Jason Stephen The place seemed fairly clean and orderly. My nail professional was not in a uniform, nor particularly professional looking, but I understand the want to be comfortable. She was very focused and quick about attending to my pedicure, but when she finished, it was clear that my nails weren’t even. They were too short to do anything to fix it, so I didn’t raise a fuss, but I won’t be going back. The pumice (or whatever) used in my foot and calf massage left a very oily feeling above my ankle, so I think it just may not have been rinsed and rubbed all the way off. For $35, I want a better experience.

Kris S. The receptionist was very friendly and personable. However the staff was unwilling to fix any errors (crooked nail tip and wrong color) without attitude or difficulty. The overall shape is nice though. In addition, there’s an extra $5 charge for each nail tip variation: $5 for “extension”, $5 for shape and $5 for length. Which is objectively odd…

Laura Davis Ive been going here for about 3 years. I love the Nexgen manicure. It is always clean, and Ive never had a single complaint. Kevin does my nails most times, but Ive had other techs when he isnt available, and theyve all been great

Zee Hasan i’ve been getting my nails done from here for about a year, and their amazing. their service is great, and i specifically go to Lori, she’s honestly so sweet, and is so dedicated. she always makes sure that i leave the salon with a smile, and satisfaction! definitely recommend this place! :)

Zaria Howard wax is great here! nails are super thin and never straight, they’ll only last you a normal amount of time if you don’t use your hands too much. i also made an appointment 24 hours in advance and waited an an hour anyway.

Kellie Piazza My mom and I have been to this location several times and were very happy with the service and the staff; however, the last two times were terrible experiences. The staff seem very unhappy and this carries over to the clients and reflects in their work. They do not listen or ask for clarification of what the customer is wanting and then angry when they are told it’s not what you are wanting. Philip was constantly slapping my hands and pulling my arms, complaining that he was in pain with his arthritis. I did let him know I was sorry he was in pain, but wasn’t sure how I could help. I paid $60 for ombré dip (and asked for one red heart - which he didn’t do) and my nails pretty much look like I just have clear on them with maybe a little sparkle in the sunlight - not at all what I asked for. Also to mention, my nails were not trimmed at all and I told him at start that they were too long and wanted to cut down. When he was finished he just walked away and never asked how they were.

Katherine Jones I visited Grandlux this past week for a manicure and pedicure. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but I had a gift card from a friend so decided to give it a chance. Im so glad I did. I went on a Wednesday around noon. My wait time was under 5 minutes. The lady at the desk helped explain the different services. I went with their top manicure and pedicure package (cant remember the name and it was amazing). The manicure was $40 and pedicure was $60. Khai did my pedicure and Laurie did my manicure. The package I chose included parafin wax, hot rocks massage and even a neck massage. It was so relaxing and the nail tech did a great job. The gel color I chose wasnt showing up as much as the sample and Lauri suggested using a different color as a base so my chosen color would show up better. She took her time to start over with the gel colors without me having to ask. I dont get my nails done often but I will definitely come back next time.

Tatiana Robinson I literally got my nails done here on Monday (9/19)… it is now Friday (9/23) and basically all of my nails are lifting. I’ve already had to glue down three nails because they were on the brink of coming off. I called them and asked if i could come up there and show them and get a refund and they told me no. A nail salon is solely based on customer satisfaction and they want to act entitled to my money. I MEAN LOOK AT MY NAILS FOR GOD’S SAKE, THEY ARE A MESS. I would give this place zero stars but the lady that did my nails was actually nice so I give yall a ONE

Staci Lewis We love Bella Nail salon. The ladies are so kind and took the time to talk with my 10 year old and do her nails exactly as she wanted them for her birthday (which is a special treat as she doesnt get her nails done often)!

Madeline Ketner Amazing service and the ambiance is great. Lilly, Andy, Vivienne, and Jackie are AMAZING. So sweet, funny, and talented. Vivienne and Lilly helped me - Vivienne did the nail art on my nails and they are beautiful. I also tried the new gel X and it’s so great and healthier for the nails. One of the only nail salons I’ve tried in Frisco area and the last one I need to try. Also got a brow and lip wax - painless and easy with good after care.

