Billing told us to check with that specific receptionist. What a joke ! Between all this insurance confirmed Kelsey clinic took $200 extra upfront. Nonetheless the doctor and nurses are amazing.

Eunice Garcia The doctor was nice, but the clinic billing practice is slightly infuriating. Since my visit was in January, they collected the entire amount of my deductible $421.00 dlls all at once, the doctors visit was only a little over $200.00 dlls. I said, why would you take all the money of my deductible all at once? I dont understand, the person on the front desk just said this is how the clinic does it, and she was only doing her job, but I have been to other doctors and you pay, and pay until you meet your deductible not all at once. I admit that I will never book another appointment on this clinic. When I go there I was asked to pay an additional $75.92 for my appointment, I refused to pay since I didn’t understand why they had to charge us with the remaining of our family deductible. I got a message from Cigna (Open Plus plan-PPO) each visit for $676.00 for my son, patient responsibility $379.62. My Claim was for also $676.00 patient responsibility $75.92. First It was a visit to a dermatologist that look at our skin, no tests were made, no medicine was administered, nothing else. I got an email saying they contacted me and I said it “ You stated it was not a good time to discuss your concerns. “ which I didn’t received a call. I hope this gets to the proper channels and helps others to check before you make an appointment. Request to tell you at front when you book an appointment and they check your insurance, tell you how much you will be paying. Respectfully

Kris I love this place. My 3yr old son is very picky when it comes to people and absolutely loved the doctor that saw him. (White Female Doctor with long hair and colorful Crocs)Hes been seeing his oncologist for over 2 and 1/2yrs and is just now warming up to him. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I will recommend this place to everyone! 10/10

Josderli Suazo Terrible at communication. I got there for my daughter 9 am appointment that they booked for me btw. Told me the couldn’t take her in cause of her insurance and couldn’t self pay. They explained to me everything yes but it was once we were already there. It bothers me because I woke up 7 am in the morning to get myself and my daughter ready, paying an Uber to drive us there. Just to be told it’s canceled in person. That’s highly unprofessional, inconsiderate and waste of money.

Alyssa Villanueva I always recommend Dr.Gonzalez to everyone looking for a pediatrician or in need of help. He was my doctor as well as my siblings and now has been to my 2 kids. He’s very knowledgeable and is there to help patients. If there’s a medication he has samples of that you need he will give some to you so I don’t have to break the bank. He did that once when I had poison oak and I was no longer covered under my mother’s insurance. My brother had staph and he recommended a cap of bleach and water and it cleared it up. My oldest son had croup as a baby and he recommended chamomile tea to help with congestion. He cares about his patients and knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

He asked me what my son had and I told him he seemed congested he looked at me and asked if I knew what congested meant. So I answered to the best of my knowing and he looked at me like I was stupid and not knowing what congested was. Never going back I recently moved from SW HOUSTON and wanted a local doctor in Rosenberg. I rather drive 30 minutes to my old doctor than have to deal with this rude one.

The ladies there are older and they run the front desk the way they wish for many years now.....and yes, im that person who calls back to back for 20-30mins straight until they answer. Its something that I just deal with and I dont get upset anymore.....hopefully they retire soon.

Ashleigh Carter The office was really good about getting my dog in since he was sick but as I was there the computers went down which isn’t anyone’s fault but bc of that the doc wasn’t able to really do an x ray like she wanted to. She told me to come back in the morning and that was the plan but unfortunately we lost Panda over the night. I still would like to know what was wrong with him. What I like is this vet is affordable unlike most and they are good about getting you in if your pet is showing signs of needing to be seen right away.

Now Dr. Fry is there and he is also wonderful! And there arent enough good words to describe the staff! They are family to us, and we are so blessed to have them in our lives!! D J Our girl was suffering greatly, and the only way to help her stop suffering was through euthanasia. We were tended to quickly. Tish and Antonio walked us through the procedure. Understanding, patient, gentle, considerate, and kind is how I would describe the way they treated our girl. Respectful folks here. Thank you for bringing our beautiful baby peace and rest, even if it was her last. P.s. The parrot screaming in the waiting room made our girl a little more nervous, I understand it wasnt personal on the birds part, but maybe he could chill in a different area lol.

