Linzi N I’ve been going to Tule for 3yrs now for dip powder nails and pedicures and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They take their time and treat you like family. If you’re looking for a quick in and out walk in, no appt type nail salon this isn’t your place. These ladies are appt only for good reason they are very booked. They are worth the time and an absolute gem. Cannot recommend them enough!

Anna Callagher They do a good job but they take a very long time and there may be a wait. Other than that it was fine.

Tamara Houle Was highly recommended to me and can see why. Love love my nails every time.

Zoe Novak I have been going to Andy for a few months now and he kills it every time. The shape and details are always so perfect. This past set was the best French set I think I’ve ever gotten. I never fail to get compliments on my nails since he has been doing them. 10/10 recommend.

Kristin 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Maybe it depends which tech you get, but extremely disappointed with both services I had done. For $105, I expect at least a few days of nice looking nails. I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. My toes have red glittery polish around my nail on my skin, some nails aren’t completely covered with polish. I could have given myself a better pedicure. My nails, I’m not sure where to begin. The tips aren’t as wide as my nails, edges are already cracking, they look like enough acrylic wasn’t filed off the top. The polish for my colored tips doesn’t go all the way to the edge of the nail. Not to mention I was here over 3 hours and the tech was extremely rough with my hands, pulling my fingers in unnatural positions. Another tech cleaned the excess acrylic from under my nails after my friend told her tech and I had no interest in trying to have anything else fixed at this point. I even had a small black hair across one of my nails, when I told the tech he just continued along and told me not to worry. I had to tell another tech to have it removed. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Marissa Martinez The place was nice and the people were friendly when I walked in. I dont normally go here but my sister does so I thought I would give it a shot. I asked for a simple French manicure with regular nail polish and a small thin white tip. My nails are already fairly short so I wasnt expecting it to be too hard. The nails and French tip look okay from far away but up close they are very amateur at best. They are already chipping 3 days later and I have an irritation on one of my cuticles. You can see in the pictures how bad my cuticles and nails look. I will need to get them redone soon. My sister hasnt had the same experience but I will not be going back.

Lyric Spence EDITED: a second nail broke within the hour of the first nail (will insert picture) I called back and demanded a refund because this is just not acceptable and at this point I do not trust any of the nails so I will have to go pay for a full new set somewhere else. They told me I could come in for a refund but it had to be in person. As soon as I walked in, they tried to talk me into letting them fix my nails again. I declined. They told me that the only way they could give me a refund was * *IF I DELETED THIS REVEIW!* * which they did NOT explain over the phone after the review was already written and posted the second time I called. The manager, Leena, also grabbed my arm when trying to speak to me, and I had to tell her not to touch me. I told her it is just not acceptable that I have had to make a total of 8 trips coming back and forth to have nails fixed. I explained I was already promised a refund over the phone the second time I called, that I would not now be blackmailed when I drove all the way here. This is a terrible way to run a business especially for very loyal customers. Nothing is worth this treatment of customers (who have given you plenty of fair chances.) but especially when the quality of work is this low now. After 10 minutes of arguing I did get my refund in Cash. I was a very loyal customer for a year and a half with Galaxy nails, I used to see Kelly. I came in for my appointment one day and they said “Kelly isn’t here today, can someone else do your nails?” I agreed. Andy did my nails and the same day when I got home one of them broke. I went and got it fixed the same day. A few days later, another nail broke, and the gel was chipping on the other hand. My next nail appt I went in (thinking I was scheduled with Kelly this time again) and when I walked in they said “Kelly no longer works here she moved.” I was surprised as no one mentioned she was moving before this. I asked to be booked with Leena instead (she has done my mom’s nails before.) I asked Leena if she could do the designs I asked for and she said she could, yet The design work was done very poorly. This last nail appointment, 6/13, I just got simple almond shape (shorter so they don’t risk breaking) and black gel polish. No designs. The gel polish began chipping two days later, and one of my nails just snapped right in half while bathing a dog. I called and asked for a refund, as I have given many chances and come back and had them fix prior mistakes. They refused and said they do not offer refunds, only for the nails to be fixed. I explained I did not want to do this, as I have tried to have things fixed multiple times and the quality of work is just proving to not be acceptable. I spend $130-$150 every two weeks with them. I haven’t been able to see them in about 6 weeks, until recently, due to so many dr appointments on my off days, and that’s the longest I have gone without an appointment. This was a very disappointing experience.

