She is compassionate, honest and very easy to talk to. I feel like she is my family member because of her empathy and reassurance of a commitment to my overall mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I trust her with my family as my daughters are also her patients. Dr. Adigun is the best in her profession.

Wendy Mata My absolute favorite doctor. He is personable, professional, and actually cares about your overall health. He always goes above and beyond any expectations. I trust him. He is incredible. And so is his entire staff. I adore all the ladies he has on his team. They make me feel so welcomed every time I come in. I have seen him for longer than I can remember. He delivered both of my boys (14 & 4).

Tiffany Atkinson Dr. Khirah , is a great doctor and he gives you realistic goals and realistic options; while being empathetic and understanding to my individual situation . I am very pleased with him and his staff.

Jordan Mason My wife has called over 3 times separate days trying to get an initial appointment made to see an ob/gyn for our pregnancy. She was told they would call her back to schedule an appointment and they never did, then she called back two more times and was put on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Then I called and was on hold two times as well for over 30 minutes each. If this is how they handle their phones and communication in general, how they heck do they have 5 star reviews on here? Find a different place to who genuinely cares about new patients. They dont care here.

Edith Nwabueze Dr Khairah is excellent and incredible. He combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss, I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish as a first timer here in TX, after moving back here from MASSACHUSETTS. The staff are very friendly and professional. Its rare to find a Doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I had my first visit to Ft Bend Dental in Rosenberg today and it was top notch from the moment I walked in the doors until I checked out! Katie Meyer This was my first visit to Fort Bend Dental. From start to finish, the staff was amazing. I have been searching for a dental practice that I felt comfortable with, and that i didnt feel is pushing treatments or unnecessary costs. I had the BEST experience. My hygienist, Rachel, was wonderful and took care to explain the treatments to me. The dentist even talked with me about options for my teeth, without pushing expensive, unnecessary products. He even talked me out of a treatment I was looking into, because he didnt think it was necessary. 5 stars for my experience. So grateful!

Linda Ebel We have used Rose Rich Veterinary Services for almost 9 years. The offices and exam rooms are very clean, the staff is professional and accommodating. We use them also for boarding our dog when we are out of town. Our dog loves the staff and they all know her name and on sight. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

Kristen Shanahan I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to take some time and share our experience. Rose rich was not my normal vet we used to take our animals elsewhere however after two emergency issues with my dogs I will never take them to another vet. They go above and beyond for their customers and try to make sure that each animal receives excellent care for a reasonable cost. Our puppy Gus recently had parvo and if it weren’t for the care he received he wouldn’t be here with us today. The vets were very kind and understanding and went over each cost that was needed and were honest about what they would prefer to do over what was bare minimum and needed for his best odds. We hospitalized our baby and they called every morning with updates and were patient and understanding with all questions we had. He even had some accidents in his kennel and they called to notify me and ask if he could get a bath. Every one here I have had the pleasure of meeting was considerate and compassionate. Thank you for everything for saving my baby.

Kim Gantz The best vet clinic ever! Warm, inviting, and knowledgeable staff who love your pets almost as much as you do. Several years ago, when our kitty, Lilah, needed her leg amputated, I visited another local vet, one on Hwy 90. I walked out with an uneasy feeling, knowing Id never entrust the care of my baby to the staff that seemed aloof and not very caring. Then, someone recommended Rose-Rich, and Im so glad! Lilah received excellent care there for her surgery and for the last of her 20 years. Every time we took her in, the staff lavished her with love and attention. We always felt confident that they offered the very best care. Almost two years ago, we adopted our sweet Cheeto kitty from Rose-Rich, and we cant imagine life without him. After losing Lilah, I wasnt sure if I was ready to have another kitty, but the staff at Rose-Rich were patient, listening and talking through my worries, and letting me have all the time I needed to make a decision. Every staff member, from those at the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors, is kind, caring, and takes time to answer your questions and engage in conversation with you. We are so thankful for the caring, knowledgeable professionals at Rose-Rich.