Patrice Simon I spent a wonderful Saturday afternoon with Kylo and Jenny! They took care of me while I got a manicure and pedicure. They also fulfilled my crazy request for Book Bonanza themed nails. My favorite is the unicorn! I would highly recommend them for you nail care needs.

Eiya Noreen I don’t usually do reviews, but this salon did such a great job with my nails! Vivian did my nails last month and she was very attentive to the shape of my nails making sure they were even and complimented the structure of my sausage fingers lol. I wanted to transition into my natural nails, so I came in today to get gel. I was afraid that removing the nexgen would make my nails thin and brittle like I experienced in a different salon, but Lily was so careful, and I’m really happy with how it turned out!

Daniella Moreno I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, perhaps some people just not getting there way. Prices are clear as soon as you check in with everything detailed and listed out perfectly. Not liking your nails? This is disclosed when you go to wash hands, encouraging you to speak up if something is wrong. Dash nails ambiance is one of my favorite things. It’s so cute! Their customer service is amazing, I’m only on my 3rd or 4th time visiting, I was already recognized when I walked in this last time! It made me felt seen. I don’t have a particular person, every is great! They constantly are checking in during service to make sure everything is good. Continue doing great Dash! Forever a loyal client ❤️

Laura Neal The Dash Nail Spa Team was phenomenal! I scheduled an appointment to treat my husband [and myself ;)] for his birthday and it was amazing from start to finish. We both had manicures and pedicures. The salon is very clean, bright, and spacious. The staff are also super welcoming! We live in downtown Dallas, but the Dash Nail Spa is where we will go for the best experience.

London Segre’ Update: although they do good service, I’m no longer patronizing this business because of their sneaky pricing. Great experience! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Natalie did a great job on my nails, made sure I got exactly what I wanted and she holds great conversation. Great prices and the space is also beautiful…I will be back!

PJ FM I’ve been going here for quite some time now and have had nothing but great experiences! I tried several places before and it was frustrating that the gel polish didn’t last long. When I first tried here, I was finally happy bc the gel polish didn’t lift or chip after two weeks. Eventually I wanted to try dip and haven’t gone back since!! The past few times I wasn’t able to get back in 3-4 weeks due to life LOL and the dip polish had lasted for at least 5-6weeks both of those times with zero lifting or chipping. I do go out of my way to come here but do so bc of the welcoming environment and quality of work from Lee, Sarah and staff provide! I had my brows done for the first time by Sarah and was very happy with the results! I initially declined bc I felt I didn’t have enough brow hair but they were beautifully done/shaped

Laneysa Carlvin So, I’m typically a regular at another nail shop because my favorite pedicurist Star worked there. I got a call from star and she said she had moved to another shop. I had been to this shop before but this time the ownership had changed. Oh, the difference. The shop is modern and the techs are very friendly and efficient. There is no pressure of them trying to up charge you at all. When I went this time I happened to meet the owner. You would have never know because she was working just as hard as the techs and I find that noble. It’s not often that you can go to a nail shop and everyone is great. I’ve had the pleasure of being serviced by Star, Lynn, and Katie. In addition to the great service the ambiance is very relaxing. I absolutely recommend A++++

Tytiana Browder Please do not come here. Even for a walk in. Not worth it. There are other salons who value the service they do. I have attached pictures of a COMPLETED gel pedicure in which the polish did not completely cover my nail and looks as if there was not work done on my cuticle. I stopped in while my car was getting serviced nearby and did not have the time to let them redo the polish due a scheduling conflict. The shop did not charge me for the gel since it was obviously an incomplete polish. I returned the NEXT day (do not live nearby-so took time out of my Saturday) to get the polish fixed and was told that I would have to pay for the gel polish today since they did not charge me for it the day before. That was a mistake on their behalf and no compensation for the inconvenience of incomplete and lackluster service rendered. Please take your money elsewhere.

