when I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time. I was treated very professionally by the nurse and the doctor. I received a shot and prescription for my illness. The doctor was very thorough in advising me about the medication and provided written instructions. The fees are reasonable and are posted on their website. Highly recommended!

Shannon Oberloier I had the nicest nurse. She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Dr was quick and efficient. He made the process go smoothly. Before I started my anxiety was through the roof and in the end it was all for nothing. The process was so simple. On my follow up today, I expected a quick visit, but had to leave without seeing the Dr. because he was running late and I had another commitment. My time is too valuable and precious to have to wait more than 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

One of the nurses was even kind enough to take a picture after the procedure so that I could show my boss. The doctor was quick and professional as well. He was also very kind.

He stays informed of all new medical treatment and is always very patient to answer all questions to help his patients make informed decisions regarding treatment options. Debbie Chambers Dr. Patel has been my PCP for almost 10 years. During that time, I have seen multiple specialists, had numerous hospital stays and undergone several surgeries. No matter what specialists I see or diagnostics I have done, I always have copies of my medical records sent to Dr. Patel. That way I have a complete record of all my medical information on file in Dr. Patels office. I have an annual appointment with Dr. Patel towards the end of the year. I get a full physical and have labwork done. When I meet with Dr. Patel he goes over the results with me and also reviews my medical records for the year. He is my PCP and he is watching out for my whole health. He keeps an eye on everything that is happening with my health, regardless of the provider. For the past 10 years, whenever I need an appointment, I call the same phone number and speak to the same amazing person, Jayci. Their office is in the same spot and there is the same friendly, smiling receptionist there to greet me. I know they will be there. If I need an appointment, I can get one. If I need to talk to someone, a live person will pick up the phone. I can trust that they are there for me. Everyone in their office is always friendly. I never have to wait very long before Im seen. Dr. Patel is very easy to talk to. Hes thorough and asks questions. He makes sure you understand everything before you go. Dr. Patel and his staff are a perfect fit for me. Im so happy hes my PCP.

sherrie browne this doctor stood out while i was searching and when i called the office, the staff was the most knowledgeable and helpful i experienced in years. They never hurried me and answered all my questions. Dr. Hutton was what i needed, he was sincere and gracious in his explanation of what i needed to have done. I was telling my sister in law about my experience with him and she told me her husband used him and the same great experiences with him over the years. i never thought to ask them where i should go. i know i am in good hands with this doctor and have no qualms about the surgery now.

Delores Ross More than 10 years ago Dr Hutton preformed surgery on my Caroided Artery and I found him to be down to earth, professional and willing to answer questions and explain the procedure. Nothing has changed since then. His staff greets you and takes care of business promptly. Dr Hutton spends as much time with you as need be, I never felt rushed or hurried which was a big relief I had a lot of questions and he answered each and everyone of them in a calm careing manor.

Misha R You will not find a better cardiac surgeon, period. Dr. Hutton took my moms precarious case and was informative, caring, and knowledgeable every step of the way. His bedside manner is unsurpassed. He literally saved my moms life and treated us with such warmth and kindness, I feel like hes an old friend. I will be recommending him to anyone with cardiac issues.

KC This location has some of the best staff that I have ever experienced at a doctor’s office before. All of the ladies, Sheryl, Reina, and Lily, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome during my appointment! Dr. Dendy was very kind and thorough when explaining the procedure that I will be having this coming Friday. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and am so grateful to have had this great experience today.

Aryana Manning The surgeon Dr. Pryzybyla was outstanding with his communication and practice when it came to my laproscopic appendectomy on 10/15/24. I was able to go home same day after surgery. He was there at HCA Conroe Hospital and the staff he had was amazing too. I was comfortable and cared for which made me feel at ease. This doctor really cares and go above and beyond. He even went to the room prior to and post surgery to inform my sister about the procedure and how it went there after once I was in recovery. I did not feel rushed or treated like a number. They really care and thats hard to find in a busy world where it seems some doctors cant slow down to do these things because usually they are having a nurse explain everything. I get that time is essential with emergencies, but it is the small things that mean the most when dealing with emergencies and how people are treated and cared for. Thank you for everything!

