bingjing ye This place is a nightmare! The doctor keeps recommending my child to get the HPV vaccine, talking about the benefits, and I asked if my insurance covers it and if its free. She told me yes, but a month later, I received a bill. I have to pay them over $200, which is a dark institution. Last year, when my child had a body annual check they checked the eyes directly. I think they have a duty to tell parents that this item is subject to additional charges, but they didnt. They will only send you a bill after the fact! Its like this every time, and Im really disappointed!

Destiny Alcazar Dr. Horn is my daughters doctor my husband and I love her! We have only gone in for a few visits but we can tell she has the best intentions for her patients and is very knowledgeable. As a first time mom she has made me feel heard and validated with any concerns pertaining to my daughter. We are very pleased with her and the staff at Cooks. Everytime we have gone in the front office staff has always been extremely welcoming and helpful as well. Keep up the great work! (-: 10/10 recommend.

Zohar Tsyrlin Great Doctor. Only thing they are not accepting HMO insurance. What make it sad

OA ER “Leezardbreath” Dr. Horn is absolutely amazing, we love her! We just started going there a year ago apparently after they had a system/medical group management change. Communication has been good so far, Im signed up for text notifications, and I can pre check in online. I have had no issues viewing or retrieving records because I use the MyChart app and everything I need is in there. I havent had to contact the office very much, but every interaction weve had has been friendly and professional.

Julia Little We met with Dr. Schwartz while I was still pregnant with my daughter, he was so kind and answered all of our questions about having a baby and what to expect for her needs and care. He came to the hospital to check on her the morning after she was born and just before we were discharged. He stayed to answer all our questions and make sure we were doing well. From day one he has always given her incredible care! You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to answer all of our questions at every visit. His staff is just as incredible, Darla has helped me through so many of those panicky moments first time parents have. She returns every phone call very quickly and also is so patient in answering all my questions. Everyone there is just wonderful with children and parents! We are so grateful for the wonderful care our daughter receives here.

Divya Deepa Well experienced doctor who treats you like his own family member, takes time to listen and explain things. Responds promptly to text and email. Best doctor we found for our family! He has extensive knowledge and experience in treating diabetes.

Hemin Surati Dr. Kapadi is excellent in providing health care. He does take his time to interact with the patient. In addition, he helps his patients to provide good resource for medication if pt’s insurance does not cover for medications. I highly recommended this provider to anyone who are looking for the great care.

Tom Pisoni I’ve been with Dr. Kapadia for many years now. I enjoy going to my appointment because I know the assessment will be thorough and my data well reviewed. I don’t feel rushed ever. Dr. Kapadia listens to my questions and replies with a deep sense of focus. When I go in to his office, it’s quality time. He covers my numbers, reviews them with me, explains important ones, and discusses my goals with me. He covers my prescriptions and makes sure they’re all set before I leave. This is not an environment where I get pushed through a conveyor in/out and next. I’ve had that in the past with other Drs. and avoid it. I have easy access to the office when I need it as well. Dr. Kapadia has a good sense of humour, is easy to talk to and even discusses current events with me. He is the most thorough Dr. I’ve ever had. He remembers things we discussed from last meeting! I pay a flat fee for this kind of service regardless of Insurance coverage. 5-star service here!

Randall Manring Great experience for me. My doctor recommended some basic scan and testing as part of my annual physical. I walked in the front doors and greeted almost immediately at the check in desk. Very brief check in experience and walked to the radiology waiting room. I was actually called back a few minutes before my 9am appointment. Lab tech was very nice and helpful and I was done and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed. Two thumbs up!

Mike Teel I went there to detox off of alcohol. Cj was very patient with me cause I was apprehensive about going. When I finally committed CJ was there like a big brother making sure I was taken care of. The nursing staff was great. If your deep in your addiction and cant find a way out. Go to Carrollton Regional Medical Center detox center. Call or ask for CJ hell take care of you. So I had to go back to detox again. First complain is the last time I they had on a saline drip the hold time. This time they brought one in the room but never hooked it for 5 days. Second a nurse named Barry had me lay down in my own piss and feces. If you get him as a nurse ask for another!!!!!!! On a side note Im supposed to be discharged to which all parties agreed upon cause my 82yr old mother has been admitted to another hospital and they seem to be taking theyre time. If it were theyre mom theyd just up and to see theyre mother

