Shinita The staff at 7 Plaza Medical was so welcoming, friendly and kind. From the moment we entered the facility we were greeted by the gentleman at the front desk and quickly received assistance from the man from New York. He was nice and patient. He really made my husband and I feel like we mattered. He helped set the pace for what ended up being a good experience despite being there for a thyroid biopsy. EVERYONE was kind, caring and considerate. Our nurse, Ms. Mary was pure joy! She was thorough, friendly and a pleasure to be around. Then came Dr. Anderson. He was the icing on the cake. A kind, caring doctor that took his time to explain the biopsy procedure and instructions for at home care. The whole experience was refreshing. I think everyone seeking medical attention should go there! Amazing staff and a great facility!

Lanny Dr Matthew Anderson was the best medical experience I have ever had! I have never been more aware of the process I was about to undergo than with Dr Anderson and his team, especially Chris, the nurse in charge of anesthesia. Thanks to Dr Anderson for a great experience!!! As someone else said, hard to get to but worth the effort!!

Jessica Moore I have to say that our experience at this hospital was deeply disappointing. We arrived today around 6:30 pm for treatment of my wife’s injured ankle. Despite the low number of patients, the process was extremely slow and disorganized. After waiting 30–45 minutes, the doctor briefly examined her, only for the nurse to follow 15 minutes later, asking the same questions unaware that the doctor had already examined her. When my wife requested a blanket while walking to the restroom with her injured ankle, it took 15 minutes for a nurse to return with an old and unclean blanket, despite a prior nurse having already promised one. The delay in receiving an X-ray was equally concerning—an individual came by asking whether it had been done and left without explanation when informed it hadn’t been. When she finally got the Xray we waited an hour to find out she was fine. The facility itself was also problematic: it appeared outdated, with cleanliness issues, and the room we were in had no running water (room 1). Given the overall lack of care, efficiency, and cleanliness, I’m genuinely concerned about how this hospital is operating. I would strongly recommend considering alternative options for care. It is currently 10:25pm and we just got discharged. I actually feel like we should report this hospital!

Michael The Staff were awesome! I went to the ER on a Saturday morning and was seen immediately. I was admitted that day. Everyone from the ER staff to the Nurses on the 5th floor were great. I received the best care while there. I dont remember all the names but, they all were awesome! Thanks to Arria,Deborah and all others who took great care of me! Please forgive me not remembering all the names. Everyone gets a huge WOW!! Thank you Everyone!!

Jouni Saastamoinen One of the fastest medical services ever experienced. There was no waiting (actually, I saw no other patients at all at the time I was there). Patient registration took just a few minutes by the friendly administrator. The wait in radiology was a few minutes and the procedure took also just a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional and explained the details very well. And, the test results came within 24 hours, very efficient.

Mary Atleson I arrived at Emergency Dept. with a broken leg (Tibial Plateau Fracture) around 1:30 pm June 28. It was one of the busiest days in their waiting room. They did my X-rays and CT Scan while I waited for an exam room. There was no exam room available until around 8:30 or 9 pm but that is not their fault. If you come to Emergency Department here, expect a long wait. Again, that is NOT the fault of the staff. The staff here is very professional, attentive, compassionate, and caring. Excellent medical care and God Forbid I need medical care going forward I will go to Parkland immediately!

Jason Jones The new hospital is an amazing architectural sight for the Dallas area. Emergency room waiting time is quick, lots more parking than the old hospital. Its also located right off the orange and green line, I suggest this mode of transportation to get thrre

gn lilu If I could give this place a 0 I would. I was harassed at my job by the UT Police. My tires were slashed, my car was keyed, I would have employees harass me all the time. I get a call and I went to report it. This person Called Dawes UT Police arrested me and told the nurses at Parkland that I was lying because they were protecting one of their cops. The nurses at Parkland threaten me, I was told by the nurse in the ER that if I didn’t keep my mouth quiet she was gonna inject me with everything that she had and that she was gonna keep if I asked to speak with my family. I have never even used drugs in my life. I am a nurse from Puerto Rico. Montgomery was one of the nurses and threw a blanket at me. I have contacted the news I want to go public with my story. The House Supervisor Deborah mocked me and let me in there crying and would not let me contact my family. I social worker was even worse. They would laugh at me, threaten me and told me that if I didn’t keep my mouth shut they were gonna send me to jail. I begged to talk to my family. My family didn’t knew where I was. Please don’t send your family here. If a family member tell you that that they did harassed them in the Psych unit is true. NO HUMAN SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS. WHAT THEY DID WAS ILLEGAL!!! I have contacted univision. I have copy of the police reports. My story gets worse. I am really scare for my life in this place!!!! They took the debt away because they didn’t want a lawsuit. This need to go to court! I begged for help and my life. All the nurses in the ER were laughing. I will get the name of the nurse that threatened me. She has glasses. This hospital does not know how to protect victims. At 2 am I had a nurse last name Lopez and I showed him everything and all the police reports and he let me go home where it was safe. I was never asked about my history, my allergies, my safety, my family! Don’t bring your family here.

