Jennifer P. Dr. Bello lacks professional communication. I saw him for grief management and he no showed an appointment with me and then tried to gaslight me by saying I never confirmed my appointment. I showed him my phone records that I did indeed call him back to confirm via voicemail and he said he heard it later and his previous appointment ran over into my time anyway. He also didn’t respond to an email where I was requesting help with an issue and constantly didn’t send in my refills for medicine. I always had to follow up and miss a dose due his lack of care and not doing his job correctly. I finally cancelled my last appointment with him and told him I no longer wanted to see him as I was switching providers and he still tried to call to confirm it via phone after emailing me saying he would cancel it. Then he tried to charge me a $75 no show fee. I’m disappointed as he came highly recommended by several people, but he didn’t help me at all and just made things more stressful.

Georga Maloney I made an appointment for my son to see this provider initially in March of 2024, with a scheduled appointment date of May 27, 2024. The day of the appointment, I called to verify how much the initial assessment would be only to be told by Dr. Bello that he wasnt seeing any patients that week. I said I had a reminder text verifying that we have an appointment. We ended up rescheduling for June 10, 2024 on the phone. I received a text 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, canceling the appointment. Needless to say, we wont be attempting to reschedule and I recommend you look elsewhere for psychiatric help.

KD Dr Bello has helped me so much and was the only person willing to help with my issues. many doctors will not see someone with OCD as they don’t understand it well enough, but i was able to get an appointment at eden springs very quickly. i’ve been to several appointments and i can happily say things have improved so much. I was at the lowest and scariest point of my life when i started going to eden springs at the beginning of the year, my life has gotten a lot less stressful and scary since then and i’m very grateful to have a supportive and caring doctor to help me manage my symptoms

Brittiany Jimenez I highly highly recommend dr bello! I have never had a doctor go out of their way to make sure I got an appointment scheduled when I needed it the most. Not only that but this doctor will sit and listen to you go over anything you would like to go over. He takes notes ; he cares; he’s empathetic; And all around an amazing doctor I could not have been blessed with a better doctor honestly. He actually wants to help his patients! If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Henry Fosah Dr Bello is very empathic with his patients and very patient with his clients. He remains is very warm and welcoming , and he always find the time to go through the plan of care and follows up to make sure the treatment is appropriate. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Maria Tirado-Anderson I was assigned this office via my insurance, and went there as a new patient assuming that most or all of my visit would be covered. The staff was very young, and when brought back to my room to be seen I was put through a list of questions that took at least 20 minutes or more to get through about my entire health history for both myself, and my family. I then had my exam, and was told that having my ears cleaned would be recommended for my tension headaches. This very young girl, not sure she was even a nurse, was the one who cleaned my ears with a massive amount of TAP WATER, causing me a lot of pain. I was never told this would cost extra, or that it was even necessary. My ears continued to be blasted at least 10 times each, and then I left. A few days later I was in so much pain, that I had to visit an urgent care where I was prescribed antibiotics both orally, and as ear drops for a MAJOR ear infection clearly caused by my ‘cleaning’. To top it all off, I was over charged for my appointments, and an additional $80 dollars for the ear cleaning that caused my ears to be damaged/infected!!! I would NOT recommend this office, and now owe tons of money that I never planned on having to pay, and wasn’t even aware of until months later via a statement that made no sense at all. Very upsetting.

Sherry Hubbard Kimble Hospital in Junction is a real blessing. I had an ER visit Saturday night at 8:30, and I was home by 9:45. No wait time to speak of. Receptionist very efficient and helpful . Dr on call and nurse both showed concern and confidence in their diagnosis. Had to have a lab done; results back quickly so definitive diagnosis was made. Shot administered and didn’t hurt until the medicine started! Only downside if that the prescription could not be filled locally over the weekend requiring a trip to Kerrville Sunday. I am so happy we have a 24/7 ER available to us!