Jacqueline Ballard This nail salon is great and I have been coming here for quite awhile. I have been to other salons but have not found one to be as good, friendly and clean so I will continue going to Jen’s. I have Cindy that does my nails and she is also great:)

pamela c I went here for the first time for a pedicure and liked it a lot. This nail salon is more spacious than most, and the technicians were friendly. I would recommend making an appointment, as it was busy even when I was there later in the day. My tech listened to what I wanted, and was gentle and very good. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from. They took care in cleaning and sanitizing the foot basins each time.

Sarah Sogani I recently visited this nail salon for a French tip manicure in preparation for my homecoming, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Ive been here before and had a great experience with one of the female technicians, so I decided to return. This time, I was assigned a different technician—a male worker—and while I had no problem with that initially, the service was not at all up to par. During the appointment, he cut my cuticle, causing it to bleed, yet there was no apology or acknowledgment of what happened. Instead, he just told me to wash it off. Throughout the session, he was rude and dismissive, telling me not to look at my nails because I was "distracting" him, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. When I politely asked if he could show me how he was doing the French tip on one nail so I could provide feedback, he became argumentative. For a service that cost $55, I expected professionalism, care, and quality—especially since I was trying to be understanding and respectful of the process. Unfortunately, I left with sore cuticles and a sour experience. If youre looking for a nail salon where your input is valued and youre treated with respect, I cant recommend this place.

Isamar Fregoso The best nail salon in RR! I love Tina she is the best! All of them are very welcome, friendly and professional. They work on your schedule as well as walk ins. They have a variety of colors and if you bring a design they do it exactly like it! I recommend these sisters for any service they offer! I love their work.

Brooke Layton This place is okay. I loved my nails when it got them done but 2 days later the polish started chipping and just 9 days later I had 2 fall/break off. Aside from that the staff was friendly and welcoming and even painted my nails while I was getting my pedicure done so I wasnt late for work.

Angelica R I told myself i was not coming back here but i came back with my friends.. the last few times here i would get a milk and honey pedicure… they rushed through my whole service. they barely cleaned my cuticles and barely scrubbed anything. this time I came and Truly did my pedicure. I asked for the basic but after seeing the way she did my cuticles i asked her if she had time for a milk and honey.. even with a full house and customers waiting she didn’t hesitate to say yes, she upgraded my service and gave me THE pedicure. She asked if I wanted my nails done today i expressed to her my last experience wasn’t pleasant. she asked me to trust her and allow her to dip my nails. I LOVE IT! I felt the manager or the owner kept rushing her but she continued to work her magic. I asked her if she was being rushed, she said no but even if she was she won’t rush. i love it. I love this and I am glad stella has a great nail tech like her. I enjoyed my time this time and will come back to see Truly. I believe MK and Vi did my friends and they loved their services as well.

Katie Conway Vivi is amazing! I highly recommend her for either just a simple manicure or designs she is beyond talented. My mom and I absolutely adore her she is not only talented but so genuinely sweet and caring. Her attention to detail is unmatched and we never leave disappointed.

Lisa Myers I have been going here for a while and I really enjoy it, hence this 5-star review. Since new management has taken over, the customer service has improved, as everyone is so friendly and they take care of their customers. Each time I have had my nails done with SNS dip powder, I have been pleased. However, I have only had a pedicure here twice and have not been as impressed. Most recently when I got a pedicure, I did not get the service that I paid for, which was a Spa Pedicure. According to the Services menu, this is supposed to include an 8-minute sugar scrub exfoliation with lotion massage, which I did not get. The polish job though was great. Based on my personal experience with getting a pedicure here, I just think there is some room for improvement, in that customers should get the services they pay for.

Alyssa Teinert I had a deluxe pedicure with gel polish today with Maddie and an acrylic fill manicure with Tammy. Both services were exactly what I wanted (and needed) to get me through the post holiday blues. Maddie did a wonderful job on the pedicure. Tammy went above and beyond on my mani. I showed her a picture of something I found online and she executed it perfectly! I asked for blue glass nails. I absolutely love how they turned out!! Thanks Maddie and Tammy!!