Kenna Hinojosa I just took my dog here and had a very bad experience. The veterinarian I had (last name Novak or Novack) was extremely rude and disrespectful. I brought my dog here worried about her and she ended up having a false pregnancy. She made snide comments and had a nasty attitude. She was ridiculing me about medications and lab tests I was unaware of and couldn’t afford at the moment. “It’s ONLY ___ dollars”, “Well they aren’t going to treat her anywhere is she’s SICK.” And then she was saying my dog had several diseases and then back tracked to say she didn’t have them?? As a veterinarian you should be an animal lover and have empathy for the pet and owner, how would she feel if someone treated her dog like this? She refused to give me several options at different prices for medications and made me feel guilty I couldn’t afford them at the time when the appointment was expensive as it is. I’ve come here many times before and the rest of the staff i’ve interacted with is great! I hope no one else will have this experience. I hope they can train this employee in better customer service.

Angela Dr. Foltyn, Lucy, and the entire staff at SVC are truly wonderful and provide top notch care. Our previous vet moved away, and we encountered an urgent issue with our dog before establishing with a new vet. We called SVC and were able to bring our Wilbo in on a Friday evening for treatment. Weve since returned for surgery and follow ups with Dr. Foltyn; it has been a blessing to be able to have one provider take care of all of our dogs needs. Dont hesitate to bring your pets to SVC; they will be well cared for!

My dog is a 5 year old frenchie who had to get a corn cob removed from his stomachThis caused him throwing up blood and bile.Rolly was diagnosed with ulcers too. Their prices are hands down the most reasonable vet prices I have ever seen!! What really made me love them was their l for fur babies !! So grateful to have my dog currently there now . 1/18/24( update ) Rolly has made a smooth and fast recovery!! All thanks to this amazing Veterinary!!! I have been to a handful of vets ever since I adopted Rolly and none have gone above and beyond like they have . They have also assisted me with sending all the paperwork necessary for Rollys insurance too . Frenchies have a lot of health issues and I am glad to know I have finally found a veterinarian that truly cares for their pets. Will be making them Rollys permanent veterinary ❤️

J Rivas Special thanks to Dr. Foltyn and her team! We took our 8 year old Husky on short notice about an hour before closing and they took great care of us. Dr. Foltyn was very thorough with her examination of our Husky and at no point we felt rushed despite it being close to closing time. I know Huskies can be dramatic when visiting the vet and hard to deal with but thanks to Dr. Foltyn and the VT that helped out our boy was easy to work with, which is a complete opposite from another vet we had visited in the past. I highly recommend Southwest Veterinary Center to anyone seeking a great team and quality service. The late hours is super convenient as well. Will definitely come back in the future

JEAN-CLAUDE Lega So, I just got a kitty 8 weeks old and wanted some rough estimates on a new kitty exam, shots and worming. She refused to give any estimates as they dont now how much an 8 wk old kitten weighs! They expressed me to come in and by that time, I may be hit with a very expensive bill. I was very uneasy to give them a try. Not even a typical range was given, I am easy going for a few bucks different. All I wanted to know was should I expect $100 or $300 but nothing. I wonder if they will last...

Nina I am writing to share my concerns regarding my experiences at the Womens Hospital, specifically related to the behavior of the front desk staff and the overall patient care. Each time I have visited, I have encountered the same receptionist, a woman with glasses, who has consistently been unprofessional and rude. Her dismissive and snarky attitude has been evident on multiple occasions, whether in person or when I’ve tried to reach the hospital by phone. The phone staff also exhibits a similar lack of courtesy, which has only added to my frustration. However, my most recent visit was the tipping point. While sitting in the patient room for over 30 minutes, no one came back to check on me, which felt like a disregard for my time and well-being. Furthermore, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency when it comes to billing. It seems that charges are not clearly communicated beforehand, and I receive unexpected bills in the mail without any prior explanation. The hospital’s approach to patient appointments feels more like an assembly line, with little attention paid to the individual care and experience of each patient. Given these repeated experiences, I will not be returning to this facility. I also intend to address this matter with the hospital’s leadership to ensure that other patients do not have to face similar issues. There should be no excuse for unprofessional behavior, especially when it comes to the care of one’s health.