Barbara Fox I just dislike having to talk to a recording always instead of a real person. This time it worked out as they called me back within an hour and were able to get me in. I kept calling over and over for 45 minutes and every time only got the automated answer. The prior time that I had left a message a couple of months ago, I waited all day for a call back which never came and ended up going to urgent care and having to pay a $60 charge for what my insurance would have paid for at my primary office. Not to mention the delay in relief because of waiting for an answer callback. I will most likely switch providers in January

Michele Terry Choosing Dr. McCain is one of the best decisions I have ever made. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. She is professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease no matter what you throw at her! She has solutions for every issue she is presented with and never makes you feel uncomfortable. Her staff is also great from the front desk to the nurses to the ladies checking you out. I cannot recommend Dr. McCain enough!
5 /5
Jessica Kirkland I saw Dr. McCain last week and then today to begin HRT and she is absolutely amazing! She is thorough in explaining everything to you and she is funny and thats a plus for me! She made me feel very comfortable as well as the rest of the staff there. She offers a wife range of surfaces and most of the services I will going back to her for as it is all exactly what I need and can get it all taken care of in one spot. Im so glad that I was referred to her by a good friend of mine and decided to get established with Dr. McCain! Best decision I made!

Brailyn Dr. McCain was absolutely fantastic! The process before my surgery went so smooth, they were willing to help me out in any way possible. She did an amazing job fixing my tears from birth. Her staff was amazing and helpful as well! Would definitely recommend!!!

Micah R Worst experience. I was lied to by Dr McCain and my time was wasted every time I went I had to wait for 30-1 or more. The staff was fine not the best but I don’t blame them I blame the person running the whole office. After waiting for over an hour I was taken back by dr McCain only to be told my medication wasn’t in that it was on back order when I said I wish you would have told me that before I waited an hour she informed me she just found out about it. And like I said she lied about telling me it was on back order come to find out that was a lie. It’s a small town Dr McCain, also I think being honest with people is best. I am an understanding person and I get that things happen but I am not an idiot and I do not like my time being wasted. Also the prices are insane compared to other places in town where I don’t have to wait over an hour to be seen and I don’t have to pre order my meds they have it in stock. I am just so disappointed with my whole experience there and I would advise women to look elsewhere for a dr who cares about helping rather than making as much money possible. And after I had my bad experience I’ve talked to other women in Abilene and they were not surprised and have left her practice for similar reasons. Do better!

Ashley Dr. McCain is truly the best doctor around and I would drive across the state of Texas to see her if I needed too! She is so knowledgeable in what she does and her staff is great as well. She is always available to help, very professional and most importantly is concerned with her patients well being. I have always felt as though I was a priority when I was seeing her and as though she had my best interest at hand. 10/10 would recommend her for all things. You will not be disappointed going here!

Melissa King Ive been going here since 2006 on a regular basis and I used them as my family doctors when I lived there the first time. Even though I dont live in Ballinger anymore, I wanted to stay with them for my PCP since Id been with them already for so long and they knew all my medical history. Ive not regretted that choice as of yet and I in fact highly recommend Dr Allan Hardwick. He is the best PCP Ive had so far.

James Harrington Get better treatment at a vet. 1st day was told didnt have an appointment so couldnt be seen, yet they are a walk in clinic. Lied to me saying they opened longer the next day and can be seen then. Web site states they are open everyday till the same time. 2nd day showed up for appointment and they stated tried calling me, which was another lie, to say couldnt prescribe anything for a pinched nerve without checking my medical history. I refused to stay there bc if a Dr. Cant prescribe meds for pain when my shoulder is obviously inflamed and after a 2 day run around then wasnt giving my money to these people.

Leonore Smith ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot thank Hendrick Surgery Center South enough for the incredible care they provided during Zane’s recent procedure. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and supported. Dr. Poorman’s bedside manner was truly exceptional—he showed genuine care and compassion throughout the process. A special thank you to Lori, the pre-op nurse; Dr. McCarty, the anesthesiologist; Chris, the OR nurse; and the amazing RN who went out of their way to make Zane smile by creating a fun “high-five balloon” out of a glove. That small, thoughtful gesture meant so much to Zane and helped ease his nerves. Dr. McCarty also brought some much-needed humor into the day when Zane asked him if he ate chicken nuggets. Moments like that truly helped lighten the mood and make the experience more positive for everyone. The staff also made such a thoughtful gesture by sharing a feeling from Zane’s “feelings blanket,” which truly helped Zane feel more at ease. Their prayers, kindness, and emotional support meant the world to us. Because of their incredible care, Zane is now feeling great and happily enjoying some ice cream and mac & cheese. I’ve attached some photos and a video to share just how well he’s doing now. Thank you, Hendrick Surgery Center South, for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with comfort and care. You’ve made a lasting impact on our family!

