Zaymi Behavioral Institute sounds about right. Initially, I was ok. I was administered physciatric med, for supposed temperament, it made me hallucinatate. I wasnt angry I was scared. I was called into a room afterward where a nurse and a person I couldnt see behind a desk ridiculed me. It is sad. I only suffered from depression and came out with PTSD. Yes, your right youre not a hospital.

Elizabeth Rodriguez Having previous experiences with s.Texas Behavioral and Tropical, I would like to share that this hospital staff was so much more professional, empathetic and overall provided a much better experience. My son came home from his stay feeling validated with a new perspective. He mentioned a therapist R. Nelson, in the adolescente ward really connected with him. She made him feel understood and got through to him. He came home determined to challenge his own thoughts and is doing so much better. To that one therapist, Ms. Nelson, thank you for being there for my son.

Mary Alshomaly The staff are so kind and so amazing. The system is intentionally and meticulously designed to break and humiliate and opress the patients. I know for sure that many people are kept in there to please the Cartels or their many pets/friends, but then again its no surprise to the corrupt Valley of death..... Nineveh is an understatement... not for long...

Maribel Martinez They should not have been able to give unauthorized medication to my son of 14 yrs old. Having him ripped away from me and admitted everything happened so fast. Horrible experience no compassion. I have a horrible perspective of any kind of institution like this.

Richard Casas I took my daughter here to get her vaccines here this morning. There were only two ladies in front of us, and the employees were talking instead of attending the patients. I was there for 3 hours, and for only the clinic not to have a proper room to give my daughter her vaccines. Apart from that they failed to give my daughter the vaccines the right way. This is very unsanitary and very unprofessional.

Anna Rodriguez Very satisfied with my visits there. The staff is very friendly and kind I loved the physician that saw me that day. It was my first time going and she explained everything that was going on. Nurses and receptionist very kind as well

v I In 2018 the FDA approved the HPV vaccine for adults (up to 45 years of age). However, this clinic only offers the HPV vaccine for young adults up to 24 years of age. The clinic is over 4 years behind in vaccines and makes one wonder what else are they lacking behind in? Unless they are discriminating against age.

Ken Quick When I called for an appointment I had to let the phone ring about 40 times before someone answered. Then she put me on hold. After 30 minutes on hold, I gave up. Cannot recommend the customer service here. Maybe I was discriminated against because I dont have a Spanish accent.

Jerry Quintanilla 1. It’s dirty 2. Everything is in Spanish (so bring a translator if you don’t know Spanish) 3. Very unprofessional 4. Lack of office reps 5. The nurses belittle you 6. You will wait 5 hours or more

Carol I’ve had my fair share of emergency visits from my children to self, I have to say my best er care. The provider Doc Reyna, She has great bedside manners and very thorough. Ofcourse the time spent waiting on results. The nurses, all have great teamwork ethics. Great communication among each other. My nurse Jose was attentive, informative and proactive. Down to their vital nurse they have apart of the check in process before getting to your room.

Stephanie Salazar Avoid this hospitals ER . It is TERRIBLE. Unfortunately I chose to take my daughter to this emergency room for a broken foot. They triaged her and did X-rays. Then came out to a nurse came out to tell us that someone would be out shortly to splint her foot. They took her back into the triage room after an hour or so and sitting in the wheelchair wrapped her foot. Had to go to a another hospital later on that night to have new X-rays done and for an orthopedic surgeon to say she had broken the bone through and should have been casted. Never ever going to this emergency room again save yourself the trouble and go to another hospital

Mike Starr Do NOT come here. We were misdiagnosed by the disgusting people that work here. The idiot blonde girl in the front did not care at all when we came in because she was obviously far too good to be dealing with people, so she gave us attitude. The doctor THEN said there was nothing wrong with my family member and THEN gave us random antibiotics for the ear. We found out later at a specialist that we were lied to, and given the wrong medication just to get us out. The doctors and especially nurses here deserve to be out on the streets where they belong. Someone needs to file a lawsuit against this place.

