Stella Lopez I brought my elderly mother here since her family physician wasn’t giving her full attention. She has high blood pressure and her numbers were pretty high often and made her miserable. These doctors specialize in geriatrics and know how to care for the elderly. My mother’s blood pressure is now under control, as well as, other health issues. I’m am very pleased and highly recommend!! The doctors are very friendly, patient, and take the time to care and explain matters to the patient. The front staff are very nice as well!

Kelsey Rae Dr. Otto hands down is the best doctor! I take my grandma who has diabetes, high blood pressure, & low B12. He has helped her tremendously over these past few months & getting her on a better road! He always puts her first & takes the best care of her like he should. His nurses are okay.. sometimes a little rude but I wouldn’t wanna see another doctor because of that. Dr. Otto is VERY patient & understanding!

The nurses are so welcoming and professional. The facility is very clean and attractive. I would highly recommend this practice for your health care needs.

I was impressed by the professionalism and I’m hopeful they can solve my heart issues. Great job everyone from the front desk, the sweet lady at the Quest Lab Draw and my favorite part was Don in the Sonogram dept. What a great place to find all your answer in one place. Robert Schulze This was by far the best ER visit Ive ever experienced. Girlfriend broke her toe. They had us in and out within about 45 min. The nurses were wonderful, the doctor was kind and considerate. We paid out of pocket and it was a very fair price for the level of service we received. 10/10 would recommend!

laurie kownack I am visiting from upstate NY and got very sick. Went to this ER and was greeted by a very pleasant girl at the front. Then got brought in by a sweet nurse and met another one in the room. Both girls were so nice and very caring. Then Dr. Chaney came in and he was so kind and compassionate. Asked me all the right questions and listened to all I had to say. He was so thorough . I work in a primary care office and am proud to say my Drs. are the same. So nice to see here in Waco Texas!!!! patricia turner I went in for my annual Medicare exam and Roxy was my nurse and she went through all of my paperwork and everything and then Kayla came in and we visited and she helped me make some decisions about vaccines and then she did an examination which everything went well, I went in, and they drew blood and that was pretty much what happened Everyone was Very professional , and we courteous during my visit. Joe Ramos Dr.Wickliff, has my total confidence and trust, he takes the time to explain the best treatment plan and the process to get relief from the pain. The nurses are extremely polite and ask questions about your pain level and just overall how your doing. Checking in and checking out the front staff are polite and help with additional information and checking out, she is incredibly polite and gets you setup for the next visit. A not so stressful experience

Sherry Lagos My primary doctor left the Ascension Medical Group in November 2024. I had to choose another doctor if I wanted to continue my care with Ascension Medical. I had to see a different on call doctor while with my primary was absence and really liked her caring attitude. She is a nurse practitioner and I wasn’t sure my insurance provider would accept her but they did. I am so happy with my new doctor Kimberly Elmshaeuser. She is amazing and is a very natural, health approach doctor. Exactly what I was looking for. Instead of taking a pill for everything Doctor Kimberly want you have have good health. I have already been asked by two different people, at the church I attend, for her information. Face it everyone is looking for good personal medical care. It always starts with the doctor and her team. That would be Doc Kimberly! She is A1 terrific! Thank you for asking my opinion!

Stacie Keathley My adult daughter with Down syndrome was recently in ICU for a month with pneumonia. Dr. Patillo was great! We followed up with Kim, the nurse practitioner, 2 days ago. She was extremely caring and thorough. Her nurse even brought my daughter orange juice and goldfish in the exam room because she was very anxious about the visit. I highly recommend Providence Lung. We saw several of their pulmonologist in ICU and they were all excellent!