Cat Dobbs I do not know what these office people do all day. I can never get them to fulfill my prescriptions. It’s why I stopped taking birth control (because I had to play phone tag for a week with the pharmacy and the Drs office so I was already off of the meds & just decided to stop taking it since the pharmacy literally never had the script ready). I thought in the two years I stopped going they’d have it figured out. I know someone else who stopped going here because the office is terribly run. Erin Garner is a great doctor. Idk what the rest of her staff does though

Meagan King Dr. Kroger tended to and delivered my first baby. I dreaded every doctors appointment, and cried every time I had to go. He was not very open to or accepting of my decision for a doula, or me being a "free thinker" for wanting a birth plan. I had a 2 nd degree tear in my perineum after the birth of my baby, in which needed stitching. I feel to this day out of spite he gave me the infamously known " daddy stitch" In which I have never fully recovered from. It has caused severe issues with me for the last 5 years I never went back to him. And do not recommend him to anyone. I feel he does not have the best interest of the patient in mind, and views women as a dollar sign that he can benefit from, abuse, disrespect and torment in a most vulnerable time for any woman! I am an RN and would never want this type of service for any of my patients!

Sandra Kage The only reason for the three-star is because Dr. Wheeler herself actually seems like she is a good dr and every time I see her in person she is very thorough and pleasant. If Dr. Wheeler could have several more people like the office administrator, I don’t think there would be a single negative review for this office. That being said, everything else with this office has been lackluster at best. Even with an appointment, I have arrived 15 minutes early every time and still wait in the waiting for at least 30 minutes to an hour past my actual appointment time. One of the receptionists is the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in a doctor’s office. How she still has a job is quite literally a mystery to me. I will call in to schedule an appointment, when the Dr herself messaged me to make an appointment and also after an er visit, and she informs me that there are no appointments available until December (or several months out from the time of the message/incident). I sure hope that one day when she faces a medical issue, she is not met with someone like herself because karma can really serve a person a dose of their own medicine. There is a stark difference between one of the receptionists pleasance and professionalism and the cold indifference and unprofessionalism of the receptionist I’m speaking of. I’m am sure anyone who has visited this office could distinguish between the two fairly easily. The doctor’s medical assistant quite literally has never called me back any of the numerous times messages have been left for her or when she advises herself that she will call back with referral information. The office’s nurse will not help you if you’ve already reached out and left a message for the medical assistant as you were instructed to do because “don’t want too many hands in the fire” even when you tell her that the medical assistant has not called back and likely will not call back anyways. All I can say is, if you only need a doctor’s office for an annual checkup that requires no follow up AND you never get sick, then sure, this office might work for you. But, if you have any other type of situation, I think you would be better suited to find an office that actually cares about you and your family as patients. I just don’t understand how a provider this good settles for office staff like she has. It’s unfortunate.

Cheryl Tinsley I used to think this place was great, they started off strong. But now...If I could have given a lower review, I would. I have to request referrals for everything as i am going through lots of medical stuff that interferes with my daily life. However, they never return calls - or when I do physically go in for a request for the referral they make excuses as to why they didnt do their job or even call back. I dont even make appointments to see them anymore, even though I should follow up with them, because they never answer their phones to make appointments. It literally takes me saying that I will come in if they dont do their job to get any results at all. Its a damn shame because its minutes from my house and I am almost crippled at this point. Im going to have to change PCP just to get adequate treatment here.

Carter Hastings I started coming to this clinic for my blood pressure. I was seen by Dr. Chris who was wonderful and always took the time to listen and hear me out. After a few weeks he started me on ozempic when I told him I wanted to lose weight. I thought I would continue my care under him, so I was surprised when on my return I was seen by another provider. When I asked the MA about my doctor she answered one of the other providers would be happy to see me. Dr Romanek is no longer practicing I’m told and Dr. Maust is never actually at the clinic. It may not matter to some, but for myself who prefers a male physician this abrupt change has been frustrating. I understand people leave, but when you schedule your follow ups with a doctor you connected with and like; to then suddenly be “passed” to someone else felt very off putting. I didn’t have a choice in the matter and the MA seemed indifferent to my concerns so I left feeling terrible. Just didn’t feel like good patient care. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

Dana Floehr I went to the ER late Sunday 10/20, and the triage nurse was a nightmare. She was rude, uncaring- simply awful. When you have to go to the ER and you are scared and in pain, the last thing you want to encounter is someone like Nurse Ratchet in triage. That was my first impression of the ER. Once I got to the treatment rooms - everyone was wonderful. My nurse Christian was so caring, as was Heather. There was another nurse that was so kind as well, and I hate that I didn’t get his name. The doctor was great. All in all, It was a good experience except for triage.

