5 /5 KC: This location has some of the best staff that I have ever experienced at a doctor’s office before. All of the ladies, Sheryl, Reina, and Lily, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome during my appointment! Dr. Dendy was very kind and thorough when explaining the procedure that I will be having this coming Friday. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and am so grateful to have had this great experience today.

5 /5 Aryana Manning: The surgeon Dr. Pryzybyla was outstanding with his communication and practice when it came to my laproscopic appendectomy on 10/15/24. I was able to go home same day after surgery. He was there at HCA Conroe Hospital and the staff he had was amazing too. I was comfortable and cared for which made me feel at ease. This doctor really cares and go above and beyond. He even went to the room prior to and post surgery to inform my sister about the procedure and how it went there after once I was in recovery. I did not feel rushed or treated like a number. They really care and thats hard to find in a busy world where it seems some doctors cant slow down to do these things because usually they are having a nurse explain everything. I get that time is essential with emergencies, but it is the small things that mean the most when dealing with emergencies and how people are treated and cared for. Thank you for everything!

5 /5 Amy Valdez: A doctor is only as good as his support team. Dr. Jordan Blair and his team are exceptional. I had outpatient umbilical hernia surgery this week. When I first called to make the appointment, the lady who answered the phone (I cant remember her name), was super patient and informative. Once the Dr confirmed I did need surgery, scheduling was quick and easy. The staff communicated with me every step of the way. Charlene in billing/registration, spoke with a smile on her face over the phone. Also, so patient and answered any questions I had. The week before my surgery, the lady with an Australian accent, was also so informative and walked me through the process. The morning of my surgery, Nora and another (sweet Asian) nurse, worked in sync to get me prepped for surgery. All the while, with smiles on their face. They made me feel extremely comfortable and were thorough. Once I was moved to the OR area, I met Innis and Layla, the anesthesiologist. They explained everything they were getting ready to do. Both, so kind and comforting. I couldnt have felt like I was in better hands. I saw and spoke with Dr. Blair, too. Hes a man of few words, but made sure all was set for surgery. I woke up after the surgery, and that team was great, too. I cant recommend North Pines Surgical Group enough. Im so thankful for their kindness. I cant imagine having to go into surgery with a team that didnt make me feel comfortable. Thank you all so much for your dedication to timeliness, thorough instructions, and warm smiles.

5 /5 Jennifer Arledge: Overall experience was 5 Star. Dr. Dendy is fantastic. Dr. Dendy and his entire staff, Lilly, Sheryl & Reina all give you the white glove treatment. Such an awesome experience. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. The ladies are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Dendy is patient and explains everything with the upmost care and consideration. I highly recommend Dr. Dendy and his staff for your surgical needs.
