5 /5 Karlo Tilaon: The staff will accommodate you even if you dont speak Spanish, they largely support a Spanish population, but they occasionally support English speakers, the staff could speak both. I dont speak Spanish, and not once that I felt Ive been cheated on my wait. This place is usually full on Friday and Saturday. And the wait could take 30 mins. The hair-cutters are very good, you save a at least 5 dollars, while having a good clean cut, something that you might not get in Super-cuts or other mainstream hair-cutting place. Im not picky with my haircut, as long as its done cleanly, im good with it. With that said, if you dont speak Spanish and your picky with your haircut, your going to have a hard time explaining how your haircut should be. Honestly this is the only place in Tyler that does my hair justice, other haircut place in Tyler just always do a horrible job or are less accommodating, except the barbershops, those are pretty good too but you have to pay more. My hair is straight when short, but grows kinky, so its not the typical hair hair-cutters are used to.