Leslie Walker I love Rose-Rich and have been going there for about 26 years. I love the time they take with each pet and owner, the fact that the have all services in house ,; but mostly the fact that my 14 year old terrier who bites , they manage to clip his nails without muzzling him and somehow manage to keep him calm and comfortable during the entire visit. These doctors are they because they love it and love the animals.

Billing told us to check with that specific receptionist. What a joke ! Between all this insurance confirmed Kelsey clinic took $200 extra upfront. Nonetheless the doctor and nurses are amazing.

Eunice Garcia The doctor was nice, but the clinic billing practice is slightly infuriating. Since my visit was in January, they collected the entire amount of my deductible $421.00 dlls all at once, the doctors visit was only a little over $200.00 dlls. I said, why would you take all the money of my deductible all at once? I dont understand, the person on the front desk just said this is how the clinic does it, and she was only doing her job, but I have been to other doctors and you pay, and pay until you meet your deductible not all at once. I admit that I will never book another appointment on this clinic. Because of this reason I just explained, I hope this helps other people to think twice before choosing a doctor . **** Based on the reply I got, I went and directly put this review on the website provided and its been more than a week and no response from the clinic. ****************** 3/6/2025 Hi, this is a continuation of my 1-star review, when my son and me went to see a dermatologist at the clinic, my son got there first and was asked to pay $421.00 to meet the deductible. When I go there I was asked to pay an additional $75.92 for my appointment, I refused to pay since I didn’t understand why they had to charge us with the remaining of our family deductible. I got a message from Cigna (Open Plus plan-PPO) each visit for $676.00 for my son, patient responsibility $379.62. My Claim was for also $676.00 patient responsibility $75.92. First It was a visit to a dermatologist that look at our skin, no tests were made, no medicine was administered, nothing else. I got an email saying they contacted me and I said it “ You stated it was not a good time to discuss your concerns. “ which I didn’t received a call. I hope this gets to the proper channels and helps others to check before you make an appointment. Request to tell you at front when you book an appointment and they check your insurance, tell you how much you will be paying. Respectfully

Kris I love this place. My 3yr old son is very picky when it comes to people and absolutely loved the doctor that saw him. (White Female Doctor with long hair and colorful Crocs)Hes been seeing his oncologist for over 2 and 1/2yrs and is just now warming up to him. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I will recommend this place to everyone! 10/10

Josderli Suazo Terrible at communication. I got there for my daughter 9 am appointment that they booked for me btw. Told me the couldn’t take her in cause of her insurance and couldn’t self pay. They explained to me everything yes but it was once we were already there. It bothers me because I woke up 7 am in the morning to get myself and my daughter ready, paying an Uber to drive us there. Just to be told it’s canceled in person. That’s highly unprofessional, inconsiderate and waste of money.

He still possess the same “UP-RIGHT CHARACTER “ this present day as he displayed back in 2008-09. Alyssa Villanueva I always recommend Dr.Gonzalez to everyone looking for a pediatrician or in need of help. He was my doctor as well as my siblings and now has been to my 2 kids. He’s very knowledgeable and is there to help patients. If there’s a medication he has samples of that you need he will give some to you so I don’t have to break the bank. He did that once when I had poison oak and I was no longer covered under my mother’s insurance. My brother had staph and he recommended a cap of bleach and water and it cleared it up. My oldest son had croup as a baby and he recommended chamomile tea to help with congestion. He cares about his patients and knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

He asked me what my son had and I told him he seemed congested he looked at me and asked if I knew what congested meant. So I answered to the best of my knowing and he looked at me like I was stupid and not knowing what congested was. Never going back I recently moved from SW HOUSTON and wanted a local doctor in Rosenberg. I rather drive 30 minutes to my old doctor than have to deal with this rude one.

The ladies there are older and they run the front desk the way they wish for many years now.....and yes, im that person who calls back to back for 20-30mins straight until they answer. Its something that I just deal with and I dont get upset anymore.....hopefully they retire soon.

