Our nurse, Kayla, was absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. The doctor was also great, taking the time to thoroughly assess our son and explain everything clearly. The entire experience was smooth, and we truly appreciate the compassionate and professional care. Highly recommend this facility! And couldn’t leave out the front desk lady she was super caring !

Checking in I was directed to a kiosk to finish my registration absolutely love it took only a couple minutes.And right after I got help immediately. The service was so fast and friendly. Kendra Rubidoux No complaints on quality of care HOWEVER having a WOUND CARE CLINIC be surrounded by deep and numerous potholes is just ridiculous. So if you or your spouse/partner/child etc is in pain and doesn’t need/want to be jostled bounced or thrown about, I’d be careful driving around this parking lot to get them here.

Patricia King I love Dr Fronk and respect him but I had an unusual experience. I was there at 12:15, a little early and was taken back to my “room” and prepared for my procedure. It was 5pm before I was rolled to surgery. Dr. Fronk explained there was a delay in the am with humidity in the surgery rooms. I can understand that. I have a daughter who works in an ambulatory surgery center and she confirmed Dr. Fronk’s statement. However during those 4+ hrs I could not have my dau-in-law sit with me. I would have thought an exception would have been made in this circumstance but the lady at the front window said she couldn’t come back. Then, after surgery I felt as if the aide or assistant was trying to rush me out as she was trying to help me with my clothes , etc. I felt this explanation was needed since you asked for one. Other than these, the nurses were quite nice and pleasant. At least let the patients family come and sit with the patient. That would alleviated this reply. Thank you, Patricia King

Alicia Brondo I have come here multiple times for myself and my family and the staff has always been super nice. From the time I get there till the time I leave. We are taken great care of and also did not have to wait long for the whole process. They get you in and out and feeling better in no time. Also I love that the staff will sometimes reach out the next day to check on you by phone and see how you are doing.

Grady Watson Injured my shoulder at work Monday. Pain was unbearable! Was skeptical about coming here because of how much other places charge. Their rates were extremely reasonable! Then I met the staff! Incredibly fast! In right away , no waiting! Very clean and well run operation. Everyone from the guy at the desk to the registered nurse Andrew. Andrew was incredible! Very good with that needle. Didn’t even notice until it was done. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Amber Rivera This was my second time being seen at this location in one week. Today I was seen because I had a cut to my ankle that required a few stitches. The woman working the front desk was very friendly. I had the same medical assistant both visits, and she was kind and helpful. The PA who did the sutures took what I had to say into account, was very personable, and down to earth. I had a very good experience with this urgent care and would recommend to friends/family.

Luchi champaign Be Very careful taking your kids here. If you have no understanding of medications, get a second opinion please. they did a bad job of triage, half stepped that. Then gave a harsh medication to a small child. and when I asked for something else they treated us poorly. as if we didnt matter. The Doctor is a Google doctor. Beware please and be safe.

Melissa H Love the doctors there. I have been there for myself and children multiple times no issues until my last visit. The front desk lady wanted to argue with me about my Copay. I am very familiar with my plan. With my insurance once I hit my cap I no longer have any out of pocket costs. The receptionist still made me pay. I ended up calling my insurance after the visit and they said I should not have paid because they pay for the full cost of visit since I hit my cap.

Lark Dionne “Ladybug” I went to Freedom Urgent Care recently. Everyone from the front desk personal to the Dr were very professional and understanding of my issues. I was seen within 15 min of arriving and I did not have a wait long at all in the room. Thank you all for your dedication to the community.

Liberty Team “TEAMLIBERTYTEXAS” Very clean. ICE water and coffee available. Front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. She was not snooty or rude at all. She made you feel like you were listened to. She was so in tune with what we needed. I did have a little wait of about one and a half hours but I got there behind about ten other groups in front of me. Once back in the room my wait was minutes…they saw me fast took my flu test fact, did not make me wait after that. Nurse came in and was very kind and professional. She knew what she was talking about and explained everything to me so I could tell she understood how I was feeling and she told me what to expect from now going forward with this flu…and how long before I’d be feeling better and they gave me everything in writing too so I could read more when not so sick. I trusted her. She was a good person herself and her energy was good. I highly recommend this place. Price was good and service was exceptional from the experience I had today. I wrote this while I’m feeling like crud from this flu so I would not forget to compliment them.

Tanya McCallister The lobby was clean upon me arriving and the young lady at the intake window was courteous and knowledgeable of what I was explaining about my reasoning for being seen. All in all my whole experience from the lobby to the back room with the doctor was pleasant and even though I was diagnosed with the flu, the workers at integrity urgent care made me feel comfortable and like I was being heard and taken seriously. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing to be seen.

