Gindy N Pro Image Salon has great customer service. Run by a husband and wife team, Sam and Susan provide excellent service and a lovely vibrant space for all your hair care needs.
Many loyal customers come here, which is a telling sign of the attentive care they provide to their customers. Im glad I came here to get my hair done.

Reema Elkhatib I visited this salon for the first time for a haircut, and it was a disappointing experience. First, Suzanne cut my hair way shorter than the length I had shown her, which is frustrating. Second, when she was done, I politely asked her to take another look at the layers on the sides, as they sort of seemed uneven to me, and she became defensive and hostile. Instead of addressing my ask reassuringly, she responded with, “I know what I’m doing, you saw me check already. You’re making me nervous. We are not a $15 cut salon…”
I was shocked by her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. A stylist should be open to client feedback, especially when it comes to their own hair. Suzanne was hostile and unwilling to engage normally in response to my question about my haircut layers. She obviously needs coaching on how to treat customers. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Pari Sharma I recently took my son to a local pro image salon for haircuts, and we had such a great experience! The service was fantastic, and you could really tell that the owners care about making their customers happy. They took the time to listen to what we needed, showing how dedicated and skilled they are at what they do. We left feeling great!

elena paudel I walked into this salon for a hair cut. Suzanne is Impolite. Horrible experience. Disrespectful towards culture and clients. She is cutting clients hair but does not want client to say anything about what they want! Ridiculous!
There are a lot of reviews here which mentions how racist she has been to customers. Susan/ Suzanne had this long conversation with me about how she does not like American clients and how demanding they are.
The whole conversation and experience made me super uncomfortable. Not worth going here.
