Natalia Casar VERY rude and very sketchy. First of all, I went to the address they have on their website and the place doesn’t exist. It was just warehouses and empty commercial spaces for rent. When I called to ask about that, they said they have a few clinics all over El Paso, but they refused to give addresses or names of the clinics. Why keep it a secret??? (Not to mention they were very rude). They kept insisting on me scheduling my first appointment so they could provide that information (which requires a $150 non refundable payment). DON’T fall for this

Mari Turner I had my first appointment with Perla, and I am impressed! The entire staff is friendly and professional. The was very little wait time after check in. Perla was extremely thorough. She asked a lot of questions that I hadnt been asked at other RA appointments. I highly recommend the Texas Arthritis Center.

Joanna Melendez Wheres Jaclyn??? I cant get through on the phone to save my life. Chabra and Jackie were my saving grace at some point but I know Jackie is gone and now no one picks up the phone. What is going on? Yall need to get it together. I hate leaving bad reviews but maybe this will get to the office quicker than trying to call. Im assuming this is how the office is being ran now, straight into the ground. Based on other reviews, Im not the only patient having issues getting through to ANYONE there. I have been with yall for so long, I would hate to have to switch providers but I dont know if I have a choice.

Over the years, especially in the past year, The quality of service provided by the staff has drastically gone down and has now started affecting the quality of care I am receiving. Marti Frueh This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been involved with. Please save yourself the headaches you will get in dealing with the support staff. No one hardly ever answers the phone; when they do, you can be put on hold till you finally give up...Im talking at least 15 minutes here. They say to text for faster service, and they never respond to the texts. They never return calls; even when I have called their accounting office to pay a bill!! Find another provider as you may be happy with your provider, but their support staff is the worst.

E D This office has terrible service. Do plan to spend a long time in the waiting room. I have left various messages with the nurses about my prescription not being called in by the doctor. I had to wait for office visit to let doctor know the prescription was never called in, and the nurses did not give message to the doctor. When I did mention my complaint to the doctor, he was aloof about it. I am now trying to make a payment and the voice mail is full. My next step is to find a different doctor...

Samantha Arriaga Front staff was very rude, gave me a hard time about my insurance card after I already provided them the information over the phone. Ive been waiting 2 hours to be seen, and still no sign of any movement. I dont even know if Im checked in or not, and no one is at the desk to ask. I travel from las cruces to get better care, and as of right now I dont know which is better. The second star is solely for the purpose of Dr.Gallegos who referred me while in the Emergency room, and his services were amazing.

Bianca Paris I had an amazing experience here. Everyone who works here is incredibly welcoming, kind and professional. They are also taking great measures to make sure all of their patients are safe during these difficult times. The office is always very clean, the environment is very comfortable in general and the staff is wonderful. I personally saw Dr. Koch and I must say I feel so lucky to have found her at random! She made me feel very well heard and attended to, and you can just see that she is a kind and caring doctor who genuinely loves what she does. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know especially at this time. Thank you to everyone here for your amazing service.

Rhiannon Conelley Horrible experience across the board. My first appt it took me 3 hours to see Dr. Koch she was nice and everything but I only saw her for 5 mins and I spent a solid hour in the exam room freezing wearing a disposable gown waiting for her to do my exam. She was apologetic for the wait but it was so unacceptable. 3 hours? What’s the point of having an appointment? And then for my following appointment, they canceled it without ever notifying me. I took time off of work and drove 30 mins to her office for the office staff to talk to me like I’m dumb and tell me that they tried to call me. I had no missed calls and in fact I had received a confirmation email regarding my appointment to confirm it. I even showed the office staff the confirmation email. The fact that I gave this place a second chance is wild and I told them to not even bother re-scheduling me I am going to find another doctors office to go to.

Lorena Chavez Dr. Henry Garcia has been our family gynecologist over ten years. The care is genuine and trustworthy. His nurse assistant is very responsive. The turn around time for prescriptions, information, insurance etc. is fairly quick. Front staff, Brenda never hesitates to help and makes you feel comfortable. Waiting times may feel long but when you are in consultation he takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. I had a wonderful delivery experience knowing Dr. Garcia was going to be caring for us. Dr. Garcia is incredibly knowledgeable, excellent and highly recommended.

