L Morris I stayed at this hospital for several days. All the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. Especially, Tori Campbell. She went above and beyond to help me. She took time to listen to me and is extremely caring and compassionate. Her positive attitude is just what I needed. You could tell she loved her job. She was a huge blessing for me.

M D My sister had to get a major surgery where they cut her open down the back of her neck into her mid back and then some in the front. She’s in massive amounts of pain and has a neck brace. One of the nurses was very nice and attentive but the other one would not help my sister adjust her neck brace. She’s basically left me in the room with my sister to figure it out. I had to seek another nurse for their help. I was appalled that a nurse would act in this way. That is not how you should treat a patient. Maybe she is in the wrong profession!

Julie Welling I had a MRI at UTMB hospital. They checked me in promptly. The wait time was very short. In no time I was in the machine and I was being checked. They were very nice explaining every step of the procedure. It didn’t take very long. In a few days the results were posted in My Chart. Fortunately all was good and I am done. I highly recommend UTMB. The doctors are great, the facilities are the best and all the employees are wonderful. I couldn’t be happier.

Sarah M and KatieDM2011 Visit April 2024: My daughter was a patient at UTMB Clear Lake Hospital. Pediatric Wing - The pediatric wing is nice. It is secure - locked doors with a doorbell. There is an outer waiting room with coffee/water and a microwave. The room we were in had a sleeper sofa and a recliner for a parent to stay with the child. The rooms are huge, cable TV, nice shower, small closet, and a coffee/hot water/ice/water station down the hall. Activities - There is a day room for the children with toys, games, art supplies, and books. There are a few tables/chairs, a bean bag reading corner, and home play area. It has a fantastic view! A life science person is in charge of the childrens entertainment and her office is just down from the day room. She also brings activities to the childs room. There is also an Xbox with games and movies the child can check out. Food - My daughter is a very picky eater but she really enjoyed the meals, and so did I! Parents can add on a tray for themselves at $10/meal. There is a cafe and Starbucks on the first floor of the hospital. Medical Staff - The doctors are amazing! My daughter saw Dr Dawlett and her residents. Dr Dawlett was very detail oriented, really listened to the patient, and developed a care plan specific to the patient. We happily recommend her to any child with GI issues. My daughter also had care in the radiology department. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and thorough. All the nurses were terrific!! The food service staff were friendly. Parking - Shared with the UTMB professional building is a huge parking lot with easy access and front door valet service. Photos attached of patient room. Meal photo is pot roast - scrumptious!

Hayley Goodman I normally love UTMB but this is the second time I’ve come in knowing I had the flu/COVID and they did not test properly. Me and my 8 month old went in with flu symptoms and the doctor blew me off saying just to take over the counter medicine but we had been and our fevers were not going down. I know what a cold feels like and I explained this to the doctor that I was severely sick. She brushed it off and said we’d be fine. The next day my husband had to take me to the ER because I couldn’t breathe and they immediately got a positive flu result. I was not able to get tamaflu though due to it being past the amount of days with symptoms, though if UTMB had done their job I would have some relief. They need to listen to their patients.

Katlyn Jeans As someone who is usually a big fan of UTMB on this occasion I wish I could give 0 stars. My brother called me at 8pm from Baycity asking about what to do for a foot laceration. When he sent a photo I instantly said it needed medical attention. Instead of going to the emergency room in Bay City I told him to drive over to UTMB Urgent Care because they had always given good service and reasonably priced. I called the mainline and was told by a representative that even if they pulled in 5 minutes before closing they would be seen. I then called the ACTUAL clinic and told them they would have a foot laceration showing up 5-10 minutes prior to closing and confirmed that they would see them. I got a call from my brother at 8:54pm that he had arrived and as he pulled in they shut off the lights and locked the door in his face. This disgusts me, if you werent going to stay to treat a patient then just say that. Do not blatantly lie and then close your doors early.

Julie Landers I could not be happier with my experience! After recently moving to the area from out of state, I chose this Urgent Care based on a recommendation from a friend and I am glad I took her advice. The staff was friendly and the service was professional and fast. Although I hope not to need their service often, I won’t hesitate to call them when I do.

