A J Front office staff rude and unprofessional. This was brought up to the supervisor and she showed a lot about her character to have this conversation in front of staff and stated its the first complaint shes had on Marisol (Marissa, Maribel???). Either way shes been told her staffs deameanor and tone are entirely offputting. More happened but they dont care so whats the point of going in detail. This is why we left the facility in the first place they dont have it together. I know this wasnt the first complaint on the girl but her giving me dirty looks in front of staff and the things that came out of her mouth...unacceptable. get it together hunt regional and clean house. Treat the environment professionally as it should be.

Kathy Sullivan Dr Deaton Is the Best! Doctor Deaton takes her time and listens to everything I have to say and takes care of them . She is caring and very thorough and follows Through with call in medicine or lab test etc.. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrea Deaton. I have been going to her for 2 years and never disappoint.

Benjamin Scotti I have gone here a couple times and have always been pleased with the doctors and their friendliness. The front desk people can definitely be more friendly. Also, today my wife took my daughter who was visibly Ill in to get tested for the flu, strep, etc because its been running its course thru our house. The doctor came in, didnt introduce herself, and asked my daughter "So what did you tell your mom to get out of school today?" As my wife was explaining what was going on, the doctor was very rude to my wife in a high and mighty way. Then the doctor only tested for strep, it came back negative, doctor came back in, said "Nope, youre fine, its just allergies. Heres a prescription for allergy meds." She said that while handing my wife the papers and then immediately walked out. Leaving my wife stunned and shocked at the lack of professionalism and respect. We will probably be back but something needs to happen with how this doctor treats their patients.

Madison Bentley Will not be returning, this is my third time going up here dog sick just to be told i have nothing wrong! Went to the royce city clinic after just to find out i did have strep just like i had stressed to them! Staff is not friendly at all and has a lot of attitude when they hear something different than there own opinion, again stressing my symptoms and was confused with outcome of tests just to be told she knew what she was talking about because she has been in this line for 10 years… yikes! Guess the other clinics doctors had been there for 11+ years! Definitely don’t recommend!

Brandy Boyles The Urgent Care team was very kind and professional. The provider was very informative and listened to all my concerns. I booked my appointment online, so the wait time was very minimal. I was in and out of my appointment in a reasonable time frame. Thank you for a great experience.

Loletha Miller Hunt Regional Hospital is amazing I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy March 14 their maternity unit is amazing Nurses and Doct are very helpful and informational. All the staff have great manners they knock on the door before entering your room and thats really great. Overall I had a great experience

JZ123 The ER needs serious help. I spent 5 hours here, 3 of those sitting and waiting with my child who had a possible emergent injury. Upon arriving we heard the groups of people sitting in the ER discussing how it had been 2+ hours that they had been sitting and waiting. We still held hope. My child got checked in fast, then we were sent right back to the waiting room. Where we then waited 3 hours. I watched 5 patients get discharged. A extremely sick couple get sent back to the waiting room to await their ride (I assume) coughing and sneezing everywhere no masks required (if someone is that sick I think they should be). I hear the couple next to us talking about how they brought all of their electronic devices prepared to wait so long to be seen and that blows my mind because that’s not how it should be. We finally get to the back and we’re in a hallway bed, exposed to all other patients and their illnesses because they have extremely small hallways, while there were open bays and rooms that were completely empty that we could have been in. I won’t ever return here I’ll drive out of the city. I’ve given this place chance after chance and every-time it’s been a complete mess with extremely long wait times.

Joy Lauderdale My husband was admitted through the ER and ended up staying for 4 days. Everyone from the er to the 4th floor where he spent his stay were the best. Friendly,courteous, compassionate,professional. My husband had a team of doctors and nurses who gave him the best care after finding out that he had a serious illness. Huge "Well Done" to the nurses on the 4th floor. From the charge nurses to medication staff to ,vitals nurses to doctors to specialists, staff bringing food and providing cleaning. We are so thankful for everything you did for my husband and my peace of mind. We hope you all are blessed for the work that you do. Thank you.

Sammi Colley I have never had a bad experience at this hospital! Years ago when I had my son here it was great and today I came to the ER. They got me in so fast and were so very professional and sweet! I choose this ER over every other ER in the area. I drove here from Emory and even drove her lots of times before to bring my mom from Sulphur Springs.

Libby Daves Dr. Farley and the ER/Cath lab team saved my husbands life. Everyone we encountered throughout our stay in ICU was wonderful and truly cared. The ICU nurses, ICU doctors, lab staff, dietary and housekeeping were all top notch. We are very thankful for Hunt Regional and their medical team.