Jill Nielsen My husband and I were really happy with the services here. We both had pedicures, then I got my acrylic nails filled and he got a manicure. They (Kayla , Amanda and Cynthia) were all very nice, friendly, engaging. They listened and weren’t pushy. The staff was all welcoming and attentive. We are definitely going back !

Johanna Vargas I’ve been coming here since 2020, and it’s honestly hit or miss, but they have good service and its near my house—the last two times; however, my nail polish was so thick that it began cracking two days later. Photos are from the fourth day when another nail’s polish started cracking and several other nails started chipping. I don’t even cook or anything. I can’t believe this happened from simply washing my hands and showering. I don’t have the time to get them “fixed.” I wish they would not put so much polish on when it’s a regular manicure, and I also wish they would not have gotten rid of OPI Polishes since they are the only brand that doesn’t chip. I want my money back; this is ridiculous!

My nails were messed up’ it was so bumpy and the nails were way bigger than my fingers. The pedicure was okay. When you messed up , you know the client is not happy and still you have the audacity to charge full amount.Thats when I decided its my last time here. Still leaving the star for pedicure.

Zaina Khalid Very nice place, it’s nice and quiet. The price is the lowest I’ve found in Round Rock. My set was $45 before tip and took about one hour. The woman who did my nails was very diligent about the shape and I loved her attention to detail. Update: two hours on the black nails, i understand if you can’t do a design just say no in the first place instead of wasting more time then hastily having me pick a sticker. it was 50$ so the price is still good. the design i asked for was one bat.

Vanessa Romero If you want ugly and thick nails, come to this salon! The girl who made my hands was too abrupt, she made my fingers bleed. After getting my manicure, I had 2 days with pain in my nails. I also spill nail polish on my sweater and its stained. Not to mention that the towels and everything they use looks EXTREMELY OLD and damaging. Everything looked very used and old ! To much money, really bad service!

Nima This review is long overdue. I’ve been going to Divine Nails for almost two years now, and Katherine is wonderful! She is friendly, professional, knowledgable, thorough, detailed, and my go-to nail tech. She is highly experienced in filing/shaping nails, callus removal, cuticle trim, dip and gel polish, and pedicures. I usually get a simple dip manicure and neutral color, and my nails never chip, crack, or break when Katherine does my nails. I appreciate that she takes good care of me, and I’m always satisfied with her work. Divine Nails is a small family-owned salon, and they are very nice people. They are reasonably priced and also offer some waxing services. It’s best to make an appointment, and they are not open on Sundays. They also accept Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle payments. Kristy Banda I’ve been to this place a few times since I moved here and I will officially only come to this nail place. I usually only get a manicure/pedicure, and they are always thorough and provide a great service. I wanted to do something fun for my bachelorette, so I decided to get ombre. I could not have been happier. Katherine did a phenomenal job. I’ll definitely be back for my bridal nails with family and friends in tow. Featured in my pictures is my soon to be sister in law, who also had a great experience! I also featured a photo of my nails a week later, and they look brand new still. I normally go elsewhere but this was my friend birthday gift so we went to her usual salon(here) and her nails turned out fine but mine on the other hand were un even and the nail tech cut my finger twice and one of my nail then tried to file down one of the shorter nails even more after being obviously shorter than the opposing finger and is not even coffin like I asked . Then she not only used the wrong Crome color she didn’t even offer to fix it. I also noticed she didn’t even completely cover the side of one of them. I will not be coming back

Isaiah 33:24 I am not one to always have my nails done , only for special events and occasions and a different nail place every time. I can honestly say that every time I have had them done I leave with uneven lumpy nails. This time I decided to try Omni Nail Spa, Kim did my nails and my nails are perfect ! Parisiane N I’ve been coming to Golden Nail Lounge for about 5 years, I was looking for service that was more affordable than where I was going at the time. They are affordable and give you two complimentary drinks!! Alice is so amazing, every design I’ve brought to her, she has always did the designs exactly like the picture or better!! I have been going here for 4 years, basically a month after they opened and I have not gone to another salon since! Lauren Rohloff I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year now and the quality of each set I walk out with is never the same. In the last month alone, I have gotten THE BEST set of my entire life and also THE WORST set just recently. Aside from the shape/length, I asked for the same thing. I don’t understand how I had the thinnest, perfectly shaped, “clean girl” nails for 4 weeks and walked out of the nail salon yesterday with the thickest, worst shaped nails. This set took 1.5 hours, and I didn’t have time for them to fix it, so I spent an hour last night trying to reshape them. Even though they look a whole lot better reshaped it doesn’t change how THICK these nails are. I have never cried over my nails before but this last set has made me reconsider ever coming back

Karissa Smith These techs are so great! Justin is such a perfectionist when it comes to my nail shape/texture/smoothness, and Kim is so kind and easy to talk to. They make the whole process so lovely, even when I ask for weird things like a nonstandard shape or every nail a different color, and I’m allergic to gel so I always have to get dip which is a mess, but they’re always so gracious to do what I envision.