Juani Ramirez The staff was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and...funny. When youre in a hospital for a procedure and youre already nervous as it is, humor helps so much to ease the worry. I appreciated the ease with which all these folks worked together...like a well-oiled machine. They played on each others strengths and it was obvious they trusted one other. This in turn gave me confidence that everyone knew their role and would perform it seamlessly. I actually felt calm going under anesthesia and a blink later it was over. After care was wonderful. The nursing staff took excellent care of me. No rushing to kick me out. Gave me very thorough instructions for home care and what to watch out for. No one wants to go under but if you must, you want a team like HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland there with you. Thank you everyone!

Bob Hughes It seems to be an older facility. Ceiling tiles near to falling out. Baseboard falling off the walls. Seems like a bit of indifference prevalent throughout the building has caused an attitude of " well good enough" . Staff seems happy to find problems, but not solutions. One simple example: I hadnt eaten in 3 days and was mighty hungry. Nurses told me theyd get me a sandwich. Surgeon said no, liquid diet only. Ok, I get that, but I needed SOMETHING. After a back and forth and saying I would leave if I didnt get food, the nurse said she could only give me jello, or pudding. I immediately responded that it qualifies as food! After a few jello and pudding cups, I was right as rain. It just didnt seem like it needed to be that difficult. It ended up taking an hour total. Very kind and sweet nurse, but definitely an air of checking boxes, but not thinking outside of one. Creatively solving issues not a strong suit in this facility. I think they forgot that theres always areas to improve. Not just the Jell-O. Also was quite dissatisfied with pain management. At 4 am I was getting morphine and other strong painkillers, but it ended there At 9: am I was released and told I could just take Tylenol It didnt cut the mustard! Pain ran away with me several times in the following days. I had abdominal surgery with 4 incisions, and I feel they shouldve known better. Fortunately/unfortunately I had a knee replaced a couple of months before and that surgeon gave me the proper medication and I had enough to get me through. Im a week and a half out now and still have quite a lot of pain. No follow up asking how Im tolerating it.

colleen stockfleth Dropped off the paper to be filled out by the doctor like I always do for my son. Someone named Sherry Bell claiming to be the manager was absolutely confrontational defensive nasty ugly and rude. She has no business working with the public especially the mentally ill public. Everyone has always been kind and gracious and very professional. This woman is the opposite of Grace and professionalism. Refuse to answer any questions refused to talk to me even though Im on my sons paperwork so I can speak for him she refused to look into it she refused to say anything else except for just to be nasty when I asked if the protocol had changed if you can no longer drop off paperwork she refused to answer any questions just pure nastiness. I hope somethings done about her are they put her elsewhere because thats the last thing anyone with mental illness needs to deal with when they come in for care

Krystal Estrada My ob gyn is wonderful and staff is nice as well but when it comes to communications and the people that call you it is not. I received a voicemail today at 9am and called after lunch twice and never received a phone call back, it is now 4:36pm and I have to wonder and worry myself about how my test results came out and it’s not a good feeling. I understand that it is understaffed due to pandemic but the concern of your patients should always be top priority. I am a high risk pregnancy and don’t need the extra stress. The only reason they are getting two stars is because the staff is good but call centers need to get it together!

Crystal Guerra My brother had to be put in ICU after an emergency surgery. We had the privilege of having a nurse that was so amazing. Any questions I had she was able to answer. She helped me and my mother understand what we couldnt understand. She explained what she was doing, what she was giving him and would continuously check on not only my brother but on me and my mom. She had very kind words that would comfort us. We was so blessed to have this nurse for 3 days and still we are here in ICU. But I had to share this to everyone.Nurses like her need to be recognized. She was one of the best nurses I will never forget. Thank you Ashly Chapman you are a amazing nurse.

David Brand My experience could not have gone better! There is a culture of care and compassion at Methodist Hospital that is evident in everything they do. If you see a Methodist Hospital employee in the hallways, they reach out to help – unsolicited. They genuinely care. The hospital staff communicate every day, before and after surgery. The level of communication is appreciated and is extremely useful and helpful. While I cannot remember everyone by name, I do remember Susan in the surgery recovery, Joy, my nurse while in the hospital and Meghan who greeted us as part of the names I remember. While I may not remember all of the names, I do remember the super service provided me by the first person who welcomed to Methodist to the person who helped me into my car as I was discharged! Highest accolades and thanks to all!