Alan Cohan I dont like to leave bad reviews as I work for a Dr. Office as well. However, I felt as if everyone should be aware of the risks seeing this office. I went in for an annual physical and brought up a concern about my spine, which can 100% be billed under the yearly well visit. My insurance was billed for a physical and office visit 99214 (high to moderate complexity visit). Despite disagreeing with this, I paid it and went to go get my yearly bloodwork. My yearly bloodwork was incorrectly billed for preventative care according to my insurance. When I called the insurance they mentioned that if they had simply billed certain test codes differently it would have been covered. One example was sending "insulin" to be tested for as opposed to the correct corresponding code. I was nice and polite to the office asking them to resubmit the codes to quest, but clearly that did not work as it was billed the same, resulting in the whole blood pannel being charged towards my yearly deductible. They do not view you as a fellow human, rather as a money plant that they only have to water once (before the first office visit). Ive had my yearly checkups done at other offices and NEVER had to pay anything out of pocket as they were billed correctly and I have a good insurance plan that covers yearly preventative bloodwork. Everyone should steer clear of this office. I only switched because it was near to me - huge mistake. The owner will reply with the same response theyve used for all the other bad reviews - clearly they do not care about how they patients are being treated. If you have any doubts, read the other 1 star reviews given for the exact same reasons. I also was forced to schedule a follow up visit before leaving, which I politely declined. I was told that it was mandatory for checkout - whatever, I called to cancel it the next day. Then a few weeks later I get a voicemail to confirm my appointment for a follow up which I did not set up - so I called to cancel it again. Money hungry scammers? Incompetent staff/billers? Perhaps a combination of both? I recommend you dont try and find out for yourself.

Terri Breese This is a great primary care office. The front office staff is very efficient and personable. Dr. Penaranda is my doctor. She is very caring and actually listens to what you have to say. They are very good at getting you an appointment promptly when you are ill. I highly recommend them.

Elizabeth Garcia Dr. Hambalie is an excellent doctor, he did surgery on both my husband and I, the surgery worked excellent on both of us! After our surgeries, he told us that in five years we would have to return for more work, he was right, after five years we would have to return for an other issue that our insurance would not pay for, he was right, five years later the pain came back! It is a huge bummer they dont take Humana anymore!!

Natalie Saenz Highly unsatisfied with care here. On several occasions, Dr. Johnson would not refill my prescriptions. I would call repeatedly to ask that they be refilled, and they would not. On several occasions I went for more than 2 weeks before she would finally refill. Terminated my relationship with this doctor due to her negligence!

Rachel Feuerhammer I previously gave this company a good review because I was able to get an appointment in time to get a prescription refill. However, since then, I have been completely frustrated with the company and their lack of service. My insurance company advised that they requested additional information from Telemind to be able to process my claims, and Ive reached out a number of times to get assistance but received no response. I still have not had the issue resolved despite my first visit being months ago. Recently, I tried canceling an upcoming appointment (because I dont want to pay for the appointment fee without insurance coverage for a three minute conversation), but the electronic service keeps sending me reminders of the upcoming appointment. So frustrating!

Nicholas Corliss They wasted my time and money, then created an appointment for me without my consent. Yesterday, I randomly received a text saying “Nicholas, you have an appointment with ADEOLA ADEBAYO on 7/25 at 6:30 AM PDT” I never made that appointment. Would I have been charged a no-show fee if I ignored that text? It really ticks me off that such a shady place has my card info. I highly recommend you stay far away.

Tessie Baez After a couple month of recovery. It will be a year in March. I have decided to review this place because it ruins my view on Scenic Drive. This place frankly discusses me. I was transferred from East Providence to Kindred to proceed with rehab this place is a joke. I was never given rehab until the moment I requested a transfer out. Dr Aloraby was careless and the biggest jokester as I couldn’t move and he thought a fits pump was the proper way to say hi to me. initially, when transferred I was left in the room for over hours before anyone attended to my needs. That same night I immediately came down with a UTI after the catheter was removed and replaced with a pure wick. I was told it would take over 24 hours to receive anything. Just left in the room with the door closed running a fever all night. Next morning nothing until 11ish. And that is only because I had to start whistle for attention and at this point staff found it hilarious because they thought I was a bird. At the same time it hurts me to leave a bad review because I can remember 3 top RN and maybe like 4 good MA’s. However since they wouldn’t ever keep a steady rotation it’s hard to recognize those individuals! Some people have no busy in the healthcare system sadly to say!!!! This place will only treat you okay with eyes over them like a hawk. If you’re a sole independent person with no one to care or watch over you. I would say RUN LOOK else where! And if you do happen to leave your loved one! I would definitely not recommend this place unsupervised. Also hate’d how all day I was alone until I started getting visitors they would come in every minute or so like if they were taking care of my visitors.