Tariq Adatia I recently had to visit the ER at Carrollton Regional Medical Center and was admitted for two days. The staff was extremely thorough, running comprehensive tests and confirming each step before proceeding with a necessary procedure. I was impressed by the advanced technology at the facility and the professionalism of the entire team, from the nurses to the specialized doctors and surgeons. They ensured I felt cared for and informed throughout my stay. Having experienced care at top hospitals like Baylor Scott & White and Medical City facilities, I can confidently say Carrollton Regional Medical Center is on par with them. If youre looking for high-quality medical care, this is a great option.

Shirley G Had my annual mammogram and biannual bone density test at the CRMC Women’s clinic today (a block or 2 north of the hospital). Everything was done perfectly, quick service (out before an hour) with a very experienced, knowledgeable tech who also had great patient rapport. The best modern equipment, too, with bone density measured in hips and spine, not just feet.

K George Fantastic experience. I had zero issues. The nurses were amazing. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I was told I owed zero because my insurance covered everything. I have yet to receive a bill. I will update my review if I happen to receive a bill later on. My only minor and I mean minor complaint if I can even call it a complaint, is that anesthesiologist was a bit direct. Not rude but just uninterested in chit chat. It was also 7 in the morning. Im not exactly people person that early either. haha! Overall very happy and felt taken care of. Thank you again to all the nurses. They are the real super stars.

Anna Bre I had my 1st procedure at the facility performed by Dr.Arif and the team that was involved. Thank you nurse Vicky for being kind and making me at the easy , since I was very nervous. Recovery nurse was kind , and helped me. Both nurses were awesome. The anesthesiologist was wonderful, marking g sure was comfortable. Dr. Ali thank you. Anita T.

Amy Reece Nursing staff was excellent, however front desk was on the struggle bus. Also, front desk was overwhelmed with 20 patients trying to check in & had an attitude with me for no good reason when I tried to tell her my paper work had been filled out online. Also, I could absolutely understand her frustration when the next front desk person was scheduled at 7:00am & didnt walk out to the desk until 7:15 (I was standing there paying when she finally showed up.) And then I am trying to pay, but 4 different cards between me & fiancee are being unable to process "due to fraud"... Only for the front desk person to realize she forgot to "unclick" or click something she needed for our cards to run properly. The surgery nurse came up there in between all of this wondering where I was, & why I wasnt being prepped.....

PIFF MINDY Im here and my appointment was scheduled 2-3 weeks ago for 10am its now 12:17 and now the front desk lady is telling me its going to be another 30-45 minutes before I will be called. This is very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I havent eaten anything since 10pm last night because I have to fast for the procedure. So now Im still sitting here in the lobby like a sitting duck. I have missed out on money coming here. And on top of that I drove an hour to get here. And also this has inconvenienced my driver as well. So to sum it all up whoever the person is that does the scheduling put another lady that has the same last name as me in my slot and had me no where on the schedule and now she is done and gone. While Im talking to the front desk it another man with the same issue going on. Your friendly smiles and Im sorries isnt going to cut it. But I will not be returning to this facility in the future is the doctor doesnt have another location or scheduler I will definitely be looking for a new doctor as well. Hopefully yall get the scheduler issue fixed!!!!!

Jennifer Moosavi Its the Rudest facility Ive ever witnessed. I waited two hours just to go back. I was shocked there were no private rooms or private bathrooms, so I had questions about my overnight stay I believed I was told I would need. The head nurse absolutely did not like me asking questions and crying because I was so nervous due to never being in a facility like that before. Ive only ever had surgery in a hospital with a private room. My main concern was that there were no call buttons to ask for bathroom help after Id be finished with surgery. She told me not to worry about it and she didnt know who I thought I was because if I were to stay overnight I would simply be left by myself! She then dismissed my surgery, and I had to reschedule at another facility the following day. This nurse absolutely had no bedside manners.