Rockwall Farmers Co-Op I dont even want to give this place 1 star. This was the worst hospital stay i have ever had. Nurses on a surgical floor should check on their patients. My iv was leaking onto my arm. They told me it was fine. I didnt get any of the pain meds or saline i was supposed to have. I was on no food or drink for 24 hours. I needed those iv medications. They should know what to do if a patient has a reaction. Instead, they turned off the lights and shut all doors at 9pm and sat at the desk. I had a reaction in the middle of the night and needed immediate attention. The charge and floor nurses just stood there and looked at me. I needed help. They did not give it. They dis not take care of me. I begged my surgeon to send me home. Please do not take your worst enemy there.

Ms.Jamie Jay I had my baby here and it was a great experience. Every nurse I had was perfect and nice surprisingly. When I went into labor, an entire team came in and it’s like everyone was in sync and knew exactly what their job was. Everyone was smiling and worked so perfect together. Their food was good and didn’t taste like hospital food at all. All of the nurses made sure my baby had lots of blankets, bottles, diapers, I mean everything! The view was nice. The rooms were super clean, they even make sure you are super clean lol. The only thing I have to complain about are the beds are horrible, hard, and flat which is so uncomfortable especially after having a baby like come on now. And the other thing was the lady that was doing my epidural had to be someone new. She stuck me in my back at least 10 times to the point I was literally screaming at her to stop touching me. She went and got a male doctor and he got it on one try. They had to heavily sedate me because of what the lady did put me in so much pain that I never experienced in my life. I wish I would have stopped her after 2 tries. This was May 16 2023 when my daughter Kassidy was born that morning and to this day I’m experiencing back pain. They should be trained to know when enough is enough and to go get help. Other than that it’s a good hospital to have your baby.

Danicia Thomas I went here yesterday, not my first time here, but I would never go back. I went because I was getting flu symptoms. Beware I was around my younger siblings that have the flu so I knew I had the flu. They swab my nose and my throat, but they didn’t do it correctly. I’ve gotten the flu several times in my life every time i’ve gotten the swab done in my nose, which kind of tingles or burns. She barely went to the back of my nose, the same for the strep throat test instead of swapping the back of my throat by my tonsils and my uvula she swabbed the sides of my mouth so they came back telling me I didn’t have the flu and I knew that was incorrect. I’m 37 weeks pregnant. I got there at 3 o’clock. I didn’t get my baby checked on Until about 7:30, which I had to request and asked for because they were not going to check on my baby. At first they brought in ultrasound machine that did not work because he did not pick up any heartbeats the noise was flat sound as she moved it around my belly and she gave me a heart rate that I feel like she lied about because she put the machine across my stomach there was no sound so how are you picking up a heart rate but no sound. They had to order a sonogram from a different hospital at 8 o’clock to get there. Beware I checked I got there at three o’clock and I had to request for this myself. They were not gonna check on my baby if I didn’t say anything. My blood pressure was low the entire time I was there, and my heart rate was high, all they did was give me an IV when I kept telling them. I was severe pain because my body aches were unbearable. The doctor said he was gonna give me Tylenol. It took about two hours just for them to give me two pills and it took them three hours 1/2 hours to come back just for my urine sample & swabs for flu and strep. I got there at 3 o’clock. I didn’t see the doctor till almost 8 and the only reason why the doctor came in the room is because my blood pressure has not gone up and it was low the entire time I was there With a high heart rate. They told me they can only test for what they had The doctor told me I probably had some sort of viral infection, but they could only test for what they have so that means they didn’t have proper kits or whatever to test me so they didn’t know what was wrong And they didn’t have any Covid test. They don’t have OB services there or Maternity ward. They sent me home with a low blood pressure, high heart rate And no prescription for anything. The lady from triage was very nice But again did not swap me correctly The doctors were very Short and dismissive And my nurse Veronique had a attitude. Gigi Who I believe was my charge nurse was the only one sweet and concerned. And every time I come here, they have a problem with drawing blood and getting an IV started. They stuck me three times yesterday yesterday The last time I came here in 2024 they stuck me five times But when I go to my primary clinic, I never have these issues When it comes to drawing blood. I don’t recommend this hospital for any type of emergencies maybe only small non emergency matters And if you are pregnant, please don’t go at all. They’re not properly trained to deal with pregnant women so you are a liability and they really don’t want to deal with you. That is the vibe they gave me the entire time I was there. I got there at 3 o’clock. They seen me immediately. I didn’t leave till 11:30 PM. All just to get one bag of saline that took 4-5 hours to get it didn’t give me any pain meds till 8 o’clock. So I was sitting there with low blood pressure and a lot of pain and the fact I had to push them to get an ultrasound from a different hospital was crazy. Never again!

Keya Goodwin This hospital should be shut down. They absolutely are horrible. Non caring, incompetent and flat out rude. My mom was in excruciating pain dealing with severe arthritis on her entire left side and left knee. They talked disrespectfully to her and I took her out of that hospital and to a hospital that took her in with great care, consideration and respect. Lacking bed side manner and care is not the career for any of the workers at White Rock. The check in staff was nice enough, however, no one was professional.