Leora Caylor Such a wonderful experience here for my family member. The nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, doctors and case managers were amazing. My family member came into the ICU and is leaving talking, smiling, exercising and on the path to recovery thanks to their help. Would highly recommend. Special thanks to ICU Nurse Myra who was exceptionally kind and attentive, Saul the Respiratory Therapist who was so motivating and positive, Alice in Case Management, Erica, the entire Physical Therapy team, especially Olga in PT, the entire Wound Care Team, the head of Respiratory Therapy (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she was so kind and capable), Dr. Porras who was so encouraging and on top of my brother’s healing, the head of Pharmacy, and Dr. Armendariz his pulmonologist - my family member required a lot of care with his lungs and we felt we were in good hands. We were even impressed with the quality of food in the cafeteria.

Bryan Morris I was treated exceptionally well while here. The doctors, nursing staff and assistants were all very attentive and took care of my needs in a expeditious manner, even the kitchen staff work hard to ensure you have a good meal, and it is hot and ready. Mary Heberling The cnas tere, Eunice and Sylvia is pretty good. The wound care staff Helen and the girl with the dark hair was good. The nurses Amelia, Alex, Josh and Crystal were really good with me and also very sweet they made new feel comfortable. Luis, Olga and Sylvia from therapy did a great job with me. But practically everyone has been super nice to me. Ana the casemanager is very nice when she comes in and is very informative she also lots my brother know whats going on. Im sure there are others but I cant remember theyre names but almost everyone has been wonderful with me. Im sorry if I didnt mention them all.

Sergio Espejo I was very impressed with these facility attention and care of their patients. They went the extra mile to keep a safe and sanitize environment. The nurses in turn checked how you where on a regular basis and the nurse assistants where always willing to help in any form they could. My stay here was very satisfying and Im very pleased and grateful for the way I was taken care of

She’s always made me feel comfortable, she’s straight forward & clear which I feel like is so important for a doctor. She makes it a point to not only take care and do what’s best for baby but for me as well. As a military spouse I’m blessed to have her for my last two babies ❤️

Joann Perales I just had my first prenatal appointment with Dr. Koch, and I highly recommend her! She is amazing. She listens to all of your concerns and addresses every single one even if you might think they’re not serious. She also talked to my husband and made sure he had no concerns. Her communication is top tier. She also does ultrasounds at every appointment to make sure baby is okay. She seems very consistent in her work. Will admit the wait time sucks as I was there for over 2 hours, but it was worth it.

Jackie Garcia Personally, it was a bad experience from the start. The receptionist who took the call was very rude, in a hurry, and gave no information. The day of my first appointment I waited in a room for 3 hours just to be seen not including the time waiting in the check in area… I had to go to the checkout desk to ask for help, and even they were shocked that I had not been seen yet. People that arrived after me had already departed and I was still there. When the Dr finally came, she did apologize and told us they scheduled us wrong. I was scheduled as a follow up and not as a new patient. Dr. Koch assured us that we would be seen immediately. We were there for about 5 hours total. Even though Dr. Koch did apologize for the staffs mistake and showed compassion… overall, our first experience there was a bad one.

Sakina Irene I’ve only had my first appointment so far but I’m already in love with Dr.Koch and her staff. My last OBGYN would have me driving all over town to different places for blood work, ultrasounds, etc but with Dr.Koch everything is pretty much done in office and the convenience of that in itself is great. As somebody who is high risk for miscarriages I love that she offers ultrasounds every appointment, and instead of coming back every 4 weeks she has me coming back in 2. She was very throughout and was open to listen to any questions I had. Everything about her office gives me a sense of security with this pregnancy and I couldn’t be happier to have been recommended to her and her team!

Timber Lyn I think everyone is really nice and happy but I dont like how the doctor is in such a rush every time I see her. I understand that Im not her only patient but she could at least sit down with me and act like she wants to see how Im doing mentally and physically. This isnt my only child but it is a ruff pregnancy so I have more then one question for her. Again, I really like everyone there. Its comfortable and thorough. I have learned a lot about myself scientifically through the test they have taken. Thank you for your time :)

Valerie Dr. Maspon is a very nice , down to earth doctor who knows how to make kids and teenagers feel comfortable with talking about digestive related issues. He makes you feel heard and answers any questions you have. He goes the extra mile to give you peace of mind. And the cherry on top of it all is that his staff is so nice and welcoming which is so hard to find these days.