Marilyn # 9140 The staff was amazing. This hospital is so organized. It seems everyone enjoys working there. After my surgery and days following I did not get any food. Even when the doctor said I could eat. I was released and returned a few weeks later due to having two strokes. Most likely caused from my surgery. Again no food Both times I did end up getting a little broth. I was not on any diet restrictions.

Julie Parsons Incompetence runs steady from the front door through the back. Check-in nurse is rude and uncaring. Using old wrist-style blood pressure device, took 9 tries today. No eye contact, just mumbled instructions. Then you get to hike all the way back to the doctors office in pain. Once there, you can expect to be treated like a raging alcoholic and/or a drug addict. If youre lucky, you might see an actual doctor. You will never be able to have so much as a beer while under their care. If you have a broken bone, they do not care at all. If you have cancer, they will tell you to get a TCUP card if you chose to use THC as part of your cancer treatment. They will then deny what they said on your last visit. I received my last prescription and was released as a patient today. Would not recommend to my worst enemy...a literal joke to be called a pain management establishment.

The very rude woman opened the door and said he was found out of her jurisdiction. I asked what I should do with him...she shrugged her shoulders and put up her hands up like dont know dont care and shut the door in my face. She should change job careers if shes that rude and insensitive to non-locals, she would be better suited at the DMV.

Ivory Cummings Judge Chad D. Bradshaw believes lies and wouldnt help me get a lawyer. He is also biased. He hired an incompetent Lawyer for my son who was also biased. If I could give a zero star rating I would. He doesnt care about the other parents situation and only cares about those who live in Texas. So, if you get him ask for a different judge.

Chris McGrael The office people get the stars. The secretaries and all those who are doing their best to keep up with the corruption within their walls. I am starting an online blog about this place. I have dealt with the good and the bad and the ugly with this county and now I am not allowed to contact my only attorney I ever had because he stepped into the District Attorney seat and was not voted there. The way he and his people have treated me after I gave him an arm and a leg in fees for him to represent me before he swapped sides is insane. Tom Selleck you acted like you cared only if you got the Benjamins. It seems that is the same after swapping sides. You just didnt realize I would still be alive and you didnt realize I would read and catch the lie about me being so called booked but not booked in Brazoria County Jail. Your lies are going to catch up too you. Unlike you I was taught the Truth will set you Free. Honestly never really needed you since I always told on myself. Just needed someone to represent me, too bad I picked the Devil himself. Yes, I am jumping through hoops to show your lies butI have proof, I never throw anything away.

aus vermillion Well let me tread lightly. I am certain not all of the young ladies that work at the courthouse have there panties on a wad... but the young lady that works for Judge Richard Davis certainly woke up on the wrong side of the couch..quick context. Court starts at 930. I arrived at 915. Took a seat. 10 oclock I asked if I could speak to Mr Davis. 1001 young lady behind the glass cops an attitude because I explained the paper said 930.. she said the judge would be here when he got here. I said that was rather strange, they would demand that I was here at 930 to just sit and wait for this gentleman to show up.. anywhooo.. If u are coming to judge Davis office at the brazoria county courthouse be prepared for an attitude... Im sure everyone else at this house of courts is extremely pleasant.

Sophie Grunge Make sure you validate your ticket. It would have been nice to know what was wrong with my leg. No one could tell me that. My primary care doctor helped me a lot. I got a shot to help with the pain and he gave me a muscle relaxer which really helped my leg stretch out more so I was finally able to wear shoes again. He even referred me to Ortho and Ortho was able to fit me in their schedule the next day. Ortho was useless though. The overall energy was very socialable, moreso amongst themselves than with us the actual patients. Overall, it was like I was at a... Youll never guess it... a university. Lol. I would recommend this place. They seem very efficient. They try their best to get you out with quality care so you can get your medicine and go back to work.

Abbe Ball UPDATE: My father has now passed away from his brain injury which occurred under the “care” of UTMB for a lung infection. UTMB KILLED MY FATHER. DO NOT GO HERE. My father went in with a lung infection and now has a traumatic brain injury and will in all likelihood never come home. Patient Advocacy did nothing and no one has been held accountable nor will they because they are blocked from litigation. The “investigation” that was “conducted” internally was a joke. UTMB is careless and unprofessional. Read all the newest reviews; every one of those one star reviews is correct. Now my mother has lost her husband, we have lost our father, and an injury that occurred in their “care” has stolen his life from him. He is only 62 and can no longer walk, talk, or breathe on his own. And patient services, save your efforts responding. I will never buy what you pretend to sell.