Lacie Smith I came into the ER today for pain in my rib cage after surgery I had a week ago. The nurses were extremely rude and I’m very certain one was intoxicated because she was slurring words and couldn’t stand up straight. They made me feel awful. The first doctor I had made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The second one I had (he was bald I’m pretty sure and had an LSU vest on) he was AWESOME! The radiology techs were out of this world amazing and went above and beyond for me! I appreciate them greatly and the second doctor that helped me. The nurses I encountered were very worrisome…..

Marissa Herrera After 3 days of being so sick I couldn’t get out of bed, I went in at a busy time, everyone in the ER had the same symptoms as myself. all they did was give me two swabs and proceed to sit me in a “hall bed” (a literal chair) for 7 HOURS, for two little swabs. As I watch several nurses and other people pass me and treat other patients, I even fell asleep in the chair a couple of time because I just didn’t feel good. Eventually one of the nurses noticed and approached me and apologized, saying there was no excuse and moved me to a room so I could FINALLY be treated. Only for the doctor to walk in and sarcastically say “what’s the big emergency “ and once I told him my symptoms he cut me off, diagnosed me, and sent petty medications and walked out. Absolute trash

Brenda Allen Care hasnt changed in 24 years. HENDRICKS is NOT the place to get quality cardiac care. I moved back to Texas 24 years ago. My Ejection fraction was 12%. I was told there was nothing wrong with me. I saw 6 different cardiologists. ALL failed to take into account I was already on Coreg, digitalis etc. I went into organ failure (diagnosed by Palo Pinto General Hospital). I was careflighted to UTSW where my meds were tweaked and in 6 months my EF was 58%. I live a quality life thanks to finding a cardiologist that understands how medication can help the heart. The TEE & watchman are the procedures of the year. I see way too many angioedema patients not getting proper care.

Mona JAMES Im a new patient to this Facility, referred by Baylor Scott&White Heart Hospital Plano,Tx to see Dr. J. Stafford, Cardiologist, he is a wonderful Dr. Im here in Abilene for 36 week for cardiac Rehabilitation my home town is 7 1/2 hours away. I was not looking for unprofessional, unfriendly appointment check-in Receptionist . I felt so unwanted to be a patient here l think all patients should be treated with respect and not disrespected due to skin color. I express my concern to the office Manager, but her Fake Smile let me know she was not interested in what I had to say I wish Dr. Stafford could work at the Heart Failure Clinic across the street, all so caring for the patients. Two visits at this Facility, truly dont want to go to the third visit . Will use my Cardiologist in Plano, Tx. So disappointed in the front check in staff members.

Danna Alford I went this morning to see Dr. Duddyala and he and his PA are fantastic however I’m 61 years old and have never had such a rude and hateful nurse in my life. There were medications on my list that she missed but by that time she had snapped and bitten my head off several times that I didn’t even correct her on something as important as my health and my heart. How that woman still has a job is beyond me. My blood pressure read a little high which it is never high and I do believe it’s because she was so hateful plus asking me questions during taking my blood pressure which always makes it a little higher. I hope and pray I never have to deal with her again but if I do there’s going to be problems. That was the most unprofessional nurse I have ever seen. I understand having a bad day but there is no excuse in my opinion to treat someone that way. Danna Alford

Kelly Smith Don’t go here. Find a different place to go. One where patient care is a priority and you are seen as a human being, not a file number. Save yourself the frustration of going round and round in circles with them and hearing a whole lot of “well your PCP needs to do that” despite it being directly linked to cardiology issue. They are always wanting to pass their responsibility for treatment on to a different provider. It’s gotten really old, really quickly.

F JEFFRIES, JR Horrible they force doctors to work for them, then treat patients only for money, they dont care and the doctors dont care any more because they are just employees of a money grubbing business that does not care about patients....HORRIBLE!