Madison Sennett I am so impressed with my experience at Dr. Cathy Burbridge’s office! The staff was kind and conversational, the check in process was easy, the wait was less than expected, and Dr. Burbridge was amazing. She was thorough in taking my history and getting to know me, and I felt like she really cared about me as a person and not just another patient coming through the office. I had to get an x-ray, which was a surprisingly smooth process after my appt was over. Angelica Garza Update- ive called the number listed in the response and left a message with no return call. This is now going on 8mos, ive since found a new pcp that listened to me and ordered more tests. I have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (blood cancer). I cant stress enough the importance to advocate for yourself and find a pcp that will listen to their patients and not just follow insurance guidelines. The care (or lack there of) i received from Dr Burbidge was beyond unprofessional and not to mention unethical. I couldve started my treatment months ago and may have had a better prognosis. My hope is that she starts treating her patients with the care they deserve and stops allowing the insurance companies to dictate her treatment/diagnosis. Dr Burbidge seemed to be far more interested in what my insurance would cover over listening to my health concerns. I was very disappointed this visit, felt dismissed and that my health concerns did not matter because if she asked me certain questions and click certain buttons then it would trigger a copay, which i paid upfront. She was telling me this as she is walking to the door because it was a quick in to tell me we would being doing bloodwork this visit, when i mentioned I paid a copay she then stopped and sat her laptop down and we went into a somewhat heated discussion about why i was there (for a check up) and that i had not been feeling well for numerous reasons. She again brought up insurance as im asking her for her recommendation/expert opinion. Again, just disappointed due to the lack of care and the interest being on what my insurance would cover so that determines diagnosis or even proper evaluation. The front office was super helpful and the nurses have been great but I will be looking for another primary Dr due to this experience. With all the emphasis on insurance my RX is being held up due to the office not providing documentation to the insurance to process my prescription. So all that insurance talk and concern just to not follow through anyway? I really hope my case/situation is a one off and that other patients are not getting the same level of care (or lack there of) that i did. As healthCARE providers we need to do better.

Jeremy Grisham This place is Awesome!!! Im a type 1 diabetic and have always had a tough time regulating my diabetes. Dr. Macik has really worked hard to help get my blood sugars under tighter control. They arent quite there yet but I can see them getting there in the near future. I can tell she enjoys what she does and wants the best health for her patients. Also, the facilities atmosphere is nice and laid back, so you feel a little more at home.

J Mc Dr. Macik is one of the most compassionate physicians Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is never in a rush, is well read and up to date on current medical practice and treatment, and always treats each member of our family with care and respect. We are so glad we found her and so happy to be her patients!

Lesley Myrick My family and I have been thrilled with the care we receive from Dr. Macik and Amanda. I really appreciate that there are minimal wait times (if any) and that Dr. Macik actually spends a good amount of time with each patient. I have never felt rushed, and have always been listened to and understood. Dr. Macik also goes above and beyond as shes available after hours for urgent matters - and with a 3 year-old weve had to contact her after hours several times!

Roman Novian If you truly care about your health, I highly recommend uncommon healthcare. I just left Dr Macik‘s office after having an hour long, productive, mental health visit. You read that right… AN HOUR! Dr Macik truly cares about her patients and takes the time to understand your complete medical history, and to thoroughly explore your medical issues to come to an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Before discovering Uncommon healthcare, I would wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes before sitting in a doctors office for 20 minutes only to have a doctor come in and give me less than 15 minutes of their time. Rarely would I ever feel like I had received enough attention to properly diagnose me. Not only is Dr Macik thorough, but she is also very personable, calming, and non-judgemental. Furthermore , Uncommon healthcare is also extremely accommodating. I have had multiple instances where I’ve needed medical advice while out of the country and I was able to text the office with pictures and explanations to receive medical advice. Uncommon healthcare is the epitome of what family medicine should be.

Becca Kinerd I absolutely love Dr Toor and his entire staff! They are the sweetest, most friendly group of people. Obviously if you are at their office youre in pain and have seen better days but they do a fabulous job of making it as positive of an experience as possible and keeping you distracted during the crummy parts. I specifically came to make this review today because of the experience I had this afternoon. My treatment was rough today and hit me hard, my nurse Shelia was so incredibly kind, nursing me back to health like she was my very own Mama and held a cold rag to my head until I felt better. Neither Shelia or Dr Toor left my side until I was 100%. Im thankful that if I have to deal with something like this that I have this awesome group of people on my side.

She explained things so well, even helped me understand my condition better. Dr Toor was amazing as well! I was so pleased that I wish he was in family practice so he could be my family doctor.