Chatila Lewis Im very pleased with this urgent care. I get there early and have a very short wait. Took my son twice and both times Ive had an amazing experience. Visit is very informative and they are willing to answer any questions. The front desk lady is very nice and always has a smile on her face. Even though its almost a 20 min drive, for non emergency needs, Ill most definitely will be returning.

Chris Howerton Wasted an entire day off work for something they could have told me over the phone. Good news is I let my insurance know they did knowthing so they shouldnt be trying to bill for no services. What a total was of fuel, time, effort, and money I could have been making at my job.

Bacon Flavored Stream Whether I am getting an appointment, trying to contact the office, getting test results or ensuring they update the codes on the documents they need to send in for insurance. Everything is a struggle with them. I shouldnt need to remind a doctors office to send codes and testing to insurance so that my insurance will cover my medication, but I do... sigh... the only reason I am at this office is lack of choice.

Excellent Covenant I had a good visit with Ms. Hill. she was very thorough with going over what was to expect for my procedure, to include my instructions that I needed to follow before.

The telephone communication is a REAL issue. I think all of Wellstone uses this service and it is S….t!! By the way I still don’t know who Evon Hill is even though I supposedly had an appointment with her or him??

S T The receptionist who tried to verify my daughter’s insurance did not know what she was doing. I had to go back and forth with the insurance company, even gave her the phone to talk to them and all of a sudden was told my daughter didn’t have insurance. She tried to say I could pay $175! I took my daughter to a different urgent care on Clear Creek, and they were able to verify my daughter’s insurance with no problems! They said she did not put the correct information (the same one that was given to her) in the system. There’s no way someone who is covered under Tricare FOR LIFE would suddenly have coverage canceled the day of…

Joanna Quicksey I brought my ensured working daughter here. The desk receptionist was limited in clearing the coverage with the provider.Infact she did not even spend five minutes on the phone. We sat calling the 800 number finally validating coverage.This is the poorest experience I had yet.The care given is only equal to the insurance quality. It has been days now and no after care texts have been sent.We sat in wait while other cough in distress.Very alarming.

April Khan it is extremely important to understand the mindset that a patient comes in with during an acute emergency. Anxiety, forgetfulness and fidgeting are common place amongst people who are experiencing a health emergency. However, as a person who works in medicine, I can tell you that physicians aren’t always patient when a patient comes in displaying these behaviors. They often rush them, which contributes to the nervousness, and to be honest, it doesn’t give the patient a good view of the facility. Freedom Urgent Care is in a different caliber altogether. They are understanding and meet their patients at their level. They don’t talk over you or at you, they talk to you and the conversation goes both ways. Not only did I get a diagnosis and feel much better after leaving, but I also received information regarding a completely different diagnosis that I hadn’t had leads on in years! This is truly a wonderful place to be seen for anybody who lives in the Killeen area.

Ruthie Graham My waiting room experience was typical for an Urgent Care. Best to have an appointment or check in before you go! The staff however was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Once I got back to a room it went by very fast. The care team was amazing and the Dr was awesome.

Corliss Freedom Urgent Care is awesome! I went in yesterday for a small lump on my neck. Every one I came in contact with from Samantha, Hannah and the Nurse Practitioner Velda was very friendly. Samantha checked me in and was courteous and let all of the patients know when they were next and how long their wait might be. My medical assistant Hannah was so nice and so professional when she called me back to triage me, and finally Instead of trying to push a procedure on me the Nurse Practitioner Velda wanted to try antibiotics first. I am on my second day of antibiotics and I think the lump seems to be getting smaller. Great job Freedom Urgent Care, I wish I could get my primary care there because that was the best experience I have had in a very long time with medical professionals.

Fougère GORDON PhD Dr. Stephen Ralph distinguished himself by his holistic method used. His comprehensive assessment, accurate diagnosis, thorough knowledge of my medical history, establishment of an atmosphere for me to convey my medical issues with full transparency, and sound medical recommendations resulted in my out-of-control blood pressure being consistently perfect, sleep deprivation corrected where I am now able to sleep for eight hours, allergy problems resolved, and pain issues greatly reduced. Those uncontested results are the reasons Dr. Ralph has earned my trust, respect, and admiration. My wife, who is also under the care of this distinguished medical professional, is constantly extolling the great care she is also receiving from the clinic. Our quality of life has increased significantly as a result of the competent medical care we are receiving from Dr. Ralph.