Thomas Ledford Not enough stars to rate my care from nurses Iris and Mary they were awesome I recently had a hip replacement surgery, and I was fortunate to have Iris and Mary as my recovery nurses. From the moment I woke up, they provided exceptional care, making sure I was comfortable, well-informed, and supported throughout my recovery. Iris was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to ensure my pain was managed and that I had everything I needed. Her warm demeanor and genuine compassion made a world of difference during those crucial first hours. Mary was equally wonderful, bringing both professionalism and kindness to every interaction. She took the time to answer my questions, encouraged me through my first steps, and reassured me when I felt uncertain. Together, Iris and Mary made my recovery experience as smooth and positive as possible. Their dedication, patience, and empathy truly set them apart. I cant thank them enough for their incredible care, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of outstanding nursing support!

Robin McCasland Outstanding experience! I went in for day surgery but then needed to spend one night in the hospital. Every staff member was friendly, kind, supportive and helpful. The hospital is clean, bright, modern. Even though they had to awaken me every few hours for vitals, it wasn’t a jarring experience. And wow - the hospital meals are actually GOOD. Tasty and healthy. If I could give the hospital higher than five stars, I would.

Nylah L. Dont go to this location if its an emergency. My daughter suffered a traumatic accident. Upon arrival there were NO staff at the desk for at least 5 minutes. I knocked on the door and was greeted by an unconcerned paramedic. He nonchalantly told us to come back. We sat in the room, my dtr crying in pain for 30-40min without any intervention. I could hear the staff outside my door laughing and talking. I stepped out and asked about an ETA and was told they were busy and they proceeded to continue their conversations. The urgency and empathy was not there. I drove my child to Children Medical Center Plano and what a difference, Im glad I made that decision they went into action immediately. By the way, Im a nurse and I know what competent patient care looks like.

Rick Upshaw My experience with Dr. Thakurs office has been a PROFOUNDLY NEGATIVE ONE! I originally scheduled an appointment for April 9th at 11:00 a.m. A couple of days before my scheduled appointment, I had to go to the ER. I tried to call these people, but every time I did, some girl who barely spoke English answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible and then put me on hold. They left me on hold indefinitely! After I got out of the hospital, Ive tried to call these people to schedule a new appointment (4 additional times total). Every time, I experienced the EXACT SAME RESULT; some lady answers mumbling something unintelligible, she puts me on hold, and then leaves me on hold indefinitely! I finally went to their website in hopes that Id find some way to send them a message, but there is no way to do so in the "contact" section of their site! NO doctor is worth this kind of WASTE OF MY TIME! So, Dr, Thakur will never know what happened to me or why. Disappointing, to be sure!

They are all truly amazing! A special thank you to my nurse, Katie—I feel so blessed to have been cared for by her. She guided me through my contractions, helped me breathe through the pain, and supported me during my epidural. I’ll always be grateful for her kindness and care.

Caleb Lusby If your complaint is about the wait time or how little time the docs have to talk to you, you need to start paying 100k a year for private top 1% health care. This place is super overpacked.I feel like there are a bit understaffed at times and yet it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had.I was dying being rolled into this place on a gurney. At 20 years old, you know how stupid I felt to be in there? The reason I was, was my fault. They made me as comfortable and as pain free as possible before the surgery, even though I was having a tantrum freaking out thinking I wont wake up tomorrow, whats a great place, 100-100!

Further Transmissions Good experience with the doctor and nurses here. The people in the billing/financial department are a different story. I received a rude, condescending attitude from a few of them. They wouldn’t answer my questions, just started touting off numbers and asking for credit card info. Be prepared for a lot of additional charges from this hospital that your insurance doesn’t cover. I guess that’s the American healthcare system for you. Something I mentioned to them. Leezas Spa LLC Libershteyn Today was officially the worst experience we have ever had at any clinics. I don’t know who runs this place, but it made DMV look terrific. My daughter had an appointment for iron infusion with doctor Khade today. We had all of the blood work done, spent 3 hours on filling out the incredible amount of paperwork online, came in all prepared, but not for this. First they couldn’t find her paperwork, when no one explained to us that today was only the consultation. My daughter called yesterday to ask some questions. They have never called back until the moment she was in the waiting room today where she set for 2 hours. They took her blood again! Then she waited some more. Had to go ask how much longer, they told her that for infusion she supposed to go to the other side of the building. She went there and waited for another 3 hours. Finally they told her that they are already closing, aaaand her infusion wasn’t supposed to be today. The staff are rude, everyone acts like it’s their first day at work. My daughter witnessed some really unprofessional behavior of the nurses. We are very disappointed in this place. I am giving one star because I can’t give 0.