Lucy Andrews Dr. Toors and his staff was excellent!! Not only did they comfort me and assure me I was in good hands the procedure didn’t hurt at all. My wait time wasn’t very long and everyone was very nice and professional. My second appointment had to be canceled due to the loss of my mother. Keep in mind I have only been there once, so I received a condolence card for the loss on my mother in my mail box signed by all the staff. I thought that was the sweetest gesture and very thankful to them for even thinking of me. Dr. Toors and his staff are a great team. I would recommend them with 10 star if I could.

Shelli Shear Dr. Toor is the most amazing Physician EVER! He is the first doctor Ive been able to find that actually showed he even cared about helping with my chronic back pain from a surgery several years ago. You wont find a more compassionate, kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor anywhere! The only reason Im not seeing him still is that moved from Texas to Nebraska. Still havent found a doctor that even comes close to being as wonderful as Dr. Toor and his staff! Youre the best Dr. Toor!

Brittney Harding 10/10 I do not recommend Dr Coleman. Long story short after giving 8yr old otc meds for weeks to no avail we made our first and last appt with him. He called in a RX which was not on my insurance formulary. I called and requested a RX thats covered and was told to get something otc. Also, imo really dry personality to be seeing kids. On the plus side the front desk staff are very professional and helpful.

Sarah G I called today in attempt to make a sick patient appointment for my febrile and coughing 10 year old who currently doesnt have a PCP since we have moved from another city. I was not asked a single question about how my son was doing or what he was sick with, instead I was asked if I was already a patient, then I was told by their receptionist they only have one doctor accepting new patients and his next availability was the end of July... for a sick visit for my currently sick child. I would not personally recommend this clinic based off my single 2 minute phone call but maybe those who are already accepted as patients have much different experiences since thats all they seem to care about? New Residents- Good luck if your kid gets sick before the "2 months booked out" doctor can take a peek at em and welcome to Waco!

Stacey Daniel The receptionist was wonderful. She was patient and helpful with what I needed for my DOT physical. The clinic was very busy with a long walk in wait, flu season. Everyone that came in was greeted and the wait was fully explained so each person could make a decision to stay or go. I had made an appointment which was honored after a very short wait. The exam was quick and easy. All clinic employees were very friendly and efficient, all while having a very busy day.

Vannessa Esquivel I cant thank Felicia, the Nurse Practitioner, enough! From the moment I walked in, Felicia made me feel comfortable and heard. She was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I felt like I was in great hands, and her professionalism really stood out. Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your well-being, and Felicia truly does. Thank you for making my visit so smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend her!!

Jana Funderburk Took my 9 year old son, who was on day three of fever, aches, etc, to the clinic yesterday. The nurse was quite rough with the Covid test— after the first nostril, my son said it really hurt and would barely let her finish. He then wouldn’t let her take more nasal swabs to do a flu test. He became tearful and was clearly not feeling well (with the temperature of 101.) We tried again with me holding him in my lap so she could get it done, but he was really fearful and wouldn’t allow it. I finally told her “I guess we just won’t get this done today— I’m not willing to physically hold him down.” The nurse spun on her heels without a word and left the room without looking back. It was unprofessional, and I watched her leave in surprise at her rudeness. My son continued to complain about one nostril hurting through the evening after our visit to the clinic. In the middle of the night, he had a massive nosebleed coming out of that side. It’s morning now and he just had yet *another* nosebleed coming out of that same nostril. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the way my son was cared for and the way we were treated by the nurse. If a clinic isn’t up for treating pediatric cases with some gentleness and compassion, it should not accept pediatric patients.

Josephine Polansky Very pleased. Front desk was accurate and efficient. Happy copay less than anticipated. Nurse/technician taking vitals was compassionate, efficient and thorough. Very grateful lab on site, and lab tech there on weekend to complete test so physician could diagnose and prescribe medicine. I very much appreciate the reminder, in the exam summary clinic provided at checkout, that once I feel better I should contact my pcp for another lab test. I like being able to compare normal results against any future flare-ups.

Libby Thoma Waited 1 hour past my appointment to see the doctor. Only 2/3 prescriptions sent to the Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacy wouldn’t fill one of the cough medicine prescriptions so I called the clinic and they told me to call around town until I found a pharmacy that would fill it. It was extremely frustrating. Of course, no one in town carries that cough medicine anymore. Then I called back and told them that my inhaler prescription was not filled. They never did fill that one. Highly annoying experience and very disappointed in the Bel Meade site.

brt 123 Dr B and the staff are always very quick the lab can take blood without it hurting They dont dottle around they get business done and they get you out. Prescriptions are always called in on time approved very quickly You couldnt ask anything more of these folks!!!!