Shelbi Davis I have been coming here for years for a gel pedicure and have always been very pleased with how my nails look and how relaxing the experience is. They play soft/chill music, dont have TVs blaring, and the place doesnt have an overpowering acetone smell. Prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Charlotte Dewyea Hands down the worst service!!! I am super disappointed. The service was super rushed. My friend and I both asked for the organic pedicure which includes a 20 minute massage and callous removal. I received neither of those services while my friend sitting right next to me did. I also asked for a design and was told the design person was busy. However, the person that came to do my design was sitting behind the counter the whole time. She also received a sns service which was done at the chair while getting her pedicure. The lady did not file underneath the nails therefore she was left with all the residue underneath. They are also inconsistent in color/shape. I asked for gel nails but after my friends services were completed they still had yet to begin my nails. Super disappointed my husband works out of town and this was my first break away from the kids in a month. I was looking forward to being pampered and received the exact opposite. It’s unfortunate that I will be going elsewhere tomorrow to receive the services I was really hoping to receive from this place. I will not be going back to this establishment I advise you to go elsewhere.

She run to help me and was so patience and try to understand and after I drop my drink at the chair, for my anxiety, she came with the cotton gave to me, wait and NOT charge my manicure. Of course, I am glad when I leave tips here. Thanks Lisa. And thanks Pearl for the pedicure. The little girl go to enjoy her pedicure with Lisa. She is a wonderful manicurist. Still 100% recommended.

Lyric Olivarez Booked a dip appt and Lilly was my nail tech. She was very thorough and did a great job on my nails. I also got a hot stone pedicure and it was so relaxing. I even fell asleep in my chair. I highly recommend this salon. When I come back through Round Rock I will definitely book another appointment.

Sou Rao I went for acrylic nail removal and the the lady damaged my original nails so bad and there was no after care too. My nails are still getting broken and struggling after a month. You can literally see my skin with excessive filing

Ema Blokzyl I just paid $97 for an athletic pedicure with gel polish (plus tip) and the technician let me leave the salon with my toes looking like this. Just completely sloppy paint job and my pinky toe on my right pinky toe is barely painted! I could tell she was having trouble with the polish but she didn’t say anything. The rest of the pedicure was okay, could’ve used more pressure on the massage but it was fine. I couldn’t tell it looked this bad until I got home and I’m so so disappointed. There’s better salons in Round Rock that will do the same service at a cheaper price. ***Just wanted to update my review and say that even though the business responded and said they would reach out, they did not. Lol

Thao-lam Phan BEST NAIL SHOP FOR THE CLASSIC AND SIMPLE GIRLIES. If you want people to constantly stop you to ask where you get your nails done, this is the place to go. Asked her to do whatever she wanted and she really let her creativity take over! And this time she definitely outdid herself. I’ve been going to this place for 5 years now and she never fails to give me exactly what I want which is classy and simple.

Monica Gutierrez First time there. I’ve had my nails done for years and this place would not rank anywhere near the top of my list. Where do I begin? There were nail clippings from previous customers on my table that thought the tech would surely clean but did not. I felt rushed. Ruined my day. My toe nail is crooked. The simple design on my nails looks crooked too (nothing like the photo I showed). My nail tech kept looking around panicky as though she was ready to get up and tend to someone else. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. She kept commenting on how my design request was not simple like I had said. (I don’t remember saying it was simple. Just showed the photo but it was simple) I was told I could not get the rhinestone design in the photo. What? That my nail tech couldn’t do it. I’m accustomed to paying up for my nails ($100 and up plus tip for mani/pedi) and for going to the same place for years. COVID made my previous beloved nail lady of 8 years decide to stay home and not work anymore. I’ve been trying different places since. For what I got it was overpriced. They got my money today but I will not be returning. The photos don’t lie.