Dr. Stone spent sufficient time with me, he was not on a computer at all, he was asking questions, clarifying things, he was curious, he restated what i had said to make sure he completely understood! then i got my blood work done, and that was the best blood draw i’ve ever had. she was super sweet and it didn’t hurt, which normally is not the case, and it was just an overall great experience! 10/10 would recommend this place if someone needed a hematologist!

Jenny ODell Today, I want to reflect on my big day!! I had surgery to fix my fracture/dislocation, which is known as a Lisfranc injury, and I can honestly say it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I had the best care at Texas Health Hospital in Frisco TX, and it was so refreshing to be in a place where patient care is truly prioritized. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The personal touches, like my husband having his own concierge, really made a difference and added a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful time. Normally, I’m on the other side of healthcare, providing care for my own patients. I’ve worked in the clinical & surgical setting before, and now, in my current role, I’m still very much involved in the healthcare world. But today, I was the patient. It’s a completely different experience, and it really gave me a new perspective on how important it is for hospitals and staff to treat you like a person, not just a number. As I focus on recovery, I feel incredibly blessed. I’m so grateful for my surgeon, the entire nursing staff, and the beautiful facility that made this experience as smooth as possible. Now, it’s all about taking it easy and unwinding as I recover, but I can’t help but feel so thankful for the care I received. It’s a reminder of how much of a difference compassionate healthcare can make. #lisfrancinjury #surgery #thepatient #texashealthhospital #dallas #frisco #patientsarepeoplenotjustbodies #wetreatyoulikefamily #patientsfirst

Normally wouldn’t eat at hospitals, but wow, they have great food! Husband and I enjoyed the celebratory dinners the following day which tasted like restaurant quality. Danielle Crais This hospital is the best hospital I have ever been to. From the facilities to the nurses and doctors- it has all been top notch. Dr. Chase Nickerbocker was an answered prayer to my grandfather and his need for gallbladder surgery. He validated and eased all concerns of family members before and after surgery. He and his surgical team stayed late to get our grandfather’s surgery done after a busy day of hospital rounds and his regular clinic hours. Every nurse and hospital staff we have encountered the last four days have been nothing short of wonderful! The hospital is just beautiful and doesn’t feel like a hospital at all! The rooms are big and the waiting rooms feel like a nice hotel lobby. All hospitals should be and feel like this!

J B I received an emergency surgery removing my gallbladder. Worse experience of my life! The incisions were sloppy and left bloody. Pain and concern was blatantly ignored. I was rushed to leave same day, as my first surgery I was in excruciating pain and agony. Confused and frustrated I begged as a nurse pushed me literally out of the hospital bed to walk immediately after surgery to allow me to manage my pain before I was rushed. Because of this I was completely ignored and not educated on anything pertaining my recovery! I felt alone, I was in pain and unable to breathe at times. I told nurses that my pain was unbearable and they informed me that it’s nothing they could do because the surgeon wouldn’t care or help! I was horrified! The next day I woke and I went home after being treated so badly and ignored. As I left with bruises from my neck area to my groin and dried blood everywhere. I was given no antibiotics as well as 15 of the same medication I stated wasn’t working well for me. So now I’m left home in extreme pain bloody and no education on what’s what or how to clean myself lost making appointments to get help elsewhere and I’m hoping that they have done my procedure correctly! I regret removing my gallbladder as I feel gallstones felt a lot better than the agony I’m experiencing now. I WOULD NOT LET TEXAS HEALTH FRISCO PERFORM ANY PROCEDURES ! I will be holding the team that left me like this liable!

