5 /5 Crystal Guerra: My brother had to be put in ICU after an emergency surgery. We had the privilege of having a nurse that was so amazing. Any questions I had she was able to answer. She helped me and my mother understand what we couldnt understand. She explained what she was doing, what she was giving him and would continuously check on not only my brother but on me and my mom. She had very kind words that would comfort us. We was so blessed to have this nurse for 3 days and still we are here in ICU. But I had to share this to everyone.Nurses like her need to be recognized. She was one of the best nurses I will never forget. Thank you Ashly Chapman you are a amazing nurse.

5 /5 David Brand: My experience could not have gone better! There is a culture of care and compassion at Methodist Hospital that is evident in everything they do. If you see a Methodist Hospital employee in the hallways, they reach out to help – unsolicited. They genuinely care. The hospital staff communicate every day, before and after surgery. The level of communication is appreciated and is extremely useful and helpful. While I cannot remember everyone by name, I do remember Susan in the surgery recovery, Joy, my nurse while in the hospital and Meghan who greeted us as part of the names I remember. While I may not remember all of the names, I do remember the super service provided me by the first person who welcomed to Methodist to the person who helped me into my car as I was discharged! Highest accolades and thanks to all!

5 /5 anita manson: Father went for a procedure he was treated very friendly like a grandfather by a grandson. Anesthesiologist very informative on medication for sleep and mannerism was great. Doctor and nurse same. Whole team very caring all while being very efficient and thorough. I appreciate the caring workers including the transportation personnel and the valet team. Hats off to methodist. Keep up the good work caring for others. It is recognized.

5 /5 Michelle Bertrand: I felt at ease from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything the whole way through. I had a mastectomy on my right breast and I have told several family members it was the easiest day. It was an extremely positive experience. 11 out of 10.
