5 /5 Elizabeth Rodriguez: Having previous experiences with s.Texas Behavioral and Tropical, I would like to share that this hospital staff was so much more professional, empathetic and overall provided a much better experience. My son came home from his stay feeling validated with a new perspective. He mentioned a therapist R. Nelson, in the adolescente ward really connected with him. She made him feel understood and got through to him. He came home determined to challenge his own thoughts and is doing so much better. To that one therapist, Ms. Nelson, thank you for being there for my son.