Ashleigh Carter The office was really good about getting my dog in since he was sick but as I was there the computers went down which isn’t anyone’s fault but bc of that the doc wasn’t able to really do an x ray like she wanted to. She told me to come back in the morning and that was the plan but unfortunately we lost Panda over the night. I still would like to know what was wrong with him. What I like is this vet is affordable unlike most and they are good about getting you in if your pet is showing signs of needing to be seen right away.

Now Dr. Fry is there and he is also wonderful! And there arent enough good words to describe the staff! They are family to us, and we are so blessed to have them in our lives!! D J Our girl was suffering greatly, and the only way to help her stop suffering was through euthanasia. We were tended to quickly. Tish and Antonio walked us through the procedure. Understanding, patient, gentle, considerate, and kind is how I would describe the way they treated our girl. Respectful folks here. Thank you for bringing our beautiful baby peace and rest, even if it was her last. P.s. The parrot screaming in the waiting room made our girl a little more nervous, I understand it wasnt personal on the birds part, but maybe he could chill in a different area lol.

Kenna Hinojosa I just took my dog here and had a very bad experience. The veterinarian I had (last name Novak or Novack) was extremely rude and disrespectful. I brought my dog here worried about her and she ended up having a false pregnancy. She made snide comments and had a nasty attitude. She was ridiculing me about medications and lab tests I was unaware of and couldn’t afford at the moment. “It’s ONLY ___ dollars”, “Well they aren’t going to treat her anywhere is she’s SICK.” And then she was saying my dog had several diseases and then back tracked to say she didn’t have them?? As a veterinarian you should be an animal lover and have empathy for the pet and owner, how would she feel if someone treated her dog like this? She refused to give me several options at different prices for medications and made me feel guilty I couldn’t afford them at the time when the appointment was expensive as it is. I’ve come here many times before and the rest of the staff i’ve interacted with is great! I hope no one else will have this experience. I hope they can train this employee in better customer service.

Angela Dr. Foltyn, Lucy, and the entire staff at SVC are truly wonderful and provide top notch care. Our previous vet moved away, and we encountered an urgent issue with our dog before establishing with a new vet. We called SVC and were able to bring our Wilbo in on a Friday evening for treatment. Weve since returned for surgery and follow ups with Dr. Foltyn; it has been a blessing to be able to have one provider take care of all of our dogs needs. Dont hesitate to bring your pets to SVC; they will be well cared for!

Lorey Sanchez The most compassionate , caring, and true love for pets Vet I have ever been to!!!They will send you pictures and have daily calls of fur babies medical state . My dog is a 5 year old frenchie who had to get a corn cob removed from his stomachThis caused him throwing up blood and bile.Rolly was diagnosed with ulcers too. Their prices are hands down the most reasonable vet prices I have ever seen!! What really made me love them was their l for fur babies !! So grateful to have my dog currently there now . 1/18/24( update ) Rolly has made a smooth and fast recovery!! All thanks to this amazing Veterinary!!! I have been to a handful of vets ever since I adopted Rolly and none have gone above and beyond like they have . They have also assisted me with sending all the paperwork necessary for Rollys insurance too . Frenchies have a lot of health issues and I am glad to know I have finally found a veterinarian that truly cares for their pets. Will be making them Rollys permanent veterinary ❤️

J Rivas Special thanks to Dr. Foltyn and her team! We took our 8 year old Husky on short notice about an hour before closing and they took great care of us. Dr. Foltyn was very thorough with her examination of our Husky and at no point we felt rushed despite it being close to closing time. I know Huskies can be dramatic when visiting the vet and hard to deal with but thanks to Dr. Foltyn and the VT that helped out our boy was easy to work with, which is a complete opposite from another vet we had visited in the past. I highly recommend Southwest Veterinary Center to anyone seeking a great team and quality service. The late hours is super convenient as well. Will definitely come back in the future

JEAN-CLAUDE Lega So, I just got a kitty 8 weeks old and wanted some rough estimates on a new kitty exam, shots and worming. She refused to give any estimates as they dont now how much an 8 wk old kitten weighs! They expressed me to come in and by that time, I may be hit with a very expensive bill. I was very uneasy to give them a try. Not even a typical range was given, I am easy going for a few bucks different. All I wanted to know was should I expect $100 or $300 but nothing. I wonder if they will last...