Jennifer Helm Not gonna lie, used to love this salon. Sad to say its gone downhill since then. Went in Sunday to get an acrylic fill, I arrived a little late, but they still took me in. w/o asking me they did pink solar fill Instead of the acrylic I asked for. Looks awful!! Kept trying to up sale me on gel, even after I said no, twice. Than had to pay before services were done. $30 vs. the regular $15 I pay at Jens nails. I tipped $5 on card, and they were upset that it wasnt a cash tip!! Rude manager!! She didnt do a good job of filling and filing, barely a hand massage. I hate that I had to go here since my salon was closed :( NEVER AGAIN!! Eye brow waxes are now $10 instead of $8. SO if you like hidden cost, rude managers, and ugly nails this is the place to go! There are a lot of other better nail salons to take your business to...This is not one of them!!

Jennifer Falk Today was the second time I have been. Last time was for a pedicure. Today I called ahead and ended up with a manicure, pedicure, and lash extensions. I was treated like a princess. This is a family business. Everyone is so kind. The prices are affordable, and I will come back again and again, and am telling all my friends!!!! Thank you Vivian and family for taking great care of me today! Edit to add, for those of you that had issues, I promise you that if you had come back, these hard working people would have fixed it. I messed up my OWN nails and explained it was my fault and they still helped me fix them. I’ll come back again and again and be a loyal customer for life. I’ve been there three times and brought my friend twice.

For $35, that’s the deluxe one, the regular pedicure is $25; I got scrub, hot towel, hot stone massage and then cream massage. It felt amazing after a long day. I’m definitely coming back here.

Brittney They asked me to pay upfront which I understand. I tipped 30% and wanted to at least walk out with wearable nails. Two coats in she tells me it’s done. After 30 minutes under the dryer they still weren’t dry even though the lady told me they were. As soon as I got in my car 2 nails messed up. I also noticed hairs in two of my nail polish. I’m not happy with the service nor the nonchalant attitude that was presented.

Kaylee Rangel I would give less stars for the services I received, but the ladies are actually really nice here which gives them a higher rating. I got my nails done for my birthday. I got Gel X for the second time with opal nails because the first time they lasted really long! With my new set however , not even a day later after getting them done, one of my nails popped off. I say popped off because I didn’t break it. Literally the whole nail came off in one piece. I went back the next day and the owner fixed it for me free of charge which I was really grateful for. Three days later on my birthday, two more nails popped off the exact same way. I went the day after my birthday and the lady who had originally did my nails fixed them both for me. She then tried to make it seem as if it was my fault. I get my nails done all the time in my college town and I know they shouldn’t be popping off that easily. Today, not even a week later after my last visit, another nail has popped off. I am disappointed because I paid a lot of money just for my nails to be constantly popping off. I don’t even want to go back to get this one fixed because they are blaming it on me. All in all, the ladies who work here are very nice. I would just recommend going somewhere else if you want Gel X.

Tabytha Mostowfi Been going here for months and I love it! I get the dip on my finger nails and they just recently got a bunch of new colors in. The polish on my toes didn’t last near as long as it has from other places in the past but I’ll be going back to try again.

Whoshebe My 1st time here. They tried charging g me $30 to paint my nails ONLY with Shellac. I decided to get a manicure it was $35. They did not push my cuticles back, no cuticle softener, no massage, I had to request cuticle oil. $35 it was not a clean work station or facility. The nippers she used were NOT sterilized though they had a sterilized machine sitting there! I am also a 25yr nail tech. I will never go here again! Consumers ASK QUESTIONS on cleanliness of implements!! They should be inspected for sure! Poor service. As nail tech I AM EMBARRASSED!

Blanca Cavada This was my first time at this nails salon. I got the worst service. The owner was moody and not kind at all. The wife was a little nice. I asked him a question since he was the one that was doing my pedicure and he got upset and answered my question with such a bad attitude. I will never return to this place. I will not recommended either to family and friends. I didnt tip the man for being so rude to me.

Jessica Hancock I’ve been there numerous times and today and normally the service isn’t bad at all but today happened to be the worst service at a nail shop I’ve ever experienced. My nails DO NOT look good. The service was horrible from the time I walked in to asking them to fix my nails because the lady did them very uneven and they were poorly done. When I asked the man to fix my nails he was rude and he did them so fast and was very angry about it and made comments. I now have lumps in my nails and don’t like them and DO NOT recommend this shop at all!