Dystinee Romero Dr. Maspons is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. He even drew pictures and explained things clearly and thoroughly. Dr. Maspons always made us feel heard and addressed every concern we had. We felt very comfortable and at ease, even though our baby wasn’t in the best shape. Sonia Fabro Dr Maspons is a wonderful Doctor and his Nurse Practitioner Ana is amazing. They are not only professional but very friendly. They both genuinely care for their patients. Patients are not treated as another number and it shows. I am so glad that I have found such great health care providers for my child. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. They are awesome!!!

Jessica Gupton Dr. Maspóns has been very kind, super knowledgeable, and empathetic as he helped diagnose our 2 month old with a genetic liver disease. He has always been available when we’ve had questions. His staff is very nice and helpful. They helped us get in quickly for an appointment during a scary time when our baby was sick! Highly recommend for pediatric GI care.

Karstens Nicole (Nicole) This isn’t specifically about Haracec Complete Healthcare. I’ve never been there, but more so about one of the staff memebers at Haracec, Simone Rosson. She was at Hemisphere Behavioral. My son would see her twice a month. My husband and I were seeing signs of ADHD in my son and some behavioral issues. No one wants to admit there might be something wrong with your child so trusting someone else with your child and accepting that there might be something wrong is already hard enough. Simone was great. We trusted her. We were seeing some significant changes in our son. We had already seen Simone for almost 8 9 months approximately. My son was suppose to see Simone on the 4th of Feb and that was cancelled. His next appointment was suppose to be on the 20th of Feb and I got a call from the office informing me Simone no longer worked there if I wanted to schedule with someone else. No doubt Simone is great at what she does but to leave with no explanation what so ever. It took us a long time to admit and accept that my son needs help for her to just leave without saying anything. Seeing a therapist is all about trusting your therapist, confiding in your therapist to get the help you need so you can just leave without a word. At the end of the day all they care about is money to be able to afford your nice Mercedes.

joseph trillo Over the years, I have seen several psychiatrists and taken every antidepressant approved by the FDA. I was blessed to come across Dr. Ugas practice. He and his staff have been a Godsend. Dr. Uga and his Nurse Practioner (Mrs.Uche) are patient and genuinely empathetic and have made a tremendous positive impact on my condition. They are the BEST mental health providers I have ever had.

Korinna Ladaga Worse experience ever first of all they forgot that I was waiting to see the doctor. Asked the secretary if my appointment really was at 2:40 and to have them say "she" the doctor over looked my chart. Paid fifty dollars to be in a way room for an hour and to be with the doctorl for not even ten minutes and the whole ten minutes all shes saying is she sorry she overlooked me.and rushed me out. She didnt even ask if I wanted to stay for the whole session she just brushed me off

Walker Tracy (PhD Tracy Walker) Ive meant to do a review on this place a during my visit. My provider was awesome. He educated me on my condition and changed my mind about my hard formed opinions about medications. I saw my provider on time. There was no long wait. Jodie Shao The visit with the NP was quick but getting blood drawn was a near 2 hour wait even though I was told "a couple of minutes". If they had told me how long the actual wait was, I wouldve gone to Quest labs.

And does a great job managing the office. Also, Although, this place is very busy (which shows how much the patients love this clinic), Dr. Benjamin Gonzalez is worth waiting for and seeing if you’re able to. Dr. Gonzalez is very intelligent and caring who sees the person (patient) as a whole and is a great critical thinker.

Elizabeth F Dr. Smith is one of the best surgeon in El Paso. He is so professional and knows exactly what is your problem. He made a surgery on my lumbar and I left the hospital the next day. My recovery was very fast since I followed his instructions. I recommended Dr. Smith for any kind of problem you have on you back. I really thank him because after the surgery my life changed completely.