Nina I am writing to share my concerns regarding my experiences at the Womens Hospital, specifically related to the behavior of the front desk staff and the overall patient care. Each time I have visited, I have encountered the same receptionist, a woman with glasses, who has consistently been unprofessional and rude. Her dismissive and snarky attitude has been evident on multiple occasions, whether in person or when I’ve tried to reach the hospital by phone. The phone staff also exhibits a similar lack of courtesy, which has only added to my frustration. However, my most recent visit was the tipping point. While sitting in the patient room for over 30 minutes, no one came back to check on me, which felt like a disregard for my time and well-being. Furthermore, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency when it comes to billing. It seems that charges are not clearly communicated beforehand, and I receive unexpected bills in the mail without any prior explanation. The hospital’s approach to patient appointments feels more like an assembly line, with little attention paid to the individual care and experience of each patient. Given these repeated experiences, I will not be returning to this facility. I also intend to address this matter with the hospital’s leadership to ensure that other patients do not have to face similar issues. There should be no excuse for unprofessional behavior, especially when it comes to the care of one’s health.

bibin thomas they took great care of us and showed us around for the Hospital Maternity Tour, unfortunately hey had no rooms available for us to visit (too many babies :) ). gave us pamphlets and info to read as well. the lady who did the tour was through and caring. Ran into John A as we were walking out he was on lunch but sure helped us with a small questions we had love to see smiling faces. Hospital Tours for expectant mothers and their families to see the Labor and Delivery Unit and Mother Baby Unit for postpartum care.

Alicia Herrera My family has gone here for 35 years and since Hester has left nobody answers the phone and when my mother came in to ask the woman why; instead of saying sorry (enter excuse, or explain she isnt sure in a ... oh idk, polite way) she just looked at her and answered the phone. The old vet techs we trusted so much, I just cant fathom being so rude, especially to someone like my mother, she is the sweetest woman.

Nat this is our favorite local vet. You can tell the staff got into the business because of their passion for animals, and it translate to the care they provide. This is also home to the most reasonable prices in town. Highly recommend

Darcia Bland I know Dr Hester from when he used to help my daughter out in ffa. He is a great vet. Unfortunately this office that represents him is lacking in empathy and consideration. I had an appointment but waited an unreasonable amount of time and when I asked if theyd remembered me I was told about how they were busy euthanizing a patient. Funny 2 years ago when I came and complained about the weight I was told the same thing. Then I checked out and was told that they would call me the next day by 10:00 a.m. with the results of the test for my cat. Thats been 5 days ago. Ive tried to call them but their voicemail is full and you cannot even leave a message. I will have to drive there to find out what the results are and Im not sure I want to deal with those lying unhelpful people

Bryan Norton This office has totally gone down hill. We recently had our family pet in for a procedure and received him back dirty with no antibiotics for his surgery. He developed an infection from the surgery and passed away a couple days later. We took him in when he stated showing pain and the new vet on duty look at him and shook his head and told us he had an infection from the surgery and prescribed antibiotics. He looked at us and asked who did the surgery and just shook his head. This would have never happened when Dr. Hester was around. He cared about his clients and their loved ones and would have never sent them home dirty and without antibiotics. Now that he has retired the facility seems to be turned over to incompetent people who really do not care for your pets. I recommend anyone seeking help for their loved ones to go somewhere else. I will never take another loved one here. If I could rate them lower than a 1 star I would.

bryn burnett Horrible experience with this company, would never wish anyone to deal with these vile kinds of people. I want to highlight the work of the service coordinators, these people work extremely hard for a ruthless and unrewarding managing staff. Its obvious money is the only driving goal at this company, I wouldnt want my loved one to be represented by these kinds of people.