Ranea Allen I knew I needed help so I made the choice to go there and they were very helpful and getting me admitted, it is hard to be there at a hard time in a person life but the staff were always kind and helpful. I have to say a special thank you to nurse Berklee and Jennifer they went above and beyond to help me with any need I had and I always watched how they helped so many of the other patients that were in my unit, as a fellow nurse myself they truly love their jobs and making a difference in their patient lives as there rough times in their lives , if you need help in getting your life back on track then reach out to Glen Oaks they are good facility,, yeah it’s tough to be in a strange place when your at your lowest point but do it for yourself

Gretchen Niles The entire staff in the unit Id stayed in is awesome. Very caring & actually that kinda surprised me. They didnt act like it was "just a job." The food & pillows on the other hand are terrible. Those are my 2 complaints. I medically detoxed from alcohol & 2 days home Im doing well. Thanks GO

Krystle Miller Over all was a great place to get back on track with my medications. I did have a horrible experience with Ms. RACHEL in cafeteria the way she talked to me broke my heart in 2 I was crying pretty hard. Loved the groups, nurses and all the techs. Wish there was more to do in day room. For me with anxiety so high watching movies back to back just dont work. This place definitely gotten better from my first time 2 years ago. I suggest this place get rid of the bad apples that degrade people with mental health issues. Ms. Rachel has no clue what some of us are going through. We dont need the nasty attitudes. Had it not been my last day I would had gone off or taken it out on myself. Dont let her minimize the situation!!! Im not the only one this nasty person has treated this way. Ty Ms. Betsy, Ms. Stacie, Ben that made me a sandwich twice after the Rachel situation, nurse Jennifer for the compassion and understanding of fixing my meds and roommate situation and the many more that made me feel better than when I went in.

Josh Turner If I could give negative stars, I definitely would!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your loved ones somewhere else!!!! Ive been several places, none have been great, but this place is BY FAR the worst!!! I havent been the same since I left!! I signed myself in voluntary, was promised counseling and a therapist, was told it was not the environment that it actually ended up being, only reason I signed myself in!! I got none of what I was promised, it was worse than what I had experienced in the past, and those were bad!! They changed my meds without explanation. Heard rumors about myself that only intake knew or somethin I talked about over the phone (which they say they dont listen in, but clearly a lie!!), so they DEFINITELY were talking about everyone spreading rumors, actually heard them talking about other patients myself, and I was on 2 different units! The docs DO NOT care about you or what you have to say or ask!! When I signed in I told them that I was not tryin to hurt myself but when I saw my discharge papers they put I was su¡cidal. When I tried to sign myself out, because I saw it was not what I thought it was, they went and got a court order to hold me involuntarily, even though I never once got to see the judge myself!! Its 100% a money grab!! There were a few staff members that were caring but the rest couldnt care less about you!! They treat you like a straight up prisoner!!! I wish so badly I could turn back time and NEVER would have went there because I am STILL tryin to recuperate from this place and I left before Thanksgiving last year (2024)!!! Its taken me this long to even post this because I couldnt even bring myself to do so, one because I was scared I would snap on them and two because I FINALLY got a psychiatrist thats got my meds back right, so Ive been able to stay halfway calm through this!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES OR YOURSELF ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE!!!!!!! I hope and pray that this helps at least some people realize that this is NOT THE PLACE TO BE!!!! I wish so badly that I wouldve went to the other place my aunt was tellin me about rather than here (cant remember the name) but intake made me believe that they cared, that I would get intense therapy and counseling (what I mainly wanted out of the stay), that it wasnt prison like (which it was), and that they wouldnt change my meds I was already on because they worked and THE FIRST thing they did was take me off of those!!!! Again, PLEASE TAKE YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! This is BY FAR NOT THE PLACE TO BE IF YOU TRULY WANT HELP!!! I fully believe that all of those 4+ star ratings are either people paid to leave em or fake profiles made by the staff, crew or doctors to make them look good because EVERYONE I was in there with, HATED this place with a passion!!!! Hopefully this will help someone stay away from here!!! Also, there is no reason for the owner to reply to my post!! I will not be contacting yall but I am finally gonna talk to my civil rights lawyer because he and I both know that yall violated many of my rights!!!

Susan Milam I called on a Friday afternoon and they were closed so I left a message on the first of 5 numbers you could leave a message. It happened to be for “Maria”. She was so nice calling back the following Monday and was able to answer all my questions about vaccines needed for going on a trip to India. She was not in a hurry and gave me excellent and timely advice. Highly recommend this place.

Stormey Sanders I called 5 times and never once did someone pick up the phone. I had to leave a message and a call back number. 4-5 women are listed to access on the keypad and none of them answered.

SUGARDEATHYT They are very nasty there the workers laughed in my face I have never in my life been so disrespected I was there trying to get help in the lady sat there in laughed in my face then was so rude to me I have it all on video if you ever need help dont go here because the people in there dont care about you or your family they are so unprofessional...