Laura Ballard I have previously had a great experience in this ER. But the most recent visit was very concerning. I was experiencing chest pain and was immediately triaged and EKG performed. Without any status or communication and while in extreme pain, I was then put in the annex area of the ER, and for an hour, I was not monitored or spoken to. However, the APRN on duty spent repeated 15 minute sessions arguing with the patient next to me about her desire for unnecessary tests. He continuously went to her, entertaining her inquiries. After 1 hour, I was then seen by the APRN and provided prescribed medication for gastritis. After IV push of meds, no one ever checked in on me again to assess any reaction to meds or provide any insight. 4 hours after arrival, the APRN then came by indicating he was ordering an X-ray. When I asked if my EKG was ok, he indicated he had not even looked at it. As my pain continued, another GI cocktail was administered. APRN then apologized as he had failed to put in them-ray order. That was completed roughly 5 hours in and was negative. My RX was then sent to some random pharmacy and not the one I provided to the APRN, delaying my ongoing care the next day where my pain continued. I’m not sure what has changed in the last couple of years, but something is off and needs attention.

Dan Carman Came in with emergency room with full analysis of an open fracture on a Saturday night and that surgery should be performed asap. Dr. Jimenez determined that it was not an open fracture based on gut feeling that a rock caused the puncture wound and not bone. No surgery was performed. Waited for 4 hours before I was told me to wait a day and go into the ortho office to get it checked on Monday. Ortho confirmed open fracture and that it was not handled correctly. Could have had bone infection due to lack of surgery Surgery to repair fracture was great. Still have possibility of infection and waiting on symptoms to appear if infection is present.

Paul Kysiak We found ER was staffed adequately. Our wait for services was about 45 min. Everyone from House Keeping, nursing, x-ray tecks to Doctor, were friendly, and knowledgeable. All were concerned about my comfort and well being. Would not hesitate to come here again.

JMC JMC So many entitled patients come here. Do they think the ER or any doctor has the “cure” for everything? No! But they’re health professionals who are doing their jobs. Doing their jobs while annoying and entitled patients barge in demand treatment. Patients like them is what makes it harder for health professionals to stay. You may not like it here, but it doesn’t mean you have to be rude and disrespectful. Put your ego and entitlement aside be thankful we even have ERs available.

James Tu I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan over the past few years. He is extremely kind, patient, and thorough. He never rushes through the personal consultation sessions, takes the time necessary to understand my health history and background, review my health condition and test results with a great attention to detail, and provides me with sound health advice to help me maintain and improve my overall health condition. My wife is also a patient of Dr. Akins, who shares the same office as Dr. Kaplan. I highly recommend the North Texas Family Medicine to anyone who is looking for reliable, dependable, honest, and caring family doctor and staff with a high level of medical expertise, professionalism, and knowledge, as we live and thrive in the growing North Texas communities. Thank you.

Never pushes you into a decision, lets you decide on how you want to proceed. And doesnt suggest/percribe anything he wouldnt use or do himself. Staff and manager great too!

Loopz Melendez I have currently been at this hospital since 11 in the evening all the way till what is 6o’clock now in the morning, I have been put in the hallway where they are a currently running back-and-forth other beds and trauma incidents that are banging against my bed and people yelling as well as throwing up everywhere writhing 5 feet of me . The lights are like asulyum lights I have been admitted to be here overnight and was promised a room on the second floor. I have yet to receive one and I am currently Have yet to have any sleep at all this entire night which is what my doctor told me I really need. now I have been asking for pain medication they have yet given it to me all in regards of a doctor not responding. They keep telling me that they have 30 patients more than me and they are very busy and that I am not of their concern right now And all they can do is give me a bed that is located in the middle of the hallway to sleep on, but there’s no way anybody could sleep here with all this noise going on all nurses laughing and other beds banging against mine to get them through. All the nurses going back-and-forth other people screaming yell the cops coming through. It has been literal hell and all I have asked for it was pain medication and promised a room And I guarantee you they will bill me as if they have given me a room and tons of medication like they gave me upstanding, proper care I am highly disappointed. I am going through so much right now obviously that’s why I’m in an emergency room and I’m being treated very poorly. I have asked on a several occasions to speak to the patient Advocator along with the House supervisor in the nurse in charge and my nurse kept telling me that they are going to tell me the exact same thing that she is telling me that she cannot help me. She cannot do anything for me other than get me earplugs. The pictures I have posted below are the nurses fishing into my right arm, which is located on my forearm having to take that out, creating a bruise and a love and it is very sore as well as right on top of that same arm they went ahead and entered another needle which also left A huge amount of blood as you can see on the picture and bruises as well. The other doctor try to put and take blood out of my other arm, which is my left arm and failed to do so and that’s when they had to take it out and poke me again twice on the other arm, leaving bruises and lumps and pain. I have been up for 20 hours now with no doctor to speak to no nurse to help me or any proper care in this facility. I am in disbelief and to be honest I am just extremely heartbroken about the experience I’ve had with losing my eyesight here no remorse. Nobody has any affection toward helping me and you expect at a hospital for people to care and have some hospitality . I have been left with no options nor solutions. I pray nobody ever has to go through what I went through here at this hospital. All I can do is be honest and share my experience so hopefully another person doesn’t have to go through this and they will remind you more than once that you are not the main concern.to then because they have 30 other patients to care for I also don’t understand why I had to be kept overnight if no one is giving me test results or haven’t spoken to a doctor in over 10 hours. I’m very confused. I feel as if though they are just trying to make extra money on your insurance by saying you stayed overnight and billing you as so . I have been sitting on a chair with a thin blanket and they called this proper care at a hospital for patients. They asked to stay and admit.