Tammy Mize Would give 5 stars as everyone there are very nice. But there have been many mistakes made on their end. And as a result the family member that needs assistance from them still hasnt received the assistance they need yet. Still trying to get them to correct their mistake to get the family member the help they need from them as they promised & said they would do. Will update rating when theres something to update.

Hall Dustin Louis (BIG DOG) Been receiving service since I was a youth and the MHMRA place was called Riceland for behavioral reasons and Medical Mental Health issues I been hearing Voices all my life and this great place has a history of Helping me get right and back on track with treatment for a Beautiful Blessed Life with my problems and I pray that everyone who knows someone with issues in their life takes them to get screened and treated with best countywide treatment for all no matter abilities to pay or get meds or therapy a great place to get back in control of life or behavior issues stay blessed everyone I still receive treatment till today year 2024 stay positive and help someone in need

Norma Cordova Honestly, one of the worst care providers for child development. I want start of by saying the set up for this program is terrible. Three individuals in a 10 x 7 room all talking at once trying to get you out of the door. All out of coordination with processes established and lack of empathy for the mothers that are seeking help. While all spoke at once and attempted to test my child at the same time in the same room. I couldn’t even hear my self; much less my child. Complete poor and rushed preliminary assessment by the team. I left deflated and disappointed with this place. At the moment I enrolled for the program but after visiting a true speech development therapist we decided to opt out. They genuinely took the time to test my child the correct way and he passed gross and motor test with flying colors. They have set up a good solid plan to help my son with speech and overall treatment was beyond amazing. For any new mothers or concerned mothers. RUN from this place - won’t give you a true assessment or solid plan. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Mackenzie Galdamez I dont even want to leave them a star. Came to get my cat neutered here, they told me I dont need anything for the after care that he should be fine. That was all that was said. Couple days after, guess what happened... my cat gets sick & DIES. I HATE THIS PLACE.

Nikki L Called for stray dog but told it is out of their jurisdiction and full??? so call back maybe next week? And automatic msg before you can speak with someone says they will accept for dropping off. Still accept dogs if we drop off even full? Pretty much people has to do their job.

Kait I have called after and during hours with no answer. Called at 1:30pm when open until 2pm and it wouldn’t let me leave a voicemail or talk to a dispatcher. After hours was only willing to come out for the call if the animal had bit someone. Extremely unhelpful.

Tom Ives Arrived 15 minutes early. Was waiting 2 hours to see a doctor. Two groups of people who came in ~30 mins after I arrived were seen and left before I was seen. If i am charged for a no-show, why am i not compensated for my 2 hours of wasted time?

Shawna Bryant This was my first time coming to this office. I will not return. I will not recommed anyone. Demetra checked me in and it was the worst experience. I work in the medical field, so I know first hand how you should and should not speak to patients. She argued, raised her voice and put her finger in my face. So disgusting and disrespectful. Ill definitely contact the corporates office. She needs to be fired ASAP. Everyone else was great, the MA and especially the Doctor.

Jonell Walker Absolutely the worst service. Been going here for years, but it will have to be the last place on earth before me or my family come here again. It’s been a day later and I’m still waiting for a call back from the nurse or doctor. Hell anyone could have called by now! Plus, each visit has a long waiting time. My husband had a virtual visit and waited almost 30 minutes for the doctor to come on the visit. If you care about your quality of health and your time, do not choose Memorial Herman Medical Group.