Docsjeff 2020 Staff is always very courteous and my wait time is literally non-existent. The majority of my visits I don’t even get to sit down and they’re calling me back. Dr. B. is really cool. We get along great and have a lot in common.

Donna Ratke When we got to the scheduled appointment, the facility is very nice. The staff was attentive, courteous, and professional and helpful. The doctor answered our questions. *I was upset about waiting to get an appointment so One improvement needed: BETTER appointment scheduling system.* Our primary care asked for a “stat” consult on 01/29/2025 for urinary retention/new catheter (ER doctor placed an in-dwelling catheter and did have an exit strategy). After 4 hours, no one from your office had called me so I began calling your office to schedule an appointment. I called every 15 minutes beginning at approximately 3:30pm. No one answered the phone and the “leave a message for the nurse” line would not accept a message. At 4:42pm the call went to the answering service who could not take a message about scheduling an appointment. On 01/30/2025 I began my calling again with the same “no answer/message” results. I had to ask the primary care to follow up with scheduling. Finally after 2:30pm, i got a receptionist who could only offer me an appointment SEVEN days out and a suggestion to go to the ER in the meantime for the blood in the catheter/urine. The compassion from the receptionist scheduling the appointment in no way mirrored the compassion of your staff when we got to the appointment. We were actually hesitant to come to the appointment because of the lousy experience with scheduling.

Miguel Rivera Came to this establishment on 10/08/2024 to do my drug test and was helped by a lady by the name of Starr. She was very knowledgeable about her job fast and accurate and her customer service was above a 5 star. She was taking care of multiple people while helping her co workers and shown no sign of frustration. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work and this place should be happy to have such a great worker at their business.

Haley Ball I was there for a simple physical for a job with UPS, I checked in at 11:30AM, I didn’t leave until 3:40. I asked numerous times (nicely) if they knew how much longer, I was told “I don’t know I’m new” or “I just got back from lunch and there is clipboards everywhere” finally I got called and did my vital signs and eye exam then I had to go back to the lobby because I was told a room wasn’t available. I felt like I was in an emergency waiting room. The Doctor was super nice and very quick getting my physical done.

Anon Ymous I arrived early and beat all the other losers who roll out of the fart sack at noon. I had my online generated employer request for the pre-employment drug screening and think I was the first to be seen this morning. The staff was very friendly and professional, reception area and testing area and rooms were very clean. Two things though....this place is over an hour drive from my house and they seem to have some kind of monopoly on this sort of thing in a multi county area, very inconvenient. I dont mind driving an hour to work but I get PAID to be there for that drive. Secondly, the testing machine "crashed" necessitating my sample to be sent to the "lab". This prolongs receiving results for several days, in turn prolonging the hiring process. This is counter-productive for employment and growing the economy. Get a new machine, a new test vendor or something. Please expand your operation to include more locations for convenience and to ease the workload on overwhelmed staff who have to deal with serving folks in a 50 mile or greater radius of service. Brooke Mitchell They provided superior service. I was having issues with submitting a drug screening at another location and I was able to transfer my information to their facility to complete my drug screening. I appreciate them so much and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Christie Rose Excellent from Entry to Exit, start to finish. I was greeted with courtesy and compassion. I was seen in a timely manner. My encounter with all the staff was superior. They asked my name and DOB every time and before medication was given. I appreciated that! I went on a Sunday morning. Your company name depicted the service and care I received! PREMIER! Coyote Aerials 5 stars for the staff but 4 stars on follow up referrals because they are a hassle. Staff was great though! The care for you is awesome. Just their system of sending referrals doesnt work good and you have to keep calling them back for days when Dr doesnt receive the referral after they said its been sent. I dont think its a staff fault but a computer system issue. And its been that way for awhile. I recommend them to anyone, just check back daily on them sending referrals.