Pai Redlee “RP” Ruined my natural nails!! I wanted to take a break from salon nails since I have been getting them done for over a year so I went for a removal service with regular polish, the lady there used the electric buffer on high speed with very little soak time that I could feel the burn! Grinding hard to remove the dip powder. She finally reduced the speed but it hurt. After a week or so when my nails started growing out I could see the indentation and bumpy surface caused from their extensive grinding/buffing method they did every time and how badly damaged my nails where. Not to mention the stoic rude person at the reception! Go some place else

Erik & Abby Dalager I absolutely love this salon, and especially love VANESSA! I deal with sensory issues and chronic skin picking, so getting my nails done is a great way to curb that habit. I’ve gone to many salons trying to find one that I felt listened to me and was sensitive to my needs. This salon was referred to me over a Frisco FB group and I’m so glad I went. I see Vanessa, and right off the bat, I told her I wanted polish. She suggested gel, for more durability, but at first I said no, just polish. And she listened. Then after a couple appointments, I decided to take her recommendation to do gel. I really liked the gel! But I kept breaking nails. So then she gently recommended dip, which I was 100% against, because in the past, it felt heavy on my fingertips and I didn’t like it. So we stuck with gel for a while. Then I took her recommendation on dip, and she applied it thinly, and I will never look back! Vanessa (and all the technicians) are SO incredibly sweet and LISTEN to what I’m asking. I also ask for no lotion on my hands (because of sensory issues) and Vanessa has remembered that every single time. She gave me space to do what I wanted, with light suggestions, and let me build trust with her. Now I’d trust her with my life! 100% love this salon and everyone in it. I feel so welcome and listened to, respected, and taken care of. Please go here, especially if you struggle with confidence or feeling unheard. All of the staff are so amazing!

Not only did my manicurist shape my nails beautifully, she was able to create the design I was hoping for. I can not wait to come back for Christmas nails.

Tara Pierce I have been coming to this location for about 10years, but I have been with the stylists for 23 years… pretty much since I was 13years old. They are the nicest people I have met in the business, they care, they listen, and they are AMAZING! I always recommend them to any friends and family that come into town. My husband gets his pedicures here with Kathie, and our daughter gets her spa days here also with Kathie also!! 10 out of 10, all the way around!!

Rhyan Stanford I went in there to get a next gen french manicure done and the guy ended up messing up the colors after I confirmed it with him 10 times! He told me he understood what I wanted to get done, but didn’t do it correctly. I ended up paying and leaving very upset. Within a week my nail polish started peeling, so I don’t recommend going here.

Marisa Stanley Ive been going to GrandLux for years now and absolutely love them! I always make sure to book my appointment prior, with Judy. She has flawless gel work and have been seeing her for probably 10 years now. Tammy also is great with her pedicures! I love walking into a place when they know your name and make you feel at home. Make sure you get your glass of wine while you relax. :)

Sania Amirali I went here to get my gel manicure and gel pedicure down and the nail artist during the parrafin wax treatment dropped wax all over my pants. I asked the owner for a discount as I know the wax would not come off my pants. My pants were $30.00 and she gave me a $2.75 cent discount and said I needed to wash the pants. I washed them and the wax still won’t come off. This is absurd. Terrible service. You ruined my pants and you won’t pay for them or take off the manicure charge?

Lisa Brown The owner asked me to leave because I took my daughter to the restroom! I kindly told the nail tech I had to use the restroom. She was frantically trying to finish my nails but I stopped her or my daughter would have an accident. When I came out the owner got in my face, pointing and angry, saying "you couldnt wait a minute and a half?!?!?! We cant serve you here, go someplace else!" I was embarrassed and caught off guard. I told him I had to take my daughter pee. My nail tech doing my feet was trying to continue my pedicure but the owner told her to stop. How embarrassing for an establishment to treat customers this way. He was yelling at me in front of everyone which is TOTALLY NOT OKAY. My children ages 3 and 6 were just watching him. He told me to leave again. I left... My daughter left her cup in the nail salon. I went back to get it and he got scared started dialing his phone. I told him that he was wrong for what he did. He said, "yeah exactly, Im very wrong. Im busy"... He followed me out the salon and took a picture of my license plate. I mean, was that really necessary? I am completely done with Grand Luxe Salons. There are far better establishments where you get treated with kindness and respect. I was literally kicked out of this place for taking my daughter to the restroom. Shame on this place for their lack of customer service, patience, and understanding. I am a full-time mom... Its not like everyday I get to get out and take care of things like my nails. What an awful experience!!!!