R David (DR) The worse place to go to with an emergency. After 4 hours after being admitted, they will not even give you a pain medication for migraine after having a seizure. No doctors available to give you test results after 4 hours and even needing to use the restroom is an act of congress. Filthy and unorganized. Staff is rude and gets even worse when people bring it up to their attention. I truly hope this gets their attention. Willing to go to the state with my complaint.

Jay Stewart I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the staff was. Every single person that helped me was extremely friendly. They got me back quickly, keep me updated through out my time there, and went above and beyond. I honestly was amazed by the level of care, you normally don’t get the type of care in an emergency room.

E Burk While in the ER I saw a nurse once in seven hours and a doctor twice.dr Rich had a great bedside manner. Before I was admitted I was placed in a room at the back that was too small for the stretcher. The nurse struggled to get in and out of the room. Both rooms were dirty. The holding room had dirty floors, stained ceiling tiles, walls that need to be painted, and holes in the wall. I was disappointed in the decline in the level of care since my visit in 2021.

LaTosha Adams I was nervous going to the ER on a Friday night but I was taken back to triage, vitals taken and placed in a room all within 20 minutes. My ER nurse Alexis was attentive, professional and provided excellent care. The imaging technician Ashley was also amazing. I was in the ER a little over an hour and was admitted to a regular room where the exemplary service continued.

kasey ortiz DONT BRUNG YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The doctors are only there for 30 minutes a day and don’t see all the children he diagnoses children like he’s giving out free homes. The front desk African American old woman at the front desk is extremely unprofessional it’s sad that’s the face you see walking in she couldn’t even give me her name let alone speak directly to me. I promise you this place will not help your children but will only cause more problems. My daughter was a patient there and I was told she had a list of problems, they only want you for your money.

Laure Borgerding My son recently completed an 8 week outpatient program (3 nights a week for 3 hours) for alcohol and substance abuse. Although he still is struggling with sobriety, the program was a positive experience for him and he learned a lot about what it will take to lead a life without alcohol. Other people there had drug addiction issues but the program covers it all. The cost seemed reasonable especially compared to 30 day inpatient programs which can run over $30K. Barbara was the main evening counselor and my son seemed to like and respect her knowledge and professionalism.

Christina Hutton Doctor Noel and Dr Bangs are great. The front office however does not keep track of calls properly. I e been charged for a no show 2 times. Once I cancelled same day. I understand that one but the other was flat tire where I was sitting on the side of the highway. 1 mile from the office. I called both times and theyre telling me there is nothing on file at all of me calling. Then decided to speak about my financials in front of everybody there in the office instead of taking me into a private room. Very unprofessional. Thats why I give the low star count.

Ron Nader I have been coming here for a while and it has ALWAYS been an unpleasant experience. This last time I made an appointment. I asked how much will everything cost. I even asked to check because I always end up paying more and guess what. I just paid $100 more than what I was told on the phone. AGAIN. Do not trust what they tell you on the phone. This will be my last visit here. My entire family such as uncles and grand parents stopped coming here a while ago. This places is EXTREMELY unorganized and no one knows what the heck is going on. Everyone gives you a different answer. If you call in to ask for something like how much will some procedure will cost, you can be 100% sure that it will be incorrect and you will ALWAYS get charged more. If you pay out of pocket here, you will always get a bill a month later for more money even when you paid for everything outta pocket. They even lost my EKG one time. When the doctors tells you to ask for something from the front desk, they literally never have a clue what their doctor was asking you to ask them. When you complain to the doctor, they will say they have nothing to do with the front desk and it is not their problem. I am in process of switching to another doctor. I am done with this place.

