Traci A I had a very nice experience at Prestonbrook Supercuts. The salon is spacious and clean. But, most importantly the stylists were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had the place to myself on a Saturday! One stylist said it is because it was a little rainy outside,Weird! I enjoyed the calming atmosphere! Jodi gave me a great shampoo and conditioning treatment then helped me to decide what cut would work best on my medium length hair. We went with curtain bangs and long layers, I love it!

Monica Hernandez I scheduled an appointment on the App with Kevin for my 9yo son. When we arrived, Kevin was ready for us and immediately took my son over to his chair. I had a photo on my phone of the haircut I wanted for my son, Kevin told me the haircut was called an “undercut”. My son’s hair was very long before Kevin cut it, within 30 minutes, Kevin had my son’s hair looking fabulous. He did an excellent job. Initially, my son was not happy about getting his hair cut, but once he saw the amazing job Kevin did, he was happy with his new look. The store was nicely decorated, very clean, and had a lot of seating for waiting guests. I paid $16.50 for a Kids haircut, and it was worth every penny. I definitely recommend this Supercuts. I also highly recommend Kevin. He was friendly, professional, worked fast, and gave an excellent haircut. We will return again.

jeffrey blichfeldt I came here after moving states. After getting in the chair, the stylist dropped the comb 4 times, i told her how i wanted my hair and provided photos of how i style (combover) she then proceeds to cut my hair as if i had a 40/60 part. The final straw was after ruining the cut, she called over another hair stylist to try to salvage the situation. DO NOT COME HERE, PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND FIND A GOOD BARBER.

I was nervous going in, but was instantly welcomed by Paula, an amazing hairstylist, with years of experience. She was sure to listen out every single one of my concerns and wants for my haircut. I would definitely recommend scheduling with Paula, she is so kind and accommodating. Just overall great experience and I will be coming back again.

Courtney Kelly I booked an appointment at Naturally Me for a silk press with glued in extensions for fullness. The stylist that was to service me was Angela A. When booking the rate was $55.00 for the silk press only. She washed and conditioned my hair however she flat ironed my hair with a curling iron never touched my edges. I was told that I had to pay $150.00. I was so upset and extremely disappointed. I reached out to Mrs. Sylvia who asked me to come in for her to fix my hair which she did and amazing job with. I have attached pictures to show the difference in work. I think that this stylist is not good for her brand or business. They hurt what you are trying to build. I wont use this salon again because I do believe that Angela was trying to get over. I dont believe you build a strong clientele by doing this. Please also note that Mrs. Sylvia was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

Tiffany Smith I have been receiving services from Sylvia for years and so have many of my family members. When I started services with her I was doing relaxers and she helped me see the benefits of taking care of my natural hair. She helped me through the big chop and she is very knowledgeable about her trade! She is very professional and she requires the same of the other stylist in her establishment. I appreciate the one on one care she gives my hair every time I come in and I love that I can trust her hair care recommendations and products. Her salon is clean and neat and appreciate her attention to detail. I have had numerous services with her and other stylists in her salon and I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this salon. It is a perfect fit for anyone pursuing a natural hair journey or doing various chemical treatments. Sylvia is a professional and she is better than great at what she does!

Naturally. Endia I went to get my hair straightened by Sylvia for my birthday and I expressed to her my fear of straightening my curls since I have experienced really bad Heat damage in the past. She reassured me my curls would bounce back and once I washed my hair there was NO damage in sight! My curls are still healthy and I will definitely be returning!

Ogo Okeke Sylvia is Amazing! I went in for a haircut and she knew exactly what to do. She is very health cautious. Sanitizes after every client. Keeps her salon very clean. Which gives you piece of mind especially during this covid 19 times. I love the way she takes her time to give you the best look. I will definitely come back here again. If you want a natural look. Paola Trujillo One word, unprofessional. I sent a loved one there, expecting it to be a smooth experience, and once they arrived, the staff immediately took a walk in, a “regular client” they said. When my loved one already had an appt at 12. And told me them to wait MIN. 30 minutes. I’d came here before to get a perm and it just burned my hair, and did no curls. Waste of 120$ I’ll never get back. Grow up as a business and maybe be more mm ..what’s the word empathic? That’s what the Beauty Industry is for. To make someone feel good about them selves not make them basically bawl walking out of a mid not even high end salon. Please go to Matique Salon Preston. It’s so close and 17386364 times better .