John Hattaway Do not go here. Wish I could leave one star. After going to Dr. Falins office because my kid had Covid, I was hit with a 3,500 dollar bill for a 15 minute dr visit. My portion was 660 something. My insurance covered the rest. I’ve been trying to get an explanation for over a month. I did get an itemized list of what they tested for and it was a bunch of unauthorized stuff( not covid). I was told “ that’s just what we do”. The same day I took my son to a different Dr. for a second opinion. They did the same thing, covid test, wrote him some scrips for the symptoms and it was a done deal. 71.00 dollars. Why does Sweeny Community hospital cost 3000 dollars more? Nobody can answer this and they just ignore you by not returning calls.

Keep it real I used Sweeney Community Hospital nearly 6 months ago in October of 2023. I paid them when I left, and I thought that was the end of it. Well, in the mail I got a bill for some odd 580 dollars, nearly 600! A month in a half later. I got the bill for 3x the amount I paid when I walked out. I already paid nearly 200 and they didnt even give me any medicine or prescriptions. The doctor told me,"Get eye drops. Theres nothing more I can do with this equipment." He spent less than 10 minutes with me to tell me "eye drops". I spent nearly 2 hours waiting for anyone to look at my eyes. Then after 10 minutes eyedrops..... And Sweeney Community Hospital has been hounding me ever since. They got my email wrong, the number to call for assistance was wrong on their bill that they sent me, and I even reported them to the Medical Association of Texas. Then and ONLY then did they realize they got my email address wrong. And Juliet the accomplice officer is still "requesting" the money. I told her I needed financial assistance, and even with it the bill would still be 328 dollars. In total, 660 dollars. (Thats a month and a half of rent.) Either way I paid them enough for the amount of time the doctor spent with me, for the "medical advice" of eyedrops, and for their unprofessional mistakes. They said emergency room visits arent protected by the "No Surprise Act", and yet they sure didnt act like there was an emergency. They had me wait, and wait, and waiiit. They called it a "level 3" visit. It wasnt treated like it was. You didnt cut me open, you didnt save my life. Stop trying to contact me. Im telling you to stop. Just stop. Its getting out of hand. Fix your problems. You got everything wrong. Whos to say the doctor wasnt wrong about the diagnosis, huh? My eyes hurt and felt weird. At some point, I thought my eye was going to pop out of my socket. It felt soooo uncomfortable and pressured... The eye drops only eased the symptoms not imrpoved them. Im now using organic castor oil chemical-free hexane-free to put into my eyes. And you know what it actually helps and alleviates my pain. It soothes my eyes. And only cost me maybe 25 dollars for 16 oz bottle that I only use two eyes drops in each eye every other day to combat allergies and eye strain. And itll last me a looong time. Not 5 bucks for eye drops less than. 75 oz and only lasts maybe a few weeks. I literally use 100 dollars a month for food. Im broke. I cant pay. What more do you want?? I paid what I paid you with tips from my job that I had saved for 6 months. And in January (2024) I was homeless and slept in a car for two weeks (it wasnt my car I dont have one). Its been a rough year for me, and I dont need your crap. Acting like this demanding money I dont have. For a Community Hospital you sure dont serve the community.

Jenn Hair Was taken to Sweeney Hospital by ambulance with symptoms of a mild stroke. Had numbness on the left side of my body from my face to my feet. I got there & the “so called dr” came in there ordered a Chest X-ray & a CT Scan. Had those done & literally never saw another soul until about 2 hours later when some lady from administration said it was time for me to go home. I asked her well is anyone going to tell me what is or isn’t going on?? She sent the same “dr” in to talk to me…. The only thing we can contribute your symptoms to is an upper respiratory infection. There is no medical reason to even diagnose me with an upper respiratory infection. Literally sent me out the door without so much as hope u feel better or anything. Never have I felt totally ignored in a hospital like they made me feel, like they didn’t care at all about my well being Well today I’m going to my dr to get some answers… but I realized today what this could be. And if I’m right & something happens to me u can bet they will get sued!! So if u have a wish to die Sweeney hospital the place to go!!!