Dee Mauldin I would give no stars if I could. I have been a patient of DIM for years now and Ive seen the decline in service severely diminish. I scheduled an appointment for 10:45am on 1-31-25. They ask that you arrive 15 min early, which I did. I was getting worried that they forgot about me and at 11:30 a nurse came out and said , that they are running behind. I had been fasting for my appointment for over 10 hours and they didnt even give a crap to let me know WHY they are running behind and that they were sorry. DO NOT use DIM, you are just a paying patient to them that they do not care about!

hedieh H Its a scam! They gave us a blood pressure device and they said it is free without any further payment and it is just for nurse to monitor the blood pressure! After we went for the visit they charged us for monthly 30$ use of this device also they said they cannot use pull out the results! Now we have a monthly 30$ bill without using the device!!!!

Sobhdn sn They gave me a blood pressure monitor, stating it was free of charge and only for the nurse to monitor my blood pressure. However, they later started charging me $30 per month. Ive reached out to them several times regarding the billing issue, but they never call me back. Instead, I just keep receiving a $30 monthly bill.

He has profound knowledge of his field and he is very patient with his patients. Best bedside manner. Especially he goes the extra mile for his patient every time and all the time through the portal, it doesn’t matter wether it is 7am or 9pm. Where can you find this kind of doctor anywhere in this country. He is definitely one of millions in my book. Jennifer K So me and my momma can sometimes be a bit chatty. The Nurse Manager Felicia Green came in to introduce herself. Mom mentioned that the building that we’re in, was opened the same day my brother was born. He was the first baby born here and then 13 months later she gave birth to the first sibling born here. Well Ms. Felicia talked to their Hospitality manager Francisco Gonzalez and he got with Melissa Winans and they brought my Momma a beautiful iris to commemorate. It was so sweet and kind! And they said they couldn’t leave me out so this boujie girl got a nice robe, some slippers, and eyes mask with ear plugs. This hospital is hands down the best!

Matthew Templeton Terrible customer service. Point of opportunity: Dont call a patients emergency contact at 5 am in the morning only to ask for admittance details and never give any information about the patient or why they are there. Seems like common sense that you would call with an important update first. 30 minutes later, every number I call doesnt seem to know who my family member is, but hospital administration got their intake done. Great checkbox.

Mitra Kalyani I stayed one night post surgery. My pre op and post op nurses in the Margo Perot building were amazing. Once they admitted me and took me to the 4th floor I had three nurses. Two of my nurses simply just did their job and didn’t pay mind that I couldn’t even move to put my own blanket on myself which was so disappointing. No care no empathy and my discharge nurse put in my catheter in correctly which caused pain and leaking. They only came in when they had to. But nurse LORI went over and beyond during the most painful night of my life. She spoon fed me ice, advocated on my behalf by calling me doctors middle of the night to get me the stronger meds i needed without me having to ask, bought me broth because I couldn’t even hold down a cracker due to pain, made sure I was the best I could possibly be while reassuring me that I was strong and would be okay. She did her job to the fullest but was also so empathetic and cared for me like a mother would a daughter. Management should teach my other nurses what a nurse should be like. Thank you so much Lori, I don’t know what I would’ve done without you. Truly.

Selena Caro I went in for an induction 2/28 I will say the doctors over seeing me completely failed me as a first time mom. I was completely terrified once a nurse came in and told me my contractions were too close and my uterus could burst after being told from my day nurse that was a good thing the meds they were giving me were working. Then when i requested a doctor Dr.Rodriguez DELCINED to come in.Then another doctor in the SAME hospital ON CALL declined. After laboring since friday I finally got moved to labor and delivery and met Dr.Skinner who was absolutely AMAZING and we did have to end up doing a c section due to my epidural failing and having to redo it and it effected me and baby heart rate which caused my baby to be sent to NICU for two days but, i will say the nurses there took care of my baby and me through the whole process SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO OLVIA AND MORGAN!! They ARE AMAZING AND DESERVE A FREAKING RAISE!!! I will say it was very scary for the c section but, the nurses on L&D and everyone in the OR made me feel super comfortable. I cannot remember the nurse who rolled me up and stayed with me she was so sweet i wish i remembered her name!! I got up to Post postpartum met with my nurse Ruthie she is the absolute BEST! She made my recovery and stay so much better. I was sad to know i didn’t have her my last night i got nurse Connie much she was amazing as well. Overall if it was not for L&D and Post Patrum and the NICU nurses I think i would never want kids again from the trauma experience on the induction floor. THE DOCTOR ON CALL AND DOCTOR RODRIGUEZ SHOULD DO BETTER.