Angela Miles We were in Waco visiting our daughter and I felt like the antibiotics I had been given a few days before arriving were not working. Decided to go to urgent care on Saturday morning and made an appointment ahead of time online. The office was extremely clean, the staff was kind and caring and I was taken care of quickly. I had a kidney infection that was not responding to antibiotics and they quickly assessed my situation and I was given an antibiotic injection and sent home with a prescription to continue. I was in and out in under an hour on a crazy busy Baylor weekend. Very glad this location is so close to campus.

julicia franklin Came in for chest pain and neck pain body pain and a temperature of 101.2 and waited over 2 hours for someone of a different race come in and get seen soon as they walked in for a e.r visit. Apparently they thought his was more serious then mine but he looked just fine coming in walking good no cough no pain just a casual sit down and was calm and all and they thought my chest pain and fever was no big deal. My head had been hurting for a good 5 hours then they don’t check your vitals when you get in you have to wait until your seen for them to get vital. You can be dying and they want even know because no vitals where checked to see if the next person was in a worser situation then you

The Scott Irvin Home Selling Team Patient BEWARE. This is a bait and switch operation. You think you are going into an urgent care and you are charged for an ER visit. You are only told this once you leave. If I wanted to go to the ER I would have went to one. Contact Texas Health and Human Services if you have been scammed in the same way. Update- you give the same canned response to every review. I had already called and was told that I was billed correctly. I am filing a complaint Texas Department of State Health Services, Texas Health and Human Services Commission and Texas Attorney General’s Office - Consumer Protection Division. I will give them your number.

Autumn Winters Dr. Patel is amazing, and extremely knowledgeable!! He has patience and kindness to give ❤️ I also want to include his incredibly amazing staff, and nurses on great communication and relationships with the patients and families!! Just 10/10 amazing and will never go anywhere else!!

Sabrina Hannibal Dr. Roshan Patel is one of the best medical doctors in the field. He’s caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and goes over and beyond when it comes to managing your medical care. I just love him, and the ascension medical group family. Dr. Patel has a very calming spirit, and listens to you.

Barbara Price I showed up for this appointment, checked in and was then told me he was not the doctor that agreed to see me. Then I was told I am to see a Dr. Sepulveda, and cant have an appointment till March. It was raining that morning and I came out for nothing. I confirmed that appointment with Dr. Patel two times, someone could have checked and corrected the doctors name then. Now you send me a survey about an appointment I did not have. I hope your records are corrected before I make another appointment for nothing. And no one has ever apologized.

Danielle Fuentes Had my first appointment with Dr. Patel, I initially came in because I had a positive pregnancy test a week prior. I go in they did their own test it came negative, they did bloodwork, i received the test result on the all but never received a call (I dont know how to read the test results) I ended up having a miscarriage the next day, i called the office to let them know, whoever I talked to, couldnt even say sorry for your loss or anything ... just ill let the doctor know, he should message you soon. There is little to no communication with the patients or sympathy. What a disappointment.

Megan Lee Dr.Patel takes time to listen and address any concerns you may have. He is super friendly and creates a welcoming environment! One of the best PCP I have seen in a while!

Ashlee Alaniz Dr. Carey is great but the staff is ridiculous. Rude on the phone. Will talk to you like your dumb. Set an apt, tell you to arrive 15 minutes early and then still sit there for over an hour and when you ask if your going to be seen, they are rude and say just wait. If you cant keep up with a schedule then dont book that many apts in one day!!!

Joyce Figgins Dr. Porter is very professional, kind, and responsive to questions. He has good people skills and is knowledgeable in caring for his patients. Nurse Tanya is a wonderful nurse who is attentive to the patient and their needs. I would highly recommend this physician and his staff to take care of your medical needs. Thank you Dr. Porter.

Amber Richards Doctor is great and staff is amazing... That is when you can get in for an appointment.... Not often I need their service but when I do its always be there before 10:30 or theres no appointments till weeks or months away.... Ridiculous... Searching now for another provider

The area is clean from the check in space to the exam rooms. Dr. Haynes has been my gyn for over 15 years and she and her team are always so positive when I visit which makes me feel at ease and a valued patient. That is very important to me.

Sara Cosper Dr Kothmann has been my doctor for my whole pregnancy. She’s the best! She’s easy to get comfortable around, always making sure you leave with all your questions answered, and her team is awesome. I’m excited for her to deliver my first baby.
