5 /5 Tom Pisoni: I’ve been with Dr. Kapadia for many years now. I enjoy going to my appointment because I know the assessment will be thorough and my data well reviewed. I don’t feel rushed ever. Dr. Kapadia listens to my questions and replies with a deep sense of focus. When I go in to his office, it’s quality time. He covers my numbers, reviews them with me, explains important ones, and discusses my goals with me. He covers my prescriptions and makes sure they’re all set before I leave. This is not an environment where I get pushed through a conveyor in/out and next. I’ve had that in the past with other Drs. and avoid it. I have easy access to the office when I need it as well. Dr. Kapadia has a good sense of humour, is easy to talk to and even discusses current events with me. He is the most thorough Dr. I’ve ever had. He remembers things we discussed from last meeting! I pay a flat fee for this kind of service regardless of Insurance coverage. 5-star service here!