Bette Rosenfield My elderly husband and I were treated terribly on our recent visit. He had had a seizure the night before, which I didn’t witness, but he had a bad scrape on his head. He was really weak, could barely walk and wouldn’t eat. They wouldn’t believe me about the seizure because I didn’t see it, although he has a history of episodes. They admitted him for “head trauma” because of the superficial scrape. The triage nurse wrote a disparaging remark on our admissions paper. After that it was all downhill. He incidentally has to be catheterized every 6 hours and it was due when we got there. I had to beg for 4 hours hours we were there for them to do it. We were there 8 hours. One nurse got in my face and yelled at for not giving a believable reason for being there. They did rule out head injury.

M As far as I am aware, the only appropriate diagnostic criteria to determine a patient has a headache is by asking them whether or not they have a headache, and by the patient responding positively. There is no lab test, no imaging scan. I was asked if I was there because my head ached. I said no and explained it was my trigeminal nerve. VERY MUCH NOT MY HEAD ACHING. Yet, somehow, the charlatan going by the name Dr. Erin Owens decided my primary diagnosis was.. headache. And my secondary diagnosis, cellulitis, was not conclusively proven by any testing, which is odd when you consider she aggressively pushed antibiotics to a patient with a prior history of recurrent c. diff infections. For some reason, giving me IV antibiotics to nuke my GI tract for a second time in the week wasnt enough, but she felt compelled to also call in a THIRD round for an infection she herself admits I likely do not have, and even if I did, would certainly not be responsible for the debilitating pain I was in. I told her my problem when she walked in the door and she balked. Doctors like this infuriate me. She didnt listen, she mistreated, and actively harmed me, violating her Hippocratic oath. She should be shamefully uncertified and stripped of all privileges, immediately, before she harms someone else.

John Mendoza First off there is no need for a metal detector in the emergency room. 4hr wait for a 40 minute MRI, thats not acceptable. Once I find the names of the tall skinny RN and the blond in black scrubs with glasses names, I will be filling a formal complaint against them. They were rude, talked down to myself and my 77yr old mother like we were beneath them. Those 2 treated us like we were inmates of the emergency rather than voluntarily walk ins. Truth be told I think they saw my moms Medicare/Medicaid and thought free money lets keep them as long as we can. Stay far away from this POS emergency room!!!!

KC Foote I was under the care of Dr William Peterson! I don’t remember the name of the nurses, there was a short blonde one that greeted me at the entrance that was quick to grab me a wheelchair, my husband was carrying me inside. She made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. Then I had another nurse who took care of me in the back, a tall blonde with glasses, she was very sweet. Dr Peterson answered all of my questions well and he made me feel better. They all did an excellent job!!

Lori Liane My doctor sent me to the ER @ Texas Presby after blood test results revealed some urgently low levels, and I was so impressed I just had to leave a review to say thank you for the impeccable care I received. I was immediately given a room and minutes later, the doctor arrived and started providing me with detailed information regarding my specific situation/treatment - which involved several infusions requiring two IVs, a process to which I dont react very well. However, not only did they handle my distress with compassion and respect, the amazing nurses kept me talking and distracted while they put two IVs in so efficiently I didnt even realize one was in and barely felt the other at all. As I received my infusions over the next 6 hours, I was checked on regularly, brought warm blankets and anything else they could think of I might need, and it never took my nurse more then a minute or two to be in my room if I needed help with something. Overall, at a time when I wasnt at my best, the Texas Presby emergency room was there to provide me excellent treatment and just an overall outstanding experience - and I cant say thank you enough!