Vanessa Wilson I was previously happy with this Doctor but I was forced to switch due to my insurance. It has not even been a year since I have seen Dr Ralph and he refused to give me just a few days worth of my medication to get me through till I could see my new provider without an appointment. I were to see him I would have to pay the full cash price and I can’t afford that as a single mom. All he cared about was money and now I have to go without a med that you should not go off of suddenly! Thanks for only caring about money and not about the patients wellbeing.

Gina Hughes For the first time in a very long time, I have found a caring, compassionate doctor. Now, heads up, he thinks fast and talks faster, sometimes you need to speak up and tell him you didnt understand or to slow down. He was the first doctor to not blame every problem I have on my rheumatoid arthritis. He will explain every decision, the drugs purpose and why hes recommending it. Everyone in the back is absolutely wonderful. Now, the front desk could be a bit nicer, its a tough job, but youre the first face we see. Go see Dr. Ralph. You will just love him.

The PA Brain, he was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He made the small but intense surgery pretty smooth. I highly recommend Freedom Urgent care to anyone who needs medical attention. Elicia Hayes I was suffering from diaparticulitis, I called and spoke to nurse, Lisa and told her what I have and what was needed of them. She told me, no problem. Come on in, we can handle it. I get there. I wait 5 minutes pay $40, coal pay only to go to the back. And a male doctor tells me, Im sorry, maam. We cant help you here. You need to go over to emergency. I really feel my colpay. Shouldve been refunded because I sat in there longer. Then. I did an emergency at the hospital who handled my case with no problem, very disappointed. In this place, granted, the workers were nice. The place was clean. But someone miss lisa lied to me on the phone

Jada Hall My water broke and I went in at 7:00 in the morning ended up getting admitted and staying. The ladies and staff were absolutely amazing I couldn’t have asked for anything better from them. Ended up having a failed vaginal birth that ended in a c-section however I was still more than happy with how hard my team tried to make it happen, after the c-section I was monitored closely and they kept up with everything baby and I needed. Not once was I in pain because my medication was always on time they always came in and checked on me around the clock and kept me updated with everything going on concerning baby and my post surgery care. I love the staff and everyone on my team who cared for me and baby during my stay , AdventHealth thank you .

Deb Smith Emergency Room Issues They no longer put people in rooms to see the doctor. The waiting area is only in the front. Your room are these chairs on the other side of the waiting area. As you can see, people are seen with IVs and blankets. For any pills that you need to be given or any tests that need to be drawn you’re called into a triage room with nurses to do that instead of them coming to you in an actual hospital room. You are called back into the same room to get your discharge papers. I was told by a nurse that people no longer get rooms to see the actual doctor only nurse practitioners that see you in a triage room and then they send you out to your “room” chair. This nurse also confirmed that the rooms are not saved for people with Covid, so the people that you’re sitting around on this other side that in the “room chairs” could have any number of illnesses. For example, during the time I was here a gentleman was coughing continuously without a mask in this open area where all would normally be in a actual hospital room. This is ATROCIOUS!!

Martha Aguayo I really enjoyed my stay at Advent. I was scheduled for my C-section on November 22 and everything went by super smooth. The nurse that I had at the beginning upon check -in named Andrea was super helpful, sweet, and kind. I told her about my last birth experience and told her about my fear with the anesthesia from last time at a different hospital. She really calmed my nerves and set my mind at ease, she even held my hand during the part when they were putting the anesthesia, which was the part that I was fearing the most since it went horribly wrong last time. Dennis the anesthesiologist was super sweet, kind, and was amazing! I barely felt a pinch when he administered the spinal block. He stayed by my side and started to talk to me about his daughters and just kept me at ease. Finally, the nursing staff at couplet care was amazing! I will say that Felecity was super super attentive and helpful! I look forward to having my next child at this facility with Dr. Westbrook. He is phenomenal and he delivered my first as well! 5 out of 5 stars for me!

Ricky Plazaola If I could give these people a zero I would!!! Dr. Swain’s people call me at 5:32pm they day before my Mom’s appointment at 9am tomorrow to tell me this doctor does not see patients over 70!!! Isn’t this age discrimination?!?! Mind you she’s been in and out of the ER due to breathing issues. This is so ridiculous!!!! Also I made this appointment over a month ago, in all that time these people couldn’t call us to let us know, they wait until the day before right before they close to call and tell us this information!!! Horrible!!!