Priscilla Sauceda I will never go back to this hospital ever again. I don’t know how they say this hospital is the best because I have never been treated poorly at a hospital ever. First off, I got scheduled here for a gallbladder removal surgery. When I went to register the office hadn’t authorized the insurance so it had to be done then. I meet with a nurse to get covid tested and be informed of my procedure then finally get labs. The next morning I get there for my surgery and I get put in the waiting room (bed) my nurse was nice. She then comes later telling me I had to re sign my paperwork because the nurse from the previous day set me up for the wrong surgeon. I get my surgery and come to with a nurse I hadn’t seen. I tell her I am in pain and she rolls her eyes and says, “I know you are in pain.” I said, “can I please have something for the pain? Please?” And she then raises her voice at me and says, “I ALREADY GAVE YOU 25 MG OF MORPHINE!” I honestly was so high and so in pain that I didn’t tell this woman off. My usual nurse comes in to help her with my bandage and her voice and tone completely changed. So fake and I’m definitely reporting this woman. Never want to go back here or with this staff.

DEBORAH JASSO I highly recommend anybody needing to be admitted into a hospital to choose Edinburg Regional hospital. The staff are amazing and have made my visit as comfortable as can be. I I would, especially like to recognize Dr Morilla and Dr Fontirroche for the exceptional care given to me. The Rn Sabrina Ochoa and director Judith Regunan went beyond all of my expectations to ensure all my medical needs were met. The personal attention that I received from all of the medical care Mentioned above is why I will always recommend this hospital.

Juan Marcos Chavez Paz I just had a procedure done here. Everything went well. All personnel was very friendly. Facility is new and very clean. All steps were done as expected. Nurses explained all. Anesthesia assessment was also easy. Procedure went smooth without complications. Dr Sanchez went to my room to explain the results and I even received a copy of my results. THANKS TO EVERYONE IN THE DHR DAYTIME CLINIC & GI TEAM!

Rosita Hasbun Everything went great for my son until we were in the recovery room. They rushed us out of the recovery room basically because the nurse and nurse aid knew my son was still disoriented and crying in pain and they still disregarded anything I said. They kept repeating he is okay, you can give him Tylenol at home, here’s some ice chips. I didn’t have any other adult to drive home. My son is 8 years old and having to walk out of there after 3 procedures with him in distress was horrible. The recovery nurses did not try to help alleviate his pain. I am very disappointed at the quality of care he received in the recovery room at the day surgery center. The nurse did not assess him before we left, she removed the IV, gave me ice chips and reviewed discharge instructions. As mentioned before my son was still disoriented and asking who I was and she didn’t care to perform a physical assessment to determine if it was safe to discharge him. Patient should be given more time to recover from anesthesia and be offered TYLENOL at least. Another very important thing to mention is I never saw the doctor in the hospital, not before or after the procedure. He didn’t take the time to come and explain how the surgery went.

Kal El Registering HERE, SUCKS! They took what seemed like forever just see me about billing. NO consideration for MY time yet bill for theirs. They took valuable time away from MY life & didnt care. Wish i could bill them for my time since time in this earth can be short. I would recommend going elsewhere if possible or finding another Doctor that has access to another facility.

DIANA GONZALEZ Just had my colonoscopy with Dr Behara at the DHR Health Day Surgery and I have to share that I had an amazing experience! As a former healthcare worker I was very pleased with the front staff, they were organized and well prepared As well as kind and courteous. The nursing staff also did an exceptional job. From intake all nursing staff was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable always asking if I had any questions never rushing through anything. When I went into the procedure room again all staff introduced themselves greeted me kindly and put to rest any doubts and concerns I had. I know on occasions DHR has received a bad review and that’s why I had to share my great experience. People need to understand that some patients may take longer depending on the discovery of any abnormalities. DHR staff are professional courteous and very thorough with their work. I will definitely go back for anything else I need to have done.

James Williams Sent here by my DHR Gastroenterologist for a Colonoscopy. But the gallon of PEG was not enough to clean out my colon. I followed the instructions, but it also happened a few years ago. They retrieved 3 polyps and they are at Pathology to ensure they are benign. I got there at 6:15 in the morning and was done in a few hours. I was not even aware that they had finished. The team was top notch and professional. Day Surgery is now in its own building now, north of Dove/Owassa, just east of McColl next to the new Driscoll Childrens Hospital. Dress warmly because it is VERY COLD inside. You have to have someone bring you and pick you up afterwards because of the meds the Anesthesistant uses.