Mat Ppl Please do not waste your tine bringing your child or elderly to this facility. The front receptionists are extremely rude, lack any concern for the patient, hv no customer svc skills whatsoever, put you on hold for 10-15min anytime you call to speak w/your dr or drs nurse. On the phn, they ask can you hold, if you say no, they put you on hold anyway. We hv been going here for years and its time to shop for another dr elsewhere. I hv nev run into this prob w/any of my drs elsewhere, only here. I Highly do Not recommend this clinic because of a lack of disrespect and concern for the patient, absolutely no customer svc skills from all front receptionists. When you arrive for an appt, they will hv you stand while they talk on the phn for sev minutes in front of you. When you are finished and rdy to ck out, again , you will find yourself standing there waiting once again for sev min while she talks on the phn in front you totally ignorng you. Unbelievable.

andy rashid On the day of my colonoscopy they are asking money in front before the procedure. I called the insurance and they said it’s covered and they should billed to insurance. Procedure was done on july31,2024 Still waiting for my refund since the bill was paid by my insurance

Danna Psencik I will never go back to this place - I froze from the second I got back in the surgical suite - the nurse gave me two warm blankets but the warmth wore off in just a few minutes. I was miserable. I was getting up to get dressed to walk out before my colonoscopy but the anesthesiologist walked in at that exact moment and I was wheeled back and had my procedure. I didn’t have a nurse call button to call the nurse for more blankets. Luckily after the procedure they used the Bear Heater on me and that helped. But I will never use this facility again.

S Berry No no don’t go. I see why this facility has so many cancellations. I have had procedures with Dr. Gregory Shannon in the past with no noted issues. However, today I was scheduled for a procedure at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Richmond. The staff are rude and incompetent. They would not answer the phone or return messages for a week and a half, so I had to drive to the facility to speak to someone about a facility fee they estimated for me to pay that my insurance informed me was covered 100%. I waited for an extended period and was informed my insurance was correct and there would be no out of pocket charge. My appointment was at 11:00 am. I received a call at 7:00 am asking me if I could come in early, because they had some cancellations. I agreed and arrived about 7:40. They attempt to collect fees that are 100% covered by insurance. I informed the receptionist that I had already confirmed with my insurance company and her office that the procedure and facility was 100% covered by insurance and there would be no patient out of pocket cost. She stated that was not what the doctors office sent over. I asked her to call and verify Dr. Shannon’s office and my insurance company. I called my insurance company again to validate the information I received earlier. They confirmed that my referral from my PCP was for screening and if the facility correctly coded the procedure as intended and entered the preventative code it would be covered 100%. The receptionist went to the back and returned with paperwork for me to sign including a form of financial responsibility paperwork and told me since I was having a procedure again within 5 years, I would have to pay the fee. I informed her I wished to cancel. Then she says we have the insurance company on the phone. I told her I just hung up with my insurance company and they informed me that everything would be covered if the coded it correctly when the billed for the procedure. I cancelled, because thus far I was not given any reason to have confidence in there competency from the time I was scheduled with them. 1) The receptionist at Dr. Shannon’s office erroneously indicated I needed a new referral from my PCP, when I did not. 2) She was rude. 3) I never saw the doctor-only the nurse practitioner. 4) I received conflicting information on how to prep for the procedure. 5) The Memorial Surgical Center not doctor’s office would answer the phone. 6) I drove there just to speak to someone to be told there was no out of pocket cost . 7) I was asked to come in early because others cancelled. 8) I drive to my appoint to have my blood pressure increased from the receptionist insisting I pay over $400 in fees. 9) She failed to try to validate the cost and shoves the financial agreement so they can miscode and charge me anyway. I have no confidence in this run down looking facility or in the competency or integrity of the staff at this facility to bill correctly. Who wants to go under when they are unnecessarily irritated. I see why the had cancellations. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

Thuy Nguyen Took my parents here for colonoscopy. Everyone here is amazing. The front desk staff is helpful and kind, the nurses and medical staff are professional, patient and have excellent bed side manners. My parents and I are thankful for their kindness.

ntexas100 I had my colonoscopy here last week. All the staff members were great!. They got me in on time. Had me prepped quickly. Recovery was excellent as well. They actually seem to care about their patients. My wife is due for her colonoscopy in a couple of months, so well certainly be returning.