Amy Valdez A doctor is only as good as his support team. Dr. Jordan Blair and his team are exceptional. I had outpatient umbilical hernia surgery this week. When I first called to make the appointment, the lady who answered the phone (I cant remember her name), was super patient and informative. Once the Dr confirmed I did need surgery, scheduling was quick and easy. The staff communicated with me every step of the way. Charlene in billing/registration, spoke with a smile on her face over the phone. Also, so patient and answered any questions I had. The week before my surgery, the lady with an Australian accent, was also so informative and walked me through the process. The morning of my surgery, Nora and another (sweet Asian) nurse, worked in sync to get me prepped for surgery. All the while, with smiles on their face. They made me feel extremely comfortable and were thorough. Once I was moved to the OR area, I met Innis and Layla, the anesthesiologist. They explained everything they were getting ready to do. Both, so kind and comforting. I couldnt have felt like I was in better hands. I saw and spoke with Dr. Blair, too. Hes a man of few words, but made sure all was set for surgery. I woke up after the surgery, and that team was great, too. I cant recommend North Pines Surgical Group enough. Im so thankful for their kindness. I cant imagine having to go into surgery with a team that didnt make me feel comfortable. Thank you all so much for your dedication to timeliness, thorough instructions, and warm smiles.

Dashaun Tolbert When ever I go for a doc visit the staff is so friendly and nice. The P.A. for my doctor takes his time and talks to me and gives me information to help me better take care of myself. He is full of recommendations which I luv. They cate about the patient. From.check.in to.check out is a pleasant experience. Dr Ahfzal is a great heart doctor and thyroid if Im correct.

BB Conroe Receptionist was friendly and check in was quick & easy. Wait time was minimal and each nurse/practitioner that came in to seem were cordial and provided explanation to tasks to be done. After the wait time for Dr. Yamani was as short as it’s ever been and his exam and review were informative, while listening to my feedback as well. His recommendations and directions are being followed in hopes to provide the results we both expect.

Valerie Richardson When I came to Healing Hearts, Dr Desai was very pleasant and appeared to be attentive to my needs. I know Im not normal, that so many BP medications that Ive tried since 2013 dont work. Ì need a doctor who will help find the answer for ME, not group me in with everyone else. She just didnt seem to want to search for a solution. She gave up on me. Three stars is because staff was professional and all necessary test were done in a timely manner.

M. Binge Dr.Harris’ bedside manner was out of this world last time we were here the NP who attended to us was in a hurry and seemed like we were bothering her but man oh man was Dr. Harris so calm, patient , knowledgeable and overall a friendly human being to be around. Thank you Dr. Harris for taking care of my family and I. The nurses were very wonderful too. It was a little past closing time too and they did not in any way rush us . Thank you again for the wonderful care .

Amber Floyd Ive been here twice, once for my daughter and the last time for myself. Both times the staff were pleasant and friendly. They are expensive, but both times they got us in quickly and offered a diagnosis with medication. They also have the ability to run xrays. They let me take photos of mine but later I learned that a complimentary set is due to the patient if they ask so Ill try the office again and hopefully will get through to the receptionist this time. I would recommend this facility. The interior is clean, simply decorated, plenty of sunlight and they offer magazines, toys and a television in the waiting room. They also have a t.v. in the individual waiting room.

Helen-Marie RN This was probably one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. Everything was super quick with little wait times, yet no one was rushing over anything. All of the staff was super kind and patient, answered all my questions, and got me out promptly. I’d for sure come back if needed!

Christopher Doll Charged me for 2 office calls for same visit, now trying to get me to pay for 2nd office call. See attached billing. Will follow up after my dispute Update: 3week dispute. After calling, you have to wait for an email that arrives in a 24 hour window. You fill out paperwork and wait for response. After reviewing my dispute, the exam fee was dropped. I have upgraded 1 star. Update: after the billing was. " resolved " they sent another bill out asking for more money for same issue. This places billing is a nightmare. They refused to call me back. Im refusing to pay. I feel sorry for any collections office that dares to call me to discuss.