Richard Watkins, Jr. Dr. Wiggins and his RN Robin were the first doctors that actually listened to what I had to say and worked very closely to ensure ALL my needs were met! I am EXTREMELY confident in their abilities and knowledge of my health and now trust them with my life. Caring and understanding staff at this facility have made them the ONLY place I will go for treatment! 5 Stars!

Liz Koeninger I have seen Dr. Wiggins for the last 4 years and love him. He always makes me feel like I am his favorite patient!! He has never failed to listen and discuss my treatment options.

Julia Jules Wiggins has been my assigned doc since he got here. I will go to a 24hr clinic or ER before I go see him. Bedside manner is awful! And he stinks as a professional! AND...was seen in ER this morning. When I called Wigginsfor appointment, they wouldnt make an appointment! Doesnt make a difference that I have BCBS insurance. I HAVE A BROKEN BONE and this person who took an oath to care and help heal people wont even set an appointment! Update......talked to Lisa. She is awesome. But still got a new doctor at another practice.

Donald Kampfhenkel I have had great care from Dr Wiggins. The problem is with Peterson. He makes the referral in their system and it gets lost. They dont care and seemingly cant refer out of the group. I had to get a follow-up appointment just to ask for another referral.

Leslie Hill They have a very efficient process for getting folks in and out, which is quite a contract to some of the other medical offices we visit in town. The folks are friendly and professional. I really appreciate the respect they have for my time.

Vicky Rodgers I went to Dr. Patel because I was having some serious stomach issues. I didn’t have insurance at the time so I was a cash paying customer when I came in. He barely gave me any of his time. He didn’t listen to me. I didn’t get to explain everything that was going on, he pretty much was ignoring me he spent maybe 10 minutes in the room which I know for a fact, there’s no way you can learn about a patient or any of the concerns that the patient has. I didn’t even have a chance to ask questions or explain anything so I was set up for my appointment went to my colonoscopy , I will say this his nurse is a wonderful kind person to bad She works for him. She was the one that gave me most of my information .He is very rude and you have to feel comfortable with your doctor. I will never return there and the money that I paid. I should’ve gotten a lot more than 10 minutes of his time.zero star for him

Jennifer Clements Dr. Patel and his team were very professional during the appointment and procedure. The issue arose with billing and even though they do not do their own billing the office tended to give me the run so I had to stay on top of them to find a resolution. The procedure was done in 05/2023 and in January of 2024 I received a bill. I did call the office and was directed to the billing office over the course of months I explained to both parties this was paid with Medicaid and should not owe a bill because they accepted Medicaid. I called and talked To Camilia and she then talked to Zarna (Dr. Patels wife the office director) and informed me that the anesthesiologist was not in network with Medicaid. (When there is an issue they do not allow you to talk to Zarna they do all this back and forth calling to relay messages which was a major inconvenience.) I explained that I was never informed of this and they agreed to change the charge from $250.00 to $150.00. I then called Medicaid and they called Dr. Patels office and were directed to the billing department and Medicaid told them as well as myself that the reason the anesthesiologist was not covered was because the doctors office did not get prior authorization therefore it was not my fault. Finally, on 04/2024 I received a call from Tiffany the office manager over the surgery side of the doctors office to let me know that they would not hold me accountable for the bill. I had to go back and forth for almost a year (4 months after finally receiving a bill to get them to admit their fault and quit sending me a bill.) I want others to know so they do not get stuck owing a bill due to the neglect of the office because it was a frustrating situation.

Sean Desrochers This clinic is horrible, they will make run around in circles trying to get something done. If you want treatment for something they make it as hard as possible. They send patients to a specialist then refuse to provide the medication the doctor prescribed. Their care is less than acceptable! The VA should be ashamed of themselves! If at all possible do not use this clinic for your own best interest!!

Steve Alexander The way I was raised was to never be so proud to admit when Im wrong and to always say "Im sorry" at least. Ive probably said it a million times. However, like many places these days, the VA has a big problem with that. Why ? I wrote a 28 page letter describing repeated harassment, threats, lies, discrimination, Labeling me, talking to me worst than trash and Verbal and physical abuse and more !!! After a long time, I received a really nice letter, kindly asking me not to raise "My voice* !!! Not a single mention or validation of any complaints or just a simple " IM SORRY FOR THE THINGS YOU HAVE UNJUSTLY BEEN THROUGH. I think this is very wrong!!! How can anyone. Including disabled veterans get any closure when not a single employee admits to that disabled veteran that they were wrong and a "Simple "IM SORRY" !!! In closing, I want to say that there are a lot of Absolutely great employees at the Abilene VA Clinic, but there are quite a few employees, in my opinion that "SHOULD NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH VETERANS AND SHOULD BE FIRED AND NEVER EVER ALLOWED BACK". "IM VERY SORRY "to any VA employee for anything I may had said or done wrong. "I AM VERY VERY SORRY" !!!