I’ve been going to Josslyn for years and always leave pleased with her handiwork as she’s extremely fast yet detail-oriented. I also appreciate how flexible they are with last minute appointments.

JuliesLeft I went to get my nails done, I wanted to feel pretty for Thanksgiving, so I go into my nearest nail salon. It seems pretty good with some good reviews, unless you’re a regular. According to the reviews, you get treated like I did. I asked for coffin, and she tried to give me a square shape nail so I told her what a coffin shape was, i told her to cut off the edges and she told me that was a ‘round’ instead of coffin, so she basically told me coffin was square. Even after she ‘rounded’ my nails are still Square! if that doesn’t tell you enough never mind the thickness of my nails she only shaved off two seconds worth of nails on each one. And don’t forget that my nails aren’t even touching my cuticles, and on top that off she never dusted off any of the debris off my nails from the drill until the end, as in painting them the color. So all of my nails have debris under two my nails and inside the acrylic. I paid for my nails and left, disappointed and depressed. I have never wasted $60 so badly in my entire life.

Valerie Frazee I’ve been holding out on you guys!! I started to come to this nail salon on a whim. I have other places I love and have reviewed before. I needed a quick fix one day several months ago and a place I normally go was packed. As someone who also works by appointments in the service industry, I was happy for them. I love to visit small businesses so I took a chance, with the help of Google maps, and made my way here on a Monday. Walking in, I was not only greeted with friendly people, but I was privileged to see a lovely tree right in the middle of the salon. The decor of Greek-like statues and warm tones also enveloped my eyes. It felt familiar and new at the same time. The staff was patient with me. They also helped me pick out a color for my nails and my feet. This time around, which is probably my sixth time to be here, I asked the technician to help me a little more. I’m a fan of asking the professional what they recommend as well. Mai did not disappoint. I had asked for a french manicure with dipped acrylic. She suggested the ends of the nail be a little more bold but not too much. And that’s exactly what I got; a touch of bold led with softness. Every time I come, they are friendly. My dip manicure has lasted as long as 4 weeks, although I don’t recommend that. Spoiler alert: I used to do nails and because the work is quality I was able to file my nails down a little without compromising their work. The pedicures always feel nice and they have a variety of price options. I usually do the Classic or the Luxurious pedicure. It depends on my budget. Today I splurged and opted for the Venture Signature. What a lovely experience and my toes were perfect. I have been recommending this place to many of my salon guests and now I’m doing the same for my Google friends.

Kylie Burkhart I asked for ‘french tip’ ombre, coffin shaped nails and they turned out even better than I expected! Done in a timely manner, very nice staff, clean salon, and I will definitely return!

Vandana Dubakula The nail tech did a terrible job. I was getting my nails done for a wedding and she only applied two coats and it barely looked like anything was on my nails. She also applied them very haphazardly and they looked so messy. I told her about this and while she did redo my nails, the second time they were also not done well at all. Very disappointing as I did not like how my nails looked at the wedding. She was very nice but just seemed like she didn’t know how to do nails.

H H Very attentive to detail. They are also super kind here and its laid back. I went to a larger nail bar in the area and it felt like a factory. This is a great chill spot with perfect service!

Christina Knaak Got a pedicure here with my mom the day before Mother’s Day. We had made appointments but it didn’t seem to really make a difference. We didn’t wait long and both the technicians we had seemed very skilled. I never go back to the same pedicure place more than once, but I do think I’ll come back here again soon!

Valerie Frazee I decided to come here on a whim this morning. I’ve been here before but it’s been a while. I usually go to another place but I decided to give this place a try again. Walking in, there a few eclectic features. It’s definitely more low key. Some furniture doesn’t match but it didn’t matter to me. The place was clean and the technician who did my nails was friendly and helpful. I often ask the tech to help me pick a color and she did it without hesitation. She was able to efficiently remove my last dip and then did a reapplication in a timely manner. My previous dip manicure was busted up from me cleaning my salon. I will be back and I’m glad I decided to take a chance again. If you’re looking for a more upscale place, this isn’t it. This is a nice and unassuming place to get your nails done and the pricing is affordable.