Lisa Cooper I was extremely happy with my visit today. From being greeted from the front desk as I walked in to my visit with Nurse Elizabeth. She listened and truly seemed she wanted to address my symptoms. It was very clean and organized and the nurse tech was very sweet as well. Top notch service. My PCP is at Kelsey Seybold clinic and Ive been very happy with them the last 5 years but I might be making a change to Village due to my service today.

Michael Dawson I’m older, and chose this office because the doctor is older. I came in with a big chip on my shoulder following horrible experiences with virtually every medical person I’ve encountered since moving here 2 1/2 years ago, both for myself and a special needs adult daughter who died in the care of a large provider. Every staff member here treated me like I was human. Dr Morrow listened carefully to everything I said and took the time to get to know me. Staff were among the most gracious and helpful that I have experienced in over 30 years of constant contact with medical providers, usually under extreme circumstances. I left with none of the anxiety I came with, and a renewed belief that there are still people in the medical field who care. I would have given 5 stars except initial contact with the call center was less professional and produced some mistakes. Overall, a much needed good experience.

Linda Crandall I appreciate the nurses at Village Medical. They have helped me and my husband out considerably! I usually get a call from them daily. My husband fell yesterday and broke his knee. I called 911 then a few minutes later a nurse who is now my friend called and is worried about me. Im blind. Yes this is odd to read from a blind person. My phone read me V.Med.to me and Im recording this message. It feels strange to do this. Especially with my husband in the hospital. I wonder if Im going about it correctly. Eryn Pernarelli I have been going to this facility for somewhere around 7 years. When they first opened they were really a good quality Clinic with high quality medical personnel. As things have changed over the years, the quality of the medical personnel has gone down as well as the customer service. They continue to change their policies in favor of themselves and it has become more about the money than the care of the patients. They miss important aspects of your health, so you must be on top of it. It used to be more of a family feel and now they have become more commercialized and an In-N-Out, just a number feel, unfortunately.

Cest la vie This was the nicest urgent care center Ive been to. Its in a complex with a coffee shop! Most of the staff was very professional and friendly. I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance company had not sent my insurance cards yet and the price was fair. The only minor negative was the manager seemed annoyed that I asked about the process to get reimbursed. (I was just asking questions so I would know what I needed to do). Aside from her, I am happy with how everyone treated my daughter and I.

Tom Stanley My wife was experiencing nausea & vomiting. We went to Urgent Care and received first class care. From the receptionist to the nurse to the NP who treated my wife. Cant say enough about the people & facility. So much better than a hospital ER! Special shout out to Lance Brumlow! He was conscientious, positive and expressed true concern! A solid professional!

Connie Squyres I was very impressed with Family First Urgent Care!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was top notch and VERY CLEAN!!! Mike Hubbard was phenomenal....he explained every step that he was going to do and then as he was working on me told me what was going to happen as he did each thing. Alcohol, numbing etc.....

Logan Boon Colt Pickett might be the worst doctor Ive ever met. Zero people skills and doesnt listen to your concerns. Even the lady at the counter inadvertently agreed and said to choose the other doctor available. 100% will find a new location because dude sucks that much. Youre just a number when you walk in. Without giving my own medical history and reasons as to why I went, its hard to explain, but he definitely did not care. At one point, he even stated that I should go to a different doctor because he gave me conflicting information to the information I had gotten from his own nurse and another doctor that referred me to go to the doctor. Only treats symptoms and will not help you get to the root cause of issues. "Only treat symptoms" was straight from his mouth.

Tracy King I love her!! She is compassionate and cares for her patients. I am so very sad that she is leaving. I may be looking into changing my insurance options to get out of the Kelsey network. Dr. Slauter was the reason I stayed with Kelsey. My five star rating is because of Dr Slauter.

Allen Bartell Waited 45 minutes in lobby. Doctor had horrible bedside manners. Before our clinic was bought out by Kelsey Sebold office visit cost was $78. After switch $333!!! For a simple office visit. Same insurance. Never going back. Edit: customer service called me back. They discussed details of my visit. They talked to Doctor about bedside manners. As far as the long wait and $333 charge they had no empathy and said they can’t change it. But get this. They did tell me that if I didn’t have insurance the visit would have cost $178. But with insurance it was over $500. They explained, “that’s our contracted rate with the insurance company. We can’t change that.” So yes. They contacted me. Will I ever go back for a $300 office visit? NO

Dianne Ruch Dr Jack Pieniazek and Gus his nurse first time meeting them today... very nice, they listen, I was taking back fast, had blood drawn and x-rays all done right in the clinic. Everyone very nice there. Great group of people

As a new patient Dr Ketron spent time explaining everything… I never felt rushed or that he was too busy with other patients I chose to switch cardiologists because back in February he performed emergency heart surgery on my sister & saved her life. 5 stars to the whole office!