bibin thomas they took great care of us and showed us around for the Hospital Maternity Tour, unfortunately hey had no rooms available for us to visit (too many babies :) ). gave us pamphlets and info to read as well. the lady who did the tour was through and caring. Ran into John A as we were walking out he was on lunch but sure helped us with a small questions we had love to see smiling faces. Hospital Tours for expectant mothers and their families to see the Labor and Delivery Unit and Mother Baby Unit for postpartum care.

Alicia Herrera My family has gone here for 35 years and since Hester has left nobody answers the phone and when my mother came in to ask the woman why; instead of saying sorry (enter excuse, or explain she isnt sure in a ... oh idk, polite way) she just looked at her and answered the phone. The old vet techs we trusted so much, I just cant fathom being so rude, especially to someone like my mother, she is the sweetest woman.

Nat this is our favorite local vet. You can tell the staff got into the business because of their passion for animals, and it translate to the care they provide. This is also home to the most reasonable prices in town. Highly recommend

Darcia Bland I know Dr Hester from when he used to help my daughter out in ffa. He is a great vet. Unfortunately this office that represents him is lacking in empathy and consideration. I had an appointment but waited an unreasonable amount of time and when I asked if theyd remembered me I was told about how they were busy euthanizing a patient. Funny 2 years ago when I came and complained about the weight I was told the same thing. Then I checked out and was told that they would call me the next day by 10:00 a.m. with the results of the test for my cat. Thats been 5 days ago. Ive tried to call them but their voicemail is full and you cannot even leave a message. I will have to drive there to find out what the results are and Im not sure I want to deal with those lying unhelpful people

Bryan Norton This office has totally gone down hill. We recently had our family pet in for a procedure and received him back dirty with no antibiotics for his surgery. He developed an infection from the surgery and passed away a couple days later. We took him in when he stated showing pain and the new vet on duty look at him and shook his head and told us he had an infection from the surgery and prescribed antibiotics. He looked at us and asked who did the surgery and just shook his head. This would have never happened when Dr. Hester was around. He cared about his clients and their loved ones and would have never sent them home dirty and without antibiotics. Now that he has retired the facility seems to be turned over to incompetent people who really do not care for your pets. I recommend anyone seeking help for their loved ones to go somewhere else. I will never take another loved one here. If I could rate them lower than a 1 star I would.

Norma Cordova Honestly, one of the worst care providers for child development. I want start of by saying the set up for this program is terrible. Three individuals in a 10 x 7 room all talking at once trying to get you out of the door. All out of coordination with processes established and lack of empathy for the mothers that are seeking help. While all spoke at once and attempted to test my child at the same time in the same room. I couldn’t even hear my self; much less my child. Complete poor and rushed preliminary assessment by the team. I left deflated and disappointed with this place. At the moment I enrolled for the program but after visiting a true speech development therapist we decided to opt out. They genuinely took the time to test my child the correct way and he passed gross and motor test with flying colors. They have set up a good solid plan to help my son with speech and overall treatment was beyond amazing. For any new mothers or concerned mothers. RUN from this place - won’t give you a true assessment or solid plan. I will be filing a formal complaint.