Laraib I just moved to the area, and I had a wedding to attend. So as a last minute resort, I picked this place, since it seemed reasonable and professional. I paid $60 dollars for these. I also got a pedicure done for $30. When I had shown up to the wedding, everyone in my family had told me I was ripped off for this terrible job. I did indeed have the worst set of nails at the entire wedding, and all my female family had gotten their nails done for cheaper. They had paid around $45-$50 for their nails at different salons and got such professional and clean cut nails. My nails were so wobbly looking and gave rookie work vibes. My pedicure was not that good either. My entire session, I was quiet and observant, picking up on a lot of things I noticed were sketchy. The guy who did my nails did keep messing up, he had to redo the nails around 4 times because he messed up the white lines. At one point, he didn’t try to correct it until I pointed it out. I was patient with him, and I paid full price since he did try to correct his mistakes. He was also nice, service wasn’t bad. I just do think they need better practiced staff. I also did notice that they were bad mouthing a customer with another customer, because she had come in and complained about her poorly executed pedicure. They called her cheap behind her back while laughing with the other customer because she didn’t want to pay for a re-service of her already badly done job. I noticed they have some loyal customer base that they give the best treatment too, but it isn’t okay to rude mouth other new clientele. Overall I give this place a 1/10 for price and quality of service. I want to request a refund but I doubt they would do it without being difficult like they were to the other customers. I also attached a picture of reference that I showed them and their poorly executed result. It is a very basic design that could have at least been a clean job, it didn’t have to look exactly like the picture for me. If you really want better service as a new customer, I would suggest skipping this place and finding another option.

Hanna Kamm Amazing! Lucy did these halloween gel-x that are too much fun! the glitter bottoms are too cool. She even came in on her day off to do them and made sure they were perfect. She took great care of my natural nails and they stayed on really well despite me abusing them. If you want really cool nails done well come here.

sheila nemer They don’t know how to put color on your nails as they missed putting color on the edges. This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They don’t even know how to cut the cuticle because they missed most of it on my pedicure too. It’s not worth your money. I have a feeling they are not properly trained for what they do.

Make sure you check for your package because i had to keep asking about steps that appeared to have been being skipped.... chilllllle these services are NOT cheap I want everything that the paper says! However at the end there was a Man there who did anything to make sure I was satisfied and smiling when I left. I went with my Mom... Comfortable chairs lovely atmosphere... I would go back.

I was very adamant when I walked in the door and I said to the gentleman if you don’t know how to work with long nails Let me know I don’t wanna waste your time or my time. To make a long story short Tom not only was actually rude ignorant because I asked him. Do you know how to work with long nails and he snapped at me I guess I should’ve walked out at that point. But I’m always the person that gives the benefit of the doubt after almost an hour and a half not only do my nails look hideous the French. Looks like my grandson I shouldn’t even had to pay to be very honest because well, you’ll see by the pictures! Please do not utilize this nail salon. You’re wasting your money. I was even very kind to this man explaining that I’ve just had some bad experiences at nail salons, and I was just trying to safeguard myself. The worst part is, I couldn’t even fight it with my bank. Supposedly their credit card machines were down so you had to Zelle. Yes I should’ve walked out, but I’m not that type of person because the work I mean, I’m literally gonna have to go get a fill and it’s only been two days.

