5 /5 Jessica Huynh: My experience at children’s plano was immaculate. I took my daughter in after i noticed she was having a hard time breathing. Everyone was so quick with us and made sure we understood everything that was going on. We ended up needing to stay the night & every. single. doctor. and. nurse. we had were over the top, they made me feel so comfortable and did a wonderful job. I will never forget my experience here. It was truly a nightmare seeing my daughter in the condition she was, but the doctors and nurses made sure she was going to be just fine! Thank you children’s Plano for helping my baby girl and making our stay comfortable.

5 /5 Carlos Hiracheta: We are new to this area and last night had an emergency with our 2 year old. He was transported via EMS, and by the time I arrived, the process to see my son was smooth and the staff were kind. Now, in the back, we were greeted with kind nurses. The two who cared for our son were Dr. Knox and Nurse Adrieene ( I think I misspelled) were great. The Dr was very patient and informative with us, and the nurse was sweet and compassionate with our son. We are very grateful for their kindness and how the overall experience was at this hospital.

Marys interaction with my daughter went far beyond the typical patient-nurse relationship; she demonstrated a level of empathy and genuine concern that was deeply moving.
