Rhonda Stice Brenda Linder has been my stylist for at least 10 years. She is always friendly and gives me a great haircut. Even though I live several hours away now, l still come to Brenda for my haircuts.

Shawna Harrison Brenda is awesome! She knows how I want my haircut pretty much every time I go get it cut! She is the only one so far that has cut my hair the way I want it cut!

Sharon Morris Hairdresser was personable, considerate, and professional. She understood the style I wanted & created a great look for my hair. I am thankful.

K Parke Went in not expecting much for $8.99. Just couldnt keep going to our usual, much more expensive places. Our most usual place has messed up and cut my sons ear and scalp so he refused to go back. So we went to Great Clips and man are we glad we did! Jorgia was Phenomenal! She made it fun for my son and gave him a 5 star cut! Well be going wherever she is from now on. Plus, most the staff were very friendly and the place was clean! Wont underestimate Great Clips ever again!

Darrell Thomas Solid service, above average friendliness and hospitality. As normal hair cutting places, time it takes sometimes when you come in without reserving online. Upon arriving I was greeted and checked in. The line moved with ease and the stylists were more than accommodating. Friendly atmosphere and above exceptional staff. Only thing I can recommend as a patron, upgrade your waiting experience inside. Add a hotspot, upgrade the tv /sound system for inside. Make chairs someone WANTS to wait in. Invest in your establishment and it will attract more customers. Super awesome spot though, will be a repeat customer

Erica Moreno I took my 3 year old son to get a haircut. Soon after we walked in they didnt seem to want to attend us. The lady said come on and kept texting for a minute while we waited for the booster seat, she then went to get it and slammed it on the chair. The lady was not gentle she would grab him so rough that his cheeks had red marks. He would make a face but he has been getting haircuts since he was a baby so he is used to it. But soon he started crying and when I got up to check he was full of marks and his cut was not good. I told her to stop, paid and left. We will not be returning.

Karlo Tilaon The staff will accommodate you even if you dont speak Spanish, they largely support a Spanish population, but they occasionally support English speakers, the staff could speak both. I dont speak Spanish, and not once that I felt Ive been cheated on my wait. This place is usually full on Friday and Saturday. And the wait could take 30 mins. The hair-cutters are very good, you save a at least 5 dollars, while having a good clean cut, something that you might not get in Super-cuts or other mainstream hair-cutting place. Im not picky with my haircut, as long as its done cleanly, im good with it. With that said, if you dont speak Spanish and your picky with your haircut, your going to have a hard time explaining how your haircut should be. Honestly this is the only place in Tyler that does my hair justice, other haircut place in Tyler just always do a horrible job or are less accommodating, except the barbershops, those are pretty good too but you have to pay more. My hair is straight when short, but grows kinky, so its not the typical hair hair-cutters are used to.

Rosalinda Grajeda The owners daughter messed up my sons hair. She took 2 hours, I had to ask other barber there to fix it and got charged extra for her mistake.... plus workers dont last there he always has new barbers..

Jenny Bentle These ladies are wonderful...and they are good at what they do....i go in to get my hair braids/ dreads...it is. Nice and clean i love the ladies that are there....they make me feel at home

Tanesha Johnson I went and got a silk press and my hair was extremely frizzy so she went over it multiple times but leaving and getting home the roots puffed right back up. This was a waist of money. I called and told her and the only thing she said was sorry. I dont recommend this spot this was my first and last time going there.