Brittany Leigh Imagine waiting 3 MONTHS to get in AFTER A POSSIBLE STROKE. Only for them to be closed for no snow and being cold. Just to be rescheduled “eventually when they reopen” I haven’t seen my dr in well around 1.5 years due to their lack of care. The medical around ft Cavazos is ridiculous. Imagine being hospitalized and can’t get In to your doctor for anything … the system around here is broken and BSW / Wellstone has been the absolute worst dealing w military insurance. BSW is all about the money

Knight Roswitha (Rose) I like Dr. Swain alot because he has compassion understands what your needs are. He is respectful and straight up able to connect . He always comes through if you need a referral. The Nurses and staff are super nice .the only reason I gave 4 Stars is not bad but Dr. Swain is a very tall big man, while he is talking to you he does not sit anywhere, he stands up. you sit in the chair looking up at him it is a bit uncomfortable and you cant hardly see him all you see is his beard because you feel so small. But he is a great Doctor.

Vanessa Washington My daughter visited this clinic over a month ago. They recommended her to see a nutritionist, which has been great. However, she also had lab work done and the Dr. hasnt called yet to discuss the lab work! Someone from the clinic called about 2 weeks after the lab work was completed, only to say that the Dr was moving and she couldnt discuss the lab work; only the Dr could. Still not a word and its been about 5 weeks now. When I called, I only got a voicemail and no one has returned the call. I would not recommend this Dr or clinic!

Tranae Williams WE LOVE THIS CLINIC! I’ve never had a single issue. What I love the most is the professionalism of everyone there. Several months ago my niece had to get a shot. She was very upset, worried, and afraid. She cried and fought for what seems like forever. Then A nurse came in to calm her and talked her right through giving her the shot. She made it seem so quick and easy (two words that don’t go in the same sentence when talking about my niece getting a shot) that my niece hadn’t noticed that she’d given her the shot. I wish I didn’t forget her name so that I can give her S/O for her awesome skills.

My son has been to a doctor twice in the month and only needed a referral to a specialist and they wouldnt see him because his aunt was with him. Never take your children here. They care more about policy than the childs health and well being.

I provided this rating and review because I felt as though the office didnt care about me as a patient or person but just a number in line. If I need care somewhere else I will have to wait as I have no more options but trying to get the staff or director to have sympathy is like eating a mouth full of hot coal. Basically you will either have a good or bad experience here and I hope anyone who is actually ABLE to get care HERE has a good experience.

Kim Garcia Better than I expected, everything went really smooth here. I was seen fast, hardly waited long at all; barely had time to do my paperwork. Nurses (I saw an NP) and all staff were really friendly. I would consider this location for sure. It was much better than the temple clinic!

Tanian Gozalo Disabled? Youre a criminal. At least according to this clinic. Dr. Tran does your nerve burn procedure and then misses the pain nerves? Yea, well, youll have to pay out of pocket to fix it and they wont refill or schedule your appointments. Try to talk to someone? Yea well, youll get berated and hung up on. You wont be able to get more than a few words out because they feel that their job is more important than your incredible pain. Under the age of 65? Your pain isnt real. Record all your conversations with every doctor and receptionist. Texas is a one party consent state. Dont let anyone scare you into thinking youre doing wrong. The doctors are shady and treating me badly. Dont be a rug, stand up for yourself.

Nunya Biznezz OB is the worst! They want you to come in 15 minutes before the actual time the appointment is scheduled. Then you have to wait over 30 minutes on top of that 15. Complete waste of time.

Angieb2u For me to have gotten their services back in 2012( husband had died) The Staff was very Helpful, Compassionate ,Understanding and Willing to aid U in All they were able and prepared to do. I appreciate them then and I still see they’re still the same. Thank God for them!!!

tankcommander33 If youre struggling and come to them for assistance, they will absolutely not help you. If you own a brokedown vehicle that disqualifies you. Its one thing if you down have a lot of assets. I could understand that, but when youre temporarily at the bottom, they will not extend a hand. Thursday Girl I am not currently on the indigent healthcare plan, so I cant speak about it before October of this year. But from my experience, it is a very needed tool in our community. While I was on it I was able to go to regularly scheduled appointments, receive 3 different medications, and attend mental health counseling. These are the most important services I received. However, they are no longer offering any sort of mental health assistance. They only offer the most basic needs. There is only one kind desk person at the office. She was very helpful and attentive. I cant say the same for one of the other desk persons. Hopefully youll be able to make the differentiation. I was very thankful for the help when I received it. And it is truly a blessing to be able to get medical help when you need it. Just know that the process is long and you will have to have transportation to the office. I made up to 3 visits before even receiving any service. The equipment at the office needs to be updated. I hope that they can receive the proper funding to keep this program going. Overall, I am incredibly thankful for this program. Blessings to you.