The front receptionists are extremely rude, lack any concern for the patient, hv no customer svc skills whatsoever, put you on hold for 10-15min anytime you call to speak w/your dr or drs nurse. On the phn, they ask can you hold, if you say no, they put you on hold anyway. We hv been going here for years and its time to shop for another dr elsewhere. I hv nev run into this prob w/any of my drs elsewhere, only here. I Highly do Not recommend this clinic because of a lack of disrespect and concern for the patient, absolutely no customer svc skills from all front receptionists. When you arrive for an appt, they will hv you stand while they talk on the phn for sev minutes in front of you. andy rashid On the day of my colonoscopy they are asking money in front before the procedure. I called the insurance and they said it’s covered and they should billed to insurance. Procedure was done on july31,2024 Still waiting for my refund since the bill was paid by my insurance

Danna Psencik I will never go back to this place - I froze from the second I got back in the surgical suite - the nurse gave me two warm blankets but the warmth wore off in just a few minutes. I was miserable. I was getting up to get dressed to walk out before my colonoscopy but the anesthesiologist walked in at that exact moment and I was wheeled back and had my procedure. I didn’t have a nurse call button to call the nurse for more blankets. Luckily after the procedure they used the Bear Heater on me and that helped. But I will never use this facility again.

S Berry No no don’t go. I see why this facility has so many cancellations. I have had procedures with Dr. Gregory Shannon in the past with no noted issues. However, today I was scheduled for a procedure at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Richmond. The staff are rude and incompetent. They would not answer the phone or return messages for a week and a half, so I had to drive to the facility to speak to someone about a facility fee they estimated for me to pay that my insurance informed me was covered 100%. I waited for an extended period and was informed my insurance was correct and there would be no out of pocket charge. My appointment was at 11:00 am. I received a call at 7:00 am asking me if I could come in early, because they had some cancellations. I agreed and arrived about 7:40. They attempt to collect fees that are 100% covered by insurance. I informed the receptionist that I had already confirmed with my insurance company and her office that the procedure and facility was 100% covered by insurance and there would be no patient out of pocket cost. She stated that was not what the doctors office sent over. I asked her to call and verify Dr. Shannon’s office and my insurance company. I called my insurance company again to validate the information I received earlier. They confirmed that my referral from my PCP was for screening and if the facility correctly coded the procedure as intended and entered the preventative code it would be covered 100%. The receptionist went to the back and returned with paperwork for me to sign including a form of financial responsibility paperwork and told me since I was having a procedure again within 5 years, I would have to pay the fee. I informed her I wished to cancel. Then she says we have the insurance company on the phone. I told her I just hung up with my insurance company and they informed me that everything would be covered if the coded it correctly when the billed for the procedure. I cancelled, because thus far I was not given any reason to have confidence in there competency from the time I was scheduled with them. 1) The receptionist at Dr. Shannon’s office erroneously indicated I needed a new referral from my PCP, when I did not. 2) She was rude. 3) I never saw the doctor-only the nurse practitioner. 4) I received conflicting information on how to prep for the procedure. 5) The Memorial Surgical Center not doctor’s office would answer the phone. 6) I drove there just to speak to someone to be told there was no out of pocket cost . 7) I was asked to come in early because others cancelled. 8) I drive to my appoint to have my blood pressure increased from the receptionist insisting I pay over $400 in fees. 9) She failed to try to validate the cost and shoves the financial agreement so they can miscode and charge me anyway. I have no confidence in this run down looking facility or in the competency or integrity of the staff at this facility to bill correctly. Who wants to go under when they are unnecessarily irritated. I see why the had cancellations. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

Thuy Nguyen Took my parents here for colonoscopy. Everyone here is amazing. The front desk staff is helpful and kind, the nurses and medical staff are professional, patient and have excellent bed side manners. My parents and I are thankful for their kindness.

ntexas100 I had my colonoscopy here last week. All the staff members were great!. They got me in on time. Had me prepped quickly. Recovery was excellent as well. They actually seem to care about their patients. My wife is due for her colonoscopy in a couple of months, so well certainly be returning.

Hakim Benaissa This is a great Clinic. I had an emergency and was able to be seen with no wait time. Dr. Ordonez diagnosed and treated me immediately. You can tell he really cares about his patients. Also the staff was kind. I highly recommend this place.

