It is a benefit that you can read your records through a web portal, the first time I have taken Ive taken advantage of such a thing.

She is a genuine doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrates true empathy for her patients. I can feel her sincerity. When I explain myself, she listens to me. She doesnt cut me off. Also, another fact I find remarkable about her is she remembers all the prior conversations we had. Which I imagine for a doctor who is regularly seeing many patients every day that would be considerably hard to keep track of. She has an extraordinary memory. She is what I would consider a safe space doctor. I feel as though you can freely explain yourself without judgement. I love having her as my doctor I feel comfortable and at ease with her. Shes a phenomenal doctor overall.

Captain Dr Gonzales is a patient listener. Professional in patient care. Conservative in approach. Thorough as a diagnostician. Personable, professional, easy to communicate with. Plus, I found her to be personally approachable and friendly. Her nursing staff were excellent as well. Overall a great experience with a competent, friendly and professional group of medical professionals.

Maribel Perez I had the worse doctors appointment yesterday with Dr. Cecilia Lowder. I went in to check my thyroid levels because my Endo did not take my new insurance. I showed her my last blood work and based on that she told me I was fine that I didnt have anything. She did not let me explain that my TSH, T4 and T3 levels have been in range but my antibodies have been elevated and that is what my Endo had been monitoring and at one point I was taking thyroid meds. I also took a lab order that I was supposed to get done before my next appointment with my Endo. So I asked her if she could check those levels and she told me no, that I did not need to check those levels, that it was not necessary. She did not even want to check my CBC and Comprehensive Metabolic Panel which are basic tests and were also on the lab order I showed her. Like what????? I also went in for tingling in my hands and she asked if the tingling wakes me up at night, before I could even answer she told me "It is probably carpal tunnel syndrome". How can you diagnose me when you dont even let me explain my symptoms. I even took paper work from my ER visit due to the tingling and she didnt even bother to look at it. She was so dismissive and did not help AT ALL.

Jevona Green I will be leaving the clinic as a patient due to my negative experience. Findley was disappointing. She lacked sensitivity and would be better suited for a different profession. The issue wasnt with the information she provided, but rather with how she delivered it. Her condescending, rude, and aggressive behavior are qualities that are especially problematic for an OBGYN. For example, she tried to give me a counting lesson when confirming how many cysts she was referring to. At one point, she literally said, "I can do the surgery myself, but I prefer not to because your ovaries are messed up." Her tone throughout the appointment was aggressive, and she even resorted to hitting the diagrams while explaining things, which only added to the discomfort. Additionally, her office scheduled an appointment for her to tell me that she couldn’t confirm anything without a different procedure first. This was especially frustrating since I’ve been trying to schedule that procedure for some time, and they had me come in anyway just to relay this information.

Lupita Hernandez I’d like to express my concern about my recent experience. I made what I believe was a mistake in selecting the Kelsey Seybol medical plan, and I plan to change it soon. A month or two ago, I received a phone call informing me that I needed an ultrasound, but unfortunately, no appointments were available, and I was given a date for January 18, 2025. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was informed that I couldn’t be seen due to an expired order, which was quite frustrating. I had already taken time off work for this appointment, and now I find myself needing to miss additional time for a reschedule. I was transferred to Dr. Irfan Mansuris office, but I encountered some difficulty with the nurses communication, as one of them transferred me to Radiology mid-conversation without explaining the situation. This has left me feeling quite frustrated, especially since it impacts my work hours. And, of course, no one took the time to apologize for this inconvenience. I believe better communication between the clinic staff and patients would be beneficial. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has made me reconsider my choice to remain a patient with them. I hope they pay attention to this matter because these type of situations are not fair for us patients

Lisa Lyric Im so happy with my visit! I went today because I could tell I had an ear infection, I dont have insurance and I knew they were reasonably priced. I also knew they predominantly spoke Spanish and I only know English...it was a lady at the desk and a lady Dr and both did great at using the English they knew and when we couldnt understand each other, they used a translator on their phone. It worked just fine! They were super sweet. I got a couple shots and they called my prescriptions in...couldnt have asked for a better visit.

Andrea Orozco I recommend this clinic 1000%. Just by consulting me, the doctor knew about my problem and prescribed medications that helped me heal. Very professional since they explained the treatment and the cost to me. (there was no hidden fees like other clinic) and the consultation was $20 dollar. Good prices for people without insurance! The nurse was very sweet and she was always helping. I would definitely go back.

Nat Valdez This doctor should not be seeing women patients or patients at all. I went in to get checked for a throat infection, & as usual check up with the stethoscope but this man pulled my top forward very exaggerated to where he could see my whole bra and the top of my breasts. & even placed the stethoscope on top of my inner breast. To me this was very unprofessional. & definitely talked to upper management.

James Morris Your entire medical team has really impressed me during my recent visits. Yours is the only site that offers free travel to/from your offices. The front desk staff listens and coordinates a patients visits to other medical facilities and coordinates with health insurance so I don’t have to get involved. The medical staff is friendly, qualified & professional. All in all you take fantastic care of seniors and it is obvious why you’ve earned your recognition by AARP.