Crystal Lowe Had my annual mammogram today at this wonderful Community Hospital. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff was excellent! Very concerned, efficient, warm, and best of all no cold hands! The loveliest touch was coming home with some cool socks and a really good emery board. So fun. Thank you Kelly Park, kudos to you and your entire staff.

Julie Parsons Incompetence runs steady from the front door through the back. Check-in nurse is rude and uncaring. Using old worn-out wrist-style blood pressure device, took 9 tries today. If you have cancer, they will tell you to get a TCUP card if you choose to use THC as part of your cancer treatment. They will then deny what they said on your last visit. I received my last prescription and was released as a patient today. Would not recommend to my worst enemy...a literal joke to be called a pain management establishment.

Florence Phillips First visit pretty much told me nothing was wrong with me. Without any test any MRI or xrays! I am a young woman I know but I am 100%disabled since 2010. I need multiple surgeries to try and correct my back. I have seen multiple surgeons and doctors they all say the same thing. Its because of the medicine I take the way he acted towards me I know. He said he saw no problems. That patients he had that had had surgeries didnt take what I took. Well until this past year I have been more or less chained and imprisoned in my own body and my own bed. When I walked it was with a cane. I have taken everything under the sun. Non narcotic and narcotics from pills to patches. Until the combination I was put on a little over a year ago I had no life whatsoever! No life outside of my bed. And even in my bed no life no sex life either. Since I began the medication I am on now. I threw away the can and got out of bed. I have lost 30 pounds but still over weight. I smile and have a somewhat normal life. i have a trio planned as I speak now to fly to see my daughter who is 17 and we have all sorts of things planned I havent seen her in years. I go to the gym at least 3 days a week to rehab myself. I feel better than I have in years and none of that would be possible without the medicine I take. When he began to tell me that he saw nothing wrong or that warranted the meds I take I almost cried. To think of him putting me back to bed and taking away my life handing me back my gloom and depression and weight. It made me want to cry made me sick. But I will give him one more chance I will be taking him my MRI and XRays. Next week. But I can tell he has already made up his mind. You know its embarrassing for me to show my disability it takes everything I have in me to stand up straight and walk straight. I cant do it long.

Guillen Jessica (Karina) I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility’s billing department. Their phone number does not work, yet they keep calling me about an unpaid balance—even after they deducted the payment from my bank account. Now, I’ve overpaid and have to go through the hassle of proving it. To make matters worse, when I contacted Memorial Hermann, they had no record of my account, which makes it clear that this bill is actually from Memorial Hermann Surgery Center. The lack of communication and the billing errors are unacceptable. Patients shouldn’t have to go on a mission just to fix mistakes they didn’t make. What a mess!

Aly Hasan Patient arrival at 6400 building has no wheelchairs readily available. If a single person has driven patient to hospital, it is very difficult to leave the patient in car, then go up to Medical office where appointment is scheduled, deposit your Drivers license to borrow a wheelchair and then go back down, load the patient on chair, leave them in lobby while you park your vehicle. All this time you have the threat of security trying to move your car out. This raises a number of issues regarding patient friendliness, patient safety and service quality. 1. The wheelcair process is simply unacceptable. Also, deposit of license.....surely some smart admin wrote this rule. Fire them!! 2. You customer service RANKD NO WHERE. Not a single smiling, warm helpful person so far....ranging from security to Reception. 3. US Healthcare now....ranks low globally. It is an illusion that it is num 1 in the worlds. Good for US public to believe that!!!

