Jessica Huynh My experience at children’s plano was immaculate. I took my daughter in after i noticed she was having a hard time breathing. Everyone was so quick with us and made sure we understood everything that was going on. We ended up needing to stay the night & every. single. doctor. and. nurse. we had were over the top, they made me feel so comfortable and did a wonderful job. I will never forget my experience here. It was truly a nightmare seeing my daughter in the condition she was, but the doctors and nurses made sure she was going to be just fine! Thank you children’s Plano for helping my baby girl and making our stay comfortable.

Carlos Hiracheta We are new to this area and last night had an emergency with our 2 year old. He was transported via EMS, and by the time I arrived, the process to see my son was smooth and the staff were kind. Now, in the back, we were greeted with kind nurses. The two who cared for our son were Dr. Knox and Nurse Adrieene ( I think I misspelled) were great. The Dr was very patient and informative with us, and the nurse was sweet and compassionate with our son. We are very grateful for their kindness and how the overall experience was at this hospital.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care my daughter received during our recent visit. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the warmth and friendliness of every staff member we encountered. The overall atmosphere was calm and reassuring, which significantly eased the anxieties associated with a hospital visit.
However, I want to specifically acknowledge the outstanding contribution of Mary Jones. Her dedication and compassion were truly remarkable. Marys interaction with my daughter went far beyond the typical patient-nurse relationship; she demonstrated a level of empathy and genuine concern that was deeply moving. She patiently explained procedures, answered our questions thoroughly, and consistently provided reassurance, creating a safe and comfortable environment for my daughter. Her attentiveness to detail and her ability to connect with my child on a personal level made all the difference in alleviating my daughters fears and making our experience a positive one.

Adel Alaeddini Disappointing Experience – Long Wait and Unexpected Bills
I took my child to this hospital after a small fall resulted in a minor cut on her chin. Since it was the closest option, I expected efficient and quality care. However, we ended up waiting for three hours, only for the wound to be treated with a simple band-aid.
At discharge, I was informed that my copay was $300 (with insurance), which I paid. A month later, I received an additional bill for $263 from the hospital, which I also paid. Then, another month later, I was billed $250 for a doctor’s fee—bringing my total cost to $813 for minimal treatment.
What’s most frustrating is that their initial bill stated that the total amount, including insurance, was $644, yet the charges kept adding up. The lack of clarity in their billing process has been very frustrating.
I highly recommend looking into other options for care if possible.
