Janea Absolutely horrible experience. I went for eyebrow threading. I wasnt asked how I wanted my eyebrows, and she did not show me how it looked until she was done. The lady ended up trimming my eyebrows so short that theyre just sticking straight up now. I told her how unhappy I was with the result. Her response: "thats your problem". I asked for a discount on the service, she refused. Rude, unwilling to compromise, horrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Be careful how you treat people. You never know what someone else is going through. Zero stars.

BATUL BHARMAL All people in salon is excellent and experienced in everything I had my hair color which was done very nicely I am happy and yesterday’s they had done my Brazilian blow out which was also done amazing love u guys ! Highly recommended

nashwah aziz I came here to thread my eyebrows and wax my upper lip today. Sangita did my eyebrows and waxing and it looks great. I have a low pain tolerance and usually experience a lot of pain at other salons but she was very gentle and my eyebrows look great! Everyone there is lovely and the salon is very clean. I will be coming back :)

Maheen Aamir Highly Recommend. They know what they are doing. I have been looking for a good eyebrows place near me for such a long time and finally found this place. If you want to get good eyebrows go to Sangita she does it super quick and you will be satisfied too.

Gindy N Pro Image Salon has great customer service. Run by a husband and wife team, Sam and Susan provide excellent service and a lovely vibrant space for all your hair care needs. Many loyal customers come here, which is a telling sign of the attentive care they provide to their customers. Im glad I came here to get my hair done.

Reema Elkhatib I visited this salon for the first time for a haircut, and it was a disappointing experience. First, Suzanne cut my hair way shorter than the length I had shown her, which is frustrating. Second, when she was done, I politely asked her to take another look at the layers on the sides, as they sort of seemed uneven to me, and she became defensive and hostile. Instead of addressing my ask reassuringly, she responded with, “I know what I’m doing, you saw me check already. You’re making me nervous. We are not a $15 cut salon…” I was shocked by her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. A stylist should be open to client feedback, especially when it comes to their own hair. Suzanne was hostile and unwilling to engage normally in response to my question about my haircut layers. She obviously needs coaching on how to treat customers. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Pari Sharma I recently took my son to a local pro image salon for haircuts, and we had such a great experience! The service was fantastic, and you could really tell that the owners care about making their customers happy. They took the time to listen to what we needed, showing how dedicated and skilled they are at what they do. We left feeling great!

elena paudel I walked into this salon for a hair cut. Suzanne is Impolite. Horrible experience. Disrespectful towards culture and clients. She is cutting clients hair but does not want client to say anything about what they want! Ridiculous! There are a lot of reviews here which mentions how racist she has been to customers. Susan/ Suzanne had this long conversation with me about how she does not like American clients and how demanding they are. The whole conversation and experience made me super uncomfortable. Not worth going here.

Shrey Doshi I recently paid $25 for a haircut that left me completely dissatisfied. The cut itself was uneven and lacked any semblance of the style I requested. It seemed rushed and careless, with visible inconsistencies in length. I expected some attention to details. I would not recommend getting a hair cut here.

Angela Giuliani This is a great place for kids haircuts, and it is very easy to schedule appointments via the app. The haircut is high quality and the appointments are efficient. I also received good tips for styling their hair. There are also kids books and health magazines in the waiting area, which is nice. Thank you!

Steve Little It was a great experience! I wasnt able to set an appointment via the app So I called and they had availability in 45 minutes. When I got there, they were backed up very busy, but I was able to get in after 30 minutes and they were very efficient and did a great job! They also handled the backlog Of clients very well with the three stylist they were working!

Cowboy Wife Melanie and Angie are both awesome. They cut and color exactly as you ask . They do not disappoint. Just go online to make a same day appt and the prices are much lower than a hair salon more than half the price to get a haircut and a color. I stopped going to the hair salons many years ago and started going to Supercuts on MacArthur in Irving.

L Rudison My service was amazing everyone was friendly. My stylist did a excellent job on my hair, she washed my hair, I also had a deep conditioning treatment, blow dry, flat iron, and amazon trim. You did a wonderful job Im definitely coming back.

Angela Prieto I made an appointment, well, pretty much it seems like a first come first serve thing. I dont recommend you come in on a Saturday. It was busy and the wait was a long one. But the service and haircut was well worth it.

Byn Zew I was loving my curls in the day that I got it done ❤️ but unfortunately It didnt last even a week.. I wasted my dollars, time and d quality of my hair in this salon .. They might say that I might haven’t given extra care to my hair, but I took shower only after 72 hrs of getting hair permed. After that I am using conditioner and moose as well .. Totally unsatisfied! Does a permed hair look like d picture ?? yes, it is their work !

Nyarai S I love the fact that theyre all about business. What has kept me coming is that you dont need an appointment or deposit like these new places and theyre, fast and precise. Theyre prices are affordable even with long styles and of course the styles are always on point! I have been coming here 16 years!

Monte Zee Horrible place. I booked an appointment for boho braids and explained everything to the girl making my appointment I have my own hair which was human. Got there today no we only use synthetic hair and the lady claims we dont have jet-black hair either so use another color. If I book an appointment at 9 am I should be ready to sit in the chair. They all were doing other clients hair when I got there so I would have been waiting anyway. Never again