COURTNY COLLIER This place is a joke. I call to schedule an appointment for some knee pain I’ve been having the doctor who I’ve been to before barley examined me I don’t know why I keep going back because this happens anytime I go in there. She told me to go sit in the waiting area and wait for X-ray. 20 minutes goes by and they havent come to get me. I go get my drink out of the car and the receptionist tells me I can wait in the car if I wanted to. I asked what we were waiting on and asked if everyone was at lunch and she said probably. Why in the world would you have someone sit there and wait without telling them what’s going on. That was the last time I will go to this place. I get better treatment at urgent care

Angela We’ve been misled three times by this clinic, wasting lots of time and money. 1st time I was experiencing post natal hair loss, and they made me feel like I was making it up and told me they didn’t know what was wrong, and referred me to a dermatologist that was booked out for 6months and very expensive. After further googling of my symptoms I discovered it was post natal hair loss. I never followed up with the expensive referral since I found peace and a treatment plan on my own. Second time I was told I probably have auto immune, and referred to an auto immune specialist. Gratefully I got a second opinion by a doctor who listened to me, and what it was is an injury called tennis elbow. My husband went it for a skin disorder, prescribed eczema meds and referred to a very expensive dermatologist, that took hundreds of dollars from us to get no diagnosis or help. Gratefully we found a proper dermatologist months later that diagnosed him properly and put him on the correct meds for only 20$ consultation, as compared to the hundreds of dollars we’ve wasted at this office and their referrals. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because the people were kind and doin the best they could.

emma leola Nurse Torres was very helpful. She asked me a series of questions and I felt as though she cares for me and my health. As someone who was very nervous to go see a doctor for the first time in a very long time, this experience has left me feeling more confident about health related visits. On top of that the entire staff I interacted with was very kind and welcoming.

marcus stillwell Dr Perry is a wonderfull doctor who takes time to listen to the patient and his staff was very friendly. The nurse that drew my blood for labs, was very understanding of my fear of needles and she professionally distracted me from the blood drawing process and I barely felt a thing. This is the best experience I have ever had with a Primary Care Physician and I will be going to this clinic for the foreseeable future.

Samie Robertson I dont go to a doctor normally. Havent been in over 8 years probably. Just turned 65, changed insurance and thought maybe I should get a check-up. The experience I had today was flawless. The entire staff was excellent. I was very happy with Advent and the entire process was quick. Very thorough and I am very pleased with the choice I made. Dr. Perry tells you like it is. Doesnt try and persuade you into something youre not comfortable with. Once again very pleased and Thank you all...

Gillian Armstrong I am posting for my husband. Saw the FNP on Tuesday and she was rude and nasty to him, so he was scheduled to see Dr. Dye on Friday. Went to his appointment which was 3:20pm, sat for over an hour past his appointment. He went to ask what the hold up was, and finally just left. All they told him was, goodbye. Thanks to this offices incompetence, he will have to wait a few more months on his heart and diabetic medication. Thanks for nothing!!

campbell chris (Ready2Gamble) Id give this place negative star if possible.... Scheduled an appointment over a month ago for my son to be seen. Today was the appointment. We called prior to the appointment to discuss some details and were told on the phone that we had to make sure to be there no later than 15min after our appointment 9:20. We have this recorded as we record all calls. We were in the door at 9:27, and was talking to the desk at 9:29. The office "manager" denied us services saying we were late and no exceptions. After a long back and forth of her asserting the little power she has they have now lost 3 patients and I hope this place shuts down with how poor they have became. When we were patients here 3 years ago it was 100x better and the front desk actually treated you like humans, instead of smiling and laughing as they denied your special needs 5 year old. ABSOLUTE TRASH OFFICE STAFF!

Emily Thorne Our baby was here for the first two months of his appointments. We had a 30-60 minute wait past our appointment time every single time. I had multiple issues with their billing department billing the wrong insurance despite me giving them the information three times. Then at his last visit I asked for the RSV vaccine. They told me they checked my insurance and it wasn’t covered. I checked personally and it’s 100% covered so they either lied about checking or lied about what they were told. Baby went unprotected until his four month appointment at a new office today. The clinic also just doesn’t feel lively and kid friendly. Dr. Wright was kind and helpful but we won’t be returning.