Nancy Garcia Getting pregnant after 15 years was definitely a terrifying exciting moment for me, but every single person at this practice has made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for. They all have taken the time to answer my millions of questions and have been so knowledgeable and patient with me. My husband has attended most visits with me and he as a male says that he loves how comfortable and clear our Doctor (Adriana Ocon) is with us. She involves him in the conversations and even encourages him to take pictures and record our ultrasounds. The practice is always clean and I love how they don’t allow kids because it actually makes the atmosphere more peaceful and at that moment you get to enjoy a little peace and rest and just focus on your health..even for just a few moments. Beauty Techniques They are open 7 days a week. Very convenient! Took my husband in because he had been so sick for 3 days. The staff is very nice and helpful. He was given an IV treatment and a couple of shots. He is feeling 110% better! Definitely recommend.

The NP was helpful but that is not the point. I went with the hope of finding a new GP. Didnt work out that way unfortunately. But Ive learned an important question on my next try. And they want $175 a visit if you dont have insurance. Wow!!

R T Appointment was an unfortunate waste of time. Had to schedule another appointment the next day with a different clinic, who properly were able to really help me. Once I told the doctor, Dr. Gibbs, the basics of my issue, she formed her opinion of what the problem and solution would be in her head....and completely did not want to listen to any of my other opinions or concerns about the care I needed. Whenever I did try to voice my concerns, she totally discounted it to the point of being flat out rude, which was uncalled for and unprofessional. If you have an issue on the weekend and need to seek care, I would be cautious about choosing VillageMD as their floaters will not only do the bare minimum, but will be rude and condescending on top of it.

April Felan-Butler 4 stars because Dr. Toby does a great job with referrals and patient care, but the office staff needs a lot of improvement with their customer service skills. They do not follow through on things that they say they are going to do, they are not very polite, and they once gave my husband the wrong date on his appointment reminder call, which resulted in him missing his appointment and having to reschedule nearly 2 months later. This can be very frustrating because my husband, his family, and I really like coming here. I dont want poor customer service to be the reason to switch medical offices.

Cara Brasfield-Hance About a month ago I made a appointment because of what thought was a Kidney infection. I normally see Dr. Tody Kirkwood but because i was needing a same day appointment i wasnt able to see him. Which is totally understandable and wasnt to see whomever was available. I explained to the younger Dr. Beau Kirkwood that I was having Kidney pain and horrible rash that wrapped around my lower half from my spine to my bellybutton. He proceeded to tell me that it wouldnt be a kidney infection because I didnt have pain when I urinated. He went on to tell me that it was joint pain. I told him as he could read from my chart I have Systemic Lupus and Im extremely familiar with joint pain, that this was that. That something was wrong I just didnt know what it was and I had to request for a scan. After a little back and further he obliged and requested one. Heres what was extremely shocking to me he handed me a business card to a massage place and told me I just needed a massaged. I was able to get my scan the same day. Next day I was in pain still and went to my local ER. Within 10 minutes of talking to the ER Doctor and him giving me a exam he said that I had shingles. After I told him about my appointment the day prior he was shocked and couldnt understand how this wasnt obvious. Did I mention that I called multiple times to get my reading for my scans and was never to get them read to me or get a call back with the results. I really wish I would have been able to wait to see Dr. Toby.

Mike Joseph I was skeptical of agreeing to get a surgical procedure done anywhere but at a hospical. This place has changed my mind. My wife had her gall bladder removed here. The surgery was quick and successful. The staff is wonderful and very professional. I live an hour away and Ill make the trip.

Life is Magical My husband needed a kidney stone stone removal last week. They took very great care of my sweet baby. His doctor was amazing finished the surgery in a about 15 to 20 mins. My husband went back to work Monday he had his surgery last friday. They even called to check on my sweet alberto. I trust this center they are clean and professional. The waiting room is very spacious. The only suggestion I have is to get a vending machine maybe :)! That would be awesome. There is free coffee and hot water. I was able to make my daily hot tea.Thanks to his doctor and this center for helping my precious angel. The nurse even called twice to check on him.

Jennifer Eden Had to have a hernia repaired and it was done here. You can tell the nurses and anesthesiologist genuinely care about you. They were excellent and took top notch care of me. I was really nervous so one of the nurses even held my hand until the anesthia took effect. Ive had other surgeries done at various hospitals and once in a different outpatient but this was by far the best. The fact that they care about their patients instantly helps with going through the surgery and recovering. Thank you to everyone there for doing what you do and doing it well :)

Bobby Nisbet I had an early appointment on Saturday morning for a procedure. I spent the entire day prior preparing for it. I was met with an employee who rapid fired one word questions without waiting for answers. "Name" before I could give it it was "License and Insurance card", then "Name" and I started with my first name and all she said was "Last". I was startled with the attitude that I was met with. Then I was told you need to pay $408. When I said I wasnt paying that she told me I wasnt getting anything done. I told her I would make a partial and she said only 1/2 would be acceptable. My husband cursed, "BS" but quickly caught himself..... Who is this person??? I asked her what it was for and she cited Blue Cross Blue Shield Allowance. To be a patient, going under anesthesia for a procedure, to be treated like that was uncalled for. I couldnt get my doctor on the phone to talk to him about it, nor did he call me which leaves many more questions. I decided that if thats how they are going to talk to me and treat me then there is no way I was putting my life in their hands. Hey girlie at the front desk on Saturday morning, and you too, the one who was hiding out of site, if youre not morning people then maybe this isnt the job for you. I will be reporting you to Blue Cross and Blue Shield to see if I can get you all off of their preferred list. Needless to say, I walked out. Ill be looking up the Director of this establishment and speaking with him/her also. Probably another waste of my breath.... Deborah Nisbet

Angela Creason The staff are professional. They are hours late every time I have been here. If you are the patient waiting for a procedure, it is a very difficult wait. Other surgery centers are better.