Eddie Corral Dr. Smith is by far the best Orthopedic Surgeon in the whole area of El Paso, Texas. Dr. Smith has always conducted himself in a professional manner with the best medical knowledge in mind that will help his patients get better and properly heal. All of his staff are properly trained and are always very helpful and professional. Im living proof of the type of work with my lower back surgery that Dr Smith perform on myself. I have been 100% better and back to doing a lot of the things I used to do prior my surgery. If you are seriously looking for a true professional that is serious about his craft with knowledge to back it up, I recommend you Dr. Smith.

david lanman Dr smith is very experienced and I am grateful for much improved mobility and relief after the procedure…however his staff, possibly the few, were very difficult poorly trained…making much of post op a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Mindy Hall Dr. Ibrahim is a great doctor. Her staff is very attentive and helpful. When I have an emergency or really need to get an appointment they always try to get me in the same day. I love the Athena portal because I can keep track of all my things there and even send messages to the office and get a response back. I feel so much better about my health knowing I have her to call!

Gabriela Dr. Parisa Ibrahim lacked proper HIPAA practices, leaving the door open with my lower body exposed in the stirrups. When I mentioned pain during the exam, she laughed and said, "We’ve all been there." When I tried to raise these concerns, she interrupted, dismissed them as "the way things are," and suggested I find another provider. I suggest you take her advice and find another provider as well.

Ingrid Cecilia Dr Pradhan is an excellent surgeon....He did diagnostic my intense pain around my belly which ended up by removing my gallbladder with a surgery. Beside a professional, Dr Pradhan is very kind person.

Vanessa Zamora Dr. Pradhan is amazing! He helped us through one of the roughest years of our lives. Thanks to Dr. Pradhan my husband is alive today. He did explain the surgeries he was going to perform on my husband and what to expect everytime. We were truly blessed he was on call when my husband needed him. I highly recommend him! Hes very kind and truly cares for his patients. The office staff is amazing as well! They have gone above and beyond to make sure we were all setup for surgery and anything else needed.

Max Church-Ehrlich Dr. Pradhan saved my life with an emergency cholecystectomy from a necrotic gall bladder. He was thorough with his after care. Great bedside manner. Yes, he does have a thick accent, but it was easily manageable by simply asking him to repeat things I didn’t understand. His office staff was professional and pleasant during the follow up visits. I can’t say enough great things about him and his office staff. Highly recommend him.

Kathy Herrera I am so disappointed. I have recently switched to umc west for my special needs son. He is a 23 year old. He is on oxygen, and in a wheel chair. He has seizure disorder and many other issues. We were late to our appointment today. I tried calling and calling. I could not get a hold of anyone to ask if it was ok if we were late. They kept sending me to a place where I’d have to put in an extension, which I don’t have. It is a big ordeal to get my son to an appointment. My husband takes off of work, we rearrange my son’s shower and daily routine to accommodate the appointment, I had to get child care for my newborn who I am breastfeeding exclusively. Our vehicle used to transport my son got stranded and we had to run and get a new battery. We still showed up to our appointment only to be rudely told we would be seen, but after everyone else had been seen. My son can’t be up in his wheel chair very long due to a protruding coccyx bone. I feel we were unfairly treated. They are not equipped or considerate enough to care for very special needs individuals.

Desiree Ramirez Long wait time. The receptionist needed help. They brought in another person to help and I was next in line. He called me up wrote my name down on a piece of paper gave me a number. I could over hear them putting me in the system after the line was gone. All the people waiting in line after me went in before I did. I like the East side clinic better.

Mani This is my first time visiting this place for my annual wellness visit. In the doctors office I told them I want to get my annual check up and do my preventive blood work that is offered for free by my insurance once a year. But they billed it in a way the insurance is not covering it as a preventive lab work. I have never had this issue. I called the billing office and they would transfer me to the finance office, then to the doctors office. I have left message to the doctor and multiple people that never answer their phone or returns the call. The doctor never followed up on my lab work or followed through with the referral. I would not recommend this place for a primary care service. Sent a bill for $541 when I should be charged for only one diagnostic test. Rest should be covered as a part of the preventive care. But no one is taking any accountability to fix it. I will continue to call and update the review as it unfolds.

Gladisbel Marte I made an appointment for a much-needed breast exam after discussing it over the phone. I drove 50 minutes west, only to be told that my insurance isn’t accepted. At no point during the phone call was I informed about this policy.

Danny G Called to schedule a walk in due to illness. Ask for an appointment here in the west side. They said yes at 2pm i confirmed with the operator twice that it was on the west at 2pm. Turns out she scheduled it for George dieter. I get here and they said nothing they can do. Horrible service. Whatever other office you were looking into trust me go there instead. Horrible.