Nicholas Jackson Office currently as a whole from all personnel that work at this clinic decided to no longer accept ChampVA any longer due to ChampVA “being back up on payments”, however I do understand the frustration on not being paid “on time or expectation on time” but money of insurance company should not dictate the health of children of why they can not longer be seen, as prior service member, family is the most important and my children cannot be seen at this clinic any longer. I found out they do not take my insurance after I made an appointment with them when my child was sick and had an infection, ( I have been going to this clinic for 4 years) I then had to seek out another clinic and doctor that would take my insurance. I highly doubt NOT recommend.

KESHA J The front desk staff are insensitive individuals! I will not go back here ever again and to think it took months to actually get in to be treated unfairly. Twin appointments are the worst! The first scheduled appointment I was less than five minutes late and they said they would only see one child and I didnt understand that since we had to wait for 30 minutes after check in to be seen. Rescheduled the other twin appointment for today and the first twin also had an appointment earlier in the day. Mind you thats two trips in one day for twins when they couldve been scheduled together. The first appointment was fine, but I must mention I was on time and we still waited with no one in there but us for 30 minutes. Called to ask about a grace period for arrival because i was running five minutes behind and she said there isnt one! Ive never heard of that from any provider! Thats insane and I will never go back. Requesting records and moving on!

Erica Johnston They made an appointment for my child on a Saturday I showed up 15 mins early with both a new born and my other child early started doing paperwork and the women was kind but then let me know that they don’t do new patients on Saturday so she’d have to reschedule me to Monday she was very kind and was unsure why I was put in that spot as she didn’t work at that location primarily. She then told me to show up at the exact time on Monday since I filled out all paperwork. Come Monday I get to the appointment 7 mins past and I was “suppose to be 15 mins early” they said I was too late and would have to reschedule I got frustrated cause the first time wasn’t my fault and to have to be rescheduled for being 7 mins late was outrageous. then I explained the lady to said to show up at the time not early. They went to the back and she said it was fine to be seen. I get back to the room and waited an hour. no one came in so I went to the front to ask for my money back and to cancel as my new born was getting fussy my son was fussy sitting in the room for an hour. They said the doctor was just about to finish up with the person who had an appointment scheduled 10 mins before mine. Absolutely unexceptional to try to reschedule someone even tho there was an appointment 10 mins prior to mine and to have me wait over an hour for a doctor. I cancelled the appointment and will be moving both my children to a new office.

Alva Bang I have been going to been going to Dr. William S. Marsh’s office Texas Sport & Spine since 2010… for the past 2 weeks I was having muscle spasms bad…I called & got appointment Ms. Scarlet Foster for early June, was put on the waiting list if there was a cancellation… they called back & got me in before lunch… then got a appointment for this afternoon for an injection, Dr. Marsh really knows how to get the right spot to give me relief. The whole staff, from the front desk to the nurses & techs are respectful, polite & friendly. They really take the time to take care of my Pain needs. I would highly recommend Texas Sport & Spine - Dr. William S. Marsh!

Raquel Montoya I used to LOVE this clinic and still admire Dr Marsh but I was talked to like a child by Vanderpool only because I inquired if she was running late AGAIN . Well as usual she was she books 15 min appointments and she knows her appointments wont be less than 15 minutes. Remember that most people have to return to work. But I guess the more patients the more money she collects. They have let go of some of the sweetest people and some of the staff is so rude by example when I asked if she was running late I dont even know where she came from and immediately without any compassion to the patient she said We can reschedule you... REALLY? so I just drove from Kempner to your office waited to be called for you to just inform me I can be reschedule.. WOW and then to just be talked to and be told you were rude to people I have never met in my life. Vanderpool is knowledgeable but man does she think she is above us.. I hate to loose Dr Marsh and Belinda but I wont be talked to like I am in the principals office and also state that I am a spouse abuser in front of my husband. She stepped a bit too far. So if you want to sit and wait like you didnt have an appointment and cant speak up because then they will scold you after waiting hours past your appointment time this is the place for you lol

Caitlyn Got to my appointment 20 minutes prior, got checked in, and waited. 15 minutes past my appointment came and I still wasnt called back, so I walked up and asked whats going on. I was then told Dr Beth is running behind, okay cool I get that. An hour pass my appointment, and Im still waiting. A full hour and still havent been called back is beyond ridiculous, if youre that behind, you should reschedule people or not overbook yourself that you cant see people at their scheduled appointments. This also isnt the first time waiting a ridiculous amount of time.
