5 /5 Mary Atleson: I arrived at Emergency Dept. with a broken leg (Tibial Plateau Fracture) around 1:30 pm June 28. It was one of the busiest days in their waiting room. They did my X-rays and CT Scan while I waited for an exam room. There was no exam room available until around 8:30 or 9 pm but that is not their fault. If you come to Emergency Department here, expect a long wait. Again, that is NOT the fault of the staff. The staff here is very professional, attentive, compassionate, and caring. Excellent medical care and God Forbid I need medical care going forward I will go to Parkland immediately!