David Cox My mother was involved in a very serious vehicle accident. She spent weeks in the emergency room and I was surprised she was being released in the condition she was in. She had a trachea, feeding tube, catheter and neck brace. She was not mobile at all. I was given the option of 3 long term acute health care hospitals. I visited another one first and I was not impressed. The second one I visited was Premiere. I was pleasantly surprised right away. The hospital was very clean, smelled good and the staff was very friendly. I met the Case Manager Brenda and she gave me a tour of the facility. I was happy to know that on this tour the person showing me around was actually going to be a person that was going to be caring for mom. After meeting with Brenda I was not interested in seeing the third hospital. I am incredibly grateful for the all the caregivers that helped mom. Mom had nothing but nice things to say about everyone! Me personally, I would like to give an honorable mention to Brenda the Case Manager and to Norma the Respiratory Therapist whom also double as part of the administration. Saying “Thank you” just isn’t enough for what they’ve done for us! For what it’s worth, Thank you!

A. I cannot say enough good things about this place! There is an angel who works here and her name is Brenda. I was apprehensive about this place at first glance..but this is a case where you can NOT judge a book by its cover. After multiple hospital visits for my Dad I feel like I had lost all faith in the health system. When we brought him here I wasnt expecting anything different but I could not have been more wrong! Brenda took her time to talk with our family about the cares he would receive and showed real concern for not only my Dad but for us as well. She assured us that he would receive personal care around the clock and she was right! We didnt have to worry about him during the times that we were not able to be there (unlike the area hospitals) because we knew he would be well taken care of. Any time we asked questions, Brenda was able to give us exact times that certain things were done for him and provided 100% transparency with every step taken with him and she kept us updated on any test results or things that were happening. When we werent there she text or called us just to make sure we had constant updates until we could get there and she was ready to give us in person updates once we were able to get there after work. She literally cared for my Dad as if he were her own family. There is a man there in charge (who oversees operations) as well named Russ who always checked in with us daily to make sure we had any and all questions answered and to make sure we were completely satisfied with the quality of care my Dad received when in this place. The CNAs were attentive to him coming in on schedule on the dot when he needed vitals taken or any other cares that they provided. We love this place and I highly recommend it to all families whose loved one needs this kind of care. Can I rate it a million stars? You will be so happy you chose Premier and will be able to rest at night knowing that your loved one is in the best hands.

Jessica Martinez Brenda, Russ and staff are the most amazing people to take care of everyone. My husband almost lost his leg and life due to an infection and there are no words to say how much we appreciate their long hours and care for my husband. Brenda saved his leg and is an amazing wound care nurse whos main concern is the health of the patient. She went above and beyond her call of duty to take care of us and keep us informed of the process and progression during the lengthy hospital stay of my husband. Even after he was discharged, she called and checked up on him. I am so glad he was taken care of by them. They truly are angels in disguise. Thank you for doing what you do and going above your call of duty. Forever thankful to all of you, especially Brenda.

John Frias My wife was a patient here at this hospital. She was extremely sick but with the attentive care of all the staff, she has recovered enough for me to take her home. Special thank you to Brenda my case manager for helping us arrange her discharge, special thank you to Margarita for being so caring and answering the call light so quickly. Fatima RN was very kind and controlled her pain. All the staff attends with respect and quality care. Thank you all again.

Mark Vasquez My father has had such a journey in the hospital for the last four months. His last hospital stay has been at Premier specialty Hospital. The staff there are very professional, very kind and very attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better staff. Brenda has been very helpful as well as she is the case manager, and also takes on another task with wound care. We are very blessed that my dad‘s experience there has been stellar to say the least. Also, would like to think Celeste as she has been very helpful in this difficult process as well. I highly recommend anyone thinking about taking their loved ones to Premiere Specialty Hospital.

Lester Ibarra Sarahjane Legaspi is the best if not one of the best nurses at Providence hospital, she is very kind and attentive, she somehow finds the time to always make sure we are content and check if we are in need of anything. Truly one in a million, Providence got incredibly lucky to have her as part of the nursing staff!

Ricardo Romero I regret to share that my experience with the NICU at this hospital was disheartening. The nursing staff appeared overworked, and the doctors displayed a concerning lack of consideration. If given the chance to go back, I would unequivocally avoid entrusting my childs care to this NICU. Caution to all: consider alternatives and stay away from this facility at all costs. No stars if possible that could have been awarded.