Rachel Slowik This place is awful! I went a while back because I was having problems with my right knee . The Dr sent me for x ray when the results came back she proceeded to tell me that theres nothing wrong with my knee and I was just fat and overweight. She said maybe if you loose some weight your knee will stop hurting by you being so fat youre putting more pressure on your knee . I was like what Dr says that to a patient. I never went back . Not even sure she is still there. I hope she never gets a Dr like she was. She had no bedside manner. Dont go there .

Virginia Edwards Nurse Jen was very thorough and friendly. She is absolutely everything you would want in a nurse. Doreen was very kind and helpful at setting up my next appointment. Dr. Ketron was very professional and kind. Listened to my issues and promptly addressed them.

Steve Miller I saw Dr Ketron and was very pleased with the professionalism of the office and care. Dr Ketron was very personable and open dialogue. Jen was excellant as his assistant. No real complaints except being a little late but not unexpected sincebit was end if the day appointment. This was my 3rd cardiologist in this clinic in 9 years and hope this continues. I like his approach.

Sarah Manzer I was here recently with a Hypertensive Emergency. I was in the ER for 10 hours with my Autistic 12 year old kiddo by side. All the ladies were super sweet with my kiddo and very understanding of her needs as well as mine. They even made sure she ate since we were there from about 11:45 am- 10 pm ❤️ The entire staff was amazing! Super nice, caring and a pleasure to be around. Bedside manner was great, I love chatty nurses! Dr Hermann was very soft spoken, let me explain my laundry list of symptoms without rushing me, and was also a pleasure to speak with.

Claudine Orelus On February 28, 2025, I was in pain, so I decided to go to this hospital, and I didnt regret it a bit. A pretty, jovial lady named Melania or Melanie was at registration and welcomed me with a smile and kind words. About five minutes later, another pretty and beyond nice lady named Jojo (a registered nurse) called me to the back. She was kind, sweet, and very respectful, as was Melania or Melanie. After I talked to the nurse, about 10 minutes later, Doctor Joseph walked in. He was a very respectful young man who explained his assessment of my symptoms and gave me some options for testing. Another 10 minutes later, a very funny man came to get me for some X-rays; he was very funny and jovial. In less than three hours, I was done with the treatment and testing. While I was in the room, Melania or Melanie came with a warm blanket and tucked me in. The experience was great; I loved everything about this hospital.

Justin Lindsey I had a great experience at the emergency room when I came in with a completely clogged ear due to wax buildup. Dr. Joseph and Paul were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient in resolving the issue. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explained everything clearly. Within no time, my hearing was fully restored, and I left feeling much better. I truly appreciate their expertise and care—thank you both! Highly recommend this ER for anyone in need of excellent medical attention.

Doug Lehn Excellent World Class Care. My Dr Joseph spent a great deal of time helping me understand my diagnosis and treatment plan. I got right into a room when I arrived and Paul (Nurse) started with my initial exam right away. He was extremely knowledgeable in Medicare care and prepared me prior to the Dr arriving. My Lab Tech (Robert) did a thorough job and was extremely nice! Overall this was a 5 star experience and I couldn’t be more pleased

Cyreza Lewis All I can say is I went in crying and came out smiling. The staff there are extremely caring and sweet!! Ms. Sara at the front for registration, I automatically felt the ER was gonna be a smooth process. She was very sweet & comforting. Dr. Joseph was an amazing doctor, he listened & he was very helpful and took the time to explain anything if I didn’t understand! My nurse Mr. Paul was very gentle when it came to stick and poke and explained everything he was doing very well. The lab tech. Ms Shonna was a very sweet women’s she made sure I was comfortable at all times. My overall experience was definitely a 10 out of 10 !!