Ramirez Family I’ve found my go-to nail salon, and it’s Day Spa & Nails! I first came here because they open earlier than most places, which is a huge bonus for me. But now, I keep coming back because of the amazing service. I’ve had every nail tech here work on me at some point, and honestly, they’re all fantastic. Each one really takes their time and pays attention to detail, making sure everything is just right. My pedicures are always so well done, and I love that there’s no pressure to add on things I don’t need. The ladies here are incredibly kind and genuinely make you feel welcome. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you get. If you’re looking for a place that’s all about great service, good vibes, and no hidden fees, give them a try—you’ll be hooked too!

Nikki Kirchenwitz I have been going to Catherine for over 20 years. I have followed her from shop to shop. She is phenomenal on doing what you want and if you don’t have an idea, she’ll help you do what you want. All the ladies in her shop are well trained, and know exactly how to do what you need to get done. Sometimes you gotta wait 5 to 10 minutes but it’s worth the wait. Spa Pro Nails plus is one of the best places to go anytime I have family in town I bring them here! You will not regret going here!

Patti Ive been going to this nail salon every 2-3 weeks for over 5 years, always loved it until recently. The last 2 visits Ive had the same tech (i believe her name is Brenda) and she has injured me both times by cutting me multiple times. The first time she was my tech, she nicked my cuticles in a few places and also used the buffer too vigorously and burned my cuticles. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, accidents happen, right? Most recently however she cut a large chunk of skin out of my toe that has now been bleeding almost 24 hours, even through a bandaid and onto my sheets during the night. Its also difficult to wear a shoe and it is quite painful. Additionally, I also had to return to the salon an hour after leaving because as it turned out, she had used "the wrong topcoat" according to her, because my nails didnt dry, so she had to redo everything causing even more irritation to my bleeding toe. Overall, the "spa treatment" that this tech provides is far inferior to any tech Ive ever seen anywhere, shes careless, rough, and inattentive to customers needs or comfort. However, when she checked me out, she actually asked for a tip! Ive always tipped at least 20%, but never has someone requested it! Altogether, I paid $80 for a terrible experience to have a regular pedicure (not gel). I wont be going back.

Cass Do not get nails done here. Tools are reused and not cleaned. They hurt me as I was getting my pedicure and had to tell the lady multiple times she was hurting me (she kept filing my skin and when removing gel, she was using the electric file too much on my nails). I ended up giving up on even saying anything as I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I am HOPING I don’t get any kind of infection as they cut open my skin multiple times. I wish I could say that at least the polish was applied nicely but it wasn’t and they didn’t have half of the colors I picked out from their selection.

It’s a very clean salon and they always use new equipment for services. I get pedicures and dipped nails and am always happy with the results. Then I got a new set they’re all uneven and the lady cut me and I was bleeding. She didn’t apologize or show any empathy. I had to ASK for a bandaid!!! I’m so appalled by the lack of professionalism with their work AND humanity’s THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER FULL PRICE! I know they were ALSO talking bad about people not knowing I know some of the language as my husband is viet. The cut is still hurting now I’m sure I’m going to get an infection!

Me and my friends came on Friday to get our toes and nails done they charged me $110 for pedicure and dip for my nails. Nails peeling off and my friends nails are broken, and her toes look fake. They said they would refund my friend money after they took the polish off then they started trying to record us without permission after I said do not record us, they said they not taking the polish off. Lexi Barber Mostek Overall the nail salon is beautiful and brand new - delightful inside. However they are under staffed and take a VERY long time. The receptionist told me this was my fault after I’d been there 2.5 hours for a mani pedi because I didn’t make an appointment. I think they are understaffed and need to figure that out. People came in with appointments and were waiting 30-40 min. I might come back in a few months but I’ll let them figure out their staffing and routine. Kelly did my nails and did do a great job.

Angelique Southern I used to love coming here but now I’m done. The quality has gone done over the past year and it’s pretty saddening as expensive as they are. My nails would stay on literally an entire month if I let them. Lately they’ve start popping off after barely a week and a half. My nail tech tried to charge me $90 for this french tip full set with REGULAR polish. $40 for the full set and $50 for the french tip on these tiny nails. (Mind you, I said I got regular polish because they both last just as long for me personally.) Now who in the world would try and over charge for finger tip length PLAIN french tip nails? And here’s the kicker. I haven’t even had these a week and the two corners broke on one nail. Speak up if you think/know you’re being overpriced and talk to the manager! I ended up paying $50 for the nails. Overall, I’ll be looking for a new shop to go to on the regular.