Dawn Spencer I cant imagine worse mental health care than I have received here. My service connected PTSD (100% disability rating) has been more triggered by their psychiatrists than 2 years homeless in the street. I dont think they have ever had an answer for any question Ive ever asked regarding my mental health or medical care. Its like pulling teeth to get documentation from Drs that are needed for disability. Care is not consistent between providers. Providers do not communicate. For medical care, Ive received much better medical care at urgent care. I would rather have no care than what they provide. I feel bad for the veterans who have to pay for this clinic. Its sad that Ill probably go back to being homeless for a chance at better mental health providers.

Kayla Rodriguez Most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. They dont answer their phones when you call. They are rude when you come in. Was forced to use them as they are 1 of 2 clinics in Abilene that take workers comp. Every time we were schedules for an appointment, it would be reschedule2-3 times before we would actually come in. The providers seem to not be knowledgeable in any way. I do not recommend and cant wait to get away.

A. Lee Started seeing doctor cornette when I was pregnant. When I was almost 9 months pregnant, I start having liquid come out, I went in and they tested the liquid and the nurse said “it came back negative for placenta, you are good to go home, no need to come back” (was never checked by the doctor this day) the next day I notice more liquid coming out so I called and insisted I get looked at again, so they sent me to the hospital and doctor Stanford was there and she checked me and tested me, she came back paranoid and said “this is placenta, who told you it wasn’t?” (In a very scary and upset tone) I am truly fortunate to have not lost my son, and all because I was misdiagnosed. Who is to blame here? After a few years of still taking my son to see dr cornette, they started changing his yearly check ups, they wouldn’t take him in. And on top of that, the receptionist with blond short hair built a VERY rude and condescending attitude towards people who came in. This clinic is not a clinic I would first hand recommend, try picking elsewhere, someone who would care for your child’s life!

Katie Koch The ladies at the front desk are essentially worthless. I don’t even know what they get paid for. It seems the only thing they get paid for is to transfer a call to the nurses station. I didn’t know that was a nurses job? Seems a little under their education and pay grade, not to mention a secretary’s job is to handle appointments. I can’t even finish a sentence for what I need before they interrupt and ask what doctor I have. And then the nurses station, when transferred, never answers the phone when you get transferred. You always wait hours for a return phone call, or they never get back to you. You almost have to harass them to get a response. The worst system I’ve ever seen at any doctor’s office ever. Doctors are good though when you can actually get a hold of them.

Cheyanne Hagendorf The doctors are wonderful, if you can get an appointment. It is near impossible to get anywhere on the phone. They transfer you to the nurses station, which goes to voicemail every single time. There has been 2 occasions that I needed to speak to a doctor about my newborn in a pretty dire situation and even after explaining they continue to send you to voicemail. I called 7 times back to back and they transferred me to voicemail every single time. It was when I was panicking and in tears begging the front desk to let me talk to a doctor that I finally got through and urgently got us in. They need someone talking these call in during business hours. There are situations you can wait for and situations you need to talk to a professional in a timely manner. If you have a clinic that deals with newborns and pregnant women, you need someone on call. I also made an appointment for PPD and I really needed to be seen. There was traffic coming from Kerrville and I called and asked if being 10 minutes late would be okay. I was told it was… I arrived 7 minutes late and was told they couldn’t see me. On a FRIDAY. I was appalled they were turning away a newly postpartum mom that called in for PPD away on a Friday. To go the entire weekend without help. I have waited in the waiting room for far longer than 7 minutes before. Thank goodness I made it through the weekend but in my eyes PPD is an urgent matter.

Kristin Moseley The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I actually do like my doctor, but getting in touch with anyone is IMPOSSIBLE. You have to leave a voicemail for everything and rarely get a call back. If you call multiple times you finally get a response, but they seem like they were put out by having to. I finally just started going there in person in order to make appointments/resolve issues, which is pretty ridiculous.