David Toombs Avoid Nicole Tapia MD for inguinal hernia multiple revision repairs. She operated on me in December 2023. Less than 12 days later, she performed the post-op exam and concluded verbally, in front of her medical resident, that she was either detecting a pocket of fat or a recurrence. I was too stunned to speak but later realized that she suggested a natural recurrence less than 12 days after I was on her surgical table. Furthermore, when I checked the exam notes in MyChart a month later, I saw that she omitted any mention of the physical exam and what she detected, and she concluded the operation was a complete success. This lack of integrity and accountability was immediately concerning. While my hernia pain is better than it was before the operation, there is still clear testicular discomfort, especially after lifting anything above 15lbs. Reasearch indicates that Tapias specialty is colon excision, so I am at a loss as to why she is performing inguinal multiple revisions repairs. I might have pursued this, but then I was offered in Feb. 2024 a $17,000 bill from Methodist Hospital after the surgery because the hospital failed to execute the insurance documentation correctly. It took over 3 months to get that cost waived, and it was unnecessary stress that could have been avoided had MH executed the insurance paperwork correctly. Bottomline - before using MH Surgical Center, I would get an assurance from them in writing that all costs are covered by insurance. Additionally, and I cannot stress this enough, I would not recommend a multiple revision inguinal hernia repair from Nicole Tapia. I failed to ask her specialty and success rate before the operation, and a patient should never omit this question. Also - bear in mind that her official success rate is inaccurate - if she was dishonest on the results of my operation, she has likely been dishonest about the outcomes of other procedures. Many times I have thought about letting Aetna know so they can recover some of their funds from this operation in litigation.

Laura Roman Dont Count on getting your money back for over payment. At the time of my services (4 procedures in a 2 month period) I told them and showed them I had met my out of pocket for the year. However, I made a "Good Faith Payment" . I was told would be returned to me in 6-8 weeks. That was in September. It is now March and I have called repeatedly and they have notes on file that I am due a refund. However, I continue to get the run around them saying they need to review because the account has over payment from both the insurance company and me, the customer. I have been told this several time. I cant get a refund check. With this new information about over payment of insurance I will be informing the insurance company as well. At the time of service they also stated my co-payment amount was 3xs what really would be my portion. This is what they refuse to return to me. As to the facility it is nice and clean. The staff, nurses, assistants, anesthesiologist, and physicians are very kind and patient. I actually looked forward to going when I have multiple procedures schedules. I think the facility itself is great, however, the billing department could use MUCH improvement.

A H Fantastic care from start to finish. I had never had any surgery before and I was very nervous going into it even though I am a medical professional myself. I had a scope here in February 2018 and then a weight loss procedure a month later and both experiences in the MH Surgery Center were fantastic and exceeded my expectations! They made sure I was comfortable. They kept me calm even though my anxiety was high. They were so caring. I will always go here for surgery if I ever need another one!

Kenzie Murphy I just have to give a shout out to this office. We are first time home buyers and have been in our home for almost 4 years. We were unaware we didn’t file our homestead exemption and have started that process this year. As you can imagine I had a few questions about the forms, process, timelines etc. I have spoken with someone there, I feel bad for not getting their name, a few times and she is always very helpful and patient with my questions. I recently also did an inquiry online to get an update on status of our homestead exemption. The next week I received a voicemail from “Letty” letting me know the process and where we were at. I did not return the call as she answered my questions in the voicemail. She called me again this week to make sure I received the voicemail as well as making sure we did not have any other questions. I’ve learned in my “adulthood” a lot of things that deal with the county/city/state are a HEADACHE. But these two women have been a delight!

Harish T I went in for my in person protest hearing today. First of all no Parking spot was available. So I was trying to figure out by stopping in reserve parking where one lady stop me and said you can’t park have to go back and find some parking outside. So finally I found parking on someone else property not the county parking. I think it was some private business. Check in on second floor was quick and easy. Person there was friendly. My appointment was for 1:15 pm but I waited till almost 1:45 to get my named called in. So always have extra time even if you have the appointment. Staff personal was very friendly I show them pictures and estimate for the repair as well as comps to reduce their value. Which she did without any problem. Over all I am happy with the service. No parking and wait times two negative things.

Brian Christiaan Yesterday , March 22, 2022 I went inside the brazoria appraisal district office full of anxiety, due to being unsure of how my visit would go. Ms. Lettie Warren & Ms Bridget Simmons, due to their professionalism, patience , and compassion made all of that anxiety and worry disappear immediately. There are many people who disregard the sacrifice of combat veterans and are disrespectful to veterans. Not these two women of character who saw I was taken advantage of and it was so embarrassing, yet their candid sense of humor and loving spirits encouraged me, put a smile on my face , and sent me on my way with joy. I was sad and humiliated going in , leaving out I was happy and I think I was singing to music all the way home. The entire office was peaceful. The other ladies may not have said much but the office was extremely pleasant and I am grateful for that. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!