Linda Pho I went here for the first time today. I brought two ten year old girls with me for manicures. They had big ideas on what they wanted which they had to scale back a little with regular polish but I expected it. Person in front was very friendly and welcoming. It only took us as long as it took to pick out our colors so we could go sit down. They offered us drinks immediately and it didn’t take long for it to be our turn. Neither girl had their nails done at a salon before and my daughter was excited about everything they did. They even did the flowers on her nails despite being told they couldn’t. Her friend opted for a painted French manicure instead of doing the bare nail. I chose a simple design too. Will definitely go back and maybe try gel polish again for my vacation in May.

Shelby Freeman I had Roy do my toes (deluxe package) and he was great! The real MVP is Liam who did my nails. He spent so much time getting them exactly how I wanted them and they are perfect! All around the service was great. Katelyn at the desk was great and so was Emmy who did my brother’s pedicure. When I’m back in Texas I will make sure to come back!!

Nathaly Hernandez Jourdan I visited this salon for the first time, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! I requested a full set of acrylic nails at the front desk, but when Steven, the nail technician, sat down to start my service, he began applying dip powder instead. I stopped him and reminded him that I had asked for acrylics. His response? “Well, that is more money,” as if I wasn’t already aware of the pricing. I told him I understood and still wanted the acrylics I initially requested. At that point, his attitude shifted, and he started rushing through the service. Not only was he rushing, but he was also sloppy, further adding to my discomfort. To make matters worse, he started talking to another technician in Vietnamese, making rude comments about me—comments I could actually understand. This level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. When he finally began applying the acrylic, I asked for my nails to be a bit thicker since they were so thin they looked like a simple coat of polish. Instead of accommodating my request, he said, “Well, most people around here like them thin because it’s more classy.” First of all, I am not "most people," nor do I care about anyone else’s preferences. I’m paying for MY nails, MY way. If you can’t provide the service a customer requests, just say so. Your opinion as a technician is irrelevant when it comes to fulfilling a customer’s request. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, he continued to argue and defend his position. When he finally finished my nails, he didn’t say a word—not “all done” or “thank you” —nothing. He just got up and moved on to do another client’s nails. On top of that, he continued talking in Vietnamese to the other techs, clearly making rude comments about me, as they would glance my way without even trying to hide it. The customer service was absolutely terrible. When I go to a nail salon, I expect a relaxing, enjoyable experience—not to be rushed, argued with, disrespected, subjected to sloppy work, or talked about in another language as if I wouldn’t understand. I spent good money here and left feeling anything but pampered.

Meah Biley Excellent Service once again! I was pleased with the prompt courteous care. On this visit I chose a nude Nexgen manicure & French gel polish tropical pineapple pedicure. Sophia did an amazing job on the manicure. I enjoyed the pedicure by Long. They asked questions to determine my needs & also offered me a beverage. I was also given a warm neck pillow which comforted me. Long was attentive to the areas I asked him to be. This is my absolute FAVORITE nail salon!

Taj Mayes I love this place! The manager of the store is always friendly and always tries to get me in when it works for me! Tommy does a fantastic job on my nails every time I get them done, I won’t go to anyone else!! My nails last a long time and they always look cute! Thank you guys so much, keep up the great work!

lisa allen This is the only nail salon that I will go to. I have always had a very pleasant experience with all the staff. The manager Min is very hospitable and professional. Today I was with Tommy. He was very nice and did a great job on my nails. He even drew a cute heart for Valentines day. He also does more detailed nails if you want.

T P I didnt want to put this review up but we just got it done....and this happened a few hours after. Not good service/cheaply done. Service was extremely rushed even though we took an appointment and there was no one else there, but she still rushed it. The gel is still leaking out because the lady rushed her service. Dont recommend this place at all. Owners were rude as well and lied about price before we got there. Then thought itll make it better if service was good, but that was a fail too.

Brooklyn Brooks I absolutely love this nail salon. Ive been coming here for the last year and cannot imagine going anywhere else. I always get the best service, and the people there are so sweet. I always get a glass of wine or a mimosa while Im there, and usually they will do my full set or fill at the same time as doing my toes. If I want a wax, theyll come to me and do it when my nails are done. I feel like a queen every time I leave and will always recommend this shop to anyone.
