5 /5 Amber Watt: I have been seeing Dr. Beau for almost a year now, and he has been the most patient and caring Doctor I’ve ever been to. He is kind, knowledgeable, and really listens to my concerns. I’m so glad to have finally found a great PCP locally. My husband was so impressed with my care from Kirkwood that he started going as well and has had the same experience. Not only the Doc, but front office, nurses, and medical assistants were amazing as well! I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

4 /5 April Felan-Butler: 4 stars because Dr. Toby does a great job with referrals and patient care, but the office staff needs a lot of improvement with their customer service skills. They do not follow through on things that they say they are going to do, they are not very polite, and they once gave my husband the wrong date on his appointment reminder call, which resulted in him missing his appointment and having to reschedule nearly 2 months later. This can be very frustrating because my husband, his family, and I really like coming here. I dont want poor customer service to be the reason to switch medical offices.

When I was facing issues getting in touch with my doctor to have a critical prescription filled, Ms. Lollie took immediate action. She made sure my message was delivered directly to the doctor, which led to my prescription being filled on time. Ms. Lollie’s quick thinking and proactive approach really stood out. She didn’t just stop at the basics—she took extra steps to advocate for me and make sure my needs were met, which made all the difference in my care. Her commitment to following up, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively truly put me at ease during a stressful situation. Ms. Lollie’s compassionate nature and dedication are clear in everything she does, and I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided.