CSC The first time I visited this salon, I had a great experience so I thought I’d come back again. I love the atmosphere, the complimentary drinks, and how big the salon is. The second time was not as good at all. The person who did my pedicure was rushing the entire time, wasn’t friendly, didn’t talk to me or ask me if I liked how the color looked on my nails before proceeding or check in with me about the length of my nails. This is pretty standard at most nail salons I’ve been to and during my first visit here, the nail technician asked me all of those things and was much friendlier. This time, the person who did my nails acted as if she was annoyed with me when I asked questions. After my second experience, I’m not really impressed and not sure if I’ll come back. If I do, I definitely do not want the person who did my pedicure today. I get being busy but I would still expect to have a great experience regardless. I don’t mind the higher prices but if I’m paying a higher price for a service, I’d expect the service to be better

Bresja Marshall Customer service at this nail bar was great! From beginning to end my first experience here was awesome. Waiting at the bar with a nice glass of wine until my nail tech was available was great. Cindy (Sunny) was an amazing nail tech. She offered a wonderful service and great conversation. She made me feel right at home. Not to mention she made my feet and legs feel amazing as well. I will definitely be back.

Anna York Nice people and environment, and that’s about all the positive things I can say. I just got the worst manicure and pedicure of my life from this place, I got to my car and just started crying and came home to fix it myself, I didn’t want to go back inside or cause any drama. I got a very basic one color on my toes and nails, no extensions or anything and she cut my nails unevenly, way too short (without asking), Cut my skin, and left dried hard gel underneath most of my nails along with the nail color messy around my cuticles. Without exaggeration I have done better with my non-dominant hand at home with just nail polish, I’m so disappointed as this was a treat to myself and it’s just ruined. The photos I’ve posted are the ones I took after fixing them up myself at home, you can still see the poor quality.

Andrea Dotson Overpriced no polish basic manicure and the lady cut too much of my cuticle off so I have jacked up cuticles I have to treat with olive oil and rose water oil. Pedicure was fine. But the didnt scrub my heels like Im used too.. will not be back likely.

I Belive she was the manager beautiful tall Asian lady. After the second time I realized that one of my nails was lifting. I dont pay much attention to it. Marcela Valladares Eventhough the younger ladies were really nice to me, the lady who made my nail gels didn’t know what she was doing AT ALL. She made a huge lamp in my nail when when I literally requested her several times (even draw it) to please make a ROUNDED glitter design at the bottom of my nails. I kept telling her it didn’t look like I requested it and she kept talking in another lenguage when she was for sure able to understand english. There are different bumps in all of my nails, I just think they look awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get just one color.

Jaelan Caziere I traveled in to Round Rock from Houston for the weekend. Thought I could get a quality set and was wrong. The woman who did my pedicure did a great job! However, the woman who did my full set did a horrible job. First, she made them coffin shape even though the picture I showed was square. In her attempts to fix it, all of my nails are different shapes. I provided a picture of a Halloween set prior to starting and was assured it could be executed. The French tip was hideous and looked like a half circle, the lines of the spider web were sloppy and looked like something I would do on myself as someone who has no experience, and my cuticles are in pain. I had her completely take the half-a**ed designs off and left with a neutral set with remnants of the black gel color from the designs still in the cracks. Probably the worst nail experience Ive ever had. Will be going somewhere else to get designs added. Might just take them off completely. Waste of $45 and time.

Liliana Guerrero The only thing I liked was the girl who did my pedicure. She was real sweet and gentle but the two ladies who did my acrylics were rough. They kept tugging at my hands and aggressively filing my nails that it hurt and would burn my skin with her utensils. So the First Lady who was burning my skin off and being aggressive had to leave so someone else finished up. She left me with the acrylic all over my fingers and they were super thick. The next lady painted my nails and then filed them again… so my nail polish ofc came off on the sides. My nails can usually last me a week and a half to two weeks. I got these done on the 21st and 4 days in my middle one is already coming off and they all get stuck in my hair. Not worth it for almost $90. Also some of my nails aren’t even fully covered in the acrylic like they just missed the sides of my nails