Jessica Casados When you contest they claim to be unbiased and independent. However, they only listen to a women from the city who does not appear on camera. We provided accurate comparables which they they claim to look at but then told us they didnt care. Two out of three of the citys comparables were 400 to 500 ft² bigger than ours. They claimed ours was in a superior condition which is why they had the right to use those comparables. However, our house needs a new roof and had single pane windows. Explain to me how our house is in Superior condition to homes that dont have those very expensive problems? Lastly, they refused to put in all of her exemptions, though the City said we had to speak to them about it. However the off camera female state that was not part of what this meeting was about and that we would have to call customer service to get that dealt with. The same customer service that we already called that told us we had to talk to them about it. The refuse to discuss it. The off camera female was disrespectful cut us off when we were speaking and was rude. After about 5 minutes they claimed that we were out of time so we had to end the discussion. However, the reason why we didnt get the full 15 minutes was because they failed to send us the documents that they were using as evidence. Probably because they knew wed freak out when we saw that they were not true comparables and that thus did not give us time to accurately dispute them. They cherry picked their comparables to suit their narrative whereas our comparables were in fact true comparables done by a real estate agent. The same that you would look at when purchasing a home. Lastly, instead of taking our comparables and the off camera females comparables which should have been treated as equal and use the two to find an average they instead used exclusively hers. They never truly reviewed our comparables to tell us why ours were unacceptable or why they were not taking them into consideration. Instead going with solely her comparables they raised the value 10% the max legally allowed. To summarize, its a waste of your time. The woman from the city is rude and disrespectful. The primary gentleman who speaks is disinterested and dismissive and does not review, truly review, your evidence. They do not care what evidence you present. Theyre not going to review it and theyre going to do what they want to do anyways.

Warren Allen As a paying customer to the water lab- the bureaucracy is insane. Third trip into this building for them to demand some little nit pick of paperwork. I’ll find a different water lab. BTW- I get it… the water is SOO bad there’s a reason they don’t want to run the sample. Didn’t want to go there, was just looking to solve a problem. Now a new one is being created by employees that are … less than customer-centric.

tati alyzea RUN AWAY. My doctor, Dr. Marelli Montanez failed to diagnose my pre-eclampsia after i had shared with her my concerns and i was showing very obvious symptoms of it. She just brushed it off and told me to stop eating salt without even looking into it. This being a result of my baby girl being born as a stillborn at 29 weeks. And now exactly a year and 2 month later i have a family member who has lost their child due to this place not properly taking care for their patients. It’s not worth it, if you are coming to this place for prenatal care please just take you and your baby somewhere else for the sake of you both. Don’t make the same mistake i did by trusting this place or these doctors.

Dayna Bickham The Constant Creative First, support staff cannot take care of meds or answer medical questions because the doctor is rarely here. You have to call the Houston office. You will 100% of the time get put on hold. They are rude, do not communicate, never return phone calls and treat you like you’re lucky to even speak to someone. Jessica the MA in Houston for Dr Montenez is the worst. I scheduled a removal of an old IUD and a new insertion to happen at the same visit. I called more than a month in advance for pain management meds to be called in to the pharmacy before the procedure. I called again 2 weeks out. Then I called not once, but twice, the day before. I had an extremely painful 3 days post-insertion last time and did not want to go through that pain again. Do you know what they called in? 2 - 250 mg pills of naproxen. That is Aleve for those who don’t know and Aleve makes pills in 500 mg doses. That might touch a mild headache, but not the pain I experienced and expected again from this procedure. On top of that, I am a VSG patient and cannot have naproxen or aspirin based meds now. They know that! They do not care if you are in pain, if you have issues with meds, or if you have underlying conditions which need special attention or if you have questions. I do not know why they are even doctors or in the medical profession at all much less in Women’s health. I highly recommend you RUN away from this doctor. The staff is horrible, the doctor has no real bedside manner, (she acted as if she was doing me a favor by seeing me every time I was there) and they often call to cancel or reschedule your appointment because they don’t want to have hours in Angleton that week or the place is getting remodeled.

Kacie The receptionist and Dr. Montanez were really nice and helpful but they should get new nurses. The walls are kinda thin and theyll make fun of you and laugh at you because its your first ever gynecologist appointment and you dont know the exact procedure of things. Probably not coming back if I can help it, Ive never been so embarrassed in my life.