Carlos Ivan Gonzalez I highly discourage those considering using the services of Odonez. This clinic is full of unprofessional individuals and this “doctor” lacks the necessary knowledge and skills to be consider a reputable practitioner in the medical profession. The lack of training is evident though the entire practice. Ordonez lags decades behind as it relates to the medical services. The office staff lacks the training to appropriately interact with patients and appropriately manage appointments. The receptionist is rude and does not take the time to ask the appropriate questions when checking in patients. The overall services at this clinic is abysmal. Everyone should stay away from this clinic unless you are looking to have a horrible experience.

Georgia Smith I have been coming to this clinic for years. All of the staff have always been really good to me. The doctors are just awesome. The doctors take time and try to find solutions to my problem. I recommend this place 100%. These doctors must be from Pearl harbor. Because they are the bomb. Olivia Tree If there is a less than 1 star that should be the rating. I am not sure how a company can still have a waiting time of 2 hours for a simple test that would be less than 1min. Walking in with a sign in sheet but no one sitting in the desk and says I should have talked to someone but there is a sign in sheet. And front desk asks you to come back again and this is the second time for me to come back. The management of this company should take a look at how can they make time efficient.. have systems. At this point of time sitting in waiting room of the clinic for 2 hours to be called is not acceptable anymore. And train front desk for customer experience .

Don Monty PA Rebecca is the best PA Ive had as our provider. She listens to our concers and answers any questions we may have. As a cancer patient, I know she is very careful what she prescribes me. I really appreciate her attention to this detail.

Christene Garza During my recent ER visit I had blood drawn and an IV line done. The nurse told me he doesnt pinch the lines. I didnt know what he meant. Well, he meant that as soon as the needle was put in my arm, I would bleed all over my arm and on the table. I was wondering why he would put a stack of paper towels under my arm right before he began. Not the sort of thing you want to go through. Also, all the sharps used on me were thrown in the regular trash and not in a sharps container. (Which were on the wall).

Debbie King I would not recommend this Dr for my worst enemy. My son thanks to MHMR has been living a normal as can be life at Richmond State Supported Living Center in Richmond, Texas. He told me the best thing I could do with my schizophrenic son was drop him off at state hospital in Rusk, Tx. This Dr should not even be practicing.

K F I highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg. He is easy to talk to and explains things in an understandable way. He is not afraid to have big conversations and goes out of his way to find affordable coupons to help pay for medications. I would NOT recommend his staff. In addition to being Rude every single time I have dealt with them they also seem to be very lazy. Do not expect them to call you when there is a problem. They will ignore your voice messages and wait until you are completely out of medication to let you know there was an issue on their side that stopped them from sending your prescription to the pharmacy.

Brecklyn Batton-Cotie I don’t know what I would do without doctor Rosenberg! He is wonderful. He is extremely smart and informative. He takes his time with each of his patients and listens to my concerns and needs and takes his time figuring out the medication combinations that work best for me. He does not treat his patients like a number or by their disorder, but as a unique individual with unique needs. He is very patient, caring, trustworthy and accommodating. He eases my anxiety and stress every time I see him and I NEVER feel judged by him. He has a sense of humor too which is important in this field of medicine! I’ve never had a problem with the staff and they have always been kind to me. The last few times I was there my wait time was less than 10 min, I have been there much longer but it’s because other patients put the doctors behind in the schedule and they give each of their patients the time they deserve and need and I really appreciate that. I recommend Dr. Rosenberg to anyone and everyone.

Jeff Wixted He is essentially an overeducated drug dealer who is only in it for the money. The moment you dont want to take prescriptions anymore, hell refuse to give you a smaller dose to ween off of them and then misdiagnose you behind your back and screw with your future. And dont even dare try to get your doctored records without paying a $25 fee. He wont even man up enough to talk to you on the phone. You have to pay for the privilege of his company. Hes a coward, a crook, and a drug dealer who should be behind bars where he belongs. His staff are all accomplices as far as his dirty work is concerned.

Keely Williams Dr Rosenberg is amazing and done wonders for me. Unfortunately, a year ago or more his front desk banned me from seeing him due to multiple missed appts. I paid the no show appt fee but I wasnt physically able to get out of bed due to my depression. I am in dire need to see him again, I havent found anyone to replace him and am not doing very well.
